Hotels Near That'S Food In Milan
0.28km from That's Foodthe apartment is in a very convenient location, about 1.5 km from Milan Cathedral, but a very tiny room, albeit clean and tidy every day. You need to check in at a hotel a few kilometers away, even though the hotel transport is then awkward to the apartments. We bought accommodation with brekfast and got 5.5 € vouchers for a meal in a poor cafe, all for coffee and croissant. It's realy sad :(
0.42km from That's FoodI stayed here with my sister in August 2019. Both being students, we did not have lots of money to spend on a hotel, so figured that, based on reviews from trip advisor, this one would be relatively okay just to sleep for a couple of nights whilst seeing the city. And on the whole, the hotel was fine just as a base to sleep and shower -the rooms are an okay size and clean, the people on reception were friendly and helpful and the ‘tea corner’ downstairs was a good idea since there were no kettles in the room. The walls in the rooms however, are annoyingly thin, you can hear pretty much everything from the surrounding rooms (and the street below). If you like a good night’s sleep I would potentially go elsewhere since we were woken up both mornings before 8am by people dragging chairs, leaving their rooms, going in the lift etc. Also, as a final point, (not to do with the quality of the hotel), I’m not really sure who managed to walk to the Duomo in 15 minutes - we are both relatively fit and active 20-odd year olds and it took us about 35 mins (admittedly with a suitcase). If you want quick and easy access to the city centre, the trams and buses are your best option and the stops are relatively close to the hotel (about 5 min walk).
0.44km from That's FoodWe stayed at the aparthotel meneghino in Milan for Christmas. From the wonderful warm welcome from Tatiana we knew we had picked the perfect place to spend a few days in Milan and celebrate Christmas at the same time. The apartment was spotless with excellent housekeeping every day. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout- from the complementary snacks and water, milk and juices to having sky cinema and being able to relax and watch a movie after a day sightseeing. Tatiana was great with tips for travelling around the city and nice places to visit. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolates for us and a little Christmas tree. The location is excellent - maybe a 15 min walk to the duomo but plenty of tram stops nearby to take you to all the main attractions. Plenty of shops pharmacies restaurants and takeaways nearby too. Milan was beautiful with plenty to see and do. And lovely shops and great cafes as always in Italy. Thank you so much Tatiana you made our trip!!
0.48km from That's FoodWe booked this hotel last minute due to our flight being cancelled and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They looked after us with genuine pleasure and made our brief stay a joy. The hotel is in a great location, just a sort walk into the heart of Milan and one short bus ride to Linate airport. The pizzeria opposite is well worth a visit also.
0.48km from That's FoodWe found this hotel via Booking.com and checked the rating here on tripadvisor. Everything looked great and we had high expectations. We did receive a total of 5! messages via booking.com from the hotel with information regarding the openingtimes, check-in procedure etc. This is where my first concern starts: We highly appreciate a sportingfacility in the hotel and booking this place because it was one of the few which offers this. Actually this was closed for renovations and made public via a little sign on the check-in desk. 5! messages via booking.com but not informating me of this? Than the second part: the check-in. It was monotone and did not show Italian hospitality. We where check-in into a dirty room and when we went back to the check-in desk this monotone "service" was exactly the same. Without any form of appology we did receive the room keys of the new room. This one was nice and clean. Spacious and did meet our expactations. The breakfast staff was wunderfull. Very friendly, polity and made up the bad start we had at the check-in desk. The ending was unfortunatly not that great again. We where asked 3 times to leave a review on booking.com / tripadvisor because "they needed it very bad" after Covid. Here you are... If you do not mind this kind of service at check-in and only come for the room and or breakfast? Than this is the place for you.
0.48km from That's FoodA group of 5 of us stayed here. What a fantastic hotel. The staff were excellent, very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. And the shower is amazing. Great touches like toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Safe deposit box. Lovely selection for breakfast. And great location. About a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Would highly recommend.
0.55km from That's FoodThe hotel is very central and less than ten minutes from the cathedral. The reception was very friendly. However, the hotel has already seen its best days and looks a bit dusty. Our room was very small, the bathroom and shower even smaller. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds excellent and the furniture of good quality however a bit old-fashioned. Wifi was good. The breakfast was minimalist but adequate. The hotel met our expectations and we were satisfied. It is very suitable for a short stay. The price / performance ratio was ok. We will gladly come again.
0.6km from That's FoodI stayed here for a night and payed about 250€. I’m so embarrassed that I paid that much for such a miserable experience. The staff was fine and there is someone here all night. But it was not obvious when booking that there was only a communal bathroom. The bathroom is very clean, but doesn’t even have hand soap. They give you a towel, toothbrush, and slippers. The room itself is fine. Nothing special but not terrible. The give each gust one pillow, so it wasn’t the most comfortable sleep. There was also a lot of noise outside so it was hard to stay asleep without getting woken up every two hours. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

0.63km from That's FoodPlease avoid this place AT ANY COST! I had booked two separate nights with Expedia and then I canceled only one night as we were not going to stay in Milan Saturday to Sunday. I am a gold member and stayed at many properties around the world. I was charged the room price directly with Expedia and it was all confirmed. We got to the property and the person who checked us in took a copy of the passports and then showed us to our room. The room was not ready and the bed for the kids was not made. In the bathroom I had discovered toiletries that were half full. The temperature was not measured upon arrival and I did not feel right staying in this room. The front desk person then said there was a problem with our room as we had cancelled and I showed him the reservation with Expedia and that it shows all was good. He then showed us to another smaller room which we also not ready. I then spent 20’ speaking on his own cell phone with a certain Mariana who said that she was informed that the manager did not see the reservation and that they did not work with Expedia since they had reopened. I suggested they speak with Expedia as all was good on my end.The beds were not really comfortable, nor were the pillows. The next day we were told we had to pay again and I said I already had with Expedia. I said it’s unacceptable and then spent one hour calling Expedia who confirmed all was good. Below par sanitation, horrible service and the night before a car was broken into outside the hotel and although I signaled this to the front desk there was no effort to call the police. A joke of a hotel and not worth the luxury title ! Deceitful and disappointing during a time when most hotels try their hardest to make their guests’ stay safe and enjoyable. This is NOT one of them.

Very Good10 Reviews
0.69km from That's FoodThe stay was rather complicated. They kept writing to me that if if did not send full check-in info, they would cancel my booking (which was prepaid anyway), so I had to send emails multiple times. For the check-in I had to go to Central Station as there was no flexibility in having a reception area at the flat. The flat was very average: very sad bathroom and huge kitchen area, as if I had to cook a 10 kg turkey during my one night stay. There were so many instructions for heating, WiFi, etc that I couldn’t be bothered to read for such a short stay. The flat was cold though. The mattress was the most uncomfortable one ever experienced in my life. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Hotels Near That'S Food In Milan Review
Milan Stazione Centrale
Surprisingly good! Very close to the Central Railway Station, across the square, and walk about 100 meters ahead on the right street. The rooms are large and the front desk is friendly. We went to the Notre Dame early in the morning and came back at 10 o'clock to return to the hotel for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Children will be charged € 50 for extra beds and € 20 for shared beds.
Location is very remote with no shopping and limited restaurant and fast food. Even though there is a subway station nearby but you might have to prepare spending hefty taxi charges if you intend to go around town without getting tired.
It's a very simple hotel with basic service and food and I don't complaint much for the price.
The hotel creates a good impression when you arrive, bright and elegant. It is right by Lima station with a variety of shops around and a short walk from Central Station so very convenient. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and the bedroom well appointed with very good sound proofing so you have the advantage of a busy area without the noise! The Spa suite is very well set out. I just wished the swimming pool was not so warm....but the jets are refreshing. Excellent breakfast which includes hot savoury dishes. The only draw back was the cord for the net curtains being hidden within the curtains, from the snagging at the top I was not the first person to not be able to find it at first and open the curtains to fully to get onto the pleasant little balcony. The calm hotel was especially appreciated at the virus was causing a lot of panic and unfortunately I had to cut short my stay.
Suite space is huge! The balcony is also large, the breakfast is good, and I feel tired after staying for 4 days. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station, and it is relatively quiet nearby. The hotel can provide a taxi service. Do not use Uber or the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. It's expensive, just ask the front desk to call you a car. The cars you call are all regular operations. They are very enthusiastic. It costs 20 euros to Linate Airport and 35 euros to Uber.
Anything is good . But only one thing is unacceptable. My 4 days booking was cancelled as next day check -in. I need to book another room for another 3 days and they said there are a luxury room only that is available and it is very expensive for me .finally, I used Trip.com to book a premier room with a comfortable price immediately.i don’t know is it 5 stars hotel service in Italy. Very awful experience for me.thanks for Trip.com. I can get the partial refund.
Nh Hotel Porta Nouva is a great hotel. It is positioned in a good location close to everything. Il Doumi is a quick subway ride if a nucs 10 minute walk. This hotel is close to Milan Centrale Train station aswell as many great restaurants within walking distance . Also within close proximity are supermarkets. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay as we always slept in so I can’t comment on that. Also the hotel is very accommodating to their guest. We had very noisy people in the room above us who thought of was a great idea to let their kids run up and gown their room until 2am . As we were staying their 7 days and this was our 3rd Nb hotel stay in Europe in our 6 week holiday they kindly moved us to the top floor at no extra charge.
