The Green Stay Village is such a beautiful and outstanding place. It was a pleasure staying in a beautifully designed, very clean, new and comfortable room. The bathroom is spacious and in the best of taste. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner Mengly is such a nice guy, helping you out with all your needs. They provide different types of breakfast, you can get your laundry done within a day, they'll organise a Sunrise tour to Angkor Wat and help you with any bus bookings. We can warmly recommend this place to you and would definitely come back!

Beautiful new boutique hotel with few modern, spacious and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool and garden, perfectly located in a quite area between Siem Reap City Centre and Angkor Temples (both 3km, reachable via Tuk Tuk). Breakfast served on the terrasse overlooking the swimming pool (freshly prepared juices, homemade jam, original cambodian coffee, etc.). Lovely staff, personalized service, management very supportive in organizing tours (private guides, cycling to the temples, etc.) or spa (massages). Excellent restaurants at walking distance. Wonderful stay, we would definitely go back!

The hotel environment is very refined, not many people, and the front desk does not understand Chinese. But the service is good and the breakfast variety is a little bit. For me, only rice noodles and fried rice are available, but they are delicious. The room is carefully arranged, with fruit snacks, and all the drinks in the refrigerator are free, and they will be replenished if you drink them. The swimming pool is small and small, and a 15-minute massage is provided upon check-in. There is a free airport drop-off service when leaving. It is specially proposed to rent, not tutu, and it is satisfied. The room is a double bed, but it is very professional when requested to make a large bed.

Advantages, the swimming pool is clean and nice, the front desk can meet the gentle and reasonable requirements, breakfast is good, full of fried rice and fried noodles are suitable for Chinese, away from the bar street, not too noisy at night Disadvantages, the hotel facilities are old, toothbrushes are harder than shoe brushes, and the teeth are bleeding for three days. The air-conditioning equipment in the factory outside the room is noisy at night, and the air-conditioning sound in the room is also loud. What smell is pungent, the hotel has a more general environment for killing chickens and chickens. The price is US $ 14, and it may not like the dark and old decoration here. It is not recommended to experience it.

The hotel is super big, the environment is very good, the room is big, the price is half cheaper than the speed card of Westport, and the equipment and facilities are much better. The shuttle service is too expensive and requires forty dollars. In fact, the hotel is very close to the airport. Later, I also communicated with the customer service in Ctrip's one-day Chinese tour guide + chartered car project in Simai. The one-way only needs to look like 75 RMB. This price difference is terrible.

We are booked into the hotel for four nights. The hotel is lovely with an attractive stairway as you enter the hotel. The reception staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. The swimming pool is lovely and good in size. There is a pool bar but services is slow and not very attentive to customers needs. The orchid restaurant serves a varied breakfast. The main restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The food in this restaurant is tasty but be vary as you may not always get what you ordered, e.g. you may be give large prawns instead of lobster that you ordered. The room size is very good. Getting to the main town is easy by tuk tuk and they are easily available.

Quite quiet, suddenly one dollar to Bar Street, the power socket is too big, too loose, not easy to use, there is a bad waiter in the restaurant, we asked him to make a call and let our sudden driver come to pick us up. Promised to come and pick us up, but the waiter called him and didn't know what he said to our driver. He told us that the sudden driver could not come and asked us to book a car with him. I thought the waiter was too bad. Our schedule was disrupted, and I was in a bad mood ... and the first night we came to check in, we started to give us a very poor small room on the first floor corner, which was not a luxury double room I had booked. The bed room said that the rooms were full and we could not book the room for us. The communication was unsuccessful. When we were going to call Ctrip to make a complaint, the manager came forward to tell us to change the room, but we had to change to another room the next night. , Caused us a lot of inconvenience, I feel this hotel is not very friendly to the Chinese, and this hotel does not even have a sewing kit

The hotel itself is very comfortable, the facilities are new, and the service attitude is very good. The staff at the front desk speaks Chinese and can scan codes. Alipay and WeChat can pay Laundry service is very cost-effective. Fees are charged for kilograms, one kilogram per US dollar for each type of clothing, and less than one kilogram is one kilogram. You can order hand washing and ironing. I washed one shirt, one t-shirt, two trousers, and three T-shirts, and it cost $ 6. It ’s still Alipay. The downside is that this hotel does not smoke, and the balcony does not smoke (what does the balcony do?) You can only smoke at the pool on the first floor, and you can smoke outside the hotel door, but you will be bitten by mosquitoes. It's a little far away from the old street of Bar Street, so it is recommended to go out and call tuktuk. The fair price to the old market is 2 US dollars, and the same is true when you get a taxi. Breakfast buffet, some people are now giving fried eggs, tell me what to eat in English. If you could smoke, this hotel would be perfect Picture 7 is the margarita pizza packed back to the hotel by the red piano. I personally do not like to eat in the hotel restaurant, so I am afraid that the standard of this hotel's chef will only stay at the eggs for breakfast.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the market. Most of Siem Reap is a dirt road. Every day, the feet are black and collapse. The breakfast is good and the variety is rich. What makes me most satisfied is that the hotel's horse kills the chicken. I press it back every day. Don't be too cool. There are a lot of people, and you need to fix it in advance.

Comfortable beds, airy/sunny cleans rooms, and free breakfast make this a great homestay. The staff makes it an excellent homestay. It truly is inviting. Staying at Oral D’Angkor is like never leaving home. The hospitality and humility is unmatched. Special thanks to Poa and Witchan for taking care us. Poa at the front desk was there for us continuously and is very friendly. Witchan is there for night staff and is also a host. One night we had to reheat food, Witchan stopped his eating and retired our food faster than Gordon Ramsey. The service truly is unmatched. Great stay all around.

In fact, the overall is pretty good, the rooms are quite large, the cleaning is very clean, there are swimming pools, there are quite large restaurants, but there is no five-star feel in the details, it can only be considered three or four stars. It may be because the disposable toiletries are a bit cheap, and it is strenuous to squeeze out toothpaste. There is no conditioner, and a small plastic tube for shampoo is difficult to use. I went to Bar Street and bought it myself. Slippers also look cheap, the thinnest ones. Pros: Free one and a half hour free essential oil massage, great. There is a free shuttle. Disadvantages: The air conditioner is loud and I wear earplugs at night. It's quite far from Bar Street, and it costs US $ 3 each way to make a sudden one trip, US $ 6 for a round trip, and it is a waste of time. Nothing around. Ordering at the hotel is expensive, almost $ 7 to $ 8 per dish. It ’s hard to eat, it ’s hard to eat for a long time. Only rice noodles are fine.

The location of the hotel is in the immediate vicinity of Bar street. I stayed at the new year. Because of this, I heard a loud loud noise of celebration until morning. Because of COVID19 we had to plan a last minute wedding of 10 people. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of the Sampeah Retreat Villa. It was so beautiful and accommodating for our special day. You truly feel that you are in a tropical retreat with the perfect mix of modern and traditional Cambodian style. The pictures on booking.com are good but it’s even better in person. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were great. Extremely clean! The owners are so kind and helpful. Perfect for families vacationing or other large groups. Or just renting half of the villa is a great option too.

We stayed for four nights in a first floor luxury balcony room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax in. The hotel itself is down a dirt track in the middle of nowhere, however this does make it very peaceful, there are local and touristy restaurants a short walk away, and it only took fifteen minutes to walk to the Old Market and Pub Street. The staff were very friendly, and the owners - who speak good English - are only a phone call away if there is an issue. Our only quibble was that my Asian husband tired of eggs and bread for breakfast every day, but once they let him switch to noodles everything was perfect!

During the Dragon Boat Festival, my mom went to Cambodia to travel. The hotel I stayed in for the whole time was selected for a long time. I saw a lot of net red hotels, but to tell the truth, I really like the location and the feeling of the room. I still like the Golden Temple. Another kind of swimming pool to take pictures, I see a lot of hotels in the Golden Temple, but also do not know which one to choose, and then emailed the hotel. I quickly responded. The price of hotels in Cambodia is very high. This price is slightly higher in Cambodia. There are many hotels in the city that are relatively old and have poor service. There are not many rooms in the Golden Temple, but each one is still very delicate. After booking, Because there is no twin room, I traveled with my mother, the hotel also helped us to add a small bed. Advance mail to communicate with the hotel to pick up the plane, landing at the airport to see a beautiful young lady, holding the name of our name, opened a Lexus to pick us up, also sent ice water and towels, do not need to go to the hotel Going to handle, the hotel lady introduced a variety of things in detail, but the explanation is indeed a bit long, but the explanation is very patient, and we also sent us local things like scorpions and fruits. The breakfast at the hotel was slightly less variety, but everything was very delicate, and I was given a spa once. We had another spa at our own expense on the third day. It was more professional than Vietnam and Thailand. The hotel seemed to be 7 at night. At 8 o'clock, there is a fairy dance with local characteristics. I liked the hotel's shower, but there was no bathtub here. The hotel also sent a voucher for a small snack and sent a lot of bread and pastries. Most worth mentioning is that our last night's flight, back to the hotel at 4 or 5 pm, the hotel also gave us a room to let us take a shower, really very close. I have had dinner at the hotel. To be honest, it is cheaper than those that are strongly recommended outside. If you want to take your mom out to taste the local characteristics (more expensive), we basically have dinner at the hotel every day. It seems that there is still a 15% discount, which is very good.

This hotel is very close to the old market and Pub Street, and the location is perfect. Free Rolls-Royce, BMW pickup. I can only say that this hotel is very precise in terms of the quality of facilities and equipment, the style of the hotel's room design, the quality of the items, the attitude of the service, the sense of proportion, and the degree of detail. Impeccable even a pencil ✏️! Any employee has a well-trained behavior, a well-trained service consciousness and a well-trained mind, and as a guest feels very respected, understood and concerned. My own position is that a young lady from China lives in a hotel run by a French gentleman and his Cambodian wife. Impeccable service is developed by impeccable management. First, when I checked in, I told me that there was no room in the hotel and that I had to arrange for another hotel. I think the rating and room rate of another hotel are worse than this one, so I refused and asked Ctrip's customer service to communicate. Miss Ctrip's customer service helped me to solve the problem very quickly and powerfully, thank her as if she called one by one. Finally stayed in this hotel. Second, in fact, the design of the upstairs aisle, stairs, balcony, and windows of this hotel are all pretty. It should be an old house remodeled with a retro atmosphere. But the design in the room is very unreasonable, at least the one I live in is unreasonable. For example, there is no place to charge at the bedside and the end of the bed, the bathrooms and toilets are not closed, there is a lot of psychological pressure when using the toilet, and the washbasin is outside. It is less than one meter away from the bed, the balcony door has a large gap, and mosquitoes can enter even when it is not opened. When showering, the water suddenly becomes cold and hot, and it gets hot and iced. Third, the staff, both front desk and restaurant waiter, have a good attitude. Breakfast or dinner tastes good, the price is lower than outside, and the price is high.

Very good value for money. I booked a night and then decided to stay a bit longer. My single room had aircon a fridge and a decent hot shower. There's also a fan and a desk. Wifi was solid. Staff were friendly. I had a good nights sleep. Only 2 minor points, my loo didn't have any toilet roll and my fridge wasn't working. I mentioned the fridge the following day (as I hadn't noticed straight away). I was moved to a new room with a working fridge and there was toilet roll, so I was happy. There's a balcony on each floor with a table (for smokers?). On the ground floor is reception and also an Indian/Pakistani restaurant. You can also buy beer from the restaurant. There's an ATM next to the Hard Rock café 5 minutes walk away. There's also 2 mini marts shops close by.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Cambodia for a few days to see Angkor Wat. My friend had met Abi a few years back and highly recommended him! We connected prior to our trip and made arrangements for him to pick us up (in his very clean and comfortable car) early morning and take us to Angkor Wat and several other locations. Abi was an awesome tour guide, spoke great English (not to mention that he speaks about 5 others) and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about history, culture, and politics. He's also a great photographer and took some amazing pictures of us. We ended up spending two days with Abi as he showed us all that Ankor Wat and the surrounding areas had to offer, and was it a lot! We saw temples, waterfalls, floating villages, and a stunning sunrise and sunset. Most importantly, Abi made us feel at ease in a country where we didn't know the language. He was there to help us navigate a bad hotel situation and move hotels, he helped us with a lost phone, and offered to take us to the airport. He truly went above and beyond and really MADE our trip! I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is incredibly hard working and has build a great tour company and hostel!

The service I did not quite expect from a budget hotel but what I received it was very impressive. As a Thai travelled to Siem Reap for the first time, there was nothing to complain. From the pre arrival, airport transfer, during the stay and the departure. Their English is good as well. I must say sorry that I can’t remember all the names, but big thanks to every one, Peter, Pollok, Bong Plod, Pov, the bartender, the chef , all the ladies at reception and breakfast and the maids. The hotel is highly recommended on Ctrip. I booked this hotel with a try attitude, although the English level is a bit poor. I arrived at the hotel that night and was very attentive to pick up the ice water fruit ice towels. There was no good Chinese waiter at the front desk that night. The girl who took us into the room was called mao. I explained patiently the room facilities and free service items. The room also prepared supper for us in advance, super delicious sandwiches, mango juice. Although we were not very hungry, we were finished. Breakfast the next day, I met Ann who could speak Chinese. The order was smooth. My husband ate the favorite rice noodles and enjoyed it. I booked a spa when I went out. When I came back for a break in the afternoon, I encountered the best Smile in Chinese in the hotel. The communication was completely barrier-free. He ordered food at the hotel restaurant for dinner. He arrived on the scene for help, and he also cared about our requirements and inconvenience during the spa. He also accompanied us after dinner. Chatting and very considerate. And Sophea Rekky Deepool are all warm and cute, especially warm. Apart from the excellent service of the hotel, it is important to mention that the environment is beautiful and the room is clean. In this weather, there are no insects and mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito coils are also placed on the ground floor door. The service staff will take off their shoes when entering the room. It is really suitable Jie patients. In Siem Reap, people searched for a meal. I have to say that the hotel restaurant's meals are the most delicious, and the prices are not expensive.
