This was my third stay at this hotel in Bandra West- conveniently located between Banda and Khar. Special recognition is given to the hotel ***ager- Mr. Nobert Pinto, who goes above and beyond his call of duty for every hotel guest. He is available to provide us with the best transportation, great suggestions and he holds his staff to very high standards. I must also mention the excellent staff who serve up a delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere every morning. The attendants- Shiv- there’s two of them and Dhaniya are ever obliging and always pleasant. The reception is also ***ned by competent and obliging staff- Jagdish and Marika were always willing to offer any assistance that was needed. For me- this hotel is a sanctuary- a home away from home and it is not the building, but the people, who bring me back here ever year. There are not many types of breakfast, the taste of the meals is medium, the juice for Chinese food is not very clean, there are restaurants and pharmacies in the surroundings, and it is more convenient to travel. Service was good, free luggage after check out!

Our trip through India started in Varanasi. We were lost and little bit scared. Shahid and Shaheer Hospitality really helped us regain our confidence back and taught us how to "survive" through our trip. They arranged us everything in Varanasi and sightseeing with them was awesome. They taught us how the sistem in India works, where to buy things, how to negotiate... ***d then our monthly trip became a vacation 😀

My stay was worth the money I paid . check in was so smooth and the guy ( sooraj )who was at reception allotted a room to me despite of me reaching early than normal check in time . He did not even make it obvious that i came early and i really feel great . other staffs at reception were humble and soft spoken. I stayed only for a day could not judge entire hotel facilities but I am sure other departments are doing their best too . linen especially pillow covers should be given little more attention in terms of cleanliness . one thing I want to mention that here you will hardly hear no from staffs unless its beyond their reach which is a great example of hospitality . My room was bit smaller but descent enough. It's a good budget hotel . will surely visit in future .

If you are looking for a budget accomadation in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai this is it. It goes without saying for this rate ₹800 per night, you should be willing to sleep in a dormitory and share bathroom and toilets. The dormitory has air conditioning and the place is well maintained and clean. Also included is a decent buffet break fast.

When a person comes to India, his life is unfamiliar and his language is not good enough to live in the hotel. At 5 am the next day, I need to go to Mumbai Airport to catch the plane. The front desk called me to get up at 4:30 and contacted me for a taxi. thank you very much!

I thought staying here for the first two nights of my visit to Mumbai would be an interesting cultural experience. I booked well in advance and received confirmation first from booking.com and then the hotel itself. I arrived after a 20 hour journey from New Zealand and went to check in. There were three ***agement staff at the desk and they looked at me like I was something nasty they’d trodden in. They denied I had a booking despite written evidence. Then they said they didn’t partner with booking.com and they weren’t a hotel. Nothing I could say would make them change their minds and I was turned out into the monsoon rain. This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Extremely small rooms, toilet was so small there was barely space to shower. Service is okayish. Hotel doesnt have its own kitchen, so food options is only outside food. I checked in past midnight at which time the entire road was very dark, no lighting and the signboard was barely visible. Took me around 10 mins to figure out the entrance to the hotel.

I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours between flights. I arrived at 5 AM (booked for the previous night) and their staff was ready for me when I arrived, directing me straight to my bed. The location was great, close to the airport and also the Marol Naka metro in case one wants to visit the city. 10 beds in a room, but the room was huge and didn’t feel cramped at all. There were two bathrooms in the room with a separate wash basin outside for brushing/shaving etc. Beds, sheets and pillowcases were spotlessly clean and comfortable to sleep in. They also have breakfast but I didn’t try it as I woke up after it was finished. Overall for ~450 rupees good value for money and a very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is great for a layover!! u don’t need to leave the airport at all. it’s one floor down from areival and then 3 floor ups to go to departure! the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was super clean, maybe a bit noisy (can hear the neighbors)! TV didn’t work and internet didn’t work right away, those are my only tiny complaints!

I spent 10 nights in that hotel. First of all, they had a young *** as a receptionist who was not smiling nor saying hi or what so ever, he was frowning all the time like he was mad at us ! we felt not welcomed, but they had an old guy (probably mid 40) who was very polite. the elevator is so small it can barely fit 2 persons without luggage and was very weird to use. Breakfast was all Indian we couldn't eat because of spiciness, The pictures shown does not match the reality. I reserved a view facing room and it was hilarious, the balcony was covered in PRC and it was not designed to sit in, plus it was filthy and we found a pigeons nest ! There was water dripping sound in the room whenever someone uses the washing sink or shower ! TV was BAD, WiFi coverage barely reached one unit on my phone. On the good side, location is great, even though it was not facing the main road, Hygiene level was good. I kept some money beside the TV and in drawers and when we came back we found all of them so we felt safe and we trusted them. Bottom line, hotels in Mumbai are more expensive than others, for this kind of hotels I would not pay more that 30$ per night (2 persons room), but instead, they charged us with approximately 92$ per night.

Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. My room has the view of swimming pool and the size was good (though I had to pay a good amount to avail it, not sure if it was worth the amount). There bathroom was also very good but sadly none of the times rooms had a bathtub. The buffet was good and had a different varieties of food. The food was little on expensive side but then it provides you with a lot of options to choose from. There was some kind of scarcity of drinking water in the buffet on the name of save water. They'll only pour half a glass of water and I had to ask 7-8 times for water and sometimes it was very irritating. Staff was very polite.

I live in a lot of hotels in Mumbai. This is relatively clean. Because it is a little away from the noisy neighborhood in the yard, it is quite quiet and there is breakfast. For the Chinese, it is ok to eat. There are many choices for Chinese dinner in the vicinity. There is a KFC in the yard not far away, and there are many Indian restaurants next to it, so it is not a big problem to eat here. The hotel is very close to the subway station, it is more convenient, just comparable to Shanghai's Mumbai only one subway, so you don't have too much hope, if you take a taxi, you have to start a lot of cars in advance, because this is very blocked, very blocked! The room is very small. If you live alone, you have to choose a double room. If you are a single room, you can go to no more than 7 steps. For most rooms, there is no window.

It’s such a big and busy hotel. When I arrived the hotel was fully booked and reception was very crowded- and slow! Very slow. But overall staff are kind and trying to help, the room is spacious and clean. Right opposite was a residential building block so there’s not much view. The hotel is close from the airport, but traffic was horrible and I had to spend quite some time in the car. Hotel itself was satisfactory, I would be happy to go back if i am to stay nearby the airport.

The location is a bit remote, and it is okay to stay on business. The facilities are good, the hygiene is ok, the room is re-decorated, and there is breakfast and dinner service. However, it is not convenient to take a taxi. Without local Uber software, you can only book a car at the hotel each time. Fortunately, the cost is not too high. But it was the car service that caused the check-out to take more than 30 minutes that day. I was in a hurry to catch the plane. Now there is a room for which the invoice was not issued to me. Hair, speechless), needs to be improved.

The rooms in northern Mumbai are quite large, and the windows are closed. Provide three meals of afternoon tea, very cost-effective. Three meals of Indian food are not used to but rich and perfunctory. Turn right and go to the supermarket. A little further away, there is a comprehensive shopping mall selling some domestic fast fashion brands and local clothing. There is a comprehensive eating area on the top floor. Then the unit price of meals does not include tax, so the settlement will increase tax. By the way, it's cheap to make a tutu car. If it's cheaper than Uber, it's better to choose suddenly.

The reception where very helpful when it turned out that I had booked a wrong date when we arrived late in the evening. The room was quite small, but ok, bed, shower ok. I had to cut the electricity to the refrigerator because it was making a of of noise, but i t was empty anyway. It had been a wedding celebration in the hotel and some of the guests had a late night party in a room on the same floor witch was disturbing my sleep, but what to do. Next morning we had a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. Its a short distance to the airport, 300 rupies, 10-15 minutes with taxi (we payed 900 rupies from the airport, to the hotel, got riped off, so go with the official taxies). We only stayed the night but I saw that it was a lot of road constructions in close proximity from the hotel witch might bee both dusty and noisy and could be negative for a longer stay. For us the overnight stay was very convenient and I have no problem recommending this hotel

My 4 stars is just because I haven't had the chance to stay at the hotel yet. This is a relatively well-known hotel in the local area, which is relatively localized. Most of them are Indians who live and hold events. This small area (north of Mumbai) seems to be able to find only this one. The overall recommendation is ok, and the service is better. The only thing missing is that the room I live in has no windows, and the others are OK. Overall recommended value.

This place is easily the most iconic spot in Bandra, Mumbai. It is frequented by mumbaikars on every festival. It has a wide variety of foods on offer but chiefly specializes in nonvegetarian dishes. The ambience is cool. There are small LED powered dim lamps all over the place and no in the face bright lights. Seats are cozy and tables firm. Wait time for food to arrive is also less. Overall great place for lunch and dinner.

First the good stuff. Hotel is located in a busy market area of Dadar west. The hotel aesthetics is contemporary and appealing. The friendly hosts/ proprietor s are nice. Perfect hotel for a two star business*** on the go. Not perfect for families. With two or more occupants in a room, precipitation condenses on the walls and trickles down to the floor giving the impression of having rented both a sauna and a hotel pod. Yes pod. Room would be a generous description of this structure that seems bereft of adequate ventilation. Carbon dioxide in the pods is breathed in again and again that would make occupants dizzy the entire day for want of air and mirror misty. See pic.. The rooms are three months new or so our kind hosts say, which helps eclipse any lack of hygiene protocol because newness clouds the eye from filth, such as when you check in at 10 pm and plonk into a fatique induced slumber, only to wakeup in the morning squirming in previous guests sweaty sheets and specks of curly Public hair (yes public pubic). See photos. If that isn't eww or graphic enough, how about sleeping over other folks intimate fluids? That's how gross it got here and a couple of heads up later with the ***ager....still no change in sheets nor cleanup. Dust filled the fan blades, stb box and lamp shades. Sick.. I know. So biohazard as it is, we checked out of our pod before schedule and checked in to a real hotel with more airy room space and .......we loved heppily ever after

I would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hostel, I would rather advise them to avoid it at all costs. Nowhere was it mentioned that the place has EXTREMELY steep and unsafe steps to enter the building. It’s as if you’re scaling a nearly vertical fire escape. Then once inside, the only hallway is very narrow and tight (this is where all the living quarters are), leading to another two sets of very steep steps. The first set lands you at the front desk, the second set to the upper communal area. Upon arrival, we were told we HAD to remove our shoes and it was told to us in a very de***ding and rude way by a shorter male individual who worked there. He then told us we had to leave our bags sitting in the minuscule hallway on the floor and follow him up another set of steep stairs in a tight opening to his check-in desk. It was an awful experience being there. The shorter male worker was not enjoyable to be around or deal with at all. At one point when I tried to get change for a 500 bill it took him nearly 10 minutes to do so because while he VERY SLOWLY counted through stacks of bills in his desk to give me a simple set of change, he would take breaks to yell at one of the cleaners over and over, it was ridiculous. None of the other workers ever seemed happy with exception of the British wo*** who seemed to be training who was very kind. We never even went up to the communal area because the stairs were so steep and unsafe (and my mother who was ***** is 70 years old). YOU CANNOT NOT INFORM PEOPLE ABOUT INSANELY DANGEROUS STEEP STEPS, and 3 sets of them at that, nor can you forget to mention you have a no shoes policy which is unsanitary. Also, the workers came in the dorm room constantly. Why? We don’t know. But it felt intrusive and creepy. We absolutely hated the time in this hostel. We will make sure to tell anyone and everyone to never stay here. There is no way this hostel deserves a 9.4 rating. The only saving grace that made being there even bearable was that our dorm mates and the other people staying there were wonderful, sweet, kind and great conversationalists.
