My review of the hotel is going to be mostly positive. Customer service from the front desk to employees was very good. For breakfast, I was glad that there were good options from hot food to continental. My room was nice, spacious and clean. In my bathroom though, you could see water damage happening in the ceiling along the wall so that should be fixed. My only complaint is the bed. It was just very hard and you could feel the springs in your back in certain places on the mattress. With memory foam toppers available these days you would think there would be an option for this since not all of us sleep on hard, firm (older) mattresses. I had lower back pain almost every morning I got up. Other than the bed, it was an enjoyable stay.

My family came in town for my mothers birthday and also it was Labor Day weekend. I reserved two room one 205 the other 206. Check in was not until 3pm but my family didnt get in until after 8pm which gave the hotel staff more then enough time to go thru cleaning the room. The first thing in room in 205 i killed a spider in the bathroom, I called the front desk and spoke with a Katie advised they to move out of that room but will wait until the am to do the move, but then my uncle called and they found a bug in the bed with them took it to the front desk and all they did was offer to clean the room call the pest control and refund for the first time. BS!!!! no one in mangement has contacted me Dean Wang the owner or Devin supervisor never will i ever stay here or ask any of my family too. Can only imagine what kind of bugs the kitchen have...

A first class hotel at travelers prices. Good selection for breakfast having the typical waffles PLUS eggs, meats and oatmeal. For a change the beds were very comfortable and not hard as a rock. Room was extremely clean looking almost new with plenty of space and it smelled clean and fresh.

Wow...this place must be brand new. The rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent! We were parked out front with a big trailer that needed an emergency repair. The staff was very helpful in suggesting mechanics and options in the area.

I booked this hotel for my sons to stay here after the MLS Cup when ATL United played. The front desk gave my son no problems checking in since I had reserved & paid for the hotel on a booking site in my son's name. They said the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was great and it was easy to find.

Absolutely disgusting. The hotel seemed fine at first glance but once the lights were turned out the uninvited guests came out. SO MANY ROACHES! I felt something crawling on me and when I turned on the light there were dozens of roaches crawling around on the bedside tables, the desk, the floor and even worse on the bed. As it was after 3 in the morning and I had to be up early the next day I just sat there all night killing roaches and keeping them off my husband and child. The next morning I complained to the office and the lady at the front desk confirmed that there was a roach problem. Her exact words were "We usually just move guests to new rooms when they complain about the roaches." She also told me that I would need to wait until Wednesday as the owner was out of the country. I called on Wednesday and the owner told me that he would only give me 50% of my stay back because "its not my fault that theres roaches and I'm not paying a person to kill them." I demanded a 100% refund and he told me to send him the photos that I took and that he would call me back in an hour. After an hour and a half I called back and was informed that the owner had left for the day. I then spoke to the manager on duty who told me that she would not try to contact the owner and that she couldn't help me, threatened to call the cops if I called back and hung up on me. Unless you like roaches you should never stay here.

This was great stay! We did use our points for a room and sure were happy. We were on the first floor which we really liked, right down from the breakfast area. The room was very nice, clean and with a large TV and great bedding. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast gal was SUPER – the best we’ve had. So friendly and helpful. We’ll look forward to coming again.

Rooms are newly renovated. Room was clean, beds were comfy and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was very nice. We only stayed one night and did not go down for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but our room was great. We would stay there again if we are back down that way.

I had the best stay at Hampton Inn and Suits, 999 Bob Arnold Blvd., Lithia Springs, Georgia, 30122, USA. Your staff is fabulous. There is a security guard on duty 3rd shift named Jason who is genuinely superb. His caring is from the heart! He takes his job seriously and professionally. My daughter felt safe knowing he was on duty!! And hats off to the cook who offers the best breakfast one can ask for. The property is clean and very comfortable. The location is just what you need, right off the highway and next to everything. We were only 15 to 25 mins away from the events that we needed to get to. We were travelling from Cincinnati, Ohio and the roads in Georgia gets dark quickly but we could see the bright red Hampton Inn signs that made us feel relived that we were in the right area. I would like to personally thank All of the staff for all they do. Please keep up the Georgia Hospitality and professionalism.

Was there for one night due to my truck being in the shop for repairs.. normally since I'm a choice hotel member I normally stay at their hotels but seeing the fact my company was paying for the hotel for one night I had to go by there wishes so therefore; to be fair I am a huge Hotel Impossible fan so I am picky at the places I stay and yes I do inspect the rooms thoroughly. Pros: 1) a nice place to get out of the night air for a rest. 2 nights tops. 2) guest services was polite and courtesy all around. Cons: as again I'm picky lol 1) restaurants are not in walking distance unless you are an exercise enthusiast. Mainly about .5 mile to 1.5 to nearest restaurant. 2) no continental breakfast only coffee 3) beds needs a thicker blanket 4) and they could improve their water pressure for the showers. And as a truck driver I get more water pressure at the truck stops. But all in all if you just need somewhere to lay your head down and get a night's rest it's a good place. And it's a better choice if you want to come in a day before a Braves game or going to Six Flags.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out 4 days later, we had a perfect stay. We were greeted by Alexis T. when we first arrived at 9:00 a.m. and even though our rooms weren't available that early, she provided PERFECT customer service. She offered to hold our luggage for us so we could begin to explore downtown.....she did it with a smile and could not have been more welcoming. She also told us that breakfast was still being served and if we would like to partake to please do so. She set the bar very high and is a perfect "face"for the hotel! Our rooms were very clean at check in but we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned after that. We only asked for clean towels and the housekeeping staff were gracious in giving us the amount we requested. We enjoyed the evening reception (provided 7 nights a week/4:00-7:00 p.m.)held in the lobby one evening. That night they had complimentary chicken wings, chips with artichoke dip and cubed cheese......all hot and very tasty! There was also an acoustic guitar player in the lobby providing very nice music (low volume). The morning breakfast was very well presented as well.....one morning they ran out of bacon - no big deal! This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action on Broadway. Super location! I would 100% stay and recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel while visiting downtown Nashville!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday last week, and Nashville was where she wanted to go (I certainly didn't mind though). We checked in on Wednesday March 4 for three nights. My first thought of the lobby area was it reminded me of the Contemporary Hotel in Disney World minus the monorail running through it. Our early check-in went smoothly as our room was already available, and it was one facing the park, as we requested. Regarding the room itself, it was overall clean and spacious. Next door at Bridgestone Arena, there was a concert the first evening, a hockey game the next evening, and another concert the last evening. We did hear their noise, but glad we didn't also hear all the music from the other side (rooms facing Broadway). Our check-out experience went well too with no discrepancies in our final bill. For breakfasts, we enjoyed the buffet in the lobby. It was nothing spectacular, but still had all the usual breakfast foods. Our only issue came with the coffee shop where on Thursday March 5, it didn't open until after 7am. It was an issue as we are early risers and were specifically told they opened 6am weekdays. Regardless, I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in town.

We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!

The hotel is wonderful and the staff was exceptional. Emily at the lobby bar, Phyllis and Barbara in the cafe to name a few. Faults: no concierge on staff to help Nashville newbies on local dining venues or sights. Front desk staff very kind but called upon to fill this position and not really good at it. Also when checking in the front desk staff were constantly being interrupted to answer the phone which was a bit rude. Last but not least the valet parking situation! We waited almost one hour for our car Sunday morning to be delivered. This can only be attributed to poor planning on the part of management. We were told our car would be available in fifteen minutes so we proceeded down and joined at least another fifty to seventy five families waiting. It had to be known how many would be checking out that morning and should have been planned for. Not Marriott standards.

My husband and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary, and it was definitely memorable! We had to change rooms twice, once because the AC didn't work, and once because the ceiling was leaking. However, the beds were super comfortable, and the atrium, pool, and fitness rooms were great. The restaurant has very good food and great atmosphere. Everyone, especially the lady that worked the front desk in the mornings, was very nice, and we got moved quickly and easily both times. I would recommend staying here to anyone, though it seems the hotel could really use some updating. We would stay here again.

First the good- we loved the location and would stay here again because of that. Plus, We actually liked the minimalist rooms. They felt very clean. We had read reviews so we booked a larger room with windows. Now the not so good- very unhelpful desk staff. We requested housekeeping but it didn't happen. Next, they checked us out a day early. When I stopped to ask about it, I was met with argument and insistence that our reservation ended now. I showed my emailed confirmation and then it was, Oh, Ok, I'll check you back in. Of course, when I got my final receipt, they charged me the now higher price than what I booked in January, for that last night. I emailed (no response) and called but it was again just argument, and my mistake somehow. Finally, the AC quit working that day. We reported it but the whole day passed without anyone taking action. When we checked back in the afternoon. They said, they couldn't work on it because we had our stuff in the room. They had not given us another room or said that was a problem in the morning but now just kept saying , they couldn't fix it because of us. Just to stop that argument I finally said, "OK, what now?" They then offered us another room for our last night. I don't expect any response to any of this. I see their canned response to every negative review. It's just a full disclosure to those choosing. We'd stay here again for the location and we were comfortable until the AC situation. If service and hospitality is important though, stay somewhere else.

I was in Nashville for a business convention and stayed at the Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown due to its proximity to the convention center. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean and rooms are nice size. we had an issue with the hair dryer and GFI outlet in the bathroom and the hotel fixed both issues in 5 minutes. Great Customer experience. The breakfast buffet in the morning is nice, but NO restaurant in the hotel. Fortunately the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. Parking is $40 per night FYI. The only problem with our room was the view was covered by an A/C unit.
