Before I went to see the reviews, I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. . . . The floor of the room is very high and the hygiene is average. In the room, I found the glasses that were pulled down by the guests before, and they were still very expensive frames. . . To the front desk. . There is a street corner deviation between the location of the taxi in front of the hotel and the actual location. . The hotel reception can also help book a car to the airport. . . Watching drama on Broadway and going to the Lincoln Center are not far away. . A taxi is required to go to the metropolis. . Because I lived in New York for 9 days. . A few days later, the refrigerator broke down, and the master worker came and said that the repair was not good. . . Fortunately, it was withdrawn. . . Traffic, location and landscape are good. . . Have stayed at several hotels in New York. . . This one is relatively new. . . JW or something. . . The building is a bit old. . . In fact, it is like that. . . The favorite I actually lived in New York is Sofitel. . . But beautiful landscape. . This time it was mainly to watch the show. . . No choice

I absolutely love this hotel! We came a couple of years ago on our honeymoon road trip and they upgraded us to a massive corner suite which was stunning! We decided to come back with my parents for my 30th celebration and it was just as good as I remember! Check in was quick and the lady who served us was so friendly! They had put some cupcakes in my room with a little note which was a lovely touch! Was a smaller room this time but still a corner suite. Service in the bar was nice and quick and never a hassle. The only downside is that the lifts are quick slow and sometimes there is a bit of a queue to get up to your rooms. Great location, within walking distance of Central Park and Times Square. And not far at all from the nearest subway. Would definitely come back again if we come to New York a third time!

We arrived at The Manhattan club and were nicely greeted by security and receptionist. Check in was easy and fast. We spent 11nights here and enjoyed everything they had to offer. We stayed on the 18th floor. Room was very spacious with two bathrooms (1 with a bath), kitchen/dining/lounge and a bedroom. The beds were super comfy and such a dream to sleep in after a long day exploring. Rooms were cleaned daily, they weren’t modern but still very nice. Our view looked over to the offices across the road (Didn’t bother us). Business hub, gym and vending machines on the 26th floor. All staff we very friendly and very helpful. The location is PERFECT! You are close to literally everything! We loved NYC! Check out was quick and easy. We didn’t want to leave! When we return to New York, we will definitely be staying at The Manhattan Club again. Thank yous

The hotel is located south of Central Park, two streets away from the park. The exterior walls of the hotel are being renovated, and the shelves are not seen. The road at the entrance is also under construction and is enclosed. Next to the hotel is Starbucks, when there are many people. Many office workers leave wherever they buy breakfast, mostly tourists. Hotel facilities are older, but check in and check out are fast. The subway station is also close. There is a bakery on the first floor, cakes and coffee, and where to eat breakfast. The decorative paintings in the room are portraits of people, and the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Because the flight was temporarily canceled, I temporarily looked at the guidebook, and then I was unable to find the hotel. After all, here is familiar, so check out in the morning and come back at night. This time I learned the last lesson and asked for a quiet room. On the side of the hotel, it's much quieter, but the outdoor unit of the opposite hotel still has sound. It can be tolerated. I asked for a king-size bed room, which is only 2 square meters more than the king-size bed room. The walkway and windows are larger. A little bit, everything else is the same. The air conditioner in the house still makes you don't want to turn on the air conditioner. Turn it off and sleep better. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers. These have to be brought by yourself. The bed is soft, very soft, and waist Not good, water charges, charges, charges, or there is no kettle, just use the microwave to heat the water, drink, bath, conditioner, soap, there are three kinds, there are skin care lotions, hotel people are not cold or hot, It's a professional smiling face. Don't worry about it, don't even think about it, no matter they are black, white, gray, or yellow, they actually discriminate against Chinese people. When they are air, it ’s good. A little hot in the morning Water and coffee are free to drink and baggage is free to take care of. This time I stayed for one day and lived for 4 days before. You can see the previous evaluation. This time, I did n’t pay attention to it, and I was deducted for water, 2 bottles and 6 knives. A tax increase of 0.53, a total of $ 6.53, saliva money, you do not need your password, you will only know when you receive the information, the money is deducted, what money? Ask, water money! The one-night deposit was $ 50, and the deposit was returned the next day after checking out, so they said that the time for the refund was very willful. The four-day stay was $ 200, and it was September 14th. I wrote it back today. Did not return, the Times Square next to it was messy, the street stalls were full of inferior branded imitations, wandering, asking for food, the subway was dirty, smelly and broken, there were almost no rolling stairs, elevators, no air conditioning, and I had a heart Just count, there are a lot of hotels here, there are a lot of choices, Ctrip's staff are very diligent, they still praise and thank, then because the flight was canceled, I stayed for another night, more exciting see the next review

The noise always beats you in New York -- no matter how hard one tries, the 4am taxis and inopportune horn-honking will never leave your ear. If you're in New York for...well...New York, the noise adds to the experience. But for business and regular travellers doing their motions in the Big Apple, the Carnegie Hotel's relatively new build goes a great way to retreat from the city. While I'd highly recommend having coffee and breakfast in nearby cafes and restaurants, the burger place hidden in a competing hotel down the street and the Greek restaurant next door, this new, well-located hotel is hard to beat in this part of the city.

This is a big convention hotel, in a central location. It is an easy walk to Times Square and Rockefeller center, and the subway right outside the hotel providers quick access to midtown east, downtown, and Columbus Circle. There are plenty of good places to get dinner nearby as well. The rooms are small, but functional and the beds are reasonably comfortable. They have fewer TV channels than in some other hotels (no HBO) but in the age of streaming that is less of an issue than it once was. Some rooms have great views, others look into offices across the street. If you have status the concierge lounge is excellent with good breakfast options as well There are also other food options including room service. The fitness center in the basement is exceptional - one of the best i have ever seen at a hotel. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, and they do seem to recognize the "regulars" which isn't something you would expect in such a big hotel. I'd definitely look at staying here again the next time I am in NYC for business.

We stayed at this property for our anniversary over NYE 2017 and it was magical! Service was fantastic, room was amazing; it became the hotel to which we compare all other hotels to. Our stay in February 2020 was much less impressive. As Globalists, we were automatically assigned a premium non-suite room when there were plenty of standard suites available. I wonder: do the staff at the hotel think I am unaware of my Globalist benefits? Had to request a standard suite which is always awkward. Our room was very unimpressive and lacked natural sunlight. There was a hole in the ceiling and the windows were dirty. There was no welcome note or amenity offered from the staff. We were quite disappointed and expected more from the property. One thing we remember from our original stay in 2017 was how incredible the breakfast was, which was part of the reason we chose to come back. It was everything we imagined. We were very pleased to see that F&B has stayed at the same standard as set years ago. I would encourage other Globalists to consider the Andaz 5th Avenue when making their decision to stay in NYC.

When I checked in, there was no wifi in the hotel. I arrived late at night so I left it till the morning. When I woke up, still no wifi. I tried calling reception but the phone doesn't work so I had to go downstairs. The concierge said he knew the wifi was off, but didn't want to phone the maintenance team because they were sleeping. WHAT!? The lady at reception gave me a very terse response and was very unhelpful. Told me to go to Starbucks!! Unbelievable! Of my three nights there, only had wifi for 1 night. In the center of NYC. No Wifi. I was speechless. The hotel was nice enough. Excellent location. Right in Times Square and many Broadway shows just a short walk away. I'd return again, but would probably chack ahead to see if the wifi is working or if the maintenance team is still sleeping...

Location is very close to Central Park and 5th Ave. For those who plan to travel from the airport to the hotel by subway, there are no escalators or elevators from the station ticket gate to the ground, so it is very difficult for those with heavy luggage. I think taxis, Uber, and shuttle buses are good. There is a supermarket and Starbucks open 24 hours a day. The hotel and the rooms are cleaned very nicely. Hotel amenities such as toothbrush sets, hairbrushes, etc. are not available in Japanese business hotels. There was an illy coffee maker (capsule type) and it was very delicious. The room was small and compact, but it was cleanly cleaned and the design was nice. Large lobby and amenity with high-quality feeling such as Sheraton, Hilton are not substantial, but were compact and high-quality hotel like designer hotel of 5 stars.

When many outsiders assume it's paradise living in Hawaii, I have been planning a vacation since May 2020. Since many countries will not allow Americans into their country yet, I decided to stay in Manhattan for 6 nights and chose the W. 57th Street by Hilton Club. Wonderful hotel with very caring staff. I rented a studio plus unit as it was centrally located, easily walkable to many sites and near the subway. Great grocery store (Morton- Williams) just 2 mins from hotel and five doors from Carnegie Hall. I felt very secure and safe as you must place your room card on the elevator reader before it allows guests to go to their room. Great safety feature as this prevents anyone not registered from entering. Room was spacious, clean and decorated with modern touches. Small refrigerator provided, but wished they had a small microwave in the room. Gym was not open and hotel/timeshare did not have a restaurant on site, but many options to eat less than 3 mins. away. Staff very knowledgeable and will give you information when asked. Highly recommend this timeshare/hotel!

1st impressions of this hotel was that it was nice, but totally not what we were sold at the travel agent (of course not the hotels fault). The hotel had actually upgraded us from double to king which was nice, but when we saw the room we were a bit disappointed. Alot smaller than the photos look and the windows dont open, we even had a sticker covering the window so we didnt actually have a view at all. Air con from outside was very loud especially during the night but we soon got used to it. Onto the pros, bedding seemed to be changed daily which is a massive bonus but we stayed during the Corona virus outbreak so not sure if they do this normally. Room tidied every day. Rooftop "bar" is a complete joke. It's hardly a rooftop at all its tiny and the roof wasnt opened. The rooftop and the downstairs bar both closed during our stay due to Corona virus. Did not get to try the downstairs bar so cannot commend but it looked nice enough. Front desk staff were lovely and friendly. The biggest plus for this hotel is the location-its perfect. Right opposite a shopping centre, star bucks next door one side and subway the other. Few mins walk to central park if that. Right by the subway which is super handy for sight seeing. All in all a nice stay just not as 'swanky' as we were sold and paid for. It was our first time in New York tho so maybe alot of the hotels are like this, small and dingey. We enjoyed our stay and due to location would probably stay here again. NYC was very quiet compared to normal so would love to come back to experience it, once the corona buggers off!!!

The hotel's configuration is good, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery are very full! It's just that the scoop and shovel are not easy to use, but you can do it! The hotel room is large, a dressing room, and two large closets. There is an anteroom in the entrance. The kitchen has an island and a dining table. The family is definitely very relaxed. But the shortcomings are too prominent, that is, the refrigerator is very noisy. At night, the noise is not good at all. The sound of the air conditioner is louder and the heat is very fast. It is sleeping in an air conditioner. The noise feels like sleeping in the open hood. Next to it, the booming night collapsed! If the air conditioner is turned off first, the second refrigerator is still very noisy and can't be turned off, so sleep and fear the noise to give up! In addition, the curtains are blinds, and they are not shaded at all. This is not human! Let's talk about the advantages. The hotel is just outside the Wall Street subway station. There is an exit on the 2. and 3 lines in the hotel. It is especially convenient. It is also very close to the 4th and 5th lines! The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 5-minute walk from Trinity Church and a 10-minute walk from Wall Street Copper Bull. The opposite side of Tongniu is the Museum of American Indians. The building is particularly beautiful! It’s also about 10 minutes walk from the boat dock to see the Statue of Liberty. It’s really convenient, and the surrounding security is better. There are not so many tramps! The hotel has a big food supermarket for 3 minutes. The food for cooking can be fully purchased. Turn right and go straight for 5 minutes. There is a very complete daily necessities supermarket. It is also convenient. In short, in addition to huge noise, other The place is worth experiencing, the bathroom is easy to use, the toiletries are all L'Occitane, the mattress is soft but comfortable, the pillows and quilts are also very soft and comfortable, the bed is USB charging and humanized, except for the bathroom mirror I don’t know what to do with the nonsense owls. It’s very scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The others are very human! In addition, I saw that there is a guest feedback that there is no smoke exhauster. In fact, I have not found a place. The switch of the smoke exhauster is on the microwave oven. The light is the light of the hood. The FAN is the switch of the smoke exhauster. The blinds next to the air conditioner outlet are seen. It is one piece, it is actually a cover, and the air conditioner switch is hidden inside.

My boyfriend and I spent the night here awhile ago and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The hotel feels very sexy so it was perfect for our little staycation. We're right next to Times Square so we got to be tourist in our city. The rooftop is gorgeous. We had the king suite overlooking the street with wall to wall windows. It was a great change and escape from our tiny Brooklyn apartment. Would highly recommend for a sexy night in NY:) Also shout out to the GM Jeremy Poon if he's still there. Amazing hospitality from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping team.

1. Good location: 9/11 new building and Memorial Museum just outside the window. 2. Convenient for travel. It takes 3 minutes to walk to New York's line 1, 2, 3, E, R, W. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. 3. Good service: there are people in the lobby 24 hours, and a deposit of 250 yuan for 5 nights. 4. The room size is OK and the facilities are complete.

I was going to NYC to see Elton John and was to stay at The New Yorker. Well... neither happened. I had made non-refundable reservations but called the hotel to see if their policy would change during this crisis. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. One person that really stood out was Neida Aldama, a supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and compassionate about the situation, and offered that my prepayment be used as a credit that I can apply anytime in the next year (hopefully if/when Elton John reschedules!!). I feel that this was very generous, given the fact that they had every right to tell me I was SOL. Neida even went so far as to call me to directly answer a question I had. I know that they are dealing with a lot and are working with a skeleton crew, so that phone call really blew me away. Thank you Neida and The New Yorker!

It ’s not the time to come out this time to catch the epidemic every day. This hotel is not cost-effective. The deposit is 600. Breakfast is basic for more than 100. Every night, the food is delivered to the room for more than 130. The 600 deposit is not enough. I ca n’t say that the deposit is refundable. The bathroom is super small, especially the shower and hand basin. What ’s wrong? Drop the ensuite sofa into the toilet. The sofa can be turned into a bed. I think the next time I go I will choose to live in New Jersey across the Madison River to see the buildings in Manhattan. It was so noisy that at least ten policemen were parked downstairs 24 hours a day.

I’m going to tell you a secret and you have to promise not to tell anyone. You can taste New York without New York money. How? The eminent Concorde hotel. I’m here now, writing this review. It’s midnight and the Upper East Side looks so beautiful from up here. This window is four times the size of my body and yet I feel so large. It’s all in the room, I think. It makes me feel like I’m Wilson Fisk. I'm Tony Stark. I'm Bruce Wayne upon Gotham. In this moment, I run New York. Wait a moment. Something caught my eye. I wonder why a single room light is on the 61st floor of the Bloomberg building? Is Mike home? You really need to see the Bloomberg building at midnight from this floor. What a view. Back to the Concorde. Every place is defined by its people, so let’s talk folk. All Concorde staff I encountered were excellent, from the courteous doormen to the tireless housekeepers. A few to note: the amiable Christopher Shepard, the efficient Rada Drascovic, the soigné Dukens Alexandre. They exemplify luxury hospitality. Meet them and consider yourself lucky. Look, we all agree that that hospitality in New York is a gamble, regardless of star ratings or thousands paid. Well, not the Concorde – it’s consistently well reviewed as far as excellence in customer service and I got to experience first-hand why. New York is not known for consistency in anything. I was impressed. Let’s now talk about the space. Understand that this hotel is less boutique and more New York history. It was born as a residential high-rise owned by a major airline to provide exclusive lodging to visiting crew. Keep in mind that corporations take it very seriously that the people flying their billion-dollar aircraft get the pinnacle of luxury for their night’s rest. So, you will too. The Concorde is designed with your comfort in mind. That’s why every floor only has four rooms. That’s why the beds are so soft. That’s why the soothing tones of mid-century modern mellow your eyes. That’s why I’m typing this with my laptop on a marble table top. That’s why… the bathrooms. Oh, the bathrooms. God damn. We’re talking bathrooms the size of a New York city studio. Professional vanity mirror taking up a warehouse chunk of wall real estate. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. That’s right - and. Have you ever finished a run in Central Park with a perfectly-temperature-controlled Bahamas waterfall of a chilled shower, soak your tired muscles in a home spa of a soothing bubble bath, then back to the Bahamas you go? I have. A bit about the amenities. Well, there’s the essential WIFI, but note that you can ask for a network cable for better Zooming or Teaming. 92 Mbps down / 94 Mbps up during my stay, by the way. My TV is quite big and has all the usual channels and music. A fridge (mind you, much mini) lets me keep a few refreshments cool for when needed. Finally, an iron and board in the room let me have my pilot uniform looking crisp for my flight out.
