Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

It was a fabulous stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok. We were pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to our room and the hotel staff were all very polite and friendly. The food was also quite decent at breakfast. There’s also a boat ride service if I’m not wrong and the cleanliness and quality of materials was great as well!

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

While writing this I am staying at the Miloft Sathorn Hotel for 3 more nights. Soon my quarantine is over and I am allowed to go home. Of course, quarantine is never fun, but I certainly haven't had a terrible time here. Compared with other people reviewing Miloft Sathorn I haven't had any problems with the Wifi, it was quite fast and smooth and I used it all day long to work and watch Netflix. The food was not fantastic though, often just a bit warm, sometimes even cold, small portions and not much variation in the menu. But I expected that already, you get what you pay for, so no complaints. You are allowed to order from outside though, e.g. FoodPanda and GrabFood. People complaining about the food during their ASQ stay, should pay 5 times more and stay at the Anantara Riverside for example. Communication with the (friendly) staff is via Line. They always act quickly if you need something, so I am very happy with them. Room is okay, a bit old, but the large balcony really is a big plus. Without balcony I would have gone crazy for sure. Conclusion: if you have to stay in ASQ, but don't want to pay too much, Miloft Sathorn is a great choice. Just don't expect any luxury, don't expect amazing food. And upload the FoodPanda app on your phone ;)

Beautiful hotel! deluxe river view rooms exceptional, with a distant view of the river, washer dryer, turndown service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we could sit riverside for dinner even though the hotel had closed the area for a wedding function. This was much appreciated as we would have been beyond disappointed to have missed this feature. Shuttle boat to Icon Siam every hour, great breakfast, great gym and games room. A gem of a hotel!

In Soi Charoenkrung 58, the entrance to Bangkok Fish Bridge Enter the alley and turn right, the first alley again is a small alley. The hotel is located in an isolated alley again. No parking Must pass through the fish market, there is a fishy smell and water shed on the road. If walking, you must be careful stepping on the water. But inside the accommodation is clean, quiet, no smell, spacious room, good flowing water, cool air conditioner, overlooking the Chao Phraya River. Near the court of Bangkok Subdistrict, Rajamangala University, Asiatique, Saphan Taksin Bangrak, easy to walk to the bus stop. There are seven nearby. If you don't care about the environment in front of the hotel as a fish market, it is considered that the accommodation is worthwhile to relax. Call a tuk to send it better than a taxi from Saphan Taksin or walk for about 10 minutes.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

The hotel is value for money. The room is adequate. However, we were allocated a room that is close to the BTS. So, we could hear the train passed, and it was annoying. We didn't bother to change room as we arrived quite late and just wanted to sleep.

It is very convenient. It only takes two minutes to walk to Thong Lo BTS. It is very convenient to go to large shopping malls such as Siam Paragon nearby! We are two adults and one child. Our daughter is 137cm and 9 years old. The three of us sleep on a King size bed and it is not too crowded! Our room rate did not include breakfast for three people, because there is a very famous mango sticky rice restaurant downstairs in the hotel. My husband went to buy it after 7 o'clock in the morning. The warm sticky rice grains were fragrant and the fragrant milk was also warm. After eating this restaurant, other I don’t want to eat it either! The hotel staff are polite and friendly. I will choose this hotel next time!
