This hotel was settled for the first time. In 2018, he lived in the same network on Volokolamsky Highway. Breakfast, room and service are perfect. But my review about the quality of the Internet provided by Wi-Fi: I settled in 208 room on the 2nd floor (Improved Standard), as I am on a trip, planned to work in the evening (to work need the Internet - email, Zoom-conference) - but unfortunately it failed. The Internet is connected without problems, but its speed (apparently with large user connection) falls sharply and simply the usual web pages are not loaded. I addressed the hotel manager - the problem was not solved, the answer was - probably the problem from the provider. Then he wrote a statement. Their IT expert wrote a note, that in general they had everything normal. When I spoke to this IT expert, he just said, then I turn off Wi-Fi at all and clean off the site that there is the Internet. At the same time it is 3* hotel and the Internet should be anyway. I believe that this is a disrespect for their guests, as from the administrator of a hotel, which cannot find a solution to the problem, and especially from the IT specialist who in fact - rude the guest. This is all, though the cost of the rooms is far from budgetary.

Не в первый раз останавливаюсь в апарт-отелях сети Yes, и сегодня расскажу плюсы и минусы отеля в Митино, в котором я прожила почти две недели. Плюсы: В 10 минутах ходьбы две станции метро, есть доставка у всех самых популярных служб доставки. Большая удобная двуспальная кровать, хорошие одеяла и подушки, огромные шкафы, зеркало во весь рост. Есть отдельное рабочее место. Большое количество розеток в нужных местах. Красивый вид из окна. К курьерам нужно спускаться вниз, но не могу назвать это минусом, да, это не очень удобно, зато есть полная уверенность, что на этажах не будет случайных людей. Минусы: 1. Нет сеток на окнах. В теплое время года приходится по ночам как лягушке скакать по всему номеру и ловить комаров и мух. 2. Нет ни одной крышки для ковшей и сковородки. Если планируете что-то варить, а тем более жарить, берите свои. Я взяла универсальную, но это не помогло, так как для маленького ковша она оказалась большая, а для сковородки слишком маленькая. 3. Игрушечная посуда. Это значит, что все супер маленькое. Ковша хватит для того, чтобы сварить макароны или пельмени на двоих, но суп придётся заказывать в доставке. Поварешки нет, только пластмассовая ложка, чуть больше столовой. 4. Супер разбавленное средство для мытья посуды. Отмыть ковш от масла или сковородку от жира им не получится. 5. Невозможно дозвониться до ресепшена ни по двум внутренними номерам (получилось 1 раз из 10), ни по обычному городскому иногда. Под конец пребывания действительно было быстрее спуститься вниз. 6. Бойлер для горячей воды есть не во всех номерах (это прямо мега странно, люди платят в некоторые дни по 7000 рублей за ночь, и остаются с ледяной водой), а в тех, в которых есть, он очень маленький, тёплой воды хватает на 5 минут. 7. Не предупреждают заранее об отключении горячей воды. Я узнала об этом при заселении, стоя на рецепшене. 8. Грязные окна:( 9. Уставший ремонт. Над кроватью была ободранная ткань на стене, в раковине был след от затушенной сигареты, прожженная занавеска. 10. Актуально на текущий момент: стройка под окнами, шум с 9 утра до 7 вечера. С закрытым окном жить можно, с открытым тяжко очень. 11. Вытяжка не работает. Если будете что-то жарить, запах останется в номере ещё на пол дня. 12. За три дня до приезда позвонила по основному номеру отеля, спросила можно ли заселиться в 12 дня, молодой человек ответил: «номеров такого типа всегда много, поэтому, конечно можно». В итоге в день заселения в 12 дня девушки на рецепшене сказали, что заселение в 14:00, что номер ещё не готов, и что молодые люди у них не работают. Думаю, стоит лучше следить за тем, чтобы непонятные молодые люди не дезинформировали постояльцев. Несмотря на все минусы, общее впечатление хорошее. Как номер в отеле - четвёрка. Как апартаменты - тройка. Среднее 3.5, но с надеждой на будущее 4) Если исправите минусы, будет просто идеально☺️ Вернемся проверим!)

They called the mechanics - the wire was quiet even before they arrived, the mechanics bit a couple of wires, helped for half an hour. Again they complained about the respiratory - gave a new number: they fell asleep, after an hour everything was repeated. In some pants, they went to bed in the next room on the other floor (7): no more problems arose, the wire was slightly chipped, but it didn't stop sleeping; in the room was warm, compared to the first two, a weak water pressure in the shower. The guards and administrators were responsive, allowed to use their microwave, without question changed the rooms at an hour of the night, acknowledging that sometimes customers complain about the noise in the rooms. There is a room with a smooth board and a twig. Breakfast is normal, the same all 3 days of arrival: eggs, dry salads, omlet sausages, cushions, vegetables, ... coffee machine. From the metro on foot 15 minutes. Minutes at 10 are Piterochka and Spa, just a little further Azbuka taste and Chaihon restaurant #1. Summary: The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator. The hotel is not bad, especially for your money. NO: Lucky with the room - sleep. Not lucky - call the administrator and ask for a change of room, once you've been in this hotel.

Я бы оценила как -10 баллов Я не понимаю откуда взялись такие отзывы хорошие об этой гостинице, которые вводят людей в заблуждение. После первой же ночи просто сбежала, не стала ничего выяснять, выяснять не с кем: Хам на хаме. Сейчас такого неприкрытого хамства даже в поликлиниках не встретишь. Заехала вечером в гостиницу, за стойкой регистрации сидит мадама, которая ничего не объяснила, лишь показала в какую сторону лифт. В номере две односпальные кровати, покрывала, которых в помине не сыщешь, подушки неудобные, унитаз течёт. Выдают один халат и тапки, лучше бы вообще не выдавали, потому как по номеру ходить только в сапогах . В тапочках прошлась, потом смотрю на них и не поняла- а почему они такие волосатые стали, да лишь потому, что в номерах никто не убирает. В 11 часов вечера в соседней комнате компашка собралась и начали они орать. Позвонила дежурному администратору, попросила меня в другой номер переселить, на что она мне ответила не придумывайте, я ведь не могу запретить гостям собираться. Оказывается там так принято. Ещё меня убило полностью, так это то, что она взяла и кинула трубку. В итоге, это компания пробуйствовала до 2-х ночи. Утром пошла на завтрак- надеялась , что хоть что - то должно быть в этой гостинице хорошим. И здесь провал. В «ресторане» за стойкой никого, хоть обзвонись в звонок, приходит потом официант прокуренный , я ему протягиваю талон на завтрак, он мне начал рассказывать , что мол завтраки надо было заранее заказывать и вписывать в какой- то там листок. Потом с таким одолжением мне сказал заполнить, что бы я хотела на завтрак. О ужас, что принесли- это я не знаю как описать, они умудрились яйца жареные испортить , жарили их на каком то ужасном видимо прогорклом масле, накидали туда же помидор крупнопорезанных, ветчину огромными ломтиками. Да, вот это была «яичница» блевотного вида и плюс капучино , и две сосиски маленькие и мне ещё сказали доплатить 170 рублей, потому как талон только на 350 рублей. Есть это все было невозможно. Я ушла на занятия, когда пришла в номер, то увидела что его совсем не убирали, все как стояло- стакан грязный, пустые пакетики от шампуня , все так и осталось на своих местах , полотенца не поменяли, те вообще ничего. Я понимаю, когда хотя бы делают вид, что убрали в номере, а здесь даже вида делать не стали, может только совсем немного- кровать застелили покрывалом. Я собрала чемодан, подошла на стойку регистрации, там никого не было, оставила ключ и ушла. Вот это думаю «Гостиница», да ей не 3 звёзды надо, а минус 10. На Курском вокзале и то чище, спокойнее и приятнее .

Though isolated in a sporting complex, the quiet neighborhood was a welcome relief from the noise and congestion of Moscow. The rooms were plain, adequate and air conditioned. There was an English translator available. Beds were OK and the rooms felt more like a dormitory which is all we needed during a short flight layover; taking a 3000Ruble taxi ride into the city. The taxi ride to SVO or VKO was also around 3000Rubles. The breakfast was good and there was a snack bar with continental options and all-day snacking. The staff were very helpful and assisted us to be settled and comfortable. This is a good choice for an eco nomical room and board. I did not see other options for eating in the area, so eat day meals while away from the hotel. There is a snack bar and breakfast is available for additional cost.

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

Останавливалась в отеле на одну ночь ради близости к аэроэкспрессу с Белорусского вокзала. Бронирование на сайте отеля без оплаты не составило никакого труда, оплатить можно на месте, и номер был в наличии. Номер одноместный эконом без окна. Будьте внимательны, он действительно эконом и действительно без окна, особых ожиданий лучше не питать. Есть все необходимое, нормальный санузел, нормальная сантехника, микроскопическая раковина, фена нет, видимо по запросу на рецензии. Комната 5-6 метров, тв есть. В целом, все хорошо. Нет окна и этим все сказано. Будет постоянно желание проверить помещение, особенно после принятия душа. На 1 ночь - бронируйте не глядя, расположение вполне приличное, тихий центр, в пешей доступности московской зоопарк и мастерская-музей Церетелли. Если проживать более двух ночей - лучше номер стандарт с окнами. Уборка на 3 с минусом. Пол можно было и по лучше помыть. В раковине чистить слив требуется после каждого гостя, а не иногда. ТВ лучше повесить на стену, на полке он категорически отсвечивает экраном, если смотреть лёжа на кровати. А так, нормальный эконом отель. Номера более высокой категории- всегда выигрышный вариант.

We had 2 super rooms 1106 and 1206 for 2 days, with kids 5 and 8, and one of the teachers for dance for the little girl. We had a tournement we atended in Moscow, Crokus hall. The rooms are great, the kids can run, and hide, and play as much as they want. The barthroom, is sober and small, if you see the enormous room , but it we sufficient. The TV channel, I would like to request a children channel please, we could not offer the kids to watch the tv. Breakfast was fantastic, close your eyes, kame a wish, and it was there, it is a pity we where in the hurry alll mornings to attend the competition, there where many reasons to just sit and eat and relax with a great view on floor 25. The staff, very friendly! Housekeeping, super friendly ladies, and very polite. Now room service, we love to go out for dinner, but we where tired, kids too, so we ordeed room service, the FOOD was fresh , very tasty, it was served as in a restaurant, very very enjoyable, we loved it, the kids too! I hope to return here man times, and hope we have more time to enjoy everything! But thank you for all! It was fantastic!

В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

Overall rating is ”Very Good” for the price and location. Not an easy approach, and taxi took some time to locate it. Though the address is Staropimenovskiy per 11/6, the entrance is located on Vorotnikovskiy. There is no lift, so best to travel light, but receptionist assisted us carrying baggage to our rooms and on departure, bringing it down. Good facilities - microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to metro and centrally located Baggage room for checkout for late evening departures Reception said we could wait in restaurant until 7 pm as we had a night train to catch, to Saint Petersburg. It seems the manager was not too happy to see us waiting in the restaurant, and probably for not ordering any food or drink. Perhaps the manager appeared rude as we were there, as the receptionist said we could wait in the restaurant, and there weren’t any customers waiting for our table! Good selection for breakfast, though not buffet. The single person took orders, cooked/prepared and served in fairly decent time. She does a great job. By the way it is at least half an hour from Red Square, bur the public transport is pretty good, especially the metro.

Останавливалась в отеле на три дня. Я в полном восторге. Отель расположен в центре, но в очень тихом переулке. Окна выходят в закрытый дворик, никого там за все время не встретила :) В самом отеле тоже было очень тихо. Номер небольшой, очень теплый, вполне уютный. Опреденно, есть своя атмосфера. Всё чистое, в рабочем состоянии. Персонал максимально приветливый и милый. Отелю, как мне сказали, более 130 лет. Было бы странно увидеть внутри интерьеры в стиле хай-тек, поэтому претензии по типу ”внутри совок” мне вовсе непонятны. Был включен завтрак. На выбор несколько блюд+чай или кофе. Все очень вкусно, подают быстро. Единственное, к чему можно придраться, так это к тому, что кафе находится в подвале. И интерьер на любителя. Мне напомнило фильм ”Американский оборотень в Париже” :) немного жутко и не хватает музыки. Окончательно растаяла, когда обнаружила в номере конвертик с поздравлением с Днем Рождения :) Если это не клиентоориентированность, то что? Я обязательно вернусь туда снова.

Hello. I went to Moscow in March 2023 and stayed at this hotel. Overall I liked everything. The territory is large, next to the water with ducks and swans 🙂 The numbers are clean, the truth fen is old (who is used to laying hair phenomenon - better take your own) 😃 There is a restaurant with delivery to the room. The only thing I add is that the taxi is usually stopped on the road opposite the entrance to the hotel. Go not very close, entrance through the security. Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.
