|1.02km from city centerMixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like pubes, not impressed with that.
But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

|1.27km from city centerThe Aloft hotels are always small, but practical and reasonably priced. This hotel is no different- good rooms, handy store, and a relaxing lobby. Staff at the desk are good as well Only issue is the hotel shuttle - waited at the airport for an hour and it didn't show up. I gave up - it doesn't run on a regular schedule but if you need to call to be picked up, this needs to be communicated better. The SFO shuttle was better as it was shared with another hotel but always ran every 15 min, so you knew one would be there soon. If that is sorted, I would stay again.

One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

|1.01km from city centerThere is no place to pull up your car to check in. Once I managed to get inside, the person at the counter didn't greet me. She was extremely unfriendly and robotic. She didn't even wish me a good stay - just rudely dismissed me by calling the next person in line. We were four people with two rooms. One set of our keys didn't work, and when I went to tell her, she acted like it was my fault. Room service was adequate and the restaurant staffer on the phone was nice. The rooms were clean, but the climate control was extremely noisy - as were the other guests upstairs and in the hall. We could hear traffic outside (we were on the 2nd floor). The king bed and the pillows were comfortable. The pool was pretty small and not that deep. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. It was close to the airport, and that's why we chose to stay there. The location was convenient when we had to make a very early flight out.

And the airport was sent at 4 o'clock in the morning. Although it was only 4 minutes away, the driver also helped us with the luggage and pointed to the boarding gate. Thank you, Guo Guo.

|0.4km from city centerShuttle was at curb when I arrived, no wait. Several airlines use the hotel for employee layovers - therefore the shuttle is easy and frequent. I did mobile check in - hotel is a bit of a maze when you first arrive. I suggest in person check in for this reason so you can get some directions. I was on the second floor (lobby level) and walked in a large square to find my room which was actually very close to the front desk. Room was great, Marriott standard with all expected amenities. Room service was good and prompt. Concierge lounge was nice and had good evening hor'doerves and a standard Marriott breakfast. Had lunch in the restaurant - good service and food. Gym was adequate but I did not see a Peloton bike. Shuttle back to airport was quick - I waited about 5 minutes. Solid experience.

I had to ask for an extra blanket and the night shift woman went to the laundry room immediately to get one. I know that others have had problems with this hotel but my experience, thanks to one night-shift clerk, was excellent.

It was older than I expected and didn't feel very comfortable. I didn't have breakfast so I can't judge.
Even if you can walk from the airport, it costs 40,000 yen for a room without meals.
It feels expensive to exceed.

The breakfast was nice and a great start to the day. Their airport shuttle dropped us off at the airport for the short walk to the light rail to ride into the city for a day of exploring. He told us where to meet back up at days end and voila, he was there to take us back to the motel. Couldn't have been better, it was perfect. This Inn was recommended by previous stay couple and it was spot on. Highly recommend as well.

Called back and talked with desk agent requested shuttle, only to be told no shuttle, take taxi and then get reimbursed. Still waiting. 2. Room at late night was fine, clean and quiet. 3. Breakfast did not keep pace with competition in Hilton chain. Smallest, cheapest plastic I’ve ever used. 4. Folks were friendly, but I’m shifting to Home2 Suites.

After picking up the baggage at the airport, follow the signs to find the pick-up area of the hotel car. There is a toll-free number on the station to pick up the corresponding number of your hotel to connect to the front desk. It is very convenient. The hotel has an old elevator. It should be a shop opened by Indians. The service is invisible. You can't see it but enjoy it. The microwave oven and TV room are all equipped. The nearby Angel Lake and Park can walk. Silver Dollar Casino can only be used. Blackjack, it is said that the bar is more appropriate, it is very convenient to take the light rail bus.

|0.36km from city centerNext to the airport, it is 200-300 meters to walk. You can drag your suitcase and walk for 5 minutes, or you can wait for the shuttle. The only thing to note is that check-in is free after 2 pm. We didn't know in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 12:42 and gave an extra $20 for early check-in. There are far fewer takeaways here than downtown. The little brother who checked out the next day was not bad, so he let us take the shuttle and left. The bedding is good, the room is big enough, and the takeaway will be delivered directly to the door of the room.

|3.09km from city centerWe stayed there on May 1st and honestly out of all the hotels we stayed in during our road trip through Canada, this was the WORST. I will NEVER stay here again no matter how desperate. The only reason we stayed here was their sign advertised $59.99 and after driving for 14 hours from Oregon and beyond exhaustion this seemed like a good deal. I really wished I had taken pictures. So I was disappointed when I discovered that my stay was going to be over $80 but because there were 3 of us and we were all exhausted we decided to purchase the room anyways. The bed had obvious stains on it and cigarette burns on the top blanket. I slept in my clothes that I had just worn all day because I didn’t feel comfortable changing into clean clothes for these beds whose cleanliness was very questionable. When I did decide to take a shower the next morning the towels were extremely thin and also had random stains on them and they only seemed to have 3 “bath towels” for a room that could sleep 4 which was odd but whatever. I also thought it was quite ridiculous that for the price tag the room did not have a fridge, microwave, and did not have any complimentary shampoo/conditioner, just a bar of soap but whatever. I will never stay here EVER again and will definitely more thoroughly plan out my motel/hotel stays for road trips before just randomly jumping into any room. Don’t stay here.

|1.94km from city centerI was having one of those days ”all bad”, 4 1/2 hour delay in Long Beach, missed flight at Lax, rainy and cold upon arrival in Seattle. I walked out to the curb and flagged down the first shuttle bus which happened to be for the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was a short drive from the airport and it felt so good walking into a warm, well appointed lobby, with one of the nicest front desk individuals you could ever ask for. Armon was courteous, professional, and his incredible friendly attitude turned my day around. The hotel is like new, super clean and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Seattle area, and if you are fortunate to have Armon on duty, you really scored!

Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30.
Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand.
Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated.
Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient.
I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch.
I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

|0.46km from city centerWow - summer of 2022 all the Sea Tac hotels are crazy expensive. We didn't feel like spending 200 bucks for a room for one night, so found a ”deal” ($109) here. The room was tired and some furniture was broken. There was no elevator. We had to rise early to catch a flight but the shuttle doesn't start until 7 AM. Luckily, it is a 15 minute or so walk to the terminal. Was it clean? Sort of. One thing that was new and in very good working order was the air conditioner/fan and that was much appreciated. We asked for a 5 AM wake up call and it never came but of course we set alarms on our phones.
