Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.

Several of our friends have traveled from the United States to the United States. First of all, the location of this hotel is not bad. Then it is convenient to stop at the hotel. The location is good. We found it very quickly. Thanks to Ctrip for assistance.

The price is very high, the surrounding environment is good, the room is big enough. The facilities in the various rooms are very good, the reception staff is also very enthusiastic, a little farther away from the city, traffic is more convenient when driving.

Thankfully we were only there for a quick overnight or we would have found another hotel. At most, a two star hotel. The hotel was very dirty, trash and general filth in the elevators, vending/ice area, and hallways. The room was in very poor shape. Bed skirts that were torn and hanging from the bed, cabinet for the fridge was tilted as if it was going to fall at any moment, holes in the wall, and holes in all the lamp shades. Tried to overlook all this and then discovered both the towels and the sheets had spots on them that appeared to look like dried blood. Upon starting to tell the front desk about the poor conditions at checkout she somewhat jumped in immediately giving us a story about the hotel is scheduled for an update and the pandemic has delayed that. The comical part is, we didn’t get beyond “Our room was in poor condition…” before she was jumping in explaining her reason why and inviting us back next year. So, it must not be the only time she has heard this type of feedback. Too bad she didn’t wait/ask for something specific because dirty items shouldn’t be dependent on a renovation. We won’t be returning and really will reconsider relying on the Holiday Inn brand in general.

This hotel has major problems. Check in is at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:45. The room was not ready and the front desk supervisor was very slow. She could not tell us when it would be ready. There was a line of about a dozen people. Some were irate. It took 50 min to check in. The supervisor said check in is at 3 pm, but not all the rooms are ready then. We had an event to attend, needed time to get ready, etc. To say this was frustrating, is an understatement. We received a notice from Hilton saying we could check in using the app; however, it would not work. We were not offered anything, including water while waiting. As a diamond member, I expect more. I certainly will not return to this hotel again.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

Will and Joshua at the concierge, front desk was phenomenal with their customer service. One of the reasons I stay here is because of the customer service and the quality of the rooms. For example, Joshua went out of his way to show me where to find the vending machine, and he previously filled my bucket with ice. I’ve stayed in hotels from Egypt to London and never had no one to fill my ice bucket. On of the rooms AC was a little noisy that normal and so Will was able to change out the room in a matter of minutes. Thanks Will’s and Joshua for your excellent customer service and professionalism Chris

The staff at this hotel was exemplary. I was greeted with smiles every day and everyone seemed to go out of their way to assure guests had a quality experience. I remember Ruby in particular who was so kind. I offered to share my praise with her leadership and she insisted she was simply doing her job. This also appears to be a pet friendly hotel as there were a lot of dogs during my stay. At no point did I hear any barking while in my room or any disruption of any kind. Whatever they're doing to make business travelers like me and folks with pets feel welcome is working.
