Aside from cleanliness and positive guest services, the dining area was nice and the breakfast food was delicious. (I would’ve really loved bacon as an option.) Parking was easy and well maintained. My recommendation: Your main door drive up check-in looks like a side door entrance. We drove around the building just to make sure it was the front. It’s so easy to get to, looks great from the interstate, but it needs to have a front door makeover to go with all the positive amenities offered to clients. If it were a last minute need for hotel, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable pulling up to stay over simply because of the drive up not looking safe or impressive. That’s the first thing a guest sees.

This hotel has a great staff who always treats you with respect and is very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen if you like to cook. The full size refrigerator saved me lots of money! Thanks for another awesome stay and for making me feel so special!

What a great place. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful both in the evening and morning. Location of hotel is easy to get to and easy to get back on i70. Also plenty of food options nearby, if your not interested in that they did have in house options. Parking is plentiful, just drive around back if front is full. We didn’t hang around hotel, but there were several gathering places that were well laid out. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great stay.

We were a little bit hesitant to book this hotel, because of the reviews. Boy were really wrong! It was very comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They clean the rooms after each day. It was near to every place we went. We would definitely stop here again.

booked the room late at night as I need it and it was convenient for me and my guest. Check-in was fast and effortless and I had the key and my hand and a smile and was told where the room was. Room clean disinfected and stocked with all that needs to be there I will use this again in the future

The guy at the desk didn’t speak English. After going back and forth regarding the card I was using, we were finally able to check in. Just to get to the room and realize our AC unit was broken (this was the first day all year it was in the 70’s). As I was on my way out the door to ask for a room change, my fiancée stopped me and asked if we had a bathroom? There was a door in our room but it was locked. We assumed that was the bathroom. So I asked about that too. The guy from before came upstairs to try to unlock the door with no luck. (There was something jammed inside the lock). He told us to wait while he got someone else. The other guy came in (also didn’t speak English) and tried to unlock the door while the first guy blocked our exit from the room. At this point, I wanted a refund and we decided we weren’t staying here. Tons of red flags. I was afraid if they got the bathroom door open, what would we find? I told the first guy we needed our money back and we’re leaving and he questioned me, not letting us leave the room. I eventually pushed through and let my fiancée go first down the stairs to make sure he didn’t do anything stupid. He ran down the stairs, nearly knocking her over, and tried to get us to stay. Now, I’m absolutely terrified. We quickly left the hotel, got in the car and drove home. We ended our trip early and I missed my brother’s birthday the next day because of how shaken up I was. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
