Take the children to Brown Summer School, business hotel, the location is good enough, the room is big enough and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, especially quiet, through the second floor corridor to the shopping mall, the first floor of the mall is CVS pharmacy can buy drinks Daily necessities, there are 7-11 small shops in the street park. A few minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to Brown University, very satisfied. The price changes are too big, almost double the difference, be careful when booking. If you are in Providence, I really recommend this.

The location is very good, the hotel room is also very good, the air conditioner is installed under the window, can be heated or cooled at any time, go out to rain, get wet clothes, go back to the hotel to turn the air conditioner into heating, you can blow the hot air Dry, this is still very convenient. The Martha Department Store opposite the hotel is very good, with complete things and a good shopping environment. Providence is a very clean and beautiful town.

I have never wrote a review and I live and die by Trip Advisor comments. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. Even better my wife did not have anything to say. The hotel is super clean and in a great location. The room allows you space to work and relax. The front desk clerk Denise was attentive and super polite. The evening social and breakfast is a great way to save money and the salad at night is super fresh. The GM and sales representative worked the breakfast line one morning and they made you feel at home. Yes there is a charge for parking but you are down town and the money I saved on meals made it a wash. This is my go to hotel any time I visit Providence. Rodney Williams

The fact that the room I stayed in had no armchair to sit on but two uncomfortable chairs is pretty much a joke. For teenagers and maybe for young adults in their 20’s doing everything on the bed might be the way to go but for anyone else it’s not. The desk would receive an F in any design school. Two raw, welded metal pipes penetrate the steel plate and form an arm to connect the apparatus to the wall. It is crude looking but I take that is an aesthetic decision and as such I don’t mind it or care for it. The problem is that the table is narrow. If you have a 15” laptop then the room left beside it for a mouse is very limited and you have no place to put your arm. Some might consider that desk looking cool but those would like to use it will tell you that it is useless. The room doesn’t come with a closet but with two wall hooks with hangers on them. God forbid you have more than 4 things to hang. I have traveled the world and been to hotel rooms half the size of this with much more comfort. This room was not that small to justify the lack of an armchair or a closet. With some innovative approach there could have been many possible solutions – or at least one comfortable chair should have been provided. The room looked like a junior art student project. The mishmash style of retro and industrial might fly if the room was comfortable but it was just not. I understand that this pejorative view is my own personal taste and as such might not give ground for one single star. Unfortunately, I also had a problem with the heater. Each time it turned on it gave a long and loud scraping sound as the louvers opened in it. This happened every half an hour. At 2:30 AM I called the front desk for another room. I was informed that the hotel is fully booked and I should inquire in the morning. Luckily, I had a noise cancelling headphone so with that aid I was able to sleep but of course could not move. Next day the front desk offered a smaller bunk bed room. I am 6’-3” and would not fit into a regular single bed not to mention I already had a small and useless room so I declined to get an even smaller one. Then I was told that the building maintenance will check out my heater. They did. It worked till 1:30 AM when the sound started again so I slept another night with headphones on. So in short, there is not a single thing or moment that I enjoyed during my stay. Hence the single star.

The location is good and it is convenient to go everywhere. The train station is a few minutes’ walk away, and the bus junction is at the door. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Brown University. The decoration style of the hotel is also more ornate, a bit like the Shanghai Peace Hotel. But the room does not have an electric kettle for boiling water, drinking water, coffee and tea, or breakfast. The breakfast provided in the cafe downstairs is simple and not cheap. However, you can reach 7-11 by walking for 1.2 minutes on the right when you go out. There are more choices for breakfast here, and it is also affordable. After leaving the shop, turn left and walk a little bit to a good food street. There are many cafes and western restaurants, and there are two very good Korean dishes.

This is the worst check-in ever. Because of my reasons, the four-day itinerary was only scheduled for three days. On the third day, I went out for work at noon. When I returned at more than six o'clock, I couldn't open the door. It was cleaned up, and I did n’t figure out what it meant to clean up. When I entered the room, I found that everything was gone. The four clothes hanging in the closet, the wash bag, carry-on luggage, and the cosmetics I bought were all gone. At the front desk, the waitress politely told us that things were gone. We asked her that I had lived for three days and there were so many personal belongings in the room. Why did n’t you contact me and was told they were all like this, Then I asked them to look for it. After ten minutes or so, the front desk said that the room had been delivered. I was very speechless. Why didn't you let me take a look? I hurried upstairs again and found four clothes, a wash bag and a shave. When the knife was gone, I bought one less perfume, so I ran downstairs to find the front desk. She still said with no expression that the person in charge of cleaning was off work. There was no way. After several negotiations, I agreed to look for it the next day. I was passing by a middle-aged white man, like a manager. When he asked about the situation, he went downstairs to help us find it. Although he did n’t find it, he felt sincere and friendly. Then he went back to the room helplessly and found again my cigarette It was taken apart. I was definitely taken apart by someone else. Then I called Ctrip's customer service, responded to the situation, and communicated a few times. He told me that the hotel had absolutely no staff to turn over my stuff, was silent, slept, and woke up the next day After asking again, it was not surprising that there was nothing. This is Hilton. There are two questions in the whole incident. 1. Why don't you communicate with me whether I will continue to live and there are so many luggage items in my room? 2. Even if I put things away, should n’t they be packed together and packed at the Lost and Found Office? I only went out for six hours. Why are some things missing? Why are my things opened? Finally , The hotel did not contact me actively, not even the least sorry! !! !! Is this still a service industry? !! !!

The beautiful environment of the hotel is a classic in the century-old architecture. In the literary city center, the interior has modern facilities and the service is very warm. The lobby also provides guests with delicious drinks and desserts. The public areas are quiet and elegant, and the surrounding environment has a cultural heritage. The famous mural wall is in the surrounding area, which is a good choice for home travel.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights for my fiancée to recover from surgery in comfort and quiet. Booked a first floor room so that we could transfer him right in to the room from the car with minimal walking. What I didn’t realize was that this hotel backs right up to 95... our room was on the highway side and our window was right by the back door/parking lot. The highway traffic was loud but, the noise/traffic in the parking lot was even worse. Every night it seemed like people just started partying from midnight on... people shouting/yelling/throwing stuff in the parking lot. Loud music, tons of bass, bumping for hours. Our second night it went on from midnight to almost 3 AM. Front desk staff was not reachable when we tried calling overnight, and unhelpful when we finally did get someone. The room itself was nice. Clean, comfortable, although the beds have no box spring, just a mattress on a metal platform so the mattress kept sliding off the frame and had to be readjusted. Comfortable bed though. Check in was quick and streamlined. Virtually no checkout process which was nice, just drop keys in a box and go. The noise was just a deal breaker for us, unfortunately. We ended up checking out a day early.

The hotel is right next to the city center, so it's very convenient to go to the university, eat and shop (of course, I feel like there is nothing to buy there, I wanted to buy a RHODE ISLAND refrigerator sticker, but I couldn't find a place to buy it). But the hotel is right next to the highway. One side is noisy. I booked a room on the other side, facing a small lake. The hotel is relatively new, well equipped and clean. It is worth mentioning that a waiter at the front desk of the hotel is very poor. Here's the thing: I checked into the hotel on the afternoon of October 22, and put an important paper bag in the safe in my room. I forgot to leave the shop the next day, after I drove to a place three hours away by car Only to find out, so quickly called the hotel front desk to explain the situation, the front desk clerk even said that the housekeeper manager had checked the room and the safe, but found nothing, and said that I would call the manager the next morning to ask. This surprised me a lot, because something similar happened in the past. I dropped something in the hotel and never really lost it. Why not? This made me very anxious, so I called the HILTON Hotel Customer Service Center to explain the situation. Then I called to consult the hotel again and informed me that I had contacted the Hilton Customer Service Center, and if I could not find it, I would report it to the police. On the way back to the hotel the next morning, I received a call from the hotel manager saying that my bag was found and she was there. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked her what was going on. She said: The manager of the housekeeping department did not check my room or the safe. Until the next day when another guest left, they went to the room to open the safe and took it out. Got my bag. I immediately told her what the front desk clerk said to me the night before, and I felt she was very irresponsible. The customer was so anxious and worried, but she was totally unaware of her and said she had no responsibility at all. Checked it and found nothing. The hotel manager apologized and said it would strengthen staff training.
