My wife, 3 and 6 year olds, & myself recently stayed in one of their 1 bedrooms that had one bed and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. We had a very positive experience. The location was great. The room was very clean. The layout worked well for us and the kitchen was very useful. The resort's pools (regular and kiddie) were well-maintained and the kids loved them. The place also had a playset/playground and a picnic table which was nice for the kids. Also, either everything in the unit was pretty and/or the cleaning crew did an outstanding job. The place was amazingly clean when we arrived. Corners, bathrooms, kitchen, under-the-bed, etc. All of it. We did use the sofa bed as a bed for the kids for the entire stay. We also appreciated the decor, or lack thereof. Believe it or not, we weren't in Orlando for Disney so appreciated the absence of Disney stuff. As others have noted, the place does feel a bit more private and secluded than you think it would given its location. The main downside I would consider would be the noise from neighbors. We traveled during low peak times and only had an upstairs neighbor for the final day of our trip. Like many other places, you can hear people walking upstairs. More than this, though, you can also hear their televisions and talking. The final day visitors weren't particularly egregious in their use of their unit, but they definitely weren't us. Young family, early to bed and early to rise. If I were going again, I'd definitely request an upstairs room to avoid the footsteps issue. Not sure you can much avoid the other. For our part, we brought a white noise machine (a MARPAC) which helped a great deal.

During our stay at the Barefoot Suites, unfortunately my wife entered hospice care and passed away. When I notified the folks at the front desk (Michaela and colleagues) of our situation, they were extremely compassionate and helpful. They were very helpful at allowing me to extend my stay and accommodate family members that traveled here to help me out. I can't say enough nice things about the staff here and the way they helped us out and took a little bit of the stress off of us during a very difficult time. Thank You... Thank You... Thanks You.

I stayed here for 7 nights on a trip to Disney/Universal. It’s within 10 minutes of all the Disney parks and 30 of universal including traffic. Since this place is so cheap, I wasn’t expecting much. The other reviews are pretty much correct. These rooms are not clean. Most surfaces and the floors are just dirty. I saw a couple roaches and there were ants in our room. The shower was clean but the bathroom sink was dirty and stunk of mold when the water was running. The bed was clean and comfortable. Sheets were pretty thin and a little scratchy but totally fine, pillows were nice. The walls were very very thin. I could hear every conversation had in the room next to me. If we tried to go to sleep before the people next to us, we had to turn on the bathroom fan and the AC to drown out the noise. When I checked in, I was told towels would be replaced on Tuesday and sheets on Thursday. The towels were replaced but the sheets never were. No cleaning other than the towel replacement was done in the 7 nights we were there. Overall, not a terrible motel. Everything was pretty much as expected for the price. You get what you pay for. Was totally fine for a young couple that didn’t spend much time in the room. I would bring your own cleaning supplies if you’re worried about the cleanliness. Also, I’m sure it was stated beforehand, I just didn’t read carefully enough, but the WiFi is not free.

We booked a room here because it was dog friendly. First let me say I was greated by a very friendly front desk gentleman.  It was late, after 10:30, but he was extremely pleasant. I asked if the area was safe. He assured me it was. That the sheriff's department patrolled there regularly. It went down hill quickly after that. We pulled around to the back of the last building where our room was. I immediately noted an RV in the parking lot directly behind the row of cars against the building. There were people actually staying inside of it. The lights were on and we could see thru the windshield.  The second thing I noticed was a car parked in the back row against the fence, backed in. Lights on. Filled with smoke. The whole area smelled like pot. Other than those 2, the parking lot behind the building was empty.  We opened the room, which smelled musty. The air conditioning was barely working. The events hadnt been cleaned in quite some time because they were sticky brown and had hair and debris stuck to it. The floor was so disgusting I wouldn't let my 7 year old take off her sandals.  The film on the floor was so bad you could see our shoe prints in it.  There was a dead lizard on the floor. The base of the deskbhad been so saturated by water (or pee) that the veneer had seperated from the pressed wood . The bed frame was pea green where it wasn't stained. There were no comforters on the bed. Only a thin blanket covered with another sheet. The bed crunched when my daughter sat down in it. I didn't even have the nerve to look in the bathroom.  There was no way I was going to let my child sleep in that filth. We gathered our belongings,  I stopped and turned the keys into the night clerk, and went down the road to another hotel. I knew it would have to be discussed with corporate in the morning.   I called corporate in the morning and spoke to a very nice man that apologized and said he would expedite my complaint so that they could get a refund processed ASAP. He asked if management could reach out to me regarding my complaints, I said absolutely! The following morning I missed a call. When I called back I stated who I was and apologized for missing the call. I said I'm not sure if the manager was trying to reach out to me or not.  The very rude woman on the other end said " yeah, that was me" Without asking or discussing anything she stated she received my complaint and would issue me a $25 refund. I told her that was unacceptable and that corporate said I would get a full refund.  She said " yeah well that's not what we do here." So I stated I would called corporate again and hung up. She called back and made it seem like she was going to do me a favor and give me back $35. I replied again that I was calling corporate because this was ridiculous.  Their motto is offering "CLEAN, COMFORTABLE  and affordable accommodations". That's what I paid for, but that's not what they delivered. I spoke to a woman with

I used it when traveling alone. Large room that cannot be compared to Japan. There is a shuttle bus to Disney every morning. Even at night. You can ride without a free reservation. However, the number is quite small. There is also a bus to Universal every morning. Round trip $ 15, no change. You should prepare in advance. There is only one round trip per day. If you don't play for a day, you can't go home halfway. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. There is a pool and gym in the hotel, the staff is kind, and there are people who are familiar with Disney, so you can ask a lot of information! !

This was an excellent hotel for our needs. Very clean beds & linens. The staff was very helpful, friendly & kind. The breakfast left something to be desired but there is a Denny's in the same parking lot literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The poll is quite small but we weren't there to utilize it as we were at SeaWorld & Aquatica during the hotel pool hours so the hotel pool wasn't needed for us. We will definately be using this hotel again when we return in September.

Staybridge, suite, slightly smaller in size. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

The front desk was not very enthusiastic. I stayed for 7 days and prepaid all the room rates. When I checked in, I received a deposit of $300, saying that there would be a city consumption tax and so on. When the checkout is calculated, it is said that it will take a few days to return the balance to the account. One and a half months, there is no news. Complaints to Ctrip, waiting for the results.

Home2 Suites is exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Valerie, the most amiable receptionist I had ever met. Upon entering my room, I felt at home immediately. Home2 Suites was aptly named. The interior was spacious with impressive high-ceilings. The use of curtains and sliding doors allowed me to feel as though the entire environment flowed in a comforting manner. I booked a second evening to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The following morning, I had a question for the receptionist, who responded genuinely with brainstorming and a response that put me at ease. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at Home2 Suites, and intend to stay with them again in the future.

We travel quite a bit and I am fairly specific in things I like and dislike in a property. The Marriott Harbour Lake was excellent all around. When staying in Orlando there are SO many choices so researching what you want and need is important. I also called to see what was open/closed. This trip, I knew we would be staying mostly on property with 2 teens and a 6 year old making it more important than ever that the property suited our needs. The 6 year old loves to swim but gets bored quickly of the regular pools at resorts. I knew we needed something fun to keep us busy all day. MHL has 2 pool areas, each directly across the resort road from each other making it easy to go back and forth. 1 is the shipwreck pool. There is a pirate ship with several slides and fun things like a ships wheel. Around the pool are features that squirt water at the kids while they play. The buildings in this area are 12. 13, 14 and 15. This area also has The Patio where you can get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Also a nice jacuzzi area off to the side. The Florida Falls pool area has a fantastic splash pad area with 2 giant dumping buckets. While we were there the splash pad equipment was repainted. The pool is beautiful, with a slide on one end. Just behind the slide is a jacuzzi and outside the gate is The Outpost where you can get drinks and quick serve snacks like hot pretzels and chicken bites. The mini-golf course and playground are also on this side. The playground was roped off for most of out stay and we saw at the end of our trip that a new awesome looking playground was installed. The buildings around this pool area are 28, 29, 30 and 31. The employees told us that during non covid times their activities department has things going all day long for the kids as well. Definitely a great pick of resort of you are traveling with younger kids. The condos were updated and very modern with everything we needed available. The beds were soft and comfortable. If like me you are picky about which unit you stay in based on property location, a few things to note is that unlike many resorts we have stayed in there is only 1 door. No back door access. Blogs 12 and 13 form and L with the screened back patio area of 12 facing the water and 13 faces the pool. These buildings are closer to the garden area and there are also a few bench swings along the water behind the buildings. 14 and 15 form and L. 15 faces the water from your back patio. 14 faces the volleyball court and shipwreck pool. Behind these buildings is the boardwalk trail. Lots of walkers and joggers on it. The gorgeous dock at the edge of the lake is also on this side. For those that like to be closest to playground, Golf, activitoes or the slide pool then 28 is the closest with 29 being the other half of the building. 30 and 31 are away from all of the activities if you prefer less traffic. The gym is open 24 hours and had very up to date equipment. It should also be noted tha

I was in town attending my graduation with family and friends. After that trip, I was suppose to head to another state for work, but that second leg of the trip was canceled due to the Corona Virus. This left me with a few days layover. I decided to try Extended Stay based on a friend’s recommendation and it was close to where I was and around lots of stores and restaurants. I was exhausted but stepping into the Extended Stay perked next up. The scene was right from first sight and followed through with good rest through the night. The room was just what I needed to feel at home but perhaps the part of the deal was the warmth and friendliness of the people. The manager , Camille Huyghes went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. She answers all my questions, attended to room preferences, and was cordial by nature. All of the workers that I encountered had the same demeanor. My only problem was that I wish I could stay longer. Looking forward to returning. Stefan.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, and there is no problem with eating. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket at the gas station across the road from the hotel. It is very cheap and much cheaper than the hotel's own supermarket. If it is not directly from the Magic kingdom, it is not recommended to make a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The shuttle bus was built by several hotels and they all departed at the entrance of the Magic kingdom. If you are playing a few other theme parks, you must first take the Disney bus to the Magic kingdom to get back to the hotel shuttle bus. The first time I took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at night, we came out of the Disney Animal Kingdom at 9:00, waited 45 minutes before waiting for a shuttle to the Magic kingdom, and then waited for the hotel shuttle at 10:40. The whole journey took almost 2 hours. During the day, the park was not tired. The bus was tossed. The key is that the number of buses is seriously exceeded, and it seems that the refugees have to get on the bus. Uber has 10 yuan for 15 minutes! Take a taxi in the next few days! Remember, it is not recommended to play the Magic Kingdom!

There were two bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and screened in lanai. We had a great view of the golf course. We booked multiple rooms for me to copy. Satisfied, I have stayed at a good motel near Disney. The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.

We enjoyed this hotel very very much. Yes it needs a little updating, but it is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. The staff was so friendly. They chatted with you, but most of all smiled when you were walking out/coming in. We ended up with a suite with a kitchenette which was a total surprise. If we knew our two meals in Orlando were not so terrific, we would have cooked them here. The room was so quiet. The hotel was central to everything. I took the time to look for a good hotel option, since my trip was with my daughter, the hotel really seemed good to me but I looked for "breakfast included" and in the photos they put the restaurant. When I got to my first "breakfast" they told me ahhh it's not here it's in the store! Continental breakfast? They gave me a tray with a cold tasteless bagel, an apple and a juice! That was not a breakfast! It looked like food for a beggar! I did not go back for my "continental breakfast" I was very disappointed by this! On the other hand, I sought help with a couple of issues: I didn't get a good internet connection and they couldn't help me when I asked for help on where to test for COVID. I would recommend trip.com but not this hotel. It is a pity because it is beautiful and very well located. But I did not feel well cared for.

Used my points for a free night for a solo shopping trip. This hotel is very close to the outlet mall- 10 minute walk. Lots of food in the vicinity as well- Mcd’s, Outback.. etc. Also a Publix nearby. Hotel is new and very clean. The front desk agent (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very sweet. Breakfast options were grab and go and were generous. My only negatives- the pool seemed a bit neglected. There were no towels available. I used the pool in the evening and the following morning and there were dirty towels left overnight on the tables and chairs. Not a big deal- just a note. The view from my room was a bit depressing- it was a construction site (see photos) I was in the area last year and it looked exactly the same- like an abandoned project. Not the hotels fault but just to note that there is lots of construction happening around the hotel. I think in the future once this area is built up more it will be nice.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. We've tried many hotels in Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, but this is always our first choice now when visiting Disney(we usually stay 2 to 3 weeks at a time). We're glad we discovered this little known about gem. We choose the room that has 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa bed which is great for three adults and a child. We don't know of anywhere else in the area that has this configuration. Rooms are only cleaned and bedding / towels changed once a week but you can go to reception as often as you like and get clean towels and bedding and anything else which you need. You can pay for extra cleaning if required - either $5 or $10 depending on which level you choose. Pool is very basic but jacuzzi is always hot. It is located very conveniently for all of the theme parks - just a short hop to the I4. The local area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short drive, or even walk. Staff are great and on the whole hardworking, always willing to sort out any problems. Waleskja and Sarah are particularly helpful and pleasant. Although basic, breakfast is a bonus and saves quite a bit of money. There is cereal, porridge, toast, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, cereal bars and muffins as well as juice and coffee. It can get quite busy at times, so you have to pick your moment; alternatively you can take it back to your room and eat there. Crockery and cutlery for rooms has to be requested on arrival, but this is clearly notified on check in. You can also get a toaster, coffee maker, saucepans and a frying pan. Dishwashers are useless! The fridge / freezer is huge - great to chill or freeze drinks to take to the parks.
