Staff was very friendly. Hotel is 3 years old, bright, and clean. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled "eggs" and sausage patties along with lots of other carbohydrates. Room lighting was better than average. You could use your Netflix account to watch your netflix shows on their TV. You could open the window a crack for fresh air. Hotel would be a 4 except for the room temperature control. The packaged terminal heat pump (PTHP) in the room was mounted under the window. The room was fitted with several motion activated occupancy sensors so whenever you enter the room the temperature is either too hot (in the summer) or too cold (in the winter). It took an hour for the room temperature to rise up to 70°F when I would enter the room. When I sat still at a computer or while watching TV, the heat would shut down after about an hour. I'd have to stand up and wave my arms to get the heat to turn back on. The hotel staff was aware of this problem but didn't know that the unoccupied setbacks could be adjusted by the hotel. The shower was clean and had a single fixed head mounted high enough for someone over six feet to get their head wet without crouching. They appear to have fixed the problem with using chemical perfume. I didn't notice an abhorrent smell in the room.

I was unfortunately stuck in Warrensburg for a night but found this little hotel to be an example of above and beyond customer service. The manager helped me with the price as well as even offered me a ride in the morning to the bus station to catch my bus. It is rare if not impossible to find a motel that will go out of its way to make each customer feel this special and so well taken care of. Would definitely reccomend if you want to experience top notch customer service. Location was also great, rooms meticulously clean, and above average breakfast available in the mornings. 5 stars all day!

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns, and they are all wonderful, but our recent stay at Warrensburg Station was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We got there late as always and the first thing we saw as we drove in was the pool area. I really liked that. So many times the pool is stuck in the corner, and there is a reason for this. Not at Warrensburg, it's right out front and it looked so inviting. Like I said, it was late so we checked in. I really liked the train theme. So many hotels have a "hotel" theme, so it was surprising to have a train theme, but it was refreshing. The receptionist asked if we were going out again for the night and we were, so she gave us directions to the place we were going. I know I can google it, but sometimes personal directions from a local resident beats google. Maybe, I'm old, but I liked that. Our room was wonderful, our daughter fell in to one bed and my husband another. We set all of our phones and the clock radio to get us up at 12:30 as that was when we had to leave to pick up our son. He was returning from National 4-H Convention and we wanted to be at the pick up spot on time. Long story short, I was the only one who went as the beds and pillows were so comfortable that no one else wanted to get out up. We were in a standard room two queen size beds. I had asked about a suite, but that didn't happen. We were just happy to go to sleep, and like I said the beds and pillows were comfortable. I didn't even look out the window in the morning so I can't tell you if we had a view. It was quiet though. We didn't hear traffic. In the morning we got up to the best breakfast. They had hot eggs and hard boiled eggs, they had met and gravy and biscuits and potatoes. Of course they had waffles and pancakes too. The fruit was fresh. I had a banana and it was perfect. Lots of juices, coffees (we don't drink coffee, but it was there) and cereals, breakfast breads and I might have missed something. They had skim milk (which I love) and 2%. - and this was a week day! Mrs. Murphy was so kind and cheery. My daughter got hot chocolate (see I forgot that) and it was really hot so Mrs. Murphy got her some ice cubes to cool it down. So incredibly kind. The reception area was decorated for Christmas so between railroad clocks, old fashioned wall phones, and the Christmas decorations it was beautiful. We never got to the pool - I really want to go back to try it out. This was a delightful stay.

I booked a big bed room. The result was for my twin bed. I didn’t change it at the time. The breakfast was not worth $19. I didn’t have any food. The most dissatisfied is that the parking fee is too expensive. I will not choose again for 30 dollars a day. !

I had a great experience except for the parking garage situation. It was very confusing. I parked first and then paid extra to come in and out for the 2 days I was there. When I first tried to come out the 2 day ticket wouldn’t work, after explaining over & over again to the guards they finally let us out. They said that they have issues with people passing around those tickets but I showed my room number and all of my tickets. All in all it was just an unnecessary hassle, not sure if it’s a machine error or what but I know it caused issues for several other people as well. There is a sign that says to check in before parking but I got caught up in the downtown traffic from arriving late and was in a hurry to just park so part of it is my fault. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool amenities but I heard good things! Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would most certainly visit again!

My family traveled to OKC for a weekend get-a-way. We reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express and we could not have asked for a better property to call "home" during our time away from home. Our rooms were very clean and our every need was met with a smile. We made the short walk to Bricktown a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the area/atmosphere. I think the location is about as good as it gets! When we weren't out and about exploring we enjoyed the hotel's fire pit on their patio area. Juan, the GM, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. I've never been to a hotel with better costumer service. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable our 4 year old,who happens to be a super early riser, even slept until 9am!! Super comfy beds and pillows! 10 out of 10 experience!

Upon walking into the lobby, very clean, modern. Front desk staff was very friendly, room was clean but average. Didn't like the pay for parking surprise when checking in. Bed was comfortable, but thin walls. I heard guys out in the hall talking while trying to get some sleep.

The A-C was to loud and disrupted sleep as it it kicked on/off consistently. Most important to me is a good night of sleep. It didn’t happen. Everything else was great. Buffet was hot and good for breakfast.

The hotel was great. They have a bar, restaurant, and a hot breakfast (a good one) that's open during Covid. The pool was available if you made a reservation for it. The cleaning and breakfast staff are amazing. Every sweet and thoughtful. The ladies working at the bar, could have used a little refresher course on customer service. They weren't always approachable and seemed a little rude at times. There were times when they were friendly and helpful,as well.. The decor was lacking personality. The rooms as we're as well. But it was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was amazing. Best night sleep, I've had in a very long time. Really, really great bed. The food was ok. The drinks were not strong and a bit over priced. They have a happy hour Mon-Friday with free drinks (yes alcohol included) and snack. The breakfast was good and included in room price. So was the wifi. Plenty of parking. Several restaurants are close.

This hotel delivered much more than we were expecting. Everyone was very kind, the rooms were lovely, and they even have long-term studio type rooms with a kitchen! We didn’t have time for the pool, but it was much bigger than most and looks really clean. The breakfast was amazing (it’s been so long since we’ve gotten hotel waffles lol) and they have complimentary coffee and tea out the entire day.

Great service. Beautiful hotel. I wish they had better breakfast options. Even the complementary coffee was done as inexpensively as possible. But, great location. Right by all the major highways. Stores and shopping withing a few blocks, are aplenty. The colors of the room are this cool blue color. Very relaxing. The best T.V. that I have ever seen in a room. But, only 40 channels. 10 of the channels are ESPN channels another 10 or more are new channels. So it was difficult to find anything interesting to watch. Very small deposit (which was nice).

The hotel was very inviting and accommodating. We were there with a big group to celebrate a wedding. I would give this hotel 5 stars. The location is perfect if you feel like walking around Bricktown. There is no need to take your car. The Criterion is right next door, and I love that the Devon tower is visible from the entrance. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and made my partner and I feel very welcome. The only downside was that the toilet seat looked like it had not been cleaned properly and we found a candy wrapper in the hair dryer bag. I would appreciate it if they could take better care of those things. Other than that, the rest of the room was impeccable and our stay was wonderful. Thank you, SpringHill Suites!

The hotel is on the edge of Highway 40, the location is good, there are many hotels around. The facilities and equipment of the hotel are very new, and are generally a modern, simple and individual economy hotel. The room is not carpeted, so it is not easy to smell. The bed and bedding are clean and comfortable. The TV is big. The bathroom is a shower room with a large amount of hot water and very hot water, and the shower is very comfortable. Washing supplies are also very interesting. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock. The variety is a common American simple breakfast, which can be full, but the Chinese may not like it. Filtered water and ice machines are also provided on the first floor of the hotel. Parking is free. Generally speaking, it is cost-effective and comfortable to live in. It is very suitable for people who drive by and transit.

Have been back home for a week now from a business trip and miss this wonderful hotel! I was the co-leader of a group of 65 that had a 4 day conference at the Colcord and EVERYTHING about our stay was excellent. The accommodations are the nicest I have ever seen in OKC and maybe ever in a hotel. The complimentary coffee delivered each morning at the time we requested was among the best coffee I have ever had in a hotel. The meeting spaces were clean, always set up the way we wanted when we needed them, and their staff was always willing to help whenever we needed it. The staff at this hotel is wonderful, and I did not meet a single employee who did not personally greet me with a smile and a friendly “Hello!” If you are looking to host an event in downtown OKC, or if you are just looking for a place to get away from the busyness of life and to enjoy a luxurious stay in some of OKC’s finest accommodations, you cannot go wrong with the Colcord. It is simply the best!

Homewood suites is as close to staying at home when you have to travel for business and budget is a concern. The staff here are wonderful, always. My favorite members are the complimentary breakfast and social staff. They remember your face and welcome you back warmly. Always helpful, and willing to assist. I find this location convenient to get to downtown, as well as plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance. Also, right by a trolley stop (my favorite option for travel).
