The hotel has a good business and a lot of people. They are all parents from Eastern Europe. Hotel room facilities are older, but sanitation is acceptable. Repeatedly urged to check out before 12 o'clock. The breakfast is noisy, crowded, bad taste and chaotic. The waiter helped to serve the meal, but his attitude was not good. The breakfast experience was the worst. The hotel has its own beach, but it closes at 5 and no entry is allowed. If you want to take a walk on the beach in the sunset, don't even think about it. Hotel swimming pool, crowded, poor environment. The overall occupancy experience is average, and the same price is far less than Novotel. But the location is very convenient for eating and shopping around Naama Commercial Street. The hotel's own restaurant is more affordable. It's a free restaurant inside, not very good.

The room was wonderful housekeeping very good bed comfortable balcony has a Spectacular view of red sea and tiran Island. Beach is sandy and coral starts a meter or two in allowing a dip. Downside the local alcohol is not good wine is terrible we did not drink as so bad. The food is very good lots of options and beautiful deserts. Too much plastic waste in resort cutlery wrapped in plastic all drinks poured in plastic at the hotel bars no water dispensor or drinking water only plastic bottles going through 8 bottles a day per person was a shocking amount of plastic waste during our environments critical time.

My partner and I have just returned from a week at the Park Regency, and more specifically at the Regency Club. The Regency Club is a small financial (but wholly worthwhile) upgrade from the main hotel. You have the benefit of an exclusive pool and beach for the Club guests, as well as brilliant breakfast and evening canapés (during which alcoholic drinks are free). It is quiet, peaceful and tranquil. Aside from the obvious draws of the Park Regency (the weather, the coral reefs, the geniality of the Egyptian people), we felt like we were truly spoilt. The Regency Club is run by the marvellous, affable and attentive Gerges (ably supported by his great staff) who was always on hand for conversations, evening activity suggestions and convincing us to have ‘one more’ drink in the evening. Gerges made our whole trip feel as relaxing as possible, and leads his team by such magnificent example. I couldn’t recommend him and the Regency Club any higher. Another great personality from the hotel is the wonderful Saleh who runs the Beach House restaurant. He always welcomed us warmly, engaged in funny chitchat and rustled up a brilliant cocktail. We hope to return next Summer!

What a great little hideaway close to the airport !! From the moment we arrived Amir welcomed us and Ahmed at the front desk. We booked last minute for a honeymoon unplanned and didn’t even know it was “ all inclusive “!! Then we had the pleasure to meet the food & beverage manager Emad and executive chef Mohamed Mustapha. I’m an American from California so I’m a little finicky about dining in general. These 2 gentleman went out of their way on a daily basis to make sure I was taken care of. Egyptian cuisine isn’t for everyone but all the food looked exceptionally well prepared and many choices to delight everyone’s pallet even the foreigners like myself enjoyed their 3 meals a day and snack times. High tea is also served. They prepare all meals to go for all the long day excursions we ventured on. Scuba diving @ Mohamed underwater park. Colored canyon trip. Many more yet still. There is a lobby bar open 24 hours. Many activities to keep busy like table tennis, foosball, swimming, evening shows with various entertainment. Belly dance , magic show , light show and on & on. The music is always enjoyable above the pool and a swim up bar fully equipped and ice cream treats for the hot days. Islam at the pool bar is fun and very spirited. Maher also helped me when our TSA locked luggage key was lost at the beach. Ahmed ( in the evening) yes there are 2 is so polite , kind and helpful. Front desk gets busy here and they still remember to bring a welcome cold fruit juice. Lots of large groups of foreigners like myself from all over the world. The hotel handles all this with such grace and professionalism. We had a spectacular view and breathtaking sunset / sunrises. There is a safe for your valuables in the room. There is also laundry service and dry cleaning very affordable. An Iron can be delivered to your room if needed for touch ups. In Room Dining ( room service) is very nice here. Kudos to this lovely hotel !! The staff are all exceptional and helpful.

The breakfast is very rich and the buffet is great! The environment is very good, the attention is very good! It should be difficult to find a hotel in such an environment in the country. The sea is very clear, all kinds of blue, the hotel's private sea diving can see a lot of small fish and live coral, beautiful. The staff is also very good, the hotel is very big, if there is a chance I will go again, can play for ten days and a half. There are fewer overseas hotels and you can enjoy real vacation and relaxation. The hotel is close to the airport. The only downside is that there are few children's play facilities, suitable for couples, because children are quiet and quiet.

Sadly this hotel didn’t live up to expectations. Marketing photos need updating as they are out of date. No Shisha lounge Only 1 restaurant Rooms tired, shabby and dirty looking Sunloungers have no mattresses and are mostly broken, some with wire between the legs to stop them splaying out No ‘grass’ under sunloungers as shown which leads to VERY slippery tiles underfoot. Two patio chairs on our balcony literally were falling apart with nails sticking out. We removed them and took two chairs from the martini bar terrace. We were told we couldn’t do that and we said we’d return them when our chairs were replaced….10 days on we still had them…. Food was only passable. I like trying different foods but it was mostly the same every day God forbid you ask for butter for your bread or rolls…took an age to get any and then most of the time it was frozen, very irritating. LOVELY omelettes cooked to order at breakfast and also barbecued chicken some evenings and great pasta. Evening shows were fun! All inclusive was far too expensive for what you got. Wine was terrible, beer was ok but nothing ‘hit the spot’ I can only surmise why this was…… all drinks served in child sized flimsy plastic cups! Internet was non existent, they explained their cable had been cut from works outside the hotel…. We made the best of it but did leave disappointed after waiting so long for this holiday.

This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. The rooms were very well kept and very clean. The view from the bedroom was absolutely stunning. The food was very good and varied. The pool was excellent, and the beach was nice as well. I do have some concerns: 1. The staff seemed a bit out of practice and overwhelmed. At times a few of them were even unprofessional, joking past the bounds of propriety. I witnessed an incident on the beach where a staff member quite literally yelled at a guest in front of the others, which is very unprofessional. 2. The beach is large, but you only have a small space to actually swim in the water. 3. There are MANY stairs, and not always an elevator near by. 4. The remote in our room didn’t work well.

Mixed review, the hotel was stated as a 4 star but its definitely a 3 star, nothing more. First and foremost, the staff are brilliant, really friendly, attentive and care about what they do. Biggest issue with the place is the fact it is full of pig ignorant Russians, catered for their needs and it is not pleasant. Pushing in when you are in the queue for food, dont acknowledge you if you hold the door open for them, just really not nice people to be around. As a British family we met two couples that were British, that was it. We found it unbelievably frustrating about the lack of parenting by Russian parents. One child was left on his own for the entire week we were there, he was 8 years old! All the staff are too scared to say anything, the boy wasnt very nice to any of our children and had to be told to leave the pool numerous times by the lifeguards. I had to tell him to go away and leave my 6 year old daughter alone as he had tried to hold her head under water! Mother nowhere to be seen! One day we went on the complimentary shuttle bus to the beach, this boys mother was at the beach the whole time we were there, he was left alone at the hotel! I raised this numerous times with the staff, and the Russian reps. Staff shared our annoyance and concerns but are too afraid to actually step in because of how the Russians behave. The Russian reps actually made excuses for the boys mother! We were just left speechless at this, even now we still cant believe how much the children are left alone. Very often saw children going and pouring themselves hot coffee in the mornings, it was just a real shock. There were a few Egyptian families there on holiday, even with the language barrier we managed to get along with all of them really easily. Their children and ours played really well, it was surprising to see how well children play when they cant communicate or understand each other vocally. The hotel runs a shuttle bus for free daily to the beach, first thing to note. There are two beaches that the bus goes to which isnt explained, there is a sandy beach which is lovely and a pebble beach more aimed at adults snorkelling. They have different pick up and drop off times, so just be sure you know which beach you are heading for. You have to book a slot on the bus which we werent aware of. Both beaches you go to are for the hotel but they are third party bars that you get dropped at, there is no expectation to buy anything when you are there but its worth being aware of. Entertainment was ok..... again designed for the Russian guests. The food was fine, good quality, freshly cooked and as a group of 7 no one got any bad stomachs which is good in my book as 4 of us had never been abroad before. Frustrating to feed the children as even basics like pizza and chips etc arent served. Its all aimed at Russians, which the food was really good its just difficult trying to convince a 4 year old that whats in front of them is similar to something we have at h

The villa I live in has its own large swimming pool with warm water throughout the day; all facilities in the villa are free, and two large cans of fresh mango juice and strawberry juice milk, yogurt and snacks, and water replenishment are sufficient and timely. Freshly squeezed juice is provided for breakfast; the most convenient is that you can choose breakfast to be delivered to your room, and check in and check out are done in all rooms; the hotel has a free snorkeling area, as well as lifeguards and banana for free, which is very considerate. The children’s club in the hotel is very powerful. From 9 am to 9 pm, children can choose various activities to participate in, and the best choice for hosting; where there is a coral reef, the sand will not be good, please take a detour; the room decoration is average, and it is possible in Egypt. Counted in the middle, but does not affect the experience

What can I say, do not expect the poshest ever hotel, but do expect a great hotel that is clean, tidy and views that will blow your mind. Let's start with the pool... absolutely amazing and one of the best I've used anywhere in the world. It's massive with one side being a beach front and other side 1.70m deep!! The slides and wave machine are great for the kids and adults. The food is to a very high standard, and very well presented. Always chicken, beef, fish freshly cooked with an amazing selection to add to these. All meal times are very well catered for with ample to eat and drink. The rooms are very basic but just what you need. We have a Seaview and the view is priceless. Rooms are kept exceptionally clean and fresh towels daily. The Animation Team... These guys work tirelessly from the second you get up till the second you go to bed. These guys make the holiday and try their very best to get everyone involved. The guy who leads them does an amazing job and should feel extreamly proud of everyone one of them in his team!! The staff in this venue are clearly there to make your stay a relaxed one. From the front desk, to the kitchen crew, to all the bar staff... Nothing is to much trouble and all they want are happy customers. The beach is not your normal beach as the sea has coral right up to the shoreline. They do have a floatable pontoon that is supervised and great to jump off and snorkel around. The sea is beautiful with all the normal fish and beautiful colourful coral to look at. There is no shortage of sunbeds or umbrellas! With the beach bar to quench your thirst. May I add that we seem to be the only two English guests on the resort and haven't felt uncomfortable or left out once. We are still here as I write this and in room 5110. This venue is partly in the process of being redeveloped but you will not see or here any of this unless you go looking. Overall, this hotel is probably a 4 star but amazing value for money and certainly worth a visit. I will certainly be coming back. To the management... WELL DONE!!! 🇬🇧

Me and my girlfriend booked a our first getaway to Sharm-el Sheik, staying at the Novotel over the Easter period. Apprehensive at first, the 5 star (and it truly is 5 star) hotel exceeded every expectation we had! The hotel had a breathtaking aesthetic, but it was the genuine staff who went above and beyond at every opportunity that surprised us the most. Being one of the few English tourists at the resort, they were sad to see us leave! Our all inclusive package drinks and food were varied, tasty and versatile, and with my girlfriend being a vegetarian, this was very important to us. The private beach presented a perfect place to chill out during the day, and the hotel itself was a 10 minute walk from the main shopping district. Thank you Novotel for such a luxurious experience!

The hotel must have been nice 15-20 years ago. Since that time, no one has normally cleaned the rooms or made repairs there. The place is good, the beach is huge, its own reef is also large enough and with good fauna. The food is weak, it is filled to a maximum of 10% now. There is no animation, bars and pools do not work except for one, small, unheated. A good place for those who are not confused by the quality of services and want to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the sea ... there are no shops within walking distance, you need to take a taxi. Our visit was overshadowed by the problem with double withdrawals, as they saw the booking through the Trip.com app too late and on the spot demanded to re-make the payment, which neither Trip nor the hotel could return so far. That is, the service was paid twice !!! We are waiting for a solution to the problem ...

I adore this hotel. Making plans to come back 20 days in may. Breakfast is flawless. Service is flawless. Rooms are immaculate impeccable and gorgeous. Staff goes out of your way and every capacity to help all their clients. Food on the other hand is a bit pricey. There is a place where you can walk about 350 m from the hotel that has like a food court with upscale restaurants. So I advise to go there for lunch and dinner if your breakfast is not included. The only problem I would say with this hotel is that the reef is not perfection. Water was cold of course I was in there in the month of December. I find zero flaws with this hotel. They have a guard dog for sniffing bombs and they even treat the dogs well. I adore this hotel it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life!

We had a wonderful week at your hotel. Spotlessly clean, staff can’t do enough for you. So polite, welcoming & friendly. Wouldn’t let us lift a finger. Mohammed the lifeguard greeted us every morning by name & saved us our favourite sunbed spot everyday with heart towels & flower petals. He made us feel very special. Mossad our friend & bar server couldn’t have been better. Rushed off his feet all day, always had time to joke & chat. We never had to ask for anything as he kept us topped up with cocktails, beers, waters & made us special iced coffees without asking. These guys really made our holiday & went over & above. They really do deserve a pay rise & good tips 👍🏼🥰 Freshly prepared food in the Market with BBQ each night. Lots of variety & to choose from different cuisines, you need to be quiet inventive with your dinner choices but still lots to choose from. Didn’t massively rate either of the Italian or fish restaurants we booked but was nice to try somewhere different. Good entertainment with live acts every night . The fire show & acrobatic we’re our favourite. Not too hassled by the excursion teams round the pool. After a chat & a no Thankyou, we were left to relax but they always acknowledged us & said morning ect. Overall a fab hotel, we stayed at the Royal Savoy end of last year & I think this was better ✨⭐️🌟

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.

Visited this hotel for the second time, last time in 18 years. For the coral quality of this hotel! From the hotel’s own beach, the high-quality coral cliff is just outside the trestle bridge. Can snorkel, can dive deep. The hotel's floor area ratio is low, and during the epidemic, the protection is stricter than other hotels.
