Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.

The room we chose is very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The equipment is more than sufficient x type: complete towel sets, soaps with dosers both in the washroom and in the shower. Free in operation but empty: Cool and hot drinks are available in corridors at absolute prices in the standard. We also took the place in the garage, which is very comfortable because it is not easy to park in Trento. Extremely recommended x short or medium-long stays. Just under the bar, restaurants and other rooms both day and night. Perfect soundproofing, but the neighborhood is still very quiet. Distance from the center 700m. We will return.

Comfortable, quite spacious rooms, with small but welcome complimentary gestures such as (large and delicious!) local apples and reasonable prices from the minibar. Good breakfast in a grand room. Pleasant setting on the Trento hills (but with less than 10 minutes walk you find shops and amenities). Polite and efficient personnel both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Only a couple negatives: the soundproofing of the rooms in the old building and the bathroom equipment could be improved, for a hotel of this category and at these prices, which are at the top in Trento (the area is quiet but you are a bit at the mercy of your neighbour's degree of civility, as every noise from the other rooms can be heard). But overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a 1 night stopover. When we drove up for our vacation we did a quick stopover here. The hotel.is located ideally just after the brenner pass. The hotel is 1 or 2 km located of the highway. Staff was friendly, room where better then expected. I was expecting a basic room but they had a luxurious touch, the bathroom was spacious and we had all the facilities we need. Breakfast had plenty of options and checkout was quick and painless. All in all a good experience.

One of the best hotel we stayed during the trip , the quietest room with double doors design separating the amenities and bedroom area. Sufficient amenities is provided, very clean, the bathroom tiles are from Valentino... yes it's the designer, never knew he designed bathroom lines. Nice location close to Old Town without passing the ZTL area. Could park for free in front of the hotel within time limit, otherwise they provide paid parking facility nearby. Excellent evening front desk (sorry we forgot the name), he was very accommodating with our needs, I asked for extra luggage stand and he brought it up within minutes. Very friendly and welcoming always stood up and greeted us :)

It was our first trip to the mountains and Trentino. We actually booked using a Smartbox we were gifted for our wedding. We are both sea people, but we left a piece of our hearts in this place. The hotel is just beautiful, every angle so nicely decorated, the location is wonderful, you can reach many places from here, and the view is just amazing. The staff at the reception always had a smile for us, check in and check out were very easy. We loved the bar, we had an aperitif while playing pool; the restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner is nice, the staff even nicer. They are very kind, polite and open to give advice on wine with the chosen menu, which was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but had everything, including some delicious home made cakes. There is a small wellness area where you can relax. We definitely felt like new after a couple of hours of sauna, tea, relaxing zone and pool. We also had good old fun with ping pong in their game room. Parking is available in two floors. The place is very quiet. There is incredible peace. It's where you want to be if you're looking to disconnect from the world and connect with people and nature. We are surely coming back.

La posizione è molto buona, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza duomo. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario (TV, asciugacapelli, tisane con bollitore, condizionatore). La colazione è top!! Le torte sono fatte in casa e ce ne sono molte di ogni gusto, dalla semplice ciambella alla torta simile alla pastiera napoletana. I ragazzi dello staff preparano al momento per chi vuole la colazione salata con uova, speck, formaggi e affettati. Poi c’è il resto: brioches, yogurt, cereali, frutta. La nostra stanza si affacciava sul castello, molto suggestivo soprattutto la sera quando la piazzetta è tutta illuminata. Diversi bar proprio sotto alla struttura.
