|3.07km from city centerI booked a room in this hotel for 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I checked in at about 9 pm since i had come for some business related works. Its very sad to write that this hotel being with 3-star rating offers such pathetic services which look very flashy in pics. I was greeted with non operational Telephone, Study light at bedside & TV, Cracked cup, no sleepers, washbasin with funny setting for hot water, no door in shower area, leaking faucet and a extremely mucky like Kettle...the door knob of bathroom is like of 1940's...the shower glasses were dirty as if not cleaned from past 8-10 months..the Cloth hook behind door of bathroom rotates in 360 degrees......i felt that these guys arent serious in maintaining rooms . The bed and the quilt was stinking as if its not changed since ages. The staff needed to be told to give two water bottles for two people, refill tea sachets and sugar....I was in room No. 113....There was some party going on in ground floor that night and the smell of drinks was coming till first floor.....i had never seen room like this in last 8-9 years of my stay in hotels in all over India.....To book this hotel is wastage of money is wht i felt....the very basics of staff is not clear ....

He helped me arrange the next day’s itinerary, helped me communicate with the staff, quickly checked in, and helped me hit UBER. At the airport, everything is so good. Besides, the rooms are so big. The price can be said to be super value. His food is also super delicious, the price is not expensive, and it is very comfortable. I hope the boss's business will get more and more. good

|5.55km from city centerI stayed @ Glades Hotel Chandigarh in Jan 2021 for 2 nights and again in Sep 2021 for 3 nights. I had booked single room being on solo business trip. The room was very small and compact (just 100 SQFT) but was fully equipped. Neat and clean. However all amenities were available. Reminds me of my hotel stays in Singapore. I loved their complimentary buffet breakfast which was well spread and sumptuous. Also very tasty. Moreover, the staff at restaurant was ever ready to offer additional items made on the order like omlet, dosa, paratha etc. without extra cost. The staff was very courteous, polite and always helpful. Will definitely stay there again for sure...................

It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms.
Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working.
Toilet is Smelly.
Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water.
Not very good experience just over all ok.

|5.26km from city centerLocation wise the hotel is around 2-3 minutes by auto from Chandigarh rail station. Rooms are standard, hot water geysers are in working condition, food quality is decent, they also have lift facility for upper stairs. AC at the room was working properly. The ***ager at the reception is very professional, and he pointed all the facilities very promptly. He was there even during our checkout at very morning. But the only negative thing I observed was one of their room service staff. I did tell him to arrange autos to take ourselves to the station in the early morning, but he charged just double amount for the auto (which I later confirmed from the auto driver himself), and took the extra amount in his pocket. This is really a very cheap attitude for a staff towards the guests, which I really did not expect during my stay. I really could not match this particular person to the other room service staff, who was a decent person, and also with the ***ager at the reception. This single person has made a very negative impact on my experience for such a short stay at the Inn.

While the iron in the rooms left black stains on two of my high-quality shirts, causing frustration, the reception staff offered a warm and friendly service that I truly appreciated. On the downside, the staff at Safran seemed less attentive, as I had to prompt them multiple times for orders and payment.
When my client, who arrived slightly early, requested to be seated away from the noisy music area to facilitate conversation, it was disappointing that our request could not be accommodated. On the other hand, the breakfast offered a delightful variety and quality. However, the presence of a musician struggling to play the flute was notably irritating.
The hotel's perfor***ce in some areas was not up to the expected standards for such a high-end establishment, leaving room for improvement in order to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

I like to chill out at Lava bar. The music was fantastic! Our only regret was that we were running late and so could only enjoy the music for 2 hours but everyone still had a fantastic time dancing away. Thank you DJ ROSHH for playing good music for us. Real feel of tajness. We love to came back again soo next time ..

|9.56km from city centerI stayed here last week, the hotel is on the highway. You can walk for 10/15 mins to the closest shops. The hotel only looks good from outside but not inside. The lobby is good but the rooms, they are ok, compared to the exteriors. When I checked in there was no hot water coming and a plumber had to be called to check, which was taking a long time. Rather, these should have been checked in advance, before the guests arrive. Being a big hotel, water bottles are not provided complimentary, you will have to pay for it. Also, the breakfast was bad not ***y options available.Internet also was not working properly.

I had to change 4 room in a same day because some or some other appliance was nor working. Rooms were completely in wear n tear condition. Ac was not working though. One advantage was the location and rooms were good in size. No matter how miserable was my stay but would like to thanks MADAN (hope not wrong with name) was so helpful throughout my stay! Breakfast had no options at all. rooms needs maintenance in my view! was not taking proper measures in this Covid situation.

Its ok hotel if you get it for 1000 or 1500 in some offer or else look for alternate options Extremely difficult to find this place, its marker totally at a different location in Google maps The name mentioned at the entrance is no were matching to what is given on booking site The restaurant ***aged by the same ***agement at the ground floor is extremely over priced The lift is at first floor and front office at 2nd floor, you will be lucky if you get a person to help with luggage. Or else travel lite!! Only plus point is that its situated in sector 17 and very near to Market area. And for food try “Sindhi Sweets” !!
