      I'm in BKK but was booked this hotel to stay with my friends after heavy party on Friday night. Firstly we did book a room with king bed for three persons but finally we changed to family room with private 8 bunk beds. Once entered to the room, it was very surprised as a room is very neat and clean. No damp smell at all. Plenty of drinking water. Toilet and shower room is located outside but not that much far from a room. i did think there is only 2 rooms on the floor so rather private stay if another one is vacant. very happy to stay here and feel so lucky to find this place. just only the location which is difficult to access. the hkstel should have mpre outstanding signage which people can see where exactly you are. if any chance will come back to visit Vann again.

      I loved this hotel! The location was refreshing being away from the center of Bangkok City, so it was a little quieter and much less congested. The room was lovely, and spacious and the pool is an excellent facility. The people working at the reception desk were always kind, and polite. As was the doorman who was very polite, and always had a smile on his face! Thank you Narathiwas Hotel for a lovely first time experience. I look forward to coming back again!

      Excellent service, staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel and all inferior is new, except the control button for window curtain in the room does not really work. I had to press for several times. Room is sound-proofed with exceptional city view. I really enjoyed the view at night. The minor thing is that the chinese restaurant and skybar didnt open on the date we stay at the hotel so we couldn't experience that. But overall experience here is good, worth the money :)

I changed to a double room because I lived alone. The interior of the room is a compact type I like (although it is more compact but has all the necessary facilities); breakfast is included with the reservation. Breakfast time is 6: 00-10: 00am. There is no chance to eat (it's too late). Next, I will say a few features of the hotel: the rooms are not central air-conditioned but the independent air-conditioning in each room. This is very important at the moment; the check-in area and my hotel room are not in the same building, almost all The front desk staff speaks at least three languages, Thai, English, and Chinese. The sisters at the front desk who check in are fluent in Chinese and can communicate without barriers. There is a printer at the front desk of the building where my room is located. I would like to consult a nearby print shop.
