We recently stayed at the hotel and it was our first trip since January. We were a little apprehensive, but were very surprised when we arrived. The hotel is on top of cleaning. Our room was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed. My wife said the microwave looked new. They have cut down on daily cleaning which was great for us since we normally don't have our room cleaned every day. In fact, we only picked up items when needed and didn't have the room cleaned. The front desk staff is hot and cold. Many are very friendly and others just go through the motions of helping you. The friendliest and most helpful we found was Freddie the hotel maintenance man. We needed him a couple of times. Once we had a constant tapping in the bathroom vent. He spent a long time and discovered that the door flap didn't have any kind of pad to soften the closing. Once he fixed that we never heard another thing. We also lost power one day and he quickly reset the breaker. The hotel does a pretty good job with the breakfast. They have items that are sealed (other than the fruit) that you pick up and take with you or to your room. I asked about other items like yogurt and was told only take and go items. I was confused because they had cold cereal and milk. I wasn't sure how you could take that and drive, but that was the reasoning. I certainly understand the hot items and hope that resumes at some point. The other thing I asked about was a parking spot that had a cone and sign that said reserved for a certain couple. I asked and was told that there were not any reserved spots, but the cone remained for several days. After mentioning it someone removed the sign, but not the cone. I imagine someone didn't want to find a spot each day when they returned, but the hotel should have monitored that so others could use the space, especially since it was a handicap space. Overall we think the hotel is doing a very good job. We will definitely stay there again.

This property was a big surprise! It was a bit hard to find with a few turns here and there but very nice when we got there! It is off a toll road but centrally located for easy to get around to shops and restaurants! It is pet friendly but there isn't a great spot to walk the dog. The only grass is up by a busy road and that is where they put the doggie station with bags and such. The eating options in the hotel are wonderful. The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in! Parking is lighted and good. The lobby is very nice to walk into. It makes you feel welcome! We had drove over 800 miles that day and the lobby made us go ahhhhhhhhh....This is a must stay if you are in the area!

I spent five very pleasant nights at this hotel. I was very impressed with all the staff - the maid only spoke Spanish which gave me an opportunity to practice my Spanish, and she was very friendly and efficient. I also really liked the complimentary breakfast - there was plenty of food, lots of variety, and all fresh and tasty. Breakfast service ened at 10 am, and the woman in charge of the kitchen made sure to ask if anyone wanted anything else before shutting it down. In addition, there were lunch bags at the front desk for any guest who wanted one. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and well equipped.
