We stayed here for a couple of nights in March, right as the situation in London was developing. We had planned to stay here much longer, but had to turn around and head back to Australia pretty quickly. The hotel is a budget option, and is usually priced to suit. The hotel common areas are a little run down, and the rooms are basic. However, the beds are very clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. Housekeeping were very responsive and friendly, front desk always welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is right above a big Sainsbury's, and across the road from a large shopping centre with lot's of food and amenities. It's well connected on the bus network, and a 10 min walk to the closest train station. We look forward to getting back to Wandsworth to continue our visit with family when things return to 'normal'.

Booked a suite for the night. Was a lovely spacious room. Bed was really comfy. The room overlooked the main road junction outside was noisy all night, the double glazing seemed to work though and heavy curtains. Coffee machine and good tea bags. Inside of hotel was very quiet no noise from the pub downstairs. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff polite and helpful. The pub downstairs was relaxing with an open fire, board games and good selection of craft beers. The only 2 things that let the room down: Horrendous shower, a naff bath mat to stop you slipping about that had hairs on it (?)and the shower was full of limescale so you had to catch the drops! Ordered a bottle of fizz for my husbands celebrations to be put in the room before we arrived (I was happy to pay) and asked the team before via email, was sent a list of bottles to choose from then another email to confirm fizz has been ordered. The bottle was £45.50 which I was pretty shocked at, as I didn't choose anything from the list and the list was priced from £34.50. Didn't mention the cost when paying as didn't want to embarrass the husband. Other than that a lovely stay

The first five days can be considered as the negligence of the front desk, and the administrative room I booked was arranged into a standard room, but later this time, I was also arranged into a standard room that was worse than the first two days before the first time. Not only were the facilities incomplete, Moreover, the air conditioner was bad. I took a very noisy fan and couldn't use it. The room didn't know what system noise could be heard. I didn't rest well for one night. After the coordination of Ctrip customer service, I changed it the next day. When I arrived at the type of room I booked, I felt that this hotel was a fraud! Very unpleasant!

It didn't meet expectations and transportation was not very convenient, if you need to choose subway travel. We were three adults and four children, and the rooms were scattered and very small. A master bedroom has a toilet. It looks like the washbasin should be the same size as a washbasin. Basically wash your face and brush your teeth. All the water is spilled on the floor. In addition, we are on the first floor, next to the road, not quiet enough. The other two children slept in the extra bed in the living room. The most unacceptable thing was the floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the first floor. The blinds were installed. Those curtains were outdated and they were not covered at all. Fortunately, the children lived. If it is an adult staying, it is estimated that you have to wear a coat to sleep, and you have to make up in your mind countless times. Someone will cut the window while you are asleep. Have been to London many times, this stay is really not recommended!

Stayed here for the first time last week. Sally the owner is genuinely a lovely, attentive and helpful host. I had such a good time. I usually travel alone for business and it can be lonely and sometimes in areas you don’t know difficult to get settled with dinner etc, Sally was on hand to help, suggested an amazing curry house for a take away and I sat and ate in the lovely kitchen - Sally prepared me a tray for my room however I found her conversation so charming and interesting I chose to eat with her. A lovely clean place to stay with great attention to detail. Hoping to return again. Thanks again Sally, what a joyous experience

This is a house that’s been converted into rooms like small studios. It had small hob, microwave, fridge small sink and cutlery. It is value for money so close to the tube Northern Line and only 20 mins central London. We felt it really was value for money when we tried to find a cheap room for our London stopover. All in all it was warm, cosy, comfortable, and ideal for our needs. Yes we will book again next time in London.
