I first stayed at this property almost two years ago and it had just been acquired by Hilton. Currently getting there but still has some things to work out. ' Good: - convenient location, right off the Saw Mill, abundant parking - good quality breakfast, albeit a bit short staffed. For those complaining about prices, its cheaper than the local alternatives - this is Westchester County, not Buffalo - function room space was nice - was able to check in via mobile app and use my phone as a room key - and it worked EVERY SINGLE time, rare these days. I've had other properties where I've given up and gone back to the front desk to get a key card. Things to improve: -Wifi was spotty. While connection never dropped, streaming was problematic at best - the final morning I was not given the option to check out via mobile app nor sent an email to check out electronically. Furthermore, when I tried to check out at the front desk I was told I could not do so until I had eaten breakfast and entered the charge into the system. *** ? You've got my card on file for incidentals , I've never had this problem in any other hotel. Luckily it was not busy. If there had been a line, I would have just walked out and called later. Don't know if its a training issue ( the clerk did not seem knowledgable ) or a systems issue.

I'm sure that if you need a bed to sleep in, this place is fine. Do not have a situation or circumstance that requires manager assistance, forget it! I'm a travel nurse working for a nearby hospital. The night before my scheduled reservation, I tested positive for covid. I immediately contacted the hotel to let them know, and was old to forward my results to the managers email address, and they would refund my stay. I sent the results the next day and called to follow up a few days later. I was told the manager was out and to call in 2 days after 3pm. This happened several times for a few weeks before I actually received correspondence from the manager stating that I would need to contact Priceline to get the refund authorized. I immediately called them and they went through the same process with contacting the manager as I did. Eventually, she declined to give he refund. I hen escalated to the Better Business Bureau, and she chose not to respond to that either. I even attempted to reach back out via email thinking she may empathize with my situation and again, she chose not to respond at all. I'm disgusted at this behavior and will not choose them again.

Room 218. On entering the door I was met a very clean suite. The bedroon area is in/out door carpet, with the bathroom and hallway a tile like material. A comfortable king be with five pillows. On the left side is a shelf with a digital clock with a small yet very bright light. On the right side is a wooden bench, with a phone. Facing the bed is a combo cabinet with a medium side flat screen, micro and fridge. Didn't have time for the micro or tv. A deck with lamp, two outlets & one charing unit. A comfortable swival chair. In one corner is a floor lamp. I counted three usable double outlets. Room has a luggage rack. Bathroom. A tub/shower combo. Hot water for shower in five seconds, good tome for a three story facility. Plenty of towels. Two small bars of soap for sink & shower. I suggest bring your own bars of soap.Good size mirror. Hair dryer. Bottles of shampoo, conitioner, body wash, antibacterial hand sanitizer and for the lady guest makeup remover. The bathroom's only drawback is that the door must be shut to use the toilet, bathroom is short in length. The closet has a double sliding door-each door has a full length mirror. Closet has iron & board, five wooden hangers with a tubular shelf. The desk is the room's coffee maker with Rainforest & Premium select Decaf. Room's A/C is contralled by a wall unit. On arrival at 4:00 PM, a/c was on that needed to be shut off. There is no blakout curtains, instead a grayest white to block any outside lookers. Breakfast. Hours start at 6:30. Two waffle maker. Hard boiled eggs, pasties, cooler for butter, yoget, bowl for apples & oranges. Three dry cereals. Drinks are coffee, apple & orange juices & cold water.Sitting were 4 route tables & 5 square tables and two childred's high chairs. Lounge chairs are available watching the morning news. Guests are greeted with a ste of automatic sliding doors. There is an indoor pool & fitness center. Being on the second I heand NO from the third floor. Plenty of parking mostly in back.. The nearest service/convenient station is an Exxon right across Saw Miill River Road.Two elevator are available, each being quiet & smooth. I would say four guest at one time would be best. Checkin/out was not a problem. The only staff member I learned was La Crista. I recommend a stay. I stayed in another Batmont that had taked over another chain that ended being at most a B. This Baymont had recently taken over another chain, however this facility is an A. The only drawback was the small bathroom.

This hotel refused to offer the rate I booked online. Refused to believe that I work for the government. Spent 15 minutes in the back leaving me at the counter only to tell me they would not honour my rate. I'm a silver member. I've never had this issue before. I used the computer to book myself in at a hotel 20 minutes away only to have Joel then say he'd honour my rate plus give 2000 points??!! Why the change of heart?? I have never, ever been treated so poorly at a hotel. The lobby was crowded and it was humiliating. My loyalty to the Marriott brand is gone.
