This was my third time to Lumeria. Personally, I really like place and will return. It is very low-key and low touch. During the day, it can be very difficult to find anyone to help you. So if you are looking for concierge level service and poshness, this is not the place for you. The rooms are tastefully furnished but fairly austerer (in keeping with the historical nature of the property) Breakfast was fine. Not gourmet. Dinner was a nice experience, but pretty overpriced given offering. There was no lunch option. Are there places for improvement? Absolutely. But on balance, and given the alternative big big box hotels on the island, I would definitely opt for this place if you’re looking just to relax in a place reminiscent of all Hawaii that is not on the beach.

It was early in the morning when the plane arrived late at the hotel, and our order could not find our order at the time, which was delayed for a while. She therefore waived us $ 12 for parking. Love this flexible approach. The hotel room was clean and close to the airport but the plane was a bit noisy when taking off and landing.

Staff was amazing nice and very accommodating. Parking was horrible couldn’t find a spot and almost got hit a few times just walking to the hotel. Lobby and pool cute bright , we love all the places to sit and read a book or sit by the fire and talk. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Rooms weren’t the best reminded me of a cheap motel was expecting more when paying over 400$ for one night. The rooms were very different then what i booked online so that was disappointing. Night sleep was okay could hear almost everything a few kids screaming which threw my family off but the ac worked which was amazing. Very close to the airport restaurants but farther then where we did our activities but still a great trip

The hotel feels like a vacation, with beaches and airport shuttles. Parking fee. The room is relatively large. There are also many gas stations nearby. The airport and Wal-Mart are only a few kilometers away. In the morning, you can see the glow of sunrise on the opposite mountain, which is very beautiful. A bit noisy near the road.

When you make a booking, you wonder if it will be good. This condo was incredible value. During the 2020 pandemic, the condos have been renovated. The condo was great - very clean & well stocked & a good location to the pool, barbecues, and hot tub. The décor was sort of art deco and a lot of fun. It had new spacious bathrooms, a kitchen with all new appliances and everything you want, and a brand new washer and dryer in the unit, excellent for longer stays. This property has proximity to everything. You can be on the road to Hana, going up Haleakala, or on the beach at Wailea or Polo or Ekahi in 10 minutes, and with no traffic. If you want to explore Westside it is only 20 minutes! What made this property extra special was the service. From the minute I called, Dawn took care of us. It felt like visiting home. Dawn listened to our request and ensured that we were placed in a unit that suited us, and made sure that we were happy. If anything was needed, it was almost immediate. A light bulb out, fixed within 10 minutes! The service was outstanding. We will be back because of Dawn.

Despite the ongoing construction, the tranquility of Maui Bay Villas was preserved. The staff went above and beyond to ensure minimal disturbance, and their amiable demeanor added a welcoming touch to our stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request greatly enhanced our overall experience. While the ambiance and scenery were exceptional, one aspect that fell a tad short was the limited dining options available on the property. Although the quality of food served was satisfactory, having a wider variety would have added more culinary delight to our stay. Exploring nearby eateries became part of our adventure, allowing us to savor the diverse flavors of Maui. In summary, Maui Bay Villas is a hidden gem offering stunning sunsets, a welcoming beach club, and a serene ambiance despite ongoing construction. The hotel on this island is estimated to have breakfast, because the scenery is better, so you need to drive yourself around to buy food, the breakfast is very rich, you can bring it back to your room to eat, the hotel is a two-story wooden house, separated by a road from the beach. There are a lot of people watching the sunset, the scenery is beautiful in the morning, the holiday is very suitable, the hotel has its own small yards are all plants, and there are toys for public children on the beach. Very relaxing place to stay for a night or a few days. And ease.
