We booked a Platinum Double room with balcony overlooking Liberation Square and the marina. We arrived by ferry very early in the morning and went to drop our bags at the hotel before venturing out for the day, much to our surprise, and delight, we were told that a room was available if we wanted to check in early, excellent! We wont expect the same same every visit, we just got lucky i think! Reception staff and check-in was polite and courteous, indeed the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The room was large, well appointed with a large bathroom with a bath, and separate show cubicle. The room had the usual tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and safe along with ample wardrobe space, dressing gowns and slippers (although we found the slippers dirty and can only assume they were left from the previous guests) but they were quickly replaced. Bed was very comfortable, large wall mounted TV, interesting lighting options to meet your mood, a balcony which in our room was on a corner, so slightly smaller than the rooms towards the middle of the hotel where the balcony's are larger. Breakfast was very good with a buffet to meet most peoples needs, there are several bars and restaurants in the hotel, disappointing that the Champaign Bar was closed whilst we were there, but the place to be is..sitting outside under the heated umbrellas enjoying cocktails watching the world go by - all in all a great location, classy hotel with a good reputation! We would certainly stay here again!

We were welcomed and made to feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. 15 minutes drive from the airport and plenty of on-site parking. We had a lovely studio room. Sound proofed so that we had a really peaceful room. Comfy beds and an excellent bathroom. My self and my 2 adult daughters visited for a 5 night break. The spa and massages were perfect to start our week and the masseuse was very friendly. The hotel was well located for exploring with a car and also there is a bus stop opposite. Jersey has the most polite drivers I’ve ever seen. We didn’t need more than 3 gears 😂 Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Food in the Bohemia Restaurant was beautiful. Lovely little hotel with all the facilities you need to relax. The pool was great for a cool down at the end of the day. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but in line with the rest of Jersey prices. Gorgeous food and wine. Helpful and polite staff. I would definitely return.

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel having previously stayed in 2014. As before we booked a Park View Room. The hotel has not changed much since our previous visit and is essentially comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, taxi from the airport was around £20, or you could take the No 15 bus, which stops close to the hotel. Our room was located on the ground floor and was comfortable. We found the bathroom frustrating as the design did not make the best use of the space and was rather dated. The shower itself was reasonably powerful, although the shower screen itself leaked at the bottom creating a puddle on the floor. A minor gripe but something that needs attention. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard and variety. Choice of fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads and most importantly the hot selection, nice bacon, sausages, eggs, etc, from the buffet. You could also order other items like smoked haddock, etc, if required. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the champagne bar, most evening. There is a nice indoor pool, complete with steam room and sauna. Changing rooms and showers were good, but the keypads for the locker doors were temperamental The hotel is not perfect and in places could do with some investment/refurbishment in places, however, it quite relaxing and a good base in St Helier.

Convenient, lovely beach position. Within walking distance of St Helier if you have no walking problems. . Lovely rooms, clean, fresh. Only downside for us was the fact there were no other bars or restaurants near without having to drive. Hotel restaurant was fine , really good menu. No aircon in bedrooms & unfortunately our stay coincided with the unusual heatwave. A fan was provided after day 2 of our stay which was a bonus at least. Staff were amazing, each one was an asset to the hotel. Overall enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

This was our first visit to The Inn, in fact our first visit to Jersey, travelling with friends who had been before. We really enjoyed our stay and that is largely thanks to the excellent staff; The Inn should be proud of them. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, including the housekeeping team, the kind night manager, the helpful young Irishman on Reception, the guys behind the bar, and specially Bernard and the other staff in the dining room. It seemed to us that Bernard was a real asset to the hotel; he really looked after the whole ‘front of house’ dining experience at The Inn, ensuring that everything ran well. We ended up ‘eating-in’ much more often than we planned to! Our Superior Room was not large but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bar and dining room are pleasant and airy, and the small terrace was a welcome outdoor space. The menu in the dining room is nicely varied with a good selection for vegans and vegetarians. The hotel only offers a small amount of parking but fortunately our car was small and we always managed to find a space. There seems to be other parking nearby and as the hotel is popular and busy it can not present too much of a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this friendly little hotel.
