So although the map shows the Meritage pool and indacyed in the map that it is “family friendly” I didn’t see any children in the area so I called to see if the pool is heated and to make sure it’s ok for kids. I was told that anyone under the age of 21 was not allowed at the pool! And that if I wanted to swim I would have to take my family (and kids) to the other pool at the other hotel down the way. So I had to drive my kids and family to this other pool… and come to find out the pools there were disgusting!! Hair and bits of garbage in the pool… the kid pool area looked nasty and unclean. The hot tub was foggy and also looked gross and unclean. The large pool was better at the deep end but the pool was not heated as we were informed. We were freezing and decided to leave after 10 min. Really disgusting. Then that night of our stay around 12:30am people came back to our floor and were screaming, hollering, drunk beyond belief, and getting into arguments. This woke up my children in the middle of the nice and was scary for them. I called the reception but no one answered, which was unhelpful. Had to call the hotel from my own cell phone to get someone to answer. Said they’d send someone up. I would have no idea because we could still hear these people in their rooms all the way down the hallway. One man in particular sounded extremely out of control and drunk. Eventually my kids fell back asleep… it this is absurd to be paying this much for a hotel room and the adults in the building act more like raging children than the children. I have had better and quieter stays in Disneyland than staying at a hotel where it’s mostly catered to adults. Really upsetting. Then upon check out there was a joke about how the guy prob had a rough night and “poor guy”! Umm NO! Poor kids and my family that had to wake up to arguing and sounding like we were sleeping in the middle of a bar.

When we got back to our hotel, our room key was not unlocking the door and was flashing red. The woman working at the front desk came up to help us but her master key would not open the door either. She said that with the recent renovations the normal locks were replaced with electronic locks and that the battery in the door lock had died and there was literally no way for us to get into our room (which also had all of our belongings). Additionally, the woman working at the front desk let us know that the hotel was completely sold out for the night so there would be no other rooms available for us to sleep in; not to mention we were given no explanation on how/when we would be able to get our belongings and had to drive & fly home the next morning. Luckily, one of our friends had gone back early because she was feeling ill and waiting for her boyfriend to come pick her up. She was sleeping when we got there but eventually she woke up and was able to let us in. But if she had not been there or had been picked up even 10 minutes prior, there would have been no way to get into our room. These rooms need to have a way for staff to bypass the locks if the battery dies (aka a working master key of some kind) to avoid issues like this in the future. Without a way for staff to get into the rooms, this can be extremely high-risk for hotel guests especially if there was an emergency of any kind, medical or otherwise. Besides this issue, the room was clean and the staff was kind. Location is convenient. Check out was simple. However unfortunately this major issue we encountered overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay and I hope Best Western is able to remedy this issue for future guests.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to good restaurants and chain stores. The room was comfortable, the view of the Napa River made it very relaxing, and the sound proofing was excellent - you don’t hear the nearby freeway as soon as you close your balcony door. Hot breakfast was available and the staff were all friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, our major frustration is the WiFi (non-)connection. During my stay, I was only able to connect for 2 hours, and this only after repeated tries. The difficulty to connect to the WiFi appears to be a known and ongoing issue as the “resolution” we were given was to keep trying to connect by disconnecting/reconnecting our device and it will (supposedly) eventually connect. Needless to say, that was a big fail in my opinion especially since I was able to successfully connect only once and for such a short period of time at that. If it wasn’t for this frustrating issue, the rating will be tops.

The positives - Bed and pillows are comfortable, room was clean, water was hot, breakfast was ok Negatives - the keys continually stop working if they are anywhere near your phone, upstairs neighbors take ANY steps and it sounds like a stampede, the garbage in the breakfast room is usually full and the opening in the can is not big enough to hold the plates. This may seem like a small thing, but who wants to be pushing garbage into a full can, it falls out, it gets all over you. I asked the Manager Bernardo if I could check out at 3am and he told me that I could but when I went to check out, the person on duty told me he could not give me a final check out receipt because he could not close out the audit because other people were still checking in. What kind of a system does not allow one person to check out if another has to check in? An antiquated one..Wwyndham, update your system at this place - the electronic one and the keys.

The HORRIBLE inn Upon check in the man was very rude, scammed us , and made us feel unsafe. The man just kept starring at us not saying a word then when he did he barely spoke up. I kept asking him to repeat what he was saying and I eventually just had to put my ear on the glass for me to hear him. I was charged for additional people which is understandable, however i booked the room that was meant for up to 4 people with the double queen bed and the price I paid after two nights ended up being $500. If I had booked the room with the four people are room total would have still been 377 on booking.com. We were charged 30 per person per night so it was 120 for the two other people bringing the room to the 4 people max plus $18 In tax so it was an additional $138 on top of our $377. The neighbors we were talking to upon check in said the man was rude as well and that they booked for up to 4 people and they only had three people and they charge him for that third person. THEY ALSO ONLY CHARGED HIM 20 PER PERSON PER NIGHT! They scammed us ! They also charged me $8 for parking even though it says free parking on booking….. When we entered the room it smelled like cat pee and there was mold in numerous parts of the room/bathroom. We tried calling the front desk for some towels and spray and after a while they finally picked up. They said they had febreeze and would bring some for us. When he had arrived my sister opened the door and he proceeded to just walk in without her permission. She then quickly backed him up and said excuse me we have 4 girls in here (which he knows since he asked for all of our drivers license and questioned us on our age), one friend in the shower and the rest of us changing. He threw the towels at her and then when she asked for the spray he said no I have to do it. And walked in and sprayed fabreeze on EVERYTHING , including our open luggage’s clothes on the bed make up brushes the pillows, etc. The spray helped for a little bit but since he would not leave the spray it quickly smelt like cat pee again. Due to this we left the windows open majority the time and this caused a couple of us some health issues: asthma and allergies. This felt like an invasion of privacy and was an uncomfortable stay. They could not move us rooms either because they didn’t have any other rooms to fit all four of us….. The day came for check out and the man once again as we are packing up loading things in the car the man walks right in and says are you leaving? We clearly were and we also had 15 mins until check out . I get checking In with people for check out, but we were clearly leaving. Apparently he has done this to numerous people and has even woke people up at 8 am saying check out is at 11am. This is not a boot camp , this is suppose to be a place were people come to stay and relax during vacation. But we couldn’t do that with this man basically breathing down our backs the whole trip and draining money not only from us, but numerous peop

So this hotel is pretty basic, nothing to brag about. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good. However, we did experience some issues. Our shower door broke when we were out of the room and when we came back had to pack everything up and move rooms pretty late in the evening. All we got is a "sorry, it happens all the time" WHAT?!?! What if we were in the bathroom at the time it happened? No comps or upgrades provided. Also the rooms are poorly lit, not enough lighting especially in the bathroom, i had to set up my phone flashlight while doing make up since its such a low light area. The tv is small as well. Not overly impressed with this one. Location is about 10 mins from downtown Napa and there is a really good Italian rest. nearby (in walking distance). I like that they dont charge for parking. Did not receive my spire elite bonus points and for the welcome amenity they gave us 2 bottles of water and let us pick out 2 cheap snacks from their little grocery area (most hotels give you something better). Probably would not stay here again next time we visit. Oh and the walls are pretty thin, could hear the loud family across the hall arguing about where they were going to eat at like 8 in the morning!

This is a hidden gem for me, as a frequenter to Napa, I stayed in downtown Napa a few times. But Chandonney Lodge is just one mile away from Downtown Napa and it is much more quiet and affordable, especially for weekend rate. Personally i love all the flowers and plants outside of the motel rooms’ doors and windows, and in the parking area. Although the room is small but it is clean and well equipped with everything you need. You can tell this is a business owned by a family and they put their hearts in it. This is the perfect place for you to take a nap and go to the town having a wild night and then come back for a quiet night sleep.

When we booked our stay all other good hotels were pretty much booked, so we ended up staying at the Westin. We got the Premium Suite with 1 bedroom. The Good The location is nice. It’s a bit secluded so you don’t get the loudness of the city center. It’s right next to the wine train (literally 30 steps away from it) and there is a nice park right next to it if you want to relax and take in the sun. It’s a quick walk to the city center (about 5 mins). The property is clean and well maintained from what we’ve seen. The Bad Obviously, hotels cost way more than they did so we understand today’s post-covid pricing, but honestly, for like $700/night it’s a tough one. There is no, I repeat NO room service. You can supposedly order things from the restaurant that’s in the hotel and then go pick them up yourself, but forget about late-night snack deliveries or early morning breakfast in bed. Napa is also a fairly sleepy town so the only thing you’ll be able to order late at night is mcdonalds, taco bell or 7 eleven (we checked the food apps). There was a full-on large fridge, stove, oven and microwave in our room, so it’s clearly more of an apartment setting than a hotel. Again, nothing terrible if you’re paying $300/n but at $700/n it just isn’t it. The room was also quite hot and AC wasn't helping much which was weird. We asked for a late checkout (asked for an additional hour) and were told it was impossible. Then we were told that it’s possible if we’re Marriott Bonvoy members and then told since we’re not we can’t stay. So it is possible and would’ve been just a nice, decent thing for them to do since we spent multiple nights at a larger room and they clearly weren’t booked full. It’s the little things that matter.

I travel quite a bit and don’t typically stay at a Motel 6. But all other hotels/motels were booked up or too expensive. From my check in to the great night sleep I was just shocked at how much I liked this property. Sparkling clean pool, quiet, Starbucks across the street. And a big shout out to Jason for excellent customer service before my actual check in date. I’ll be staying at this property if ever in Napa again.

This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference. The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months.

We had a King Suite which allowed for other area guest in addition to just a separate room to lounge and eat take in. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Took advantage of game room with some friends after having gone out for the evening. Of particular fun was the big scrabble board on the wall using magnetic tiles. One request is to have a couple of EV charging stations. Room was rather expensive with a 2 night minimum; however, it was the going rate for the time of year and similar options.

This is a Hilton resort hotel, the equipment is perfect, the receptionist is very interesting, and also helped us draw a map of the hotel. Parking is available in the backyard with free parking. The hotel serves evening drinks and breakfast the next day. After the Napa Valley viewing, you can have a light meal at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is also an American omelet. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's homemade chili sauce is really delicious. I read the comment saying that there is a swan inside the hotel, and I woke up in the morning and really saw it. There are two areas in the hotel. In the atrium, everyone can sit and eat and drink and chat. The outside landscape has fountains, swan, all kinds of small scenes, which are lively and interesting. Very holiday feeling, you can sleep lazily to wake up naturally~

We stayed in Angelina's Garden at the Napa Inn and for the most part, we really liked it. It was walking distance to the historic Napa part of the city, the room was large, the fireplace was wonderful and the hot tub was nice after a long day of walking around the vineyards. We didn't notice any trace of any smells that seem to be mentioned in a few reviews. What we did notice was an odd sound that turned out to be a pump issue installed by the city the day before and wasn't working properly. We addressed the issues with the owner (or manager?), Susan, who I will say went above and beyond in terms of trying to accommodate us. She also made a lovely breakfast for the couple of days we stayed. We were a bit worried about the lack of evening staff as we checked in late but the key and instructions were waiting for us under the front mat. I will say another small con was some of the drywall/plaster in our room did have fairly large cracks so that should be addressed at some point. I thought it added a bit of the rustic charm to a very old house but could be fixed. The pillows were some of the best pillow we have ever slept on so wanted to note that. Overall, would glad stay here again. Even with the few hickups, Susan made us feel so welcome, we over looked them hope to see her again.

We arrived an hour earlier than the hotel said was check-in time, so if anything, that was on us, but we were hoping that something might be available just the same. We asked woman at the front desk if a room might be available and gave her our name. The best she could muster was "you're room's not ready" and walked away. No empathy, no "really sorry but...", not even an offer to hold our belongings since we had brought them in with us. Probably the rudest experience I've ever had in a hotel, and for what we spent on the room was truly unbelievable. So we had to change clothes in our car, and I am highly skeptical that there was not a single room available in the hotel. Lastly, when we did check in after our event, the 3 staff members looming over the desk and staring at us was in a word, weird. The room was very small, but clean and otherwise nicely put together, with the exception of no glasses or non-coffee cups. Won't be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to offering suggestions on where to visit for wine tasting and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The walls are a little thin but thankfully nobody was loud. It was very clean and looked like it has recently been updated. The location was Everything!!! No car needed to get anywhere. The purpose of a hotel is to give you shelter when you’re not out and about. Who goes on vacation to stays in their hotel majority of their time anyways!!! Overall was pleased and find that the hotel is very underrated for the price and location.

Breakfast is simple and the restaurant is small. Parking is free and the parking lot is quite large. The overall feeling of the hotel is not as good as expected. The Napa River on the side looks like the same, so the river view room is just the same thing.
