I stayed here with my partner for one night when we went to watch Leicester Tigers play at Welford Road Stadium. The room was scrupulously clean and the bed was very comfortable, probably one of the best B&B beds we’ve stayed in. There was a sink in the room and we had an en-suite. There are also rooms available with a separate bathroom for a lower price. We also had a huge TV, remote controlled lights and a coffee maker. The tea and coffee supplies were well stocked and the mugs provided were nice to drink out of. Breakfast was extremely good value and well worth having. There was another guest there and the owner, Bob, and the other guest sat with us whilst we had breakfast which gave it a real homely feel. We were happy to chat, but I felt that if we hadn’t been, then we’d have been left to our own devices. The location is excellent. There’s free on street parking right outside and Tesco Express a couple of minutes down the road. Walking into town was pleasant, passing over the river and going past some historic buildings and took about 15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Mainly affected by the epidemic, I feel that there are many problems with hotel services. First of all, no one is engaged in hygiene, and towels are not updated. However, no one informed of the reason, and it was necessary to find out that no one had entered the room for hygiene. The hygiene in the room had to be done by yourself. You could put towels and garbage in the door and someone would collect it. I also accepted this, but when I had breakfast on March 24, I suddenly notified that I would check out and leave the hotel tomorrow, and there would be 7 days of unoccupied rent will be refunded, but there is only one day, I do n’t know where to rent, because Other hotels may have the same situation. I originally said that we would recommend a place to rent, but due to language problems, I later turned to Ctrip customer service. The customer service helped me to answer the question: because of government reasons, the hotel does not have any compensation. Local hotels are also not recommended, and you can find a way to solve it ... You said, what kind of evaluation can you give in this situation? If it was not for the help of a local friend, our family really did not know what to do

We stayed for one night at the beginning of September when we dropped our daughter. back to university in the city. The hotel is on the ring road, but located within a new pedestrianised area - with parking at the back. FOLLOW THE YELLOW SIGNS for parking! if we had not spotted the signs we would have been going around in circles I think. We were made to feel very welcome - the hotel was quiet - covid measures in place and adhered to. The staff we great - friendly and helpful. Room was lovely - I think an executive double. I would definitely book again. To be very picky - more tea bags and milk please! There was a lovely coffee machine, but for people who drink tea it is a bit mean to offer so few tea bags and milk. But - I am sure we'd have been given more if we asked.

Visited the City Rooms for the first time for a Christmas meal. This is a stunning building well placed in the centre of the city. We were greeted by a pleasant doorman and then offered a glass of bubbly or orange juice in the hallway. Our party of 40+ were to be seated in the downstairs room next to the bar. Place names had been provided with meal choices on them. We would take these and place them where we wished to be sat on the large round tables (nice idea for both guests and staff serving food). The room was beautiful and nicely decorated. Nice to have table centres that didn’t totally obscure the opposite side of the table. Lovely table linen; place settings had crackers added. We had a quick look upstairs at the ballroom which was gorgeous, but it would have been way too big for our party. We had been offered this on booking, and were glad with our decision on the lounge downstairs. The bar area was a little tight with the usual bar leaners standing chatting. Glad there was not an additional party at the same time or it would have been difficult to move in there. Service though was prompt and very pleasant. The meals were served swiftly and without fuss. Wine we had purchased was placed on the tables. The food was delicious and good portion size. Lovely to have mince pies and coffees afterwards too. There was music playing, but not too loud it interrupted people talking and it was quickly turned down when speeches were made. All in all a very beautiful building which caters very well for large parties. Would highly recommend.

In the city center, near the train station, there are many restaurants around, as well as Chinese supermarkets, it is very convenient. But the hotel is old, the room is small, the facilities are very old, because one elevator is broken, I took a big box and circled a big circle, sitting on another small ladder that can only take two people, the hotel is like a labyrinth The music is curved and has a retro mood. There is free parking and it is my satisfaction.

1. The location is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre. There is a parking lot in the yard. It is better to take a taxi. 2. The service is good. Free luggage storage is available either early or after check-out. 3. Breakfast is provided. If you do not have a meal, you will be more than 9 pounds. It is self-help. The full British meal, the taste is OK. 4. The room is in a good environment. In general, it is really worthwhile to book this position for this price.

Due to a problem with my flat, I had to stay at flexistay leicester for 10 days with my autistic son. Staff here are amazing and go above and beyond their jobs to be helpful. At times being a service that you would never expect. Like my phone charger broke and I asked where the nearest shop was to buy one and the member of staff said what phone is it? We have spares you can borrow. The staff talked to my son and appearing interested as he repeatedly told them what had happened to our house. He has been moody and temperamental and has been loud at times and they have been understanding. The shared kitchen is kept immaculate at all times and the bacon and eggs are on hand at all times and my son loved the hot chocolate machine. The room was cleaned daily and it was so nice to come back to a made bed (a luxury I will miss). The showers are lovely and hot and you genuinely feel refreshed afterwards. The telly is lovely and has HDMI ports so we hooked up the xbox and had access to Netflix with the super speeds WiFi that is avaliable here there isn't really any lagging. All in all I would stay here again especially with the friendly staff and all night security man. I have had an amazing stay where I've felt safe

Really friendly & helpful landlady. It really is the perfect combination of a self-catering accommodation and a bed & breakfast. There is a fully-stocked kitchen available to all guests, a lovely lounge and a decent sized garden. Plenty of parking space, and very handy for local shops and the city centre. Breakfast is "continental", but there is cheese, eggs, toast/bread, real and instant coffee, tea, jam, preserves, cereals, Marmite, porridge... The house is clean, bright, airy and cheerful. I would happily stay again for longer. Only one problem - a squeaky floorboard above room one. Everything else was perfect.

Stayed here for one night so that I could attend a work party. On arrival I was confused as to where to park. There is a car park around the back of the hotel but this is for the retail park only. I tried to park on a side street close by and was screamed at by a local resident that it was resident parking only. This is not the case as there was no signs stating this. Although I admit that the hotel states that there is no parking available upon booking, I was informed that there was on street parking close by but because of a crazy resident I moved my car and parked a distance away because I was afraid she would come out and key my car. So not a good start. However this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel was very worn down looking on the outside, there was graffiti on the wall and did not feel very welcoming. When I walked into reception this feeling continued and the person sat behind the desk looked more like he was running a taxi rank rather than a hotel. He was talking on the phone for a while before he acknowledged that I was there. However once acknowledged, he showed me to my room and carried my suitcase for me which was nice. The room was mainly clean. Very tidy and modern. Basic but you get what you pay for. However for some reason the cleaner had thought it okay to put a blue pillow on my bed that had a suspicious white crusty stain on it which I threw of the bed to the floor. Although It was mainly a decent stay, I don't think I would stay here again. Please see the following as constructive criticism to make the stay better for others: There is a gap under the door and was woken twice by people talking in the corridor. Normally the doors in hotels that I stay at manage to keep out general chit chat as the other guests weren't even shouting. You need a grip mat in the shower as after using conditioner on my hair I found myself skidding around for dear life on the shower floor. In addition the shower did not heat up very well so this could be addressed. Keeping up the hotel exterior is key in making people feel welcome and safe.

Visited yesterday, 14th March 2020. My husband and I had Prosecco Afternoon Tea. The arrival welcome was wonderful and this set the tone for the whole experience. The table was beautifully laid with a lovely old fashioned China Tea Set. The service was first class and friendly. The food was delicious and had clearly been lovingly prepared and presented. A healthy variety of sandwich fillings and delightful sweet treats. We were offered extra sandwiches and tea which was fabulous. In case sandwiches, cakes, little Madeline's and chocolate treats aren't enough, then come your freshly cooked scones, cream and jam. These scones were light, fluffy and warm. Delicious. We didn't eat everything and the waitress (Debbie) offered to pack it up for us to take home. Attention to detail, attention to customer satisfaction and attention to the quality of what they are delivering seem to be priority, which is very refreshing indeed. Well done Badgers Mount, it genuinely was a pleasure to visit your restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place and will return.

My husband and I have not been out to eat since March, we decided to visit The Castle Chef And Brewer restaurant for lunch. It has been a few years since we had visited and were very pleased to see the upgrades completed to the decor. We were looked after by Paul and Julie, excellent service throughout. We were met at the front door and advised of the Covid restrictions and taken to our seat. The customers were seated well apart, as per requirements. Our order was taken in a timely fashion but we did not feel rushed at all. My husband had the Tribute cask ale, it was so good he had another one! We ordered the signature fish and chips, lovely but a little too big. The chocolate torte was wonderful, it came with raspberries and ice-cream, far too nice to share. My husband had a brownie and coffee, he did not talk whilst he was eating so it must have been good We were not rushed at any time or constantly bombarded with the 'are you ok'. The team were observant enough to know when we wanted help, a rare find these days. Will we go back, definitely but the rest of you should stay away,we want the place to ourselves The restaurant is currently doing take out if you do not want to eat in.

As usual the hotel was what we expected. Comfortable with great and friendly staff. There is nothing whatsoever to be critical about. The staff done everything you asked them to do always smiling. No criticism at all. I would recommend Premier to anyone. However the table to table restaurant was a different place. Only two cereals neither I liked, cheap bacon used which was like leather, I couldn't cut it. The toast was the same. Most of the dinners were warm not hot. So not happy with anything the cook produced if they are cooks. Totally different to the last four we have stopped there.

The Hilton brand is going downhill, and has lived in countless Hiltons from home and abroad. Every time you come to the United Kingdom, there is always a city that will arrange to stay in Hilton. Each time it ends in disappointment. 1, location, directly opposite the Scotsman Hotel, the spiral staircase next to the Scotsman Hotel can lead to the train station. If there is a large luggage, it is recommended to go out at Plantform Exit 1, there are lifts and escalators, and exit to the right Walk and turn right again for two hundred meters. A 10-minute walk from Royal mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Whisky Experience Center, these three are together! About 12 minutes walk from Calton Hill, which is different from the three attractions above 2. The housekeeping was just rubbish. On the first day of arrival, there was no mineral water in our two rooms, and the two rooms were not the same size. The one we lived in was very small. Shower gels and shampoos have obviously been used, but they have not been replaced! !! !! 3. The hotel design has serious problems. Please arrange a room for -3. We must first take the stairs to the second floor, then cross the other two third-level stairs, and then take the elevator down to -3. Rao's head is dizzy and the box Not easy to mention ~

A total of two rooms and four rooms were booked, and the overall performance in all aspects was very good. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, even the smallest classic room does not feel cramped. In particular, the bathroom has a separate dressing table and a large mirror, which is well received. The location is very good, Edinburgh's main attractions are within 15 minutes of walking (of course, Edinburgh attractions are already very concentrated). The public space is beautiful and elegant, and the service is warm and in place. The only minor problem was that when I checked out on the first trip, I was given a £103.5 bill, a £3.5 mini bar and a £100 reservation for the restaurant (we didn’t open the mini at all, nor booked it. Restaurant), after arguing for some reason, the front desk said that it might be wrong. Although the bill was cancelled, it was inevitable that it was unpleasant and destroyed the perfect experience of the whole stay.

The hotel is located in the old quarter of Edinburgh, "bread street", close to the castle and Princes Street Gardens, and the location is superb. The hotel's own buffet breakfast is not comparable to the domestic breakfast, but it is already very rich in the UK, you can also find a waiter to customize the fried egg and other dishes. The room is really small, if you are with two big boxes, it is estimated that it is difficult to spread both on the ground at the same time. In addition, the bathroom is really small. It is difficult for a Chinese who is not a burly to bathe in the bathroom or the wall. However, hotels in the UK are small rooms. Overall, it is still satisfactory, of course, don't compare it with the domestic Hilton, otherwise you will feel that you have gone wrong.

Invincible location, the most lively Royal Mile, is a pedestrian street, full of buskers, acrobatics of the magic of singing the piano, the audience is surrounded by a circle of interaction, the atmosphere is very good. A little bit to the right is Edinburgh Castle. The car has a high level to the front desk, but the suitcase can be lifted. Then ask the front desk, he will give a map, there is a parking lot ten minutes walk, 22 pounds a day. Downstairs is free from 18:30 to 8:30 the next day. The room was clean and there was a kitchen washing machine. The only thing that is not good is that the pedestrian steps outside the window of the room require curtains to be pulled. We live in the capital house, and on the third day we change to a family room and a single apartment, which are located on the second and fifth floors. It may be better to have more than one layer of privacy. The first two are pictures of the family room, and the last two are the capital houses.

The location is very good, it is convenient for trains, airplanes, buses and nights without worrying about going back late or going out at any time. The only thing to pay attention to is to ask for several floors, usually the fourth floor is the first floor of the old town street. It is three floors that are close to the train station, and are ordered four floors or more. Recently, the bridge is under construction. I felt that the room was covered with things like blankets and gray. The decoration style is awesome, and it was changed from the previous Scottish newspaper industry. Like the bar downstairs, a cup of coffee is not too expensive every night, 6-7.5 fat. There is also the indifferent face in the front desk of the store. We are unhappy about changing sheets and checking out one hour late. One is insisting that if you stay for two nights, you will not change sheets. I knocked on the table and said that we want Stayed for three nights, the second is that the small blood stains that are not cleaned are not mine. The third is to change the sheets and the difference is important? The man who was stunned immediately closed his mouth. Check-out is generally 11 o'clock, most people are not mentally prepared at this time.

It is worth four stars. The bathroom in the room is not small, the decoration is more delicate, there is no taste, more importantly, the bed and the quilt and the pillow are very comfortable. The place is a little more remote than Gao Street and Prince Street, but the Old Town of Edinburgh is so big, it is only 20 minutes to get to the train station, and it is much quieter than that. Satisfied, I will choose here next time.
