The rooms are bright and bright, the internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family outings, refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans are all available. Parking is free. Close to Dallas nucleic acid detection point, Realtime labs 7 minutes drive. Breakfast can be taken back to the room, late check out until 12:30 at the latest. Overall maintains the consistent standard of the brand!

|3.24km from city centerOne of the lovliest LaQuinta Hotels that I have been in, actually. Entrance of hotel is lovely and very welcoming. Only issues I had this time was small. Bed seemed overly firm to me and pillows were too soft; so my rest was not the most comfortable. Bathrool toliet tissue on metal roll was the only tissue in the bathroom; NO extra roll in bathroom. However, i am most certain if I had requested, they would have accomadated me with an extra roll of toliet paper.

|5.85km from city centerWe stayed at this hotel along with family and friends as part of a wedding celebration. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the fire pit for evening gatherings. There were lots of restaurant and shopping choices nearby. The breakfast was pretty typical. Cons: no in room safes and the refrigerator would not stay on longer than two hours without continually resetting it. Overall, it was a good experience!

|4.81km from city centerThe room was absolutely filthy. A dead cockroach in the fridge. A few other bugs here and there. Toothpaste on the walls. Food spilled on the ground. A shirt sticker from a previous guest in the bed. Thumbtacks left in the wall from a previous guest hanging something up. I brought it up to the front desk. He wanted to know what “my ask” was. I said that I was not trying to be difficult just thought I should bring it up. He said he would pass it along to the manager so he could bring it up to housekeeping. I found out from a colleague the next day that that was the manager I was speaking with. Next day, I come in and my bed is made ok, but the rest of the room is in the same condition. I bought wipes across the street at target to clean myself what I was using most. Room 109 in case anyone wants to know. I also called in one morning when kids were playing basketball at 7am. (i had gotten in after 12 from a late flight the night before) and asked what time the sports court right outside my window opened. Front desk said 7am so I let it go, because those are the rules I suppose. I walk out later and the sign on the court says it opens at 9am. So I guess they just didn’t want to address the issue? Absolutely stay. Frustrating because this is the most convenient hotel for some work that is likely to happen yearly for 30-50 workshop attendees down the street, but we will obviously not stay here next time.

|1.35km from city centerI have stayed at this location many times in the last 4/5 months. The first time we got checked into a room and immediately saw a ton of cockroaches. Told the front desk, who was super apologetic and switch us rooms on a different floor. We get to the new room to check that room out and our key didn't work..... So back down to the front desk. Once again, the guy was super apologetic and fixed the room key. Finally got back up to the room, the room key worked this time, no cockroaches to be found, and the bed was super soft! Since that first stay we have always had great customer service, great rooms, and great room prices (thanks to Booking.com)!! Would highly recommend this hotel! Right next to Interstate 35 and right next to Main St in Lewisville. I would say it is perfectly in the middle of Lewisville and not to far from most of the attractions in the area. It is also right across the street from the local hospital. The outside of the building is a little run down, not to bad though but the rooms have been beautifully remodeled!! They just need to remember to turn the light on for the guest.... 🤣🤣 This hotel is definitely a 5+ star hotel!!

|3.62km from city centerRooms have been recently renovated feels more like a Staybridge suites. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Things were pretty clean with only the stairwells being slightly dirty during our stay. The flooring is a vinyl that looks like wood. There is a tall boy dresser to store your cloths and a nightstand. Lighting is updated as well with wall lights having outlets and USB connections, track lighting in the kitchenette. Good size table for eating or working and two office chairs. There is a standard chair which is some rooms recline. Kitchenette is the standard ESA setup. Sink, electric range, microwave, and fridge. The countertop is stone which is nice. Had the freezer in one room go out but maintenance took care of it quick. Bathroom is the standard sink, toilet, and shower/tub. Everything was in good working order and shower curtain bows out for more room and curtains were proper length. Used basic wifi for both work and streaming videos on our tablets and didn't have too many issues. Only issue was the rare time it went out for a bit. Bed has no boxspring which is great if you have pets as they tend to get tears and they can climb into them. Close to shopping with Super Target just down the street and plenty of nearby restaurants including a good Cajun restaurant Razzos next door. Easy access to 35E and DFW Airport via 121. Close to PGBT and SRT.

|2.93km from city centerThe room is decent for a $50 room. The problem were the housekeepers. They did not want to clean the rooms. When I asked for fresh towels, they handed me a stack of hand towels. The spent most of the day sitting in the next room talking. When they did clean my room, they were talking on the phone the entire time. I called and asked the policy for cleaning rooms. I was staying for 8 days. I was told they clean rooms every other day, but I could go to the front desk for clean towels. If you can, take your own towels. The towels are very thin and scratchy. Also, the bedspreads are scratchy. So if you can, take your own blanket. Also, there is no coffee maker in the room. They serve coffee in the lobby. The is a microwave and small fridge. Besides the poor maid service, it is a decent room for $50. The people at the front desk were nice, but they maids liked to talk about the guests. Internet and Cable TV are good.
