On the day of the residence, I just met the high temperature of 42 degrees in Paris. When I entered the room, it was like the sauna room. A heat wave hit the surface, the super invincible was hot, the air conditioner was like a dummy, and there was no air conditioning. I asked the front desk to reply that the air conditioner was already Opened, but the temperature can not be adjusted, the room is very small, it is reasonable to say that it should cool down very quickly, but it is really not a little cold. I was so hot with my little friends that I didn't fall asleep for a night, it was too uncomfortable. There is a saying that the geographical position is still very good, and it will not be long before the walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is also relatively new, the elevator is very small, but this is not a problem. The fatal problem is air conditioning. If it is too hot to come to Paris, it is not recommended to live here. Fortunately, we are going to South France the next day. It is only a transitional night. After returning from South France to the five-star hotel in Paris, I don't want to abuse myself anymore.FromUS$64.00

You are paying for a premium price hotel because some rooms have a balcony with a view on it. But you cannot even guarantee yourself a balcony even if you book it in advance or pay any extra. So then your left with a very small room and if you want a selfie with the Eiffel Tower you would have to stick half your body out of the window. If you want to celebrate somthing special I would advise to pay a little extra and stay at the Pullman hotel which you can book and be sure to have a balcony room with even better views as its a stone throws away from the Eiffel tower. It also has a more spacious balcony area. I had a room booked here at Hotel La Comtesse with a balcony and it did not say anywhere when I booked that it was subject to availability. I even showed the front desk on my ipad if I was to book a room for next week with a balcony will it say anywhere on the page that it cannot be guaranteed before I click confirm and it did not. So only after you have clicked confirm will they mention this. And by clicking confirm it is non refundable. They are using sneaky wording and deliberately trying to mislead customers, the front desk kept saying to me you can reserve a balcony but if you arrive and there is none available then you will not get one. So in other words their meaning of reservation means nothing and balcony rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Read some of the other negative reviews and others have had similar problems.SOLD OUT

Conveniently located near excellent cafes and restaurants. There is a 24 hours market two blocks from the hotel. Laundromat one block away. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood so I decided that the best way to get to the Eiffel Tower was by walking from the hotel so I could appreciate the neighborhood's architecture. I'm usually all over the place when I travel, but this neighborhood has it all so I did not see the need to venture into another one. Hotel is in great shape. Service is outstanding. Room is good for up to two people. I would stay there again. Just keep in mind that the elevator only fits 2 people which I heard is common in Paris. The shower's entrance is a little narrow. The bathroom is spacious overall. I'm 6'2 and I weight less than 200 lbs so it works fine with me. Someone heavier should consider shopping around.SOLD OUT

The location is particularly good, taking advantage of the Invalides and Alexander Bridge, to various attractions, the subway is also very convenient, the hotel room is small, but clean and comfortable, everything! Not far from there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket~ There is also a small episode, because walking the road, the shoes taste big, put on the balcony, and the hand shakes away from other people's home. The grandfather at the front desk was super good, helped me stand for an hour and waited for others, and finally contacted them. We stayed here a few days ago. We booked a classic studio direct with the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe studio. Check in was easy, lady who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. Masks are to be worn in all public areas within the hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, modern with a small balcony. Bathroom was also modern and had a fantastic shower. Bed was huge and comfy as were the pillows. Really couldn't fault the room whatsoever. Location, we were a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There is cafes, restaurants, takeaways, supermarket and metro all within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Rue Cler was literally 2 minutes round the corner, with beautiful food places. We only stayed 2 nights so no cleaning was involved. We would absolutely reccomend this hotel and would stay again if ever in Paris.FromUS$178.00

Only positive thing I can say about this property is the location. We decided to stay in Paris for an extra few days unfortunately the room we originally booked was not available which let us to move to this hotel Rooms are incredibly small The elevator/lift is a one man elevator If you are on the six floor you have to take this coffin shaped electric device to the top God for bid you have any luggage!!! When you leave the property you are required to leave your key at the front desk just made us a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was way overpriced for croissants and coffee €12 The property did accommodate us as I have claustrophobia taking the elevator was not an option and our room was on the six floor they did accommodate us by moving us to the first floor where it was walkable for me Request a room facing the street or you’ll be stuck looking out your window at an extremely small triangular inner view which overlooks the other rooms pipes and rubbish FromUS$135.00

We stayed here in September 2019 after a Rick Steve’s recommendation. So glad we did. We also took recommendations from other reviews and upgraded to the Superior Double. It was still very small so I can’t image staying in the standard room. But most rooms in Paris are small. Loved the location right off Rue Cler. Close to Ecole Militaire Metro station. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Even had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The staff went over and above the call of duty. We bought the Paris Pass, but the wonderful gentleman at the front desk also told us we would need a reservation at the Louvre to skip the line. He even helped me make the reservation. We were able to get there early and go right to the Mona Lisa before the crowds. Highly recommend this hotel especially for first time visit to Paris.FromUS$185.00

I stayed in this hotel for 14 days with my husband and our poodle. :) 🐩 First of all, the hotel staff is awesome! They are very professional, polite, always willing to help and answer any questions you have. :) The hotel is extremely clean, they take really serious measures regarding the corona virus, and I am grateful for that. :) The rooms are a little tiny for a long stay, but for a weekend or a week, big enough. The bathrooms are huge and awesome! For the location... well that is also truly amazing! :) 💕 Just 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower and Champs de Mars, really close or well connected with the most visited parts of Paris. The hotel is a part of, and is surrounded by breathtaking architecture, many small cafeterias to choose from. But the hotel also offers awesome coffee! :) I never had breakfast there, (it was included in the price), so i cant say anything regarding the food. My husband said that he expected more, but we are Serbs and we like to eat, so dont take it for granted! :) So, team La Bourdonais, keep up the great work that you do and thank you for your hospitality. :)FromUS$286.00

The location is excellent! 30 feet from a metro station, 7 min walk to Eiffel Tower and great places to eat steps away! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful! In the summer, you might need earplugs to sleep as the area would be busier with people talking and walking outside. It's minutes from Invalides and maybe 9 min walk to the Seine. The hairdryer was equal to what I have at home so that's impressive. Late at night when we're exhausted it would have been nice to watch something other than CNN in English and the 'smart' facility on the TV didn't seem to work nor did the Japanesestyle toilet. These are really minor things. We would 100%stay here again. Oh and HAVE BREAKFAST!! You will not get this quality and amount of food anywhere for the price! (€12). Fresh squeezed orange juice! Amazing breakfast in a really beautiful room! This was a luxurious hotel and they made us feel very special. Thank you. FromUS$111.00

This hotel is located on Rue Cler, an amazing pedestrian only market street with great shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower (just search YouTube for Rue Cler). The hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room at check-in. The rooms are very clean and average size for Europe although small by U.S. standards. They serve a modest breakfast buffet that we took advantage of the morning we checked out. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris. FromUS$137.00

Without a doubt one of the favorite and best hotels I stayed in ever! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they all speak English. The restaurant is very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant waiter deserves a special thanks. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. I came to Paris for work, I haven't got engaged to the french people and culture before, therefore, the staff members of the hotel not only beautifully represented this hotel, but the beautiful country & Culture of France. The staff members are well educated regarding hospitality and hotel management. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I was in Paris at the very beginning of the Covid 19 shut down. My original hotel closed down, but Hotel de la Paix rescued me, and with all of the grace and welcome hospitality that could be offered. This is a gem of a small hotel in the desired 7th. It's close to the Metro, Rue Clar and the Eiffel Tower. Feeling recently remodeled, the decor was very modern and comfortable. But more than anything else in a very stressful time, the staff was gracious and kind and accommodating, offering a refuge during the onset of the shutdown. Under different circumstances, this location and property would be a gem. In the midst of a once in a lifetime trauma, it was a lifesaver. Merci!FromUS$98.00

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
