The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

Staff of 10. Comments said that the hotel was dirty, so beforehand we asked to see rooms and they were all very clean. They helped us with local rest and transportation. I would come back. Although it was cold in the room (February was to be expected) we asked for more blankets and they gave them to us. It needs a hand of paint to improve appearance.

I was so pleasantly surprised staying here, after the terrible Happi Hotel in Aswan beforehand. The room had very good Wifi, the heating worked very well and the hotel itself was quiet. Also outlets by the bed yay! The reception promised a” quiet” room in 806 which, LOL, I don’t think Egyptians have any concept of the word. Traffic noise could clearly be heard and the muezzin is LOUD at daybreak prayers. Still wearing earplugs and putting a pillow over my head worked to get a fairly decent sleep. Oddly there is no Wifi in reception. The on-site restaurant has decent breakfast but like everywhere in Egypt it seems ZERO customer service granted; wait times for food seem to be, literally hours. Staff English is nonexistent.

It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. At the beginning we had a room with city view, which we did not like. We wanted to see the sea. After consultation with the front desk and a higher price we got another room with sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There is everything that *** can imagine. *** finds something for everyone. Service was also very good. The water in the bathroom did not want to be warmer and a staff came very fast and has everything for us great set and solved the problem. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very friendly. There is a bus that runs every hour for free to the beach. The hotel has a private beach which is only for the visitors and is very clean. There is also an internal pool. We will be back definitely!

Make scolding? Not let go Although it ’s a joke, this place is really a bit of a Sheraton name. The lobby is messy. The elevator must not stay in China for annual review. The rooms are very small, the equipment is very old, and the bathroom is too small to take a bath. The breakfast room was overcrowded, and the waiter was crowded over the small dining table like a ballet. The chefs needed to go back to school to retrain. The check-in and check-out all encountered strange procedures. In addition to the sea views Insignificant By the way, what does it mean to tie the mini bar with a cable tie? I personally take this as a insult.

Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time. The food and catering service was excellent. It will be grossly unfair if we do not make special mention of the extraordinary courtesy and service rendered by one, Mr. Ahmed Masry (FB). Regret I cannot say the same for Housekeeping who had to be reminded to replace the used tumblers and replenish the water bottles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. The magic concierge hahaha overall is really never disappointing the quality of the four seasons. I will always love FS

Like it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic. Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one. There are 2 pools at the hotel. Room is clean, so is the bathroom. ( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.) Staff are hard working. We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties. Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. She makes sure that you have everything you need. Mrs Rehab, listened carefully to our feedback and made sure all is good and that we enjoyed our stay. Free Wifi is available in rooms. Parking is available with extra charge but you'll find parking place outside the hotel. ( Neighboorhood isn't that good so it's better you have a car. ) Hotel is recommended if you are searching for a clean and nice hotel, this one is a value deal.

We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.
