Hotels Near Tibetan Monastery In Gaya Review

If you’re travelling to Gaya/Bodh Gaya and have shortlisted a few hotels, this place definitely needs to be in it. It is a fairly new hotel and provides its guests with almost anything they might require, right from all the basic amenities such as parking, 24*7 security, etc. to a full sized menu with a lot of cuisines. They have one of the best ***agement I’ve ever seen in any of the hotels in Bihar. Right from the entrance to the hotel up to your room, the staff you may encounter seems eager to help you with virtually anything. Both the ***agers at the reception always greet you with a warm smile. I couldn’t decide what to try from their menu, and one of the ***agers was more than kind to call the chef who helped me choose my evening snack as well as my dinner and prepared it with the same enthusiasm with which he had recommended those. The housekeeping staff was really professional and made sure my room was clean throughout my stay - I stayed for about 8-9 nights. Some of the items weren’t mentioned in their menu but they prepaped it for me on special request. What I mean to say is that the ***agement was pretty accomodative of my requests and not for a single moment during my stay was I disappointed. Hence, I would personally recommend this place to any one visiting Gaya/Bodh Gaya. I have uploaded a few pictures as well for the convenience of others.

The trip was shocking and sin. For the first time, I went to Varalasi and took the train. The train in India was dirty. Booked the hotel's service in advance, and stood in front of the station. I didn't expect to find the hotel's pick-up station. The phone is running out of power. The problem is that at night, the train station is hot for many days. Someone is coming to pull your suitcase and speak Indian language that you don’t understand. It seems to help you. The problem is that India's map car you never know can pull you to awkward places. I can scare me, but when I meet a kind-hearted young man, I can speak English, help me find a map driver, and talk about the price of 100 rubles. He also promised to know that my hotel is not far away, it must be safely sent to me, with the trust of young people, and then follow the Tutu car. It’s really lucky that the hotel is not far from the train station. It’s just a little more than 10 minutes to get to the hospital. It’s a place of paradise. Going to the front desk to check in, some grievances asked why I booked the service, did not arrive, the hotel front desk actually did not know. Ten minutes away to give me a price of 800 rubles to pick up the station, but I didn't pick it up, otherwise I... because I was thrilled at the station for more than an hour, I went back to the hotel room and didn't sleep well. However, the hotel rooms are very good. I didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel. I ordered to go to the Ganges to see the sunrise at 6 in the morning. The service vehicle scheduled to arrive at 6 o'clock in the morning arrived. I went to the Ganges River and didn't make it rain. I stayed there for a while. If I really didn't feel the mood, I would end the service and go back to the hotel to rest early. Going back to the hotel to go to breakfast, the hotel's breakfast is good, authentic Indian food, and West Point. At the end of the breakfast, I went to the front desk to book a car at the airport. This time I was afraid, I was afraid that I would not be able to meet the previous ones. I confirmed it many times. The hotel manager asked me how I had a rest last night. I told the story. They are very sorry. I saw the plane at 20:30 in the evening. I will help me to check out and leave the hotel at 17:30. I only need to pay the hotel for 1188 rubles. I am grateful and go back to the room to sleep. I did not expect the hotel's service to be so careful. Remind everyone to book this hotel in India is the best choice, the hotel environment is very good, the most important thing is safety, hotel security is also very strict, I also see the hotel around, are on the roadside, there is no such environment.

It is very old hotel.... Rooms need lot of alteration.... Windowpanes were all out with colors and some broken..... Showers are rusted..... Food was mainly Indian oriented.... For non spicy eaters like us it will give you a hell.... Staffs are handful and co-operative..... Doesn't fit the standard of radisson unless they improve the infrastructures......

This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. The meticulous and perfect service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, WONDERFUL HOTEL!

1-The room is especially spacious, although the hardware facilities are average; 2-The window can't be opened. The room I stayed in was not sunny. The bedding was a little moist. The hotel agreed to replace it, but the stack was tidal. The waiter told me that because of the climate, please help them to iron. The tip was equivalent to four yuan of RMB, which solved this problem; 3- Breakfast Chinese may still be unaccustomed to local tastes. The price of the restaurant is relatively expensive.

Outdated facilities but always dare to live. I can't live in other local hotels. So hotel chains are the best choice. When I was in New Delhi, I stayed at Crowne plaza. After I came to varanasi, I only had a ramada. The gap was great, but I still dare to live with that sentence. The quilt is too hot and black. Do not enter patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Everything about this place looks lovely staff atmosphere, when you sit down for a meal and they serve you like it’s fine dining and halfway through eating your meal you realise the chicken is raw three staff and head munchau people agreed and they offered to re-cook the meal, even delivered to the room I said “I had lost my appetite” and I’m thinking I’ll be throwing it all up later anyway!! I was lucky that I stopped eating it I didn’t throw up however for the first time ever this trip I had dysentery made a mess of the bed without my control. What I don’t get, the ***agement but still expected me to pay they were trying to charge me for the meal and when I said I’m not paying for a meal that’s not cooked properly they agreed not to charge me however they were still gonna charge me for the rice and I said I’m not paying for the rice either and they agreed to take it off the bill in my country we would bend over backwards to keep the customer happy that is also part of customer service. Now I have to continue travelling with a very upset stomach thanks very much Costa Riviera Hotel if you read the other reviews you can see other people have had the same problem why don’t you work at getting it right? I would pay more to stay here if I knew the food was guaranteed safe and hygienic.

It should be a local hotel chain brand in India. Some are old, the windows are floor-sealed, the taste is large, the breakfast is average, and the service is good. The surrounding environment of the hotel is as dirty and messy as other cities in India, and the traffic jam is also serious. Fortunately, it is not too far from the famous Ganges Dasawamedo River Altar and Shiva Golden Temple, and the taxi is only 5 yuan.

More than 400 stays, the door and a row of groceries paved together, the street is bustling. The surrounding environment is just like the chaos in other comments. I didn't want to get off if I didn't use the hotel's car pick-up. The room is fairly new, the shower switch is quite new, it is not convenient to twist, the hard hand hurts. I read the previous comment that there is no hot water. When I first tried it, I did not have hot water. It was a little warm. I tried the water temperature in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening, evening, and late at night. It seems that there is only hot water in the middle of the night and in the morning, and it is hot to the hot. I estimate that it is possible that the hotel's boiler capacity is limited, and there is no hot water when the water is at its peak. One thing to be reminded is that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. No matter whether it is breakfast or Chinese, there is no egg, not to mention the meat. I don't know how the breakfast photos were taken when someone commented on it. Anyway, the hotel waiter said that there are no eggs. The hotel also did not have wine, but the waiter said that he could quietly send me to the room. When the waiter cleaned the room, I took away my personal toothpaste toothbrush. I called the room service to protest and knew that the situation would directly hang my phone. Stayed in the hotel for 3 days and used the hotel's car 3 times (receiving and sending local traffic). The first two services were very good. The driver was not easy. In the crowded road, the left and right sides of the needle were fully displayed to show the Indian driver's superb driving. Level. The driver of the third car was haunted, chatting all the way, keeping the speed at 20 yards, all the way was overtaken by other cars, and looked at the messy environment outside, I shrank back the hand that wanted to push the door. Fortunately, I have plenty of time to go to the airport. For the hotel to the airport pick-up and drop-off is 1000 rupees, I see a comment saying that I want 1200 rupees, I don't know if I am a big bargain this time.

A trip to India alone, a night train ride. Arrive directly in Varanasi in the morning. Very easy to find, just in the alley at the intersection. The small courtyard has a good environment and the rooms are clean, which is in great contrast to the outside world. Eat more in line with foreign tastes. The most thankful is the young man at the front desk, sunil, who is very serious and careful. I do n’t speak English well, so he downloaded the Chinese-English translation dialogue himself! So many things have helped me. And I went to Luyeyuan, he helped me to send Tutu car that cost the local people to pass! Thank you so much. Everyone else is very kind, and everyone can rest assured.

Recommended by the hotel, because the car can't stop directly at the entrance of the hotel by the Ganges River, about a few minutes away, when the hotel is approaching, there will be hotel staff to help resist heavy boxes into the hotel, and welcome juice will be sent to the door. Breakfast It ’s ok. I also sent a small souvenir when I left the shop. The main thing is that you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the roof of the hotel. There are also people taking a morning bath. It is a small port and the cruise is convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall across from it. There is a large supermarket inside. There is a pizzeria and a shopping mall on the right hand side of the hotel. The location of the hotel is inside a narrow lane close the main road. The check-in process was easy and the rooms were clean, spacious, elegant and with all the modern amenities. The restaurant serves a limited yet decent choice of breakfast in the morning. They offered discount for the in-house guests both in restaurant and in-room dining. The choices of dishes were limited both in veg and non-veg but the taste, quality and quantity was satisfying. The behaviour of restaurant staff is very pleasing. However, the travel desk and the general ***ager handling things were not upto the mark. Their miscommunication, lethargy in handling travel of the guests left a sour experience for us. Hence, it was a mixed experience for our stay at Costa River in Varanasi.

My girlfriend and I stayed at HosteLaVie in Varanasi for 2 nights. The room was reasonably clean and the staff were very accommodating. We arrived there very late due to a delayed train. The staff helped us settle in and allowed us to order food. Their onion pakora are the best I have ever eaten in my life! The food is freshly cooked and reasonably priced. When we checked in, we were offered a variety of tours for whilst we were in Varanasi. We opted for a walking tour around the Ghats and some of Varanasi (600rps each). The tour began very well, the guide spoke excellent English and had plenty to say. Once we had been around the Ghats he took us to where silk pashmena's are made. This was very interesting until we were sat down being showed all of their collections to buy. We were then taken to a water temple which happened to have a souvenir shop next to it and were walked into the shop. Next we were taken to a herb and oil shop, when we refused to buy anything the guide cut the trip short and took us back to the hostel. Overall we felt ripped off and let down.

We stayed at the Rashmi Guest House from 25-27 February and had a wonderful stay. The staff led by Faizan, a taxi was dispatched to collect us from the airport. The view is worth it over the Ganges and across to the far bank and sand bar with a myriad of stalls, camel rides etc to see. Meals were easily available at the Dolphin restaurant directly in front of the hotel with a good range of veg and non veg meals and drinks. Arriving in Varanasi late afternoon to discover we were metres from the Dashashwamedh Ghat the evening Aarti ceremony (the ritual of putting Mother Ganga to sleep), we wandered down the steps of the Ghat and felt this is India. Then meandered our way down to the ceremony and were engulfed by the Hindu religious culture. We offered our prayers to our family by laying flowers and candles on Mother Ganga.. The next day after our tour we were able to hire a boat and the oars*** was very adept at this job, he rowed us up to the ***ikarnika Ghat (Burning Ghat), then down the river past several Ghats and meandered our way back to our starting point. It was a special feeling floating ***** on Mother Ganga, even though there were literally hundreds of boats on the river you did not feel confined at all. We concluded our day again watching the evening Aarti ceremony and having a much better understanding of the ritual that evening. Varanasi you really need more than one day of adventuring to see what she has to offer. Thank You so much to Faizan Ahmad +91 77060 64203

Location is good in terms of distance to tourists spots, market, stores but if you are looking for a quiet, clean place where to sleep and relax than its totally opposite. Street noise is very very loud. Even at night there are activities on the street which wake you up. We're got warned about noise because it's a busy place. Earplugs is solution but that not always helps. Place is far from spotless. Shower had constant issues with the hot water (staff switched off the water heater) and had to remind them to switch it on. Breakfasts was ok, I would want more of it and wasn't enough. They have on-site restaurant with reasonably good price and food. It's a perfect place for older travellers (backpackers) wanting big room or friends to share the room but with a good knowledge of India hotels and it's stars. I wouldn't stay again for that price and big reason is the noise.
