The staff, especially the front dest and the valet/shuttle crew, were great - very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is nice enough and ideal if visiting campus. Pool and lobby were comfortable. The restaurant still needs work, mainly it seems understaffed and VERY slow at most meals. The staff is also very friendly, but they seem harried and overwhelmed. Need improvement! Still 5 star for what it is, and we will be back.

This place is brand new and even smells like a newly built home in some areas. The layout of the king size suite is perfect and very modern. The shower was nice enough that I took pictures in order to find something similar when we remodel our bathroom. It's in kind of an odd location right next to a Wal-Mart which of course could be a convenience if you are here on business and utilizing rideshare services to get around. Be wary of the moon crater size potholes on the access road leading to the motel. To be fair, the hotel likely has no control over the condition of the road and maybe the Golden Corral should take some ownership on that since the street bears their name. The only issue I had and the one that will likely have me staying at another hotel on my next trip here is the service. On the third day of my stay I returned back to my room at around 5pm to find that the room had not been cleaned that day. I should have called down to the desk but was tired and decided to let it slide. However it would have been nice after a long day of work related stuff to come back to a room in good shape with fresh towels and a bed that was made. The next day of my stay I was relieved when I opened the door and noticed that the bed was made. However a few hours later when I went to get in the shower there were no towels or floor mat. I went down to the front desk to let them know about the towels and that the room hadn't been serviced the day before. The person seemed a bit distracted but gave me some towels and said something about filing a report before turning his attention to another customer. While he wasn't rude it was still kind of a lackluster response given the situation. Two occurrences during a five day stay tells me this probably isn't the first time this has happened to someone.

We checked in for a week due to needing a place to stay that was super cheap whilst we looked for a new home nearby. The room we had on the second floor and supposed to be a non smoking room - it smelt of weed, smoke and damp - a fabulous combination as you can guess. The first and second was not even from a previous tenant, but through the vents, floor and bathroom, all from other rooms connecting these. We complained to the manager, who came by to check it out and put the broken vent back on that was by one of the beds. It didn't stop it completly, but it at least helped as the smells of smoke and weed were over powering, even for my partner who is a cigerette smoker. I even saw a drug deal going down - eye opening. The beds were comfortable, the housekeeping team did a great job when we required them, not all the time and the bathroom was new - the best part. Having wifi helped and was a plus. The pool is in the middle of the hotel, under cover and actually quite random. I didn't use it as it looked not that appealing and being where it is did not appeal. The outside chairs are effectively in the car park on both sides - nothing to look at sadly apart from the main road. Location wise, it is central to the main road and getting around, even by local bus. I could walk to the nearest Publix in about 30 mins or use the mini mart opposite (even thats quite random). I would not stay here again.

Went to see a couple of Pittsburgh Pirate Spring training games. Pros, staff at hotel friendly and helpful including Victoria at the front desk. Since the hotel is not a year old everything works. Morning "free" breakfast typical American style. It was well attended to so everything was hot and fresh but nothing out of the ordinary. We had room 605 at the end of a hall so it was quiet. Housekeeping did good job to keep room clean. Room darkening shades did a better than average job to cut out the city lights. Bed, for us, very comfortable. More USB ports in room than a family could use. Shower was a good size with lots of hot water. Mirror never fogged! Enough towels for two adults but not much more. That said more available if requested. Roof top bar is interesting and well used. Rooftop lap pool available but not good for much else other than laps. One full service restaurant on the first floor also well attended due to the 56 beers on tap. While crowded, staff in restaurant friendly and welcoming. Take out was easy to order and was ready when promised. Lecom field was an easy 20 to 30 minute walk. Parking is 1/2 block away and free. Cons, slow elevators, the smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. Door to bathroom is sliding and translucent. So when using the bathroom after hours turning on the bathroom light will wake everyone in the room. First floor "store" near front desk could use more variety.

Stayed here our second night in Florida. Did not plan well so booked it from a site at the last minute. Seemed awfully pricey at first, but we were tired and needed a room. When we arrived at the property, the manager assisted my husband at check in and informed him he had been overcharged $50 by an unscrupulous site. My husband was totally blown away that the manager- Nik Shah, was so honest and kind. You can tell he has a lot of pride in his property and loves what he does. Customer service is outstanding and hotel was nice and a good value. Well maintained. Very clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave, nice large flat screen tv, comfortable beds. Heated outdoor pool was a nice surprise for the kids. Continental breakfast which we didn’t expect and was a nice surprise. Thank you again to Nik, we are from Minnesota and were happy to have some Minnesota Nice down here in FL!!

So far we have been here 4 days. We came in with my husband's work crew and have booked 4 separate rooms for the week. All of our crew have been very happy with their rooms.Katie checked us in. She is so sweet and ready to help with anything to make your stay better. She's amazing. My husband and I have our 3 girls traveling with us so we booked a king suite . It isn't much more in price but it is soooo worth it !! Our room is huge !! The bed is very comfy and from what my girls have said , the pull out couch is also. The bedding and towels are super clean and good quality. Our a.c works great !! We have two a.c units in our room . Breakfast is very good compared to many hotels. Rosemary is so kind . My daughters and I really appreciate how helpful she was. The pancake machine was actin up and she made sure to make my youngest one as she also made a point to try and fix the machine. We sat down to have our breakfast and about 5 minutes later she brought us a fresh plate of pancakes just incase we wanted more. She really cares about the guests ! Katie and Rosemary are both excellent and really strive to make the guests happy. Our room also has two separate TV's. My husband and I have ours and our girls have theirs. Two very large windows and lots of lighting. My daughters also like their shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is almost totally booked and you wouldn't even know it because everyone is so quiet . The pool is a good size but the jacuzzi is tiny. Either way we have really enjoyed our stay.

We got a great deal via Hotwire, this hotel was first class, very clean, massive rooms with large TV, fridge, microwave etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect, large shopping mall less than five minute drive away, lots of options for food, from Wendy’s to upscale dining. We found the breakfast option in the hotel limited and pricey, but with no many options close by was not an issue at all. We found an American diner two miles up the road, which was just the ticket. Would like to visit again.

We had a last minute change in plans, and were looking for a reasonable price for one night. which is not easy to find in Florida in February. We booked for $165. We should have known it was bad when we pulled up to the 10by 10 office and had to be buzzed in. We asked, where is the free breakfast? Right here, she answered. I have more counter space in my camper, so I’m sure that was an experience. When we pulled around the building to our room, there were several workers standing on the second floor balcony, drinking beer. They told us, “nice truck”. Didn’t inspire confidence. We were only in the room 4 minutes. It reeked of cigarette smoke (a non-smoking room) and smelled very musty. The bed seemed very uncomfortable and room seemed extremely well-worn and dingy. Needless to say, we left and are still working to get our money back from one of those booking agencies.

This hotel is a regular with us when we visit Bradenton. Last year, it was undergoing a re-fit which is now complete. There were no real issues with the room or their facilities nor the breakfast. However, we had room 115 which was the last room on the corridor and almost next to an end of building door leading out onto a parking area. The door was well used and was noisy when allowed to close on its own. The only downside on this visit. Next year, we will not be staying in that particular.

This hotel is too poor, and will never live again! ! The environment is not bad, but the service is too bad. Let me have a fire during my stay. My girlfriend and I don't like it very much. At the beginning of the check-in, let us prompt you to order the card on the Internet when you booked the hotel, saying that there are many credit card frauds in Miami. I canceled my room without taking the card. Later I needed to re-swipe my card with my own card. My UnionPay card has been brushed twice for 500$ bank display deduction, they also said that it did not pass, I want to use Visa or Master. It’s been a long time to stay. Then at the front desk, the staff stepped on the foot. I was wearing beach slippers and was directly trampled. In the end, I did not apologize and gave me a band-aid. I still can't stick it. You need to go to the pharmacy to buy a band-aid. Finally, my girlfriend forgot a pajamas in the room, called back, and they did not help to find out directly. In short, stayed a stomach fire. There is no five-star service at this hotel. The environment is good, but it is enough to drink, eat and eat. Living here is not very worth it! It is better to go to a branded hotel and the service is good. We regret that we didn't live in the next door, the service is better, and the lobby looks like a higher grade.

Pool area was lovely. Beach was nice but the guys did not set up chairs/ umbrellas until almost 10 when morning can be loveliest time. Umbrellas $22 a day. Parking $44 a day plus valet tips. Ordered a “house cab” at the pool bar and was charged $20 which did not include 20% tip nor service charge, coffee in the morning pricey and usually entailed waiting in a long line so incidentals added up very very quickly costing more than the original room bill though we went off site for most of the time for meals. Food there was good. There is construction in the front of the hotel which makes it problematic every time you drive out or back. One way traffic creeps along requiring you to come in, pass the hotel, attempt a u-turn several blocks down and creep back slowly in a perpetual traffic jam to arrive at the front of the hotel. Room was immaculate and well tended though stairwells a bit trashy. Loved the music there on the weekends, excellent food and lovely pool tho. Staff very accommodating too. I live in PH on the 16th floor, facing the sea, but unfortunately I can't see the panoramic sunrise from the balcony. The beach is very long and the sea view is beautiful. The room is very large, especially the bathroom, but the facilities are a bit outdated, especially the sofa is not clean. The most regrettable thing is that the bathroom door does not block the water. Taking a shower will flood the Jinshan Mountains, and it is easy to slip and fall when going to the toilet. Be sure to check the bill carefully when checking out. The hotel deducted $52 for an extra day of parking.

The hotel with more than 4 stars in South Beach is very expensive. This hotel has a history of more than 70 years. The rooms are small, the facilities are good, and the rules are quite satisfactory. Have your own pool and private beach. Beach loungers can be used free of charge, beach umbrellas or pergola are rented, 20+, 40+ respectively. The hotel has a holiday tax of 30+ per night. The customer service of the beach is very good, and the beach chairs are covered with bath towels. The beach also has a hotel's beverage service. Super satisfied, we arranged the top floor room facing the sea. It is also very friendly to dogs, and also gave them a big welcome package. The hotel facilities are very good, although not very intelligent, but also make people feel comfortable. The only minor flaw was that the bed was too soft and I really couldn't adapt. Also, there are Indians doing weddings these days, all of them live on our floor, it is too noisy to come back at midnight. Everything else is perfect!

There are two restaurants downstairs, both of which are designed by Jean-George. I ate the Market at edition twice, once for breakfast and more than 4. lunch. Breakfast is average and more expensive than lunch. Good lunch, salmon and fried rice balls are very innovative, 4-7pm and 2 knives of oysters, two kinds of west and east coast. The hotel rooms are Mediterranean in style and very new. There is a cabinet with glue on the door. It should be the cheapest room type on Ctrip and you can see the sea. The hotel has a beach area and swimming pool, and the gym is slightly smaller. The resort fee will charge 40 + 3.6. Valet parking $ 45. The hotel front desk, restaurant, and parking service are very good. Water is always supplied. At night, there are people knocking on the door to deliver water.
