3.86km from downtownBooked here for 2 nights but extended but extended for another night. Staff were really helpful and friendly, we had an issue with the atm machine and they called them for us to try and sort it out. The room had everything we needed for three nights, pretty basic but good shower and comfortable bed. Location was good, our room looked over the Royal Palace which was a nice view. Shared balcony was great as well. We also rented a scooter from here. We ate at the restaurant downstairs quite a few times, always very nice food. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Phnom Penh. Their English is very good as well.
3.86km from downtownLocation is not that much good, but its in the mid of city, airport is near by. No much attraction are near by. Price is normal

3.87km from downtownFrangipani Royal Palace Hotel & Spa Phnom Penh is located in a very convenient place for travelers. It is close to the Mekong River and only 2 minutes walking distance from the Royal Palace; and near the attractions in the city enter as well. This hotel offer complimentary bicycle service for guests for visiting the city. This hotel is equipped with good facilities, the swimming pool on the roof and the SPA are both good selections for you to relax. The restaurant provides local cuisine and also delicious food from all over the world. Or, you can come to the Bar and Bistro by the river side to have a fun night. Frangipani Royal Palace Hotel & Spa Phnom Penh is a wonderful place to stay when you come to Phnom Penh.
3.87km from downtownThe hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Royal Palace and the museum, just walking distance. The view from the balcony of the hotel is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are relatively old. If these details are not so high, the hotel is still more cost-effective.
3.64km from downtownThis time, I saw in the elevator that the passengers should be careful when they go to the massage to steal money from the massage shop staff. Although this hotel is very old, it is still very serious about caring for customers. The hotel has a restaurant but why does Ctrip have no meals in the room?

3.9km from downtownI stayed at a 4person-room! The A.C worked very very well. The bed was confortable and spacious, room really clean in general. They also give you an amazing maps and tours options. They had big lockers inside the room, perfect for a backpack. What I loved the most was the location, minutes walking from the the national museum, the royal palace, some temples the river and the nightlife area. If you go to the 8 floor you can get a nice view. Great restaurants around too. They only bad thing was that if you are staying in RS III you are not allowed to go to RSII terrace.
3.7km from downtownI love the French Colonial style at lobby, they kept the original floor and other particular. Enjoy the night at super comfy room at 7 floor. We got welcoming fruits, chocolate and yes cleaning kit. Food? Yes WOW superb for breakfast and afternoon tea kept hold us to stay more longer, not just the food but also the ambience.
3.6km from downtownThis place is priceless! It's a lovely well maintained place located on 172st, walking distance from many attractions. But it's the wonderful staff that makes it so. Dustin the UK General Manager is a champ. He is extremely helpful in every way and a wealth of knowledge as he's resided in Cambodia for a period of time. He goes out of his way to make your stay a happy one and runs a jolly good ship indeed. The staff are friendly and well trained thanks to Dustin yet again, and obviously English is not a problem at this establishment, unlike many. They also have a resident Tuktuk man Penny, whom will take you on any tours etc, plus a Travel Agent next door, a one stop shop really! Easy!!! Oh I can't forget our resident currently hop along Harry from the USA, owner and excellent publican and a gentleman indeed. Best way to do your reservation it's apx 20usd pn, is to email them, as all the apps are greedy and its a win/win for all going directly. On the card photo or Google. Rooms are clean as a whistle and nothing gets stolen also!!! Beers are 1usd all day, pay as you go, which is quite sensible really for all. Food is fantastic, extensive Western , Asian including Thai plus daily and weekend specials too. Live music from time to time as well. You will not regret staying or even visiting this place. Thanks again Dustin for all the help and assistance you gave not only to me but many others too. Cheers Glenn.
3.94km from downtownThe hotel is next to the Royal Palace and National Museum in Phnom Penh, and the Unalong Temple, is also next to the hotel. No tickets are required, so you must go. The location is good, but it is recommended not to choose a room with a balcony, because the balcony is not independent but public, and anyone can sit on the balcony. Even at two o'clock in the morning, others ran to your balcony to drink and chat, scaring you to death.
Hotels Near Tk Avenue In Phnom Penh Review
Overall satisfied hotel :)
Pros- A hotel with a historical feel. Traditional music in the lobby
It flows out and is greeted by friendly reception staff.
It is a safe and warm hotel~
Even if I go late, the security is secured outside, so I can travel with confidence, and when I get in a car or cross the street, I escort you carefully.
There was a spa (quiet and good massage) and the gym was neat and nice.
The swimming pool was clean, pretty, and very satisfied.
Disadvantages-The breakfast menu is small, flying flies are flying 😫 The breakfast restaurant staff feels a little colder than other staff...
A hotel that wants to give 100 points if only breakfast changes~
Advantages: Right on the bar street, within walking distance of the Grand Palace and the museum, and just over one kilometer to the Central Market. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and taxiing nearby. The staff are nice, sanitary, and the key price is affordable.
Disadvantages: The layout of the room is very strange. After opening the door, you need to go through a narrow corridor to reach the bed. No matter how you adjust the air outlet of the air conditioner, it is either facing the head of the bed or facing the foot of the bed. There are some homeless people on the street nearby. Foreigners who look strange, suggest not to go out and run around alone at night.

The apartment is located in the Royal Palace, near the Independence Monument, and is easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was varied and very good. The rooms in the apartment are adequately hygienic, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The restaurant and front desk staff can speak English and communication is fine. The gate security staff was also helpful. The balcony of the room offers a bird's eye view of some of the palace buildings.
We spent 4 nights at this reasonably expensive hotel. We were provided with only 2 glasses in the room. One broke in the washing up. On checking out we voluntarily told the front desk about this minor occurrence. The 2 glasses were ordinary inexpensive wine glasses, which had to be used for all drinks except coffee and tea. To our dismay the management insisted that we pay US$5 for the broken glass which customarily would be absorbed as a cost of doing business. There was no price list in the room for items and nothing to suggest that minor damages had to be paid for. We asked for the manager who arrived and said we could not leave without paying. As a taxi was waiting we grudgingly paid the money and left. The demand for the excessive payment was not the issue. It was the unreasonableness of that demand and the insult it carried for us as their guests, which says a lot about the overall attitude of the management. We felt this strongly and will not return to this establishment and warn others as to what they might expect. All this aside if you are a light sleeper I strongly suggest asking for a room at the side. We had one at the front of the hotel and between a busy road and building works opposite it was quite noisy.

The hotel is not bad, close to the airport, there are a lot of sports facilities, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc. There is also a racecourse, children like to play. Hotel health is also OK, lived for a month before and after, breakfast is relatively simple, but it can be seen more carefully

The room we stayed in was good. The only thing which is not mention on a website is that there is no room with a tub AND the balcony, so you need to choose between them.
Breakfasts r pretty good there is a choice in variety of dishes, so everyone can find smth for himself)
It's true that the pool is closing early, dk why, but the pool itself is clean, and as far as I understood, they do the water disinfection every evening ( maybe that's why it closes early).
The sky bar is good (u can see the roof of the bar from the far distance, so u won't get lost in the city while coming back to hotel😂), but it's EXTREMELY expansive! Comparing with other bars it's gonna be like double/triple priced...But when u go for vacation, you probably ready to spent some money, so that's not a big deal)
The location is great! All the stuff were nice and friendly so we really enjoyed our staying there.
The overall environment is good. The only disadvantage is that there is no electric kettle and no hot water. It is about 3 kilometers away from the scenic area and large supermarkets. It's the center of Phnom Penh. No breakfast, it's good. I walked to the Russian market to eat snacks. The price is affordable and a lot of delicious. I personally think that as far as possible don't drive, the local TUK TUK cars are very convenient and the price is cheap. The hotel has parking spaces. There are also motorcycle rentals. I stress again that try not to drive in Cambodia when you are there-you will know!
The location is great, just across the street, and the lobby is just across the street. A morning and evening flight is a good choice, but the surrounding environment is not good to say, there is no good restaurant nearby, the roadside booth is particularly dirty, don't go. . . . . However, they have a Korean restaurant upstairs, very good price tag, there are Chinese chefs, Korean chefs, and performances at night, very good, room hardware facilities are good, the new decoration should be. This
The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from the airport, which is very convenient and the overall sanitation of the hotel is also good!
I've been staying at this hotel a few days now and love it so far. The only downside is the noise from construction can get out of control during the day and noise in the hall carries. Even if people are being loud in their own rooms it seems to be easily heard. However the room is new, updated, and comfortable. The bed is one of the more comfortable ones I've slept in and puts me out like a light. I wish they offered rates for long stay especially as I feel they probably struggle to get guests with this noise situation so those wiling to put up w it should be a priority. Great staff especially the housekeeping.
The rooms are really nice, the interior design is simple and clean, clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete, and the outing is very convenient. It is worth next time the room is really nice, the interior design is simple and fresh, clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. . Worth the next stay
This shop is very good, it is a kind of Southeast Asian style hotel, the room is very clean, the service is very warm, the boss is Japanese, chatting with the boss and hearing that his mother is Chinese, will speak a little Chinese, the boss is very good, Going out to help us call the taxi, my friend's wallet fell under the bed, the waiter cleaning the room deliberately waited for us to come back, let us check if there are few things, breakfast is also very good, there are several options, this is the hotel and friends The photo taken, once again stressed that the boss is really good, we went out to play, it came back to rain, the boss took the umbrella to pick it up, and when I left, I personally sent us on the train.
The service was really good, there was an airport shuttle, $ 13 to the hotel late at night, and there were luggage to carry throughout. Special aspects of sanitation and disinfection are very good. The front desk and restaurant services are available in Chinese and English, and I was really satisfied with the stay.
The hotel is located near the Independence Monument, with passapp If you take a taxi to the palace, you don't have to pay $1. There are several restaurants around the hotel. Aeon is also within 1,2 km. The location is good. There is a swimming pool, a rooftop bar, and a spa. The whole body is $15 for 60 minutes. The breakfast is also rich. There are American and Asian styles. The selection is not too many, but it is delicious, especially the egg roll omelet and fruit. The room we booked had a balcony, not too big, but the bed was latex, very comfortable, the bathroom was large, the water was very good, and the hotel was a miserable hotel for many days. This is a paradise for us.
My husband and I have been coming back to the Bale pretty frequently since they launched Wonderland in 2019. We've come for 3-day stays or just a day by the pool - sometimes just by ourselves, sometimes with friends. This stay in Feb was for my big 4-0 so we decided to stay for 5D4N - one night for every decade of life. We were fans of the courtyard rooms for their spaciousness but were smitten with the privacy of the riverside suites. The ground-level suite on the right (riverside facing) was what we were aiming for as we intended to have a handful of friends over on Saturday to celebrate with us. Unfortunately, it was closed for renovations. Instead, we were given the balcony unit. The moment we walked up and the balcony opened up in front of us, we knew it was going to be perfect. While it didn't have the privacy of the garden and was more than three steps away from the pool, the balcony area, plunge pool, and inside living space was more than enough to hold up to 20 people comfortably. But it wasn't just the space, the views, and the ambiance that made it work. It was Mira and her team that made everything perfect for the party. We had a modest list of requests and they said yes to EVERY. SINGLE. THING: - an extra table - a handful of beanbags, - towels for the guests, - 15 poolside glasses (plastic) - ice buckets and scoops - if they would please fill-up our 24L cooler with ice (we would be happy to pay for this) - a separate tab for the guests on that day - optional shuttle service (paid for by the guests) - room service for food throughout the afternoon We pretty much passed on the production and logistics of party day to them and they did it all - perfectly! We went swimming while they set up the balcony - we didn't even need to supervise (they spoiled us well). On top of that, they were told that we brought our own drinks of about 18 bottles of alcohol and asked our guests to also bring snacks and booze. But food will definitely be from Theato. None of it was a problem with the Bale. The party started indoors by midday on the balcony and in the plunge pool then later on in the afternoon, our inebriated herd migrated to the main pool along with the rest of the Saturday afternoon crowd. Our friends were going to and from the balcony unit with no issues at all. The last of our crowd made it to the 8PM shuttle and got back into the city safely and comfortably. Mira and her team even arranged a little cake for the evening, some pre-birthday balloons on our bed, a lovely little gift bag for me, and a delightful handwritten card. I mean, how can you not feel the love? (They even waived the cost of the ice. Sure it was negligible but a gesture we appreciated) Mira is very attentive, a pleasure to deal with, and is very hands-on with the daily operations of her hotel. Her team approaches guests with ever so light a touch and a warm familiarity that is never intrusive or off-putting. They pulled off my party i

1. The environment feels good, the hall is decorated in a Southeast Asian style with various green plants.
2. Language problem. When I checked in, Xiao Ye didn't speak English or Chinese. Fortunately, I showed him the order and checked in smoothly. On the second day, the front desk brother could speak a little Chinese, but he had to speak English slowly. If he speaks too quickly, they can't understand, nor can they understand Chinese.
3. The room is relatively clean, and there is a balcony where you can smoke.
1. There is no air conditioning in the lobby, although it is a tropical country that only has an electric fan blowing on its employees.
2. Shampoo and shower gel are not added in time. Due to language problems, I didn't add them on the first day. The next day, I took the bottles of shower gel and shampoo to the hall to add them.
Generally speaking, the price can be matched with this environment.
This place is perfect for the low price you pay. Great location near a lot of cool things. It’s just unfortunate that the Chinese are invading the country, everything was much better before that. But yes - Lucky 2 is a Great place if you want to spend very little money & still have a professional staff & nice hotel.
This hotel has a nature-friendly atmosphere, and I spent 10 days in a penthouse.
The good thing is, because it is a penthouse, it is spacious, there are two toilets, and it was quiet because it was only us. They cleaned up every day. However, I used a package that included 3 meals, but it was said that only 1 main food and 1 soft drink were included per person. I ate the same food almost every day because there were a lot of food that didn't work.. This is enough to ruin my travel mood, so I hope it can be fixed)
The main swimming pool was pretty and I was able to wake up with a bird sound every morning,
It was nice to have a Sunday BBQ on Sunday.
The downside is that there is no staff in the spa.. We wanted to get a couple massage, but it was not possible because there was only one employee, and we couldn't even call on a business trip massage from outside.. This was really uncomfortable and hated.
And when checking out, even though the payment was already completed, it took time to check again.. It took too much time.. The staff was not organized.
But...I like the atmosphere of this hotel, so I plan to stay again...
However, I hope that the parts that may make customers uncomfortable and upset are fixed.

The breakfast was very good, the bakery at the door, the wide range of options, stayed in Phnom Penh, did not meet a better bakery than this (because we were very rushed to eat Malis Restaurant on the last day, the impression is average, if you come back Once, I will choose to dine at the hotel). The hotel is hidden in the alley, but almost every driver knows it. I like the flowers that are welcome in the hotel. I hope to go to Southeast Asia to experience the floral class next time (if the hotel has lectures, haha), the room is quite large, the ceiling fan and the black wood cabinet are full of colonial style (no derogatory, simple description), the only The shortcoming is that there is no bathtub, I am a little surprised. In addition, the hotel has a Chinese service lady, thank you and other staff for their introduction, and the impression of Phnom Penh is better than Angkor Wat. Ps. Traffic is recommended to use Grab, no need to charter, no need to worry about language problems.
Although the room is not big, it is cost-effective. The only drawback is that the WiFi is too bad, and it is not easy to use. The Internet TV is also not easy to use due to network problems. The others are relatively satisfactory. If the WiFi can be improved, it will be perfect It can be said to be the most cost-effective, clean and tidy hotel in Phnom Penh

Generally, it is no different from domestic chains. It’s not convenient to go anywhere. It doesn’t support staying. It is cost-effective. Just like the accommodation in a rural urban village, it’s still okay to live in.

Often come to live, overall not bad, cost-effective. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Is the location in general, just live here when doing business nearby. The service is very good, I forgot something in the room, and I found it back with a phone call.
We had to book a Hotel very quickly due to change of plans. This Hotel is very well placed and the front desk staff were amazing. We booked a bus online but the booking went wrong and the 2 girls on the front desk were super helpful. Didn't get their names unfortunately but one girl came from Cuba. The breakfast buffet was the best we have encountered during our last 3 weeks of travel. The Hotel has a real feel of luxury about it. The Sky Bar has terrific views. Would definitely recommend this Hotel
The hotel booked in order to catch a flight was unexpectedly good. It is the best service I have seen in Cambodia. I don't know if it has been renovated in recent years. Although the room is small but the interior is very new, the Chinese service at the front desk is good. The boss is also Chinese. In the introduction of Ctrip, the English name of the hotel is different, and it also said that there is no separate shower room and toilet. It feels not updated.
Well located and off the busy streets this is by far the safest and most comfortable hotel we have stayed at in Southeast asia. We stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel as a couple about five years ago when first arriving in Cambodia. We recently went back for about 3 weeks in total in february-march 2020, and had again a wonderful stay. Highlights are: sustainability-minded hotel (social and environmental), small cozy garden and pool, breakfast (especially traditional pork and rice), kitchen staffed with an amazing chef cooking up some delicious Khmer and western recipes, the happy hour cocktails, especially the ginger infused martini and passion daiquiri, and above all the kindest staff imaginable who will always greet you with a smile. We were so glad to meet the same staff as five years ago upon our return. Also, the management is super flexible and helpful. The rooms are great, really nice interior and comfortable bed (though the bathroom is a bit peculiar). The compound feels very secure with a 24/7 security guard. For the location BKK area is full of great restaurants. So definitely a 10/10 and will return! A special thank you to Ms. Rattanak, Ms. Sreyleak and Ms. Raksa :)

Cambodia is my transit country back to China. I finished the 14th quarantine and checked into this hotel because I still had something to do.
🏨 The whole stay was very comfortable. Whether it was the room or the waiters 💁♂️, they were very active in helping me solve the problem (because the process of returning to China is very troublesome, I encountered the Phnom Penh city closure after isolation!!!).
🍜There is a restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel. Breakfast is also very rich. Chinese food is also very good when eaten in the hotel.
🏊♀️There is an infinity swimming pool on the 9th floor, which is very nice.
💰Really value for money, five-star service at 200 yuan
🙏Thank you for your care these days!

We stayed here in November 2014, so this is a belated review, but we wanted to share our experience here because it was a positive one. The hotel is in a very convenient location, walkable to various sights and restaurants. The area was not noisy, and our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Staff were helpful in arranging our airport transfer.

Similar to other auberge or pension places I've stayed, this small hotel has a nice cafe on the ground floor and pretty much any service you need is available. As you would expect, they'll sell you tickets to many attractions and activities, and arrange transportation. Just ask. The operators are French, so if you speak the language you will have the best time. For me, it's very close to the school I'm visiting, so it's quite convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet, so the hotel is mostly quiet. My room is large, with a large separate bedroom and a reasonable-sized kitchen with a microwave, average-sized fridge/freezer and a gas cooktop with three burners and an extractor fan. There is a decent selection of knives but few other utensils (no soup ladle or tongs, for example). Although the hotel is nominally "non-smoking" and my room appeared smoke-free, I couldn't help notice the telltale smell creeping into my room occasionally. My only major complaint is that they don't have the mosquitoes under control. They don't provide a mosquito net on the bed, the windows don't have screens and at night I was bitten relentlessly - they disregarded the repellent I slathered on before going to bed.
Stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel for two nights. The service was wonderful, the hotel was very unique with natural local teak wood furniture. The room was magical. Four poster bed, walk in shower, a large bath with waterfall tap and fresh towels and bedding. Flat screen TV, small balcony, fridge with free minibar. Really beautiful throughout and even had a lemon scented oil burner for your arrival. We took advantage of the complimentary 1 hour massage. The breakfast was good but the system of filling in your request and leaving outside your door at night was a little unusual. A very small pool on site with a bigger one across a little road was really nice in a city centre. The staff were very attentive and always had fresh cold face towels for you when you came in to reception. The staff are made up of underprivilaged young people given a start in life by the hotel chain. A great idea in such a poor but charming country.
