The hotel really looks beautiful. This is a special experience for families with children at home. They can live in tents and the children are very excited. However, children staying at the age of 5 will need an extra bed, 300 RMB per night; breakfast is good, quite a lot of choice; do not participate in the seafood meals booked at the hotel front desk, the price is very expensive, the seafood is not very fresh, the taste is average; Don't book a trip, don't book a package for a water park already, just buy any item you like.

We (4 adults + 1 child) stayed for 4 nights in Tortoise C – Kwa Villa. This particular villa is located right at the top of a sea-facing cliff. There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 opening to the pool and sea. The view of the sea is enchanting and it doesn’t get any more private than this. Wake up on a lazy morning in the master bedroom to this picture perfect view (photo attached). Comes with a good medium sized pool which is 1.5m at the deep end…its ‘almost’ an infinity pool as there is a villa wall that comes between most snaps, unless you take it an angle. Luxurious use of space inside and outside the villa. The buggy is a good little addition and is very relaxing and useful to drive around to all the different resort facilities. The resort is really huge in size, so the buggy is a must-have. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a good selection of complimentary drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), which are refreshed every night. The villa does show a degree of wear and tear, especially with the bathroom fittings, curtains and doors. It might be an acceptable compromise for the private villa experience – just be sure you know how private it really is as it’s almost borderline isolated. Of course, there are some who prefer exactly that experience. The chef and staff at Spice restaurant deserve special mention – the food, be it Indian or Indonesian, was consistently delicious in sufficient quantity and assortments. There are sparrows flying around in this ‘open-concept’ restaurant and some might not like that. Complimentary breakfast is a standard spread with adequate options (irrespective of whether it is at Spice or at the Coffee Shop). We did go down to the range to try our hand at archery and air rifles. The complimentary bowling coupons were a nice touch and the facilities were well maintained. We also went for the off shore adventure for 3 and this was also a good adventurous experience. The crew in charge take adequate safety precautions and are very skilled. All the staff at the resort were friendly and courteous. Things to be wary of – 1. The door between the outdoor shower and the inner bathroom had a small gap. At midnight, a giant centipede (see photo) crawled in and hid behind the toilet. I think more pest control in such isolated villas, especially before the monsoon season should be mandatory. I dread to think what I would have done if it had crawled into our kid’s bed or when someone was using the toilet. 2. There are no wipers on the buggy and not enough lights on the roads. Add heavy rains, several speed humps as well as ups and downs making it very difficult to drive at night in such conditions. More overhead lights in the resort would be a welcome safety addition, especially because the roads are also shared with other regular automobiles and buses. 3. There is a small pathway adjacent to the villa from where you can climb down to the tiny rocky beach below. At high tide, the waves are very strong and the sand rece

The hotel room is very large and very clean. It can have four bottles of water every day. Generally, it is enough. You do n’t need to buy another. The room you booked has a sea view. The door opens to the sea. The service is very attentive. When checking in, you will be asked about the return ferry ticket time. When you check out, the ferry ticket will be handed to you. The hotel is owned by Nawan. It is not very big. It is a single house. There are a total of thirty or forty rooms. The swimming pool needs to go to Nawan Hotel. There are shuttle buses, there are many other activities, and free bowling. We go in winter, and the sea is very windy and turbulent, so we don't see any maritime projects, but there is a dedicated maritime sports center. If the weather is good, there will be plenty of activities. Breakfast is quite rich, there are porridge, as well as local specialties and Western-style food. There are Chinese food, bars and seafood restaurants within five to ten minutes away. We ate seafood and it tastes great, as well as the hotel's own local restaurant I also tried it, it tasted good and recommended, but the price is not cheap, the seafood per capita is three or four hundred. The biggest drawback is that there must be a lot of oil on the beach. You must wear shoes. My husband will wear oil on the soles of the hotel without shoes. It is difficult to wash off. Later, he applied a little papaya cream. Use it and wash it off in a second. Went to Blue Lagoon and the mangrove fireflies, it was good and worth the experience.

Recommended stay When I got out of the boat, I saw that the staff at Nawan was picking up the guests, directly showing him the check-in list, confirming the list, and taking you directly to the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the hotel. The first stop of the car is to Nana Bay. Hotel, the second stop to the club, the hotel reception is a small house, the staff gave a welcome drink, a cantaloupe, lemonade, and then the room is so warm, only 1 minute to go to the beach, there are diving activities Can be ordered directly at the hotel, breakfast to go to the lobby is the pool where the food is very close to 5 minutes, go to the network red crab restaurant is also very close, you can take the hotel car half an hour and the hotel food field is expensive because there is Tax, we have a ride to the June Bay Plaza Hotel, there is a shuttle bus, but we must pay attention to the ride time, bowling is free but you need to pay for the shoes. When you go around 15 mosquitoes, the hotel will help you change the ticket.

The hotel is checked in at 3 o'clock local time, so everyone remembers to come by boat, not too early, or just like us, sitting in the restaurant for lunch and waiting for 2 hours. Ocean view room, the 3rd floor is the most side, but we do not have high requirements, as long as we can see the sea, so the ocean view room is good; a fixed room, see us two big and one small, upgraded us two rooms and one living room two Bathroom, the room is clean, pots and pans are all available, but the bathroom in our master bedroom has a smell and is useless; breakfast is general, simple and simple, do n’t expect to live together; our room type should not have extra beds It may not be able to fit in the room; if the hotel is located, there is no place anyway. Going by car and going to the mangrove is quite close, ten minutes. There are mosquitoes on the third floor, but they don't feel bitten, but we brought liquid mosquito coils. No soft slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no shower gel. It is very close to the beach. 50 meters from the restaurant is the sea. Look at the picture below. The hotel's own is very clean. There are fish, crabs and waves in the sea. There is nothing to eat, we are all settled in the hotel, the price is definitely not high. Remind that watching fireflies at night is a bit cold, remember to coat and hat, bring an empty bottle, you can grab a few at that time, for children to play, but you must let go when you go out, you must not take away. By the way, there are two mangrove eating restaurants in Kuilong. One is mainly used by individual tourists. Occasionally full customers need to make a reservation, but I do n’t know how to book it. Another new one (opened for 2 years) is mainly for domestic groups There are so many people, the taste is average, the price is expensive, 15% tax. Hope that helps, and I wish you all a good time.

The second is to brush the Banyan Tree in Bintan. The layout of the room is the same as that of the rainforest villa. The difference is that the view outside the window is more seaside. If you mind the sudden fishing boat in the morning, we do not recommend this room type. The restaurants on the island have their own characteristics. The breakfast is at Tree top. The dishes are rich and different every day. Every day you can try new things. Lunch Xana and The cove are good choices. The former is relatively casual near the beach, and the latter is more ritual. The scenery is also very good. The white tablecloth will be more flavorful at dinner. Saffron is Thai food. The waiter's dress and the restaurant's layout have Thai characteristics, especially the "small gold cup" for the final dessert. Finally, I want to say Kelong on the sea, special dinner, watching the lights of the restaurants and villas on the beach opposite the beach, really different experience 别

The hotel itself is very good, but the surroundings are rather deserted. Because the child has to open the door to jump into the pool room, so set it here. The breakfast is relatively simple and it is good to send it into the room. Walking 5 minutes from the beach, the restaurant next to the beach is said to be net red, and it is authentic Indonesian cuisine. If you want to experience it, you can try it. The restaurant in the shopping center has Chinese cuisine, but the price is higher.

This small luxury resort is highly recommended. It is a boat ride from Singapore to Bintan Island. After the boat is disembarked, the resort staff will greet them. Just pass the passport to the staff and take the VIP channel to rest in the VIP lounge of the resort. Procedures, luggage will also help extract. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff will take guests around the resort to explain the resort's various services, the mini bar is free, the room is great, the TV stereo is B&O, the toiletries are Aesop, the whole resort is designed to make people Touched by leisure and relaxation, the atmosphere created is also very romantic. The quality of the hotel's food is also very high. For example, I ordered the fruit plate. The cheese is the sweetest part of the fruit. It is especially delicate and delicious. The dinner is also very good. The Italian chef is in charge. In short, this resort is especially good.

Let’s start from the beginning… You get a FREE SHUTTLE service from the ferry point to the hotel. A driver was waiting for me with a name card as I exit from the Tanjung Pinang Ferry Point. By the way, it’s a three and a quarter hours ferry ride from the Berjaya Waterfront in Johore Malaysia and about an hour 45 minutes from Taman Merah Singapore. It’s a new hotel, completed in Dec 2018 from my discussion with the front desk folks. And they are such courteous people. English is not a problem. Since it’s a new hotel, the room is clean and comfortable. The bed is firm and the pillows are soft. The linens are very clean. There’s a mini fridge in the room for your cold storage needs. Items get real cold fast. One of my water bottles nearly froze up because of the coldness. And you get two complimentary bottles of water every day. Speaking of complimentary, FREE BREAKFAST is included and I felt pampered with the room service. There is also a kettle for your hot drink needs if you need it. There’s a safe in the room to keep your passport and important documents. Great LCD TV in the room with lots of channels for your choosing and the air conditioner and wifi works real good. The bathroom is clean and there is a glass enclosure for the shower portion. The water heater works real good with great heated water. Be careful when turning on the faucet as it can get real hot. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries and clean and fresh smelling towels which are changed out every day. Power was out for a couple of minutes on one occasion and the emergency lights kicked in during that time. Great addition. One more FREE thing. There’s a FREE SHUTTLE service every evening to the local food court for your dinner needs. All kinds of foods for you to savor by the way. Just tell the driver when to return to pick you up and he’ll be there promptly.

Take a boat from Bintan Merah Pier in Singapore to Bintan Island for about an hour. The subway has to take a taxi to Tanah Merah, about 15 SGD to the pier. When you arrive at Bintan Island Pier, there are hotel staff to pick up. The pier is approximately 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel. The island is not fully developed, it is always clean and there are no traffic lights. Suitable for slow life. The free drinks at the hotel check in the lobby are very good, the staff are very welcoming, and the tips hotels basically speak English. The hotel has its own beach but it is not very big. Because there are few people, it is enough, basically it is unique to yourself, very good! The room is a villa, there is a shuttle bus from the lobby to the room, and the staff introduces the room facilities. The room is very clean, the pool is a little small, and the personal feeling is still very good value. The island is basically every one kilometer is the hotel, go out to shout to the hotel, go to the Kui Chai seafood restaurant to eat seafood at night, this is the highest rated restaurant on the public comment island, but the crab is really not good, 1 kg of crab There is no meat (it is far worse than Singapore's treasure crab), Gong Gong is very delicious, the couple have eaten more than rmb700, the loop fee is RMB 200, not recommended. The room we stayed in was early. The restaurant is right in front of the beach and the scenery is very good. There are many types of breakfast, and I will send a piece of egg cake and hot dog platter. I didn’t know it before, I took it earlier, and later I couldn’t eat it, it was a bit guilty. The hotel has archery, banana boat, motorcycle and other items, all of which are self-funded. Motorcycles can drive to the beach. Perhaps because the network is not fully developed, the island network is not good, the hotel Wi-Fi belongs to, you can watch the video brush microblogging, playing games will not work. The portable Wi-Fi I rented often has no signal on the island. Recommend a hotel waiter fee column, the one on the picture below, very talkative, good service attitude! To sum up, this is a place to enjoy nature and enjoy a slow life, very quiet. Watching the sea, sunbathing, swimming, when the work pressure is high, the mind is released. Due to the lack of entertainment on the island and fewer attractions, it is recommended to go with friends. I feel a bit short in my day trip and have a chance to go again!

Banyan Tree's hotels are basically not disappointed. Of course, this one in Bintan is not very bright. The rooms are ineffective. The private beach is still clean and beautiful. It is a bonus project. The beach has some oil, but Does not affect the environment and perfection, the hotel restaurant is good, breakfast pastries are freshly baked, every morning you can smell a strong aroma in the room, can be particularly delicious, if you eat dinner at noon, crab is the most cost-effective food The key is still delicious. We ordered one for the first meal and three for the second meal. The third meal was for one person. The price is less than 180 and other fried rice. Compared with Tom Yum Goong soup, the price is very high. In addition, the hotel's spa is also good. The price of Angsana in Phuket is around 700, which is only around 350-360. The methods and services are good. There are no restaurants and shops around the hotel that can only be consumed at the hotel, and the price is not commented. The price is so expensive. We have 9 people in 3 families, eat Lasha and add SPA, it will be more than 6000 in 3 days, and it will include breakfast for 3 children.

Once again, visit the brand of Ruiqidun, this I have to say that in Ruidan, Bintan, let me once again feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of this niche brand. This is the short travel time of Bintan Island, but the style, facilities and services of the entire resort are once again beyond my imagination. This is also the third experience after the Maldives and Mauritius. Just arrived at Bintan Island Pier, I saw the resort's eye-catching greeting card, and was brought to the resort's exclusive shuttle bus by the enthusiastic butler. There were not only towels, drinks and snacks, but also WiFi. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the resort, but enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, the time is quietly leaving, the manager at the front desk is Taiwanese, friendly Chinese and warm service, which eliminates me who is not very fluent in English. Of course, it was later discovered that the water sports center, as well as the restaurant, had Chinese-speaking service staff, and they treated every guest like a family. Fortunately, this time my room was upgraded to a beach villa with a swimming pool. When I entered the door, I was greeted by the fruit and the exquisite welcome bouquet. The leaves and flowers on the bed were welcome, busy and exhausted. Instant disappeared without a trace, of course, for my food, super love their local specialty restaurant, RICA-RICA, this is their special dining, mainly Indonesian food, love, fragrant, recommended; Since it only took two days to experience the snorkeling of the resort's recommended slopes, it has to be said that the sand here is white and thin, just like the feeling of a small horse. Photographing or snorkeling is beautiful; for those who like fireflies Friends, have to recommend, their family has a mangrove tour every day, a lot of fireflies can really feel the feel of the Christmas tree; have long heard friends say that Indonesian spa is a must experience, their home spa is also super love, used The brand is also very advanced ila, cozy, of course, their resort activities are really rich, paintball, ATV, high and low TB, Indonesian food and beverage courses, and so on, the next company group building, here must be the first choice. The children's activities are also super, the parcel reading room, chess, batik lessons, paintings, etc., must take the husband and son to go. In short, this is a business trip to Singapore, which lasted for 2 days to relax the island of Bintan. Anyway, it feels like there is not enough to play, and strive to have a chance to pass.

Went with friends for a short vacation (3 days and 2 nights). I checked in to “ 305 sunny room”. Room is clean with basic toiletries but scenery outside the room is unsightly . Set back - no mini bar , replenishing of toiletries , kettle etc. Wifi is easily accessible . The receptionist, house keepers and waiters are all friendly and approachable although they can speak fluent English . Tanjung Pinang is convenient to travel around in Grab car . Interestingly, I managed to get the same drivers for 2 consecutive days . The Grab prices ranges from $1.80-$6. This is a place more for relaxing not shopping . Most of their shopping centres have already been closed down. The nearest shopping is at Tanjung Pinang centre but not many shops were opened . Good for a good walk and to have your meals at the coffee shops My suggestions 1) to book ferry online as it is cheaper . If you have a NTUC card , book at the counter and get the $5 discount. 2) book hotel online - is cheaper and remember to pay in local currency 3) Food recommendation- Fish soup , fried kway teow and Bak Ku Teh ( price ranges $3-$6)

The important thing is to say three times, don't book a "hut", don't book a "hut", don't book a "hut", the same room counter is much more expensive than the online reservation, breakfast is not bad.

The location is not particularly good, although the locals know that the local traffic is very inconvenient. The net is not good for the first few days. The two days are going to go. The two days are suddenly very good. Generally speaking, there is a general neighborhood. There is a neighborhood supermarket nearby. A lot of very affordable downloads of a local application, then you can order a takeaway will be better, really want to go on holiday, may live on the north side of the island is better, or spend a lot of transportation costs is not very convenient

Stayed one night - staff are very friendly and helpful. Most staff have very limited English but will try to help. One of the night staff speaks good English but can't remember his name. Breakfast was ok but was cold as they didn't have food warmers. You can asked for fresh cooked eggs - scrambled or sunny side up :-). The room is small and the one I had is without windows but thankful the exhaust fan in the bathroom works well and was able to clear the smoke and musty smell of the room after two to three hours. Very clean bedsheets and room. There are several restaurants within 5mins walk from the hotel so lots of food choice and it's a 50m walk across a shopping Mall (Ramayana). Didn't explore much around the vicinity. If ever back in Tg Pinang, would not mind staying here again.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. Stained sheets, dusty carpet, food soaked in oil, unhelpful staff, who didn't help us with anything (things to do, tour booking, even calling a taxi). Several people smoking INSIDE dining hall during breakfast!! Sketchy location, across from karaoke bars with women lined up outside. Noise could be heard from the bedrooms till 5am!

I am not used to the local breakfast, so I went out to eat with my boyfriend. If you can choose not to have breakfast, I suggest that you choose not to have breakfast, because there are many places to eat near the hotel, coffee shops and the like. If you want to go to a beautiful place, it is not recommended to choose this hotel, because there is nothing to play near this hotel. We usually go to eat seafood and massage. Although seafood is not as good as our Qingdao, it is great for people who have lived in Singapore for many years.

Service was great. Special shout out to your staff,Berry. He was helpful in helping us carry our stuffs. Smiling all the way. These small little acts goes a long way. And maybe your hotel can consider having a money changing service at the reception counter,to make it easier for guests.

After I left Indonesia, I realized that I forgot my iPad in the hotel. I called the hotel reception. They helped me find my iPad and safely kept it. I am going back to Indonesia next week and I will collect it. I want to praise the efficiency, professionalism and honesty of the hotel housekeeping team and front desk. There are multiple people who helped me retrieve my iPad specially the receptionist who picked up my phone for the second time. She sent me Whatsapp messages to reassured me that my lost item was in good hands. Her name is Ms. Irma. Thank you Irma and thank you all!

This is the secret base for my husband and I. I will come here on Sundays or public holidays for vacation. A very beautiful hotel with a sailboat as the design concept. The scenery is beautiful. Needless to say, the meals & service staff here are very good, especially It is worth mentioning that the restaurant's Indonesian fried rice & sliced pizza is super delicious, and it must be ordered every time you come!

The location is very good, just beside the port, two steps away, very close to the Nagoya shopping mall, five minutes drive, the service is very warm, the room space is not bad, but the hotel towels do not know why it is gray I am sure that it is not originally gray, because there is a different white, the water in the swimming pool does not look too clean and small, there is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby, and there are seafood restaurants near the beach in the evening. Although the taste of sea water is not very good, the scenery is good.

The location of the hotel is about 40 minutes by taxi from the pier. The surrounding scenery is quite beautiful. There is a motorboat project. The water in the hotel is good. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but the room facilities are old. The charger in the hotel does not have a mobile phone charger in the room. There is no plug, the tube waiter wants two bottles of water to say that it is because the check-out is not given only when the check-in is given? ? Do not understand. But the attitude of the service staff is still good, I have been smiling, the hotel breakfast is really hearty but it is also good for this price. The massage in the hotel I would have hesitated the technicians and the spa shop outside is not recommended.

This is my 3rd time staying at Harmony Suites. Everything about the hotel is good. Service is excellent. Staff smiling and approachable. Security Guard on duty is ready with their smile and especially one Guard (a middle age) spent time advising and showing us directions when we need to rush to the Harapan Bunda Hospital at night on 21.10.19. Without his advise we could have gone to the wrong place. Really grateful to him but missed taking down his name. Will find out his name next time during our stay next time. Counter staff at Reception are also friendly to name Lakshmi, Elvy, male staff and many others who are always welcoming with their sweet smile. Distance to Nagoya Hill is also near just walk about 10 minutes. Breakfast is also good - widespread. Overall we are happy to stay at your hotel and will definitely continue staying there whenever we visit Batam. Atmosphere around the hotel is pleasant.
