Checked in for the second time and liked it because it was so convenient! Turn left from the hotel entrance and enter a pedestrian walkway. Immediately you can see the Fahrenheit, Lot 10, the bustling Pavilion, the Bukit Bintang Golden River Plaza, all in front of me, saving me a lot of car and horse fares. Here you can easily take the KLGo free bus to various famous attractions! Furthermore, from the special passage of Pavilion, you can also walk directly to KLCC. You are not afraid of the hot sun, and you don't have to worry about rainy days. You can also enjoy the beautiful oil painting exhibition on foot throughout the walk. 👍🏻 (The picture above is taken at night from the window of the room. Because it has just rained, I can only see Lot 10, H & M Department Store across the street!)

The deluxe double room is too small! Although it is in the city, it takes 30 minutes to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, about 6 Kyrlings by taxi, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower from the hotel. It takes 30 minutes to walk to Merdeka Square and other attractions by taxi. kl sentral 11 gilts. There is a construction site directly next to it, which is still under construction at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the price/performance ratio is average.

Been travelling a lot and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I was planning to have 3 nights stay in this hotel until a female staff from reception named Aida who was being unprofessional and rude. I was inquiring about the room deposit whether it could be collected later when I arrive at night time instead of collecting from my parents who will be checking in in the evening. I work in the hotel line as well and I do believe every hotel has their own policies, that was why I called for inquiry to avoid any misunderstanding upon check in. So she told me they will still have to collect the room deposit upon check in, so I asked if there is any negotiation could be made and she said no. It's completely fine for me and no hard feelings at all because this is their policies. I just mentioned that this hotel has different policies from some other hotels ( as I just called a few earlier around that area and they are fine with it). So I told her I will think about it and "thank you". What she did was giving me a sarcastic laugh without saying any single thing to end the conversation with me, and talked behind me before hanging up the phone. SERIOUSLY?! I was really speechless and angry so I called the hotel again and told her what I heard before she hung up the phone, and the only word she replied me "So?" I asked again if that is the right way to handle guests, and that was when the rude conversation from her began. She accused me of saying that I will be looking for another hotel and not planning to stay here. I DID NOT EVER MENTIONED THAT I AM GOING TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL and I don't even understand what makes her feel that way. She also said that "Just RM50 only! Ask your parents to pay for the deposit first LAH, then only ask them to collect from you, make it easy for that LAH!" HELLO! Of course I know I can pay my parents back the deposit BUT the main purpose I called to the hotel was to ask if they can collect the deposit from me later as I dont want my parents to spend money in this trip. Then she asked me again "So? What you want me to do now? You want to scold me? ........" I can't really recall what she said in the middle of the conversation but I will NEVER EVER forget what she said in the last part " Or you want to come over and slap me?" SERIOUSLY?! I stopped my conversation with her immediately and requested to speak to the manager. She put me on hold for quite long time until the manager Ms. Hendri (apologize if I spelled her name wrongly) to pick up the phone, so I do believe that rude staff had spoken with her about the incident. I dont know if that staff hid her mistakes while delivering this incident to the manager, so I just briefly talked about it and asked if that was how the way a hotel trains their staffs. Ms Hendri said she will have a word with her, and I hope she really does as I assume she is a professional hotelier from how the way she handled this incident. Nevertheless, it was a really worst experience and I

The room is nothing to complain about which is excellent in Malaysia, so clean not dusty at all and the air conditioning is strong enough only bit noisy, the water pressure is strong enough, the towels, bathrobes, mattress, blanket and pillows are comfortable and no moldy smell👍👍👍 Horizon Grill’s ala carte menu breakfast all you can eat which is so disappointed😪although included! The baguette was cold and too chewy and the cold chicken cut not my cup of tea tho! Chicken porridge is cold and tasteless, tasted more like unsweetened soya milk not even can called porridge and the yau tiu is so soggy oily taste, hard and cold😖 Egg Royale is bad what kind of eggs which no egg’s taste, the spinach just boiled with water n the water went into the muffins so soggy and the whole thing is no seasoning without any Holland sauce 😔 Kenny Hill Barker do must better job😃 Nasi Lemak - deep fried chicken was cold which Village Park uptown is so much nicer, beef rendang so sweet! Waffle not fully cooked and the chocolate sauce was skimpy and the Earl Grey tea came without the teabag which tasteless and cold! Actually can’t have outdoor seating which so hot in the morning! Btw, will come back to the hotel but not to Horizon for sure.

A very nice and comfortable hotel you stay at, would recommend to go for executive room as the bathroom come with a very nice and big bathtub with a very nice view. Location is pretty well located at the center of KUALA LUMPUR with a link bridge to Pavilion. Management crew is very friendly too and will guide you on how through you whole check in journey from taking the room card to your room. Free parking is available on site but you will need to drive up to level 9. Kitchen is provided but u can only use the microwaveJust one thing to note is that the soundproof is a little bad as you may hear the next door, but this may due to the next door open the tv volume kinda loud. Overall is a great experience.

It feels like the hotel was changed into a hotel. The front desk is very small, and the card is upstairs. There is no formal hotel. It was originally a big bed room. Later I was told that there is no big bed room. Let me put the two single beds together. The disposable items in the bathroom are not complete, there is no toothbrush, the bath towel is not very clean, there are many stains, no bathrobes, if it is very inconvenient to go swimming, the swimming pool is quite big, but there is no dressing room, dry towels and the like. I feel that the service is not very thoughtful. The reason for choosing here is that it is very close to the pavilion and it is convenient to travel. I should not choose to stay here again next time.

The bedding was obviously not changed after the guest stayed last time. Because I checked in around 12 o’clock that night, I was sleepy and didn’t go to the front desk. Parking is free. Take the parking ticket to the front desk and write the car number. He will stamp you with the hotel seal and leave it at the exit. Just leave it to the management staff. The hotel is located very close to the Chinese Embassy. It is only a 5-minute walk away and a 5-minute drive from the Bank of China. The hotel is very quiet. I took my child and couldn’t hear any sound at night. The child slept very well. it is good

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The room is good, the only problem is that the hotel customer service is too slow. During the check-in period, we have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come down to receive. We forgot to pick up the things. This was really bad experience stayed in MOMO hotel. The air con is totally not cool at all. I changed to another at midnight 3am as I was sweating until I can’t fall in sleep. But before I changed to another room, I requested to change to chow kit hotel as MOMO hotel is facing the main road and there are car and motorcycle ramping!!! The noise is quite big like gunshots and explosion. Unfortunately, the stuff told me it was full house due to PH. So I changed to another Bunkies room. The most disappointed things happen, the air con problem still same and I called the stuff again. She help me reset the aircon and asked me to wait more 15 mins. Okay! I wait until 4Am and I called them again. This is she told me chow kit hotel got 1 more room and she offer free upgrade me to chow kit hotel. Before I changed to Bunkies room, I asked the stuff help me check is any cancellation room in Chow Kit or not but she said she checked already there is no empty room. At 4Am morning, they asking me to change one room to another room and have to change to another hotel ??? I think they should check properly before asked me to change to Bunkies room then I don need to change room and change hotel! This is double job and it is 4Am morning!!! Me and my husband like zombie at next day as we got really bad night. Also, the Bunkies room is very dirty. But we are too tired and lazy to change room again so at the end we slept with warmer in a dirty room.

We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!

I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.

This hotel was a relatively new look at the time. It was chosen from Chinatown. After I went there, I found that it was just next door to Chinatown. I walked 100 meters. I had a lot of food and drink, and the hotel environment was relatively new, but the room was luxurious. Very ordinary, mainly because of the serious lack of tables and chairs, there is no place to put the backpack, the trash can is a small donkey, can not throw much things, the wardrobe of the bed is actually a little redundant, there are mirrors on the bed, wash basin plug The lid of the water is not tight, I want to wash the clothes. The water will flow out in 2 minutes. If there is a small menu for breakfast, there is no Chinese. There is a Chinese rice dumpling and steamed with scrambled eggs. Although not much, I am full, and there are quite a lot of Europeans and Japanese living in Japan. There are 2 free cups of coffee every day. The girls who make coffee are very cute. They can also communicate in Chinese.

The room was very large and surprised! The difficulty is that the key is hard to open and tighten. Advantages: Good location, close to the Twin Towers KLCC, there are two convenience stores on the first floor of the lobby, a coffee shop. The room was lucky and there was a washing machine. If you want to live, please only book one night, don't like me for a few days without a refund. I highly recommend everyone to go to the Crown Regent Hotel! What can't help but spit out: 1. There is no phone in the room. All matters require you to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. The service staff's service attitude is not good enough, the induction cooker is broken, and it is said that it will not be changed for a few days. I can’t do anything without buying ingredients... 2. No one cleaned for a few days in the sanitation, no one took the rubbish, the temperature was high there, and there was a taste for a long time. I don’t know where to throw it. 3. Do not take the initiative to provide bottled drinking water, do not ask the front desk if you want.
