We have stayed in Paris many, many times before but thought we would try this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Small room that just fits a double bed, small table and chair, side seat to place small bags on, small bar fridge and small wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. We were on the top floor. There is a lift. It is a reasonable hotel but here is what we were not happy about. No air-conditioning. It is advertised with air-conditioning but this really is false and misleading advertising. They only switch it on for a few months of the year in summer when the manager decides it is hot enough. There are windows but given the local cafes and foot traffic it is too noisy to sleep. There is a bath but no shower. Yes there is a shower head but no where for it to hang so a bath everyday is easier. For me, that was ok but for many, it may not suit. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. They do provide breakfast for Euros 11 but we always travel with our own coffee and plunger (yes, we are fussy) and there is a bakery in the street so easy to pop out and get some croissants and have breakfast in your room or alternatively, have breakfast at the local cafe. We will probably keep exploring hotels around here. I am afraid the non air-conditioned room is a deal-breaker!

This was my 15th visit to Paris and I've never stayed at the same place twice. That may change next time I visit because Hôtel Le Six was practically perfect! Located on a quiet street in the 6th, the hotel is stylish, comfortable, and super hip! The lobby is inviting, well decorated and comfortable, with multiple sitting areas. My room was well appointed and large, with lots of light from multiple windows. The bathroom was large and fabulous with a nice tub (and shower head). The bathrobe was sumptuous, minibar well stocked. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Great service, friendly from the front desk staff. Lovely breakfast buffet in the gorgeous restaurant. I didn't use the spa downstairs but checked it out and it looked fab! Everything immaculate. Incredible value! Pro tip - when I booked my room on the hotel's website, there was an option to add fresh flowers in your room for 30 Euros (so French!), which I did do. The bouquet was absolutely stunning and stayed impeccably fresh and gorgeous throughout my 4 day stay.

Location is superb! 5 minutes to Gare Montparnasse (where u can take the train to Versailles Chantier and walk to the entrance in 10 minutes), metro Line 4 Vavin, metro line 14 and RERB Port Royal all within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe. Room is tiny as expected (can’t fully open our luggages). Staff is friendly, you leave room key at the front desk and retrieve it upon returning by telling the staff your room number, it feels a bit unsafe as I don’t know if they will give it to anyone who knows the mechanism of how it works. Breakfast is very basic for 11 euro, croissants/baguettes, jam, yogurt, coffee (it’s included in our rates otherwise do not recommend spending 11 euro on it). The only minus is the weird sound coming from the air con or water pipe? And literally no soundproof, you can hear everything from next door. Overall would recommend the hotel for its convenience.

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff is very warm, and it is willing to provide all kinds of help, and the breakfast is rich. The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. There is a special bed-opening service, and the design of the room's small ornaments is also very distinctive. Good value for money, stay next time

The place is perhaps a bit dated, but that didn't bother me in the least. For the price and location, it is a real gem. Right in the heart of Montparnasse, within walking distance to more crepes than a person can handle, and easily accessible by Metro. The staff were very friendly and remembered my face and room number. The only thing I might caution is that there is a steep staircase to get up to the rooms that might be troublesome for those with mobility issues. All in all, a great stay.

Out of the hundreds of hotels in Paris how to you possibly pick one - with a leap of faith I picked this one and had no regrets - a hidden gem this cute boutique hotel was in a great location not far from the metros/bus but far enough that it wasn’t too touristy (I’m thinking the fact that there were the schools nearby which lead to that feeling with students all around which also can assume makes the area more affordable as well) each room has its own unique theme (we stayed in the chamber Musique) the room utilized the space well and it didn’t feel too small - considering we were in Europe I found in quite spacious. Also the shower was amazing - if I can’t have a hot tub, shower heads all around me is the next best thing. As for the staff they were all amazing, helpful, friendly and excellent communication skills - I have no idea how many languages they all spoke but I heard several for sure - being English speaking I had no issues whatsoever. Would totally recommend this hotel and should the opportunity ever arise to return to Paris I’d have no hesitation to stay here again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel which is located in the Montparnasse neighborhood within the 14th arrondissement of Paris. It is located between the Vavin and the Raspail Metro stops. The Vavin Metro stop is only a 2 min walk (160 meters) from the hotel. The hotel is feet away from the intersection of two major boulevards -- Boulevard du Montparnasse and Boulevard Raspail. You will find bistros, bakeries, cafes, movie theaters, clothing shops and even a mall within walking distance. This neighborhood is soooo Parisian, full of beautiful architecture, sharply dressed people and restaurants with vintage neon signage. Photos that look like postcards? I captured many of those here. I returned to this hotel for another stay as I felt very safe walking around in the neighborhood -- as well as the surrounding neighborhoods -- and returning to the hotel via the Metro even late at night (use common sense). I am also not a fan of hotels with dated fixtures and furnishings, so the fact that the rooms appeared to be very recently renovated was another plus in my book. The modern rooms are nicely-appointed, comfortable and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable, too. Not too hard or too soft. The rooms are on the smaller size as the hotel is in a Haussmann style building. However, all of the rooms are not created equal. The layout and size of your room will depend on its location within the building. I have been in three different rooms in the hotel and the square footage of each varied. When I checked in this last time, the room we received had the tiniest bathroom with zero counter space (just a shelf above the small sink) and an extremely small stand-up shower (with a faulty drain). Despite the plumbing issue, the bathroom was simply too tight of a space for two people to comfortably use for an entire week. I expressed my disappointment to the lovely, May, at the front desk. By the next morning, May was calling to inform us that they had a larger room available with street views. That larger 7th floor room ended up being perfect (it even had a windowed bathroom with a soaker tub!). We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you so much, May!!! :) Some hotels have issues with noise carrying. I hardly heard (or saw) guests during both of my stays. The front desk staff are also friendly and are evidently eager to make you happy. This hotel offers a breakfast buffet which I never tried. We just preferred to head down Montparnasse Boulevard in the morning to grab breakfast along with the locals at one of the many eateries. EXki and Societe Raspail Montparnasse being two of our favs). There are many sites of interest to tourists that are within walking distance including: The Catacombs, Luxembourg Gardens, Montparnasse Cemetery (where Jean-Paul Sartre is buried) and the Tour Montparnasse skyscraper (which is the best place to go to photograph the Paris skyline and be able to have the Eiffel Tower IN the pi

The hotel is very cute, well appointed and very clean. The lobby, room decor and bathroom amenities look newly updated. The hotel staff is incredibly kind and very accommodating to speak English. The morning breakfast is beautiful with a few different dining options available if you prefer not to have a full breakfast and only prefer coffee and juice in the morning. Guests are required to leave their keys with the hotel lobby person each time they exit which provided a feeling of increased safety.

Budget room cost 69 without breakfast. I would avoid the breakfast. There appears to be two sites or two hotels. We got sent down the road. The checkin guy was very surly. Insisting that I had not prepaid but I had. Room was basic but ok for the price. My main issue was that it was a little cottage and I was upstairs but the downstairs was a couple. It felt like we were all in the same room I would not be tempted to stay there again unless I was desperate, my train had been cancelled or I was too drunk to care. On the plus it is well connected. Lots to do nearby. Breakfast is not good value. If you are on a tight budget and you might be the people coming in at 2am rather than being woken up, then you're good.

I'll start with the positive things because it's really short: 1. Great renovated shower. 2. Convenient location near several options of public transportation. Unfortunately it's surely not enough and from years of traveling and especially in Paris I know for certain that for the same money you could do much much better: 1. The service was horrible: the not so kind receptionist gave us a room that was tiny compare to others (small by not so tiny) with no closet, no space to put anything in the bathroom, a broken lock on the door and a safe that can't be closed either, hence we can't use it! only after a very assertive complaint he was willing to give us the room next door that surprisingly enough was already renovated and we can actually close it's door, put our clothes in the closet, use the safe and a have a little space in the room. 2. The Elevator is practically not useful: when we came the elevator didn't work at all and we have to carry our suitcases in a very narrow and twisted staircase. When the elevator did work it was of no use since it's not really gets to the level of the room. you have to take a few steps down and then some more steps up in order to get to it, so we didn't use it till the last day, then after a very long wait we could use this tiny elevator with our luggage after we carry it on the stairs.. 3. The worst was the deceive/negligence of the lady that was in the reception on our last day: she promised and we verify twice the price for a taxi to CDG airport and she seems very experienced and confident in herself. She indeed ordered the taxi or us but at the evening when we arrive to the airport the driver demanded 24% more and we didn't have a choice but pay him and hurry to our flight!

This is one of my all-time worst hotel experiences, and that's saying something, as I travel for business frequently. I booked a quad room and a triple, and the quad room was OK. The triple was a regular bed and a pull-out sofa. Um, no. The wifi didn't work, the minifridge was dead and they could not provide an iron for us. I had my entire family with me, and it was in the mid-90s, so AC was completely necessary. I told them the AC was not working and they said they would send someone, but never did. When I told them the room did not match the photos online, the rude hotel worker told me "this was not America" and I should not expect the photos to be accurate; he said they were all made up. I expect at the very least that if I book a triple room that has a double bed and a twin size bed that that is what I will get, but that's not it at all. There is no concierge and no shuttle, so don't believe those lies, either. Breakfast is OK but not great; they run out of things and don't replace them very quickly. One night, there were very loud guests in the courtyard for quite some time and the hotel didn't do anything about it, which was very frustrating for my children, who were trying to sleep in a room without air conditioning with the windows open. The only good thing is the location. One or two people at the front desk were helpful but they could only do so much to overcome the terrible property. I'm seeking a partial refund from booking.com.

The Unic Renoir Saint-Germain is located in Montparnasse, a 10-minute walk from the Jardin du Luxembourg. The hotel offers 24-hour reception, a lift, a private courtyard and suites with balconies. The soundproofed suites have satellite TV and internet access. Each is air-conditioned and has its own bathroom with a hairdryer. The Unic Renoir Saint-Germain serves a buffet breakfast, which can be taken in the breakfast room, in the courtyard or in guests’ suites. Free newspapers are also offered. The hotel is just 40 metres from Edgar Quinet Metro Station which has direct access to the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées and AccorHotels Arena.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
