The hotel is very sophisticated with International or European decor. We liked almost everything. It had a laundry room, free buffet breakfast, quiet (off narrow side street), and near Tenjin Station. We were a little annoyed that the large metal keys are used to access the rooms rather than the typical magnetic chip key cards, and we were required to had the front desk our keys before leaving the hotel and needed to ask the front desk for the keys when we returned. We don’t know If this applied only to international quests because we did not notice Japanese guest doing this. The room amenities are pretty standard. We stayed for three nites and would consider returning since such a good value.FromUS$16.00

What a great surprise! We were in Hiroshima, heading to Osaka via train. All train service in that direction was cancelled, so we took a chance and went to Hakata for some exploring. Booked a last minute deal for a night at this lovely hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive, room was spacious (triple room with three beds) and clean and location was near many dining options. Only issue we had was finding the hotel when our taxi dropped us off... It is on the 5th floor of the building, with a bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Easy access via elevator, once we figured out where to enter. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.SOLD OUT

Just above the JR station, big C, Mitsukoshi, and the shopping street are all downstairs. The room booked this time is relatively large, and the front desk service is very good. On the last day it rains, you can borrow an umbrella and ask the front desk sister to help us call the car , Because there is no car in Tianyu relationship, my sister is sorry, I have d ashamed, it is very polite, but the car can be intercepted at the door, there is a bus stop at the single door, many people wait for the car and it rains, getting on the car is very Wolverine, but not affected, will stay next timeFromUS$33.00

Don't be fooled by the photos ,mainly concerning the nice shots of breakfast. There is no breakfast...no coffee, no water. This is an overpriced building that masks itself as a 3-star hotel, but in reality, you can find better lodgings at a hostel...having at least gained the upper hand with being able to enjoy a breakfast. The inside of the building smells, the staff speak ZERO English....on that note, fact it. English is the language of the world (for now), not Japanese, not Korean...ENGLISH. Having some staff that can at least comprehend and communicate a few ideas would be a start. The location does not save this place from receiving a bottom feeder review. A gal was playing with my door handle (from the outside) and I suspect, there was some mischief taking place. I know this because when I opened the door, she very quickly walked away, to the elevator. I would have brought it i up to the hotel but there are no cameras to justify my complaint. I cannot believe I paid money for this place. The room is NOT 3-Star quality. The bathroom is the made for size of hobbits. The television is not equipped with channels that matter. There is no water, no coffee, no tea to enjoy and the wifi seems be maintained by a hamster wheel. I do NOT recommend this wanna-ba 3 star sink hole....unless you enjoy being fooled. The only good thing I can say, is, the the lady that checked me in did a good job. After that, it is all crap.FromUS$17.00

It was a new hotel so it was very clean and nice. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and spacious as a business hotel. Although I booked a double bed because I didn't have 2 single beds on the day I went, the bed was wide so I could sleep well with my friend. The location is close to Tenjin station, and the department store is in front of you ... The next time you go to Fukuoka, you will be returned to the hotel.FromUS$56.00

This hotel is very centrally located near the city Tenjin. Easy access to many restaurants, shops and cafes. It’s also quite close to the airport and it only takes 20-30mins from the airport to the hotel. It’s also only a 5min-walk to the Fukuoka express bus terminal and the Tenjin subway station. Rooms are well lit and spacious, a very rare find in Japan as most of the hotel rooms in Japan are rather small. The hotel lobby may be dated, but I can tell the rooms are newly renovated. Staff is courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. FromUS$71.00

The location is very convenient which is just few minutes to the shopping mall and the JR station. The room is very spacious and clean. There is a outdoor swimming pool and hot spring, it's difficult to find in other hotel within the down town. The buffet breakfast also very good, though there are not many varieties of food but they are very fresh and yum.
I definitively will come again.

The hotel is very convenient since it’s connected with HAKATA station, walk to Tokyo Hands in 10 mins, with supermarket and Hankyu and shopping center.
Most of the staff can provide very good service, just a little bit slow.... the only thing I don’t like is the strange smell in the elevator that connect B1, it’s like the smell of renovation, hope can improve by using fragrance in the elevator.

The location was great as it was a 3-minute walk from West Exit 8 of Hakata Station. There are Starbucks, Seven Eleven, and bus stops next door, so it's easy to get around, and the room is nice from the entrance to a Japanese business hotel. I went in the winter, but I think the heating system needs improvement. When the temperature increased because it was cold, warm wind came out after a while, and then cool wind came out again. I don't understand that the warm wind doesn't come out regularly.

I like this hotel. Staff are very nice and breakfast was superb. There were quite limited parking but if you let them know in advance you should have a space.
We were lucky to met a Thai sfaff lady as my parents cannot speak english much she was so helpful to recommend some places to visit or restaurants.

Walk to Hakata is 10 to 15 mins. Next to Canal City mall but not much eateries at the mall. Turn left from hotel entrance you can walk to Tenjin area in 10 mins. There are many restaurants and shops at Tenjin area. The hotel lobby has an oily smell of kitchen (not pleasant). Lobby is very small . Room is reasonably clean but not perfect. Reasonable good size. I like the separate shower (very small size). Breakfast has limited choice but good enough (with milk, tea, coffee, bread, eggs and others). Free noodles at night has no vegetarian selection (pity). Hot spring is great and nice - the one reason why I chose this hotel.

It is greatly convinient location for business and leisure.
Hotel provide hot spring facility in the first floor so you can begin with hot spring in the morning and you can relax in the evening too.
If I have a chance to visit this city, I would like to stay in this hotel again.
