We visited Gaziantep first time and because of it choose Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep, like something what we know already from different city’s and countries. We always know what quality of the Hilton will be same everywhere. Wanna say thank you for two guy’s from the reception, sadly don’t know their names. One guy was at my check in, other one at check out date. They was very helpful with amazing level of english language. Recommend.

The hotel is situated in the new part of town about 20 mins walk to the historical center (or pay 2.20€ for taxi). The unspectacular and seriously underwhelming entrance is in a side alley behind a prominent Korean car show room (!!!). The lobby looked more like one would expect from a 2 or 3 Star hotel. Not very inviting and seriously needs a face lift. Once up on the floor where my room was things looked a lot better and the room is exactly as shown in the images posted here. Spacious and comfortable. The bed is huge and excellent for a perfect night‘s sleep. Bathroom is attractive and general cleanliness was very very good. The English CNN TV was available but the TV could not pick it up. Small issues with the aircon and safe were addressed and solved within minutes and the manageress was very friendly and obliging. Breakfast is excellent. The staff speaks English. All in all the rooms are very good and I can say that I enjoyed my stay. The hotel should consider an overhaul of the depressing lobby area as when the new adjacent well known brand hotel is completed the Dedeman will have serious competition

We stayed for business in the hotel 4 nights. The rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast was very good for the open buffet. The staff were very concerned with security, receptionist, kitchen staff, staff were all very interested and excellent service. I would certainly prefer the same hotel again if we were to come to Gaziantep again.

As IHG employees, we booked 2 rooms to that hotel, because the price, the benefits and the location of course. For my luck, my friend knows the language. Otherwise there no possibility to communicate. When we arrived around 23:00, wanted to check in, and the man at reception said no English.. Came another one, also no English. My friend asked them about the employees benefits, they had no idea, and said us to ask next day morning the supervisor..try asked him, again no English, and also had no idea and said us to ask the next one. The next one was the same from check in.. My friend called reception to inform that both rooms the safe box not working, no one came.. The day after we asked the cleaners and they fixed them. The same about toilet paper..after 8 hours and after 3 calls the brought us. Also they didn’t helped is when during midnight we needed a pharmacy. They said us to google to find one. Feel so bad when to a 4star hotel you can’t communicate. From the other side a special thanks to the room cleaners.. very polite, very professional all the days.. At room you can find everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also big and all the amenities. The menü cards in rooms was just in Turkish.no English. My friend ordered for us some times room service, food was nice and too much.

Depremin olduğu gün Palmiye Oteldeydik, 5. katta kalıyorduk, deprem ile uyandık sallandık, hiç bir şey olmadı otele, sadece küçük boya döküntüleri olduğunu gördük merdivenlerden aşağı inerken. Kısa sürede otelin genel müdürü Eyüp Bey geldi kontrolü ele aldı korkmuş misafirleri sakinleştirdi bilgi verdi hemen çay kahve servisi yaptılar. üşüyenler için battaniye yorgan getirdiler. Sonra oteli kontrol edip tüm misafirlere lobide kahvaltı çıkardılar. Eyüp Bey ve tüm çalışanlar sayesinde konuklar güvenle o kritik zamanları atlattılar herkese çok çok teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Zaten hizmetinden çok memnun kalıp her zaman tercih ettiğim bir işletmeydi, bu zor anlarda da ne kadar deneyimli olduklarını yaşayarak öğrenmiş olduk. Sağolun varolun.

The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.

This was a favourite hotel in which to stay in Eastern Turkey. It is a converted, historic caravanserai. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom quite spacious. It's walking distance within the Old City and is really great for relaxing after a busy day. The service is good, and the people try to please. The staff do not speak English, so we had to use the app on our phone to communicate. I also understand that it is a good place to stay after all the earthquake tremors that the people experienced in Gaziantep. The people are still rebuilding after the events of Feb. 2023. So we are grateful that we could stay in such a lovely setting, given the circumstances. Thank you!

The historical original tissue has been transformed into a very beautiful shop, which can stay without deterioration. The rooms are very beautiful, very pleasant and wide. I stayed for three nights here. The room was very nice with tea making facilities, nice bathroom and little balcony looking onto the inner courtyard. Room was nice and warm (stayed in December) with good hot water. The hotel is really well located just a 10-15 min walk from all the main sights/bazaar etc. Breakfast also had a good selection of dishes. The staff didn't speak much english but were helpful eg booking me a taxi to the airport etc. Price was very reasonable compared to other places. Only small downside is that noise can carry if other guests sit in the inner courtyard but this wasn't a problem during my stay. I happily stayed 3 nights.

We are very lucky to find the right address in Gaziantep for our team we came to work. We thank the gentlemen Doğan, Gul, Nurdan and all the housekeepers who have not called our house for one day, although we have been away from our house for two months. They have not even been looking for the main hall by hosting my visitors. They took place in our hearts with cleanliness, laughterfulness, sincerity, helpfulness. We are very happy to know that we have taken such beautiful friends and that we always have a house. We will not say we have had no guests. We will miss everyone very much. The hotel is in a quiet street, in the centre, but the vehicle doesn't go into the street. The ways for the baggage are bad for him:) I stayed in the bottom of the first night I was very cold, I was cold, the bathroom was like ice, I think they cut the calories to the morning. Then I moved up the day I was warm and it was easy to warm because it was smaller. I didn't want to take a cold shower in the bathrooms because it was a stone building. You're going to another hostel for breakfast, and his breakfast was beautiful. A girl friend cleans the rooms with a cleaning hand very good health.. Woman's hand is in a certain hotel.. The lady friend in the lobby is very guleryuz, helpful, it turns all the shortcomings up.. If price is considered as performance 8/10 🙏🏻☺️
