Overall, the experience is really good! The missing items in the room can be called to check out. It is also very convenient. The fly in the ointment is that the site has to pay taxes, but in fact it does not have much impact. I hope I can live in a cheap hotel next time. Hahahahahaha

|2.01km from city centerWhen we arrived at Liber apartments, we came to a simple lobby with very friendly staff who wanted to help us. Check-in was easy. There was no lift but the staff carried the bags up. Airco did not work completely but the room was fire-soiled. Room for 4 people booked and beds were spacious, 2x kingsize and so no sleeping sofa. Also it was in a super location! All could with foot. If I come back to Tel-Aviv, I know where I stay.

|0.86km from city centerI've been visiting the place for many years and it hasn't changed a bit to the worse. Still cozy, comfortable and clean for a very reasonable price. It is always a pleasure to talk to the staff. The road works that have been going all over the place in Tel Aviv have just made Ben Yehuda street quieter - I wouldn't even mention it as a negative issue. The cafes are still available a stone throw away from the hotel, the supermarket across the street is still open - what else do you need?

|0.83km from city centerIt is totally impossible to park your rental car in the surrounding streets. There is a rental parking some 10 minutes walking away though. The hotel is on a busy street and the windows are not isolating so even if the room is not giving to Dizengoff Avenue it will be a trial to sleep through the night, even with earplugs, at least that was the case for us. The hotel is really easy going with a happy hour with local red wines which really brings people together: we had a nice chat with Brazil, US and Israeli guests. The free coffee is delicious and you can get good pastries from the mini market across the street and eat them while reading your free NYT on the hotel terrace ! Marvelous. The easygoingness also shows in the way the rooms are kept, which is a bit on the brink but still ok. The hotel’s location is fantastic, you can reach pretty much every place in Central TA walking. No breakfast room but you get a voucher for some of the cool places in the neighborhood. We had ours in Sidewalk and recommend that.

|6km from city centerI can't recommend it. Rooms are OK and large, but TV are old, and music machine even older. The hotel is very far from city center and there is nothing around, even not restaurants. Only 2 very very expensive in a building beside. If you need to go somewhere you will need a taxi, and when we asked for one with Visa payment system,, the concierge called one who wants cash and asked for 20 eur more than agreed, be care. Also they have not contactless Visa system. There is only a restaurant for breakfast, closed for dinner several days and there is any bar to take any snack or coffee in the lobby. If you think in be in an apartment.. Far from the city... OK... But not as an Hotel.

|1.86km from city centerNice small place with some 26-27 rooms. Cosy & Comfortable. Great Location, beach is just 3-5 mins walking distance. The Hotel provides towels to visit the beach. Franco who is at the reception is very prompt & absolutely nice guy to speak to. Great bed quality. I walked a lot during my stay & needed a good sleep. The bed is cosy. I choose smaller hotels when it comes to tourism as I am not there for the entire day. All that I need is a good sleep once I am back. Breakfast arrangement is at a different hotel, 5-6 mins walk from Blue Sea Marble. The Breakfast was awesome & they serve Vegan options. Good staff there too. From the Tel Aviv Airport I paid 200 ILS to taxi.

|2.45km from city centerNew restaurant - all the elements to become a really great restaurant - only opened a week or so and finding their feet - wine list still to be printed Food was top notch on a par with other top kosher dairy restaurants in Tel Aviv - flavours really came out in the food and dishes were well composed by a chef who really understands food. Novel ideas like Fish Cigars with a curry sauce, excellent Tuna Tataki (portion was quite small), great cheese ravioli with each ravioli filled with different cheese, great fish - sushi which we did not order looked amazing with the chef’s own slant. Only one desert - an amazing millefeuille - with crime brûlée style filling - a work of genius. Still work in progress - good now - but it is going to be great

|0.68km from city centerThe location is excellent. It is located in what seems to be the heartbeat of Tel Aviv. Turn left and walk 4 or 5 blocks to the Mediterranean Sea. Or turn right and walk through endless restaurants and people outdoors having a wonderful time. The hotel really is perfectly located. But even more impressive was the amazing staff. My plane arrived at 4 am and I got to the hotel at 5 am. The staff graciously went ahead and gave me a room. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff leaned forward to help with restaurant recommendations, a nearby fitness center, and with laundry service. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. When I return to Tel Aviv, I will not even consider another hotel. I will definitely stay again at the Jacob Samuel on Dizengoff Street!

|1.66km from city centerThere is no toothbrush in the room. I called and said that the hotel toothbrush was used up tomorrow. I was really speechless. At any rate, a four-star hotel didn’t even have a toothbrush. What’s more speechless was that I had an important meeting early in the morning on the last day. Check out at 6:30, not to mention that I called the morning service the night before, and no one called at 6 in the morning. I went to the front desk at 6:30 and no one checked out. The security said he didn’t get up and asked me to wait until 8 o’clock. In the end, I was the only one who returned to handle the deposit refund after the meeting, so I didn’t get on the last bus to return to Jerusalem on Friday Sabbath. The location is good, close to the sea and the bus station but the hotel is hidden in a dilapidated building, the room facilities are OK, the balcony is booked to see the sea, the bath water is also very good, but to be honest, the service and software facilities are really good It’s not worth the price and the four-star title. It’s better to add some money to stay in the five-star hotel Dan next door or simply stay in Abraham at least cheap and you can make many friends. In short, spending a few thousand dollars to stay in this hotel is not enough. Also delayed

Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Gordon beach is right there. must nicely credit the fine room service. breakfast has minuses but is diverse. the all&all atmosphere & staff conduct at the lobby is no more than that of a youth hostel. besides a morning male receptionist who’s polite, attentive, professional European who mastered Hebrew impressively, the rest are ‘giving their dues’ ok, without *any* sense of hospitality. some clearly try not to look at you on the way in/out,shall you need to bother them with anything.. the few small dining tables weren’t cleaned after use, & i had to actually ask daily for a garbage-free table. the hallways carpets are unsightly to put it mildly. the whole accommodation should cost 1/3 of what it is. you literally pay 4-5 star rate of any great world city (TLV is lovable, but NOT up to par) in return for a hostel. as simple.

It has a distinct black an red decor and we found it really cute and different from many other boring interiors. The included breakfast is at a great Arcafé, about 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are very recently renovated, very modern HVAC and efficient controls, built in USB charging ports throughout the room. But what makes this hotel stand out is the most friendly and welcoming team: Yuval, Lala, Hayk, Yoni, and Itamar. In addition to helping us with all the requests around the hotel, they are experts in local attractions and recommended great places for dining and shopping. (Tip: the restaurant Samarkand is a great place for some super tasty food!)

|1.19km from city centerThe staff at reception were terrible! From the very second we arrived, throughout our stay, everything we had to do with them was annoying and difficult. Partly probably due to some very strange rules (e.g we were asked to pay in advance for the rooms and not allowed to give a credit card number as security until we leave and pay with another card, which was not with us at check in, they also charged our card a security amount of €200 without even telling, let alone asking us before doing so). We’ve asked for a few things they might have for the children, and never heard back, including when we needed a thermometer for one of the children I called because I was alone with them and couldn’t go down to reception. I never heard back from them for over an hour and had to go buy one when my husband got back later on. These are just examples, it was like that with everything we needed or asked and they were generally unpleasant. Perhaps it was the overload of the second part of August? The concierge was on his mobile on a private call and we stood there for 5 minutes until deciding we better go out and get a taxi on our own. The list goes on and on....

Figure 4 is outside the window, the room is too messy to shoot. Walking to the beach for about seven or eight minutes, there are gay friendly beach and dog friendly beach, (Figure 7-8) are very good. The location of the accommodation is a certain distance from the old town of Jaffa. It is not cheap to take a taxi. The hotel stayed at 3 pm, and the next day it was 12 o'clock. On the day of departure, I booked a taxi for 400 sher to Jerusalem, about 780 yuan.

|1.76km from city centerThe most delusional negative experience we had as a family. We booked rooms for 2 families. On the day of the vacation, when all the suitcases and children were already in the car and we were on our way to the hotel, we received a call from the hotel and found out that the hotel had made a mistake in the rooms, they booked for us 2 rooms for a couple instead of 2 family rooms (as written in the invitation we received by email !!!). The hotel noted that they do not have other rooms for us, the rooms were canceled and we will get a refund. From the hotel point of view that was it! No responsibility taken, no sorry, no other solutions, that it. They Just said ”it was your mistake” thanks, goodbye . So, we got stuck on the way to Tel Aviv with children and luggage in the car, without rooms and without an alternate hotel on Thursday at afternoon. What is even more delusional is that we sent a letter to the hotel's customer service after a few weeks. We explained the situation and asked that at least the hotel will take responsibility for the mistake. After all, if we would cancel the rooms on the day of arrival, the hotel would have certainly charge us the money in full, without an argument. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received any reference to the letter even though I called several times and asked for a response. I was promised on the phone that the hotel manager will response, but as mentioned, we have not received any answer to this day. It is important to note that all telephone calls and the letter were made in a pleasant language, without shouting and without unnecessary quarrels. But unfortunately in our country, you have to ”turn tables” to get any response. In short, I never encountered such a terrible service. I strongly advise not to come to this hotel at any price. Such a hotel has no right to exist.

|2.41km from city centerIt is a one-bedroom apartment. Although it has a balcony, it is actually on the basement floor. The bedroom has a fake window. The overall layout of the room is decorated in Nordic ins style. There is a double bed, the sofa can sleep one more person, and a bathroom.
Breakfast is not provided, but there are a lot of food near the apartment, very close to the local Carmel market, you can go to the Carmel market to buy fruits and vegetables. There is also an am:pm supermarket chain not far away. Great location
Free beer, mineral water and chocolates are provided for staying in the hotel, which is very considerate. You can contact the hotel in advance to store your luggage. There is a large locker in the building.
A cleaning fee is required after check-in.

Fantastic breakfast, with lots of choice and very fresh. Free local wine & snacks a nice touch. Central location so easy to get to places. Although room smaller than others I’ve stayed in when visiting Tel Aviv, very clean, with everything you need & very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooftop terrace, outdoor sitting areas and nice lounge area, meant little time was spent in my room, so room size not an issue. For a solo traveler a great hotel as very friendly and relaxing hotel with a personal touch. Will book again when I travel to Israel.

|2.05km from city centerAt first view we were a bit apprehensive about The Poli House . We arrived at 5.30 am and the first thing we saw was the 7/11 store. This seems to have been blurred out of the official photos. We walked round the side of the building, buzzed to be let in and instantly our opinion changed. Suddenly we’re we’re in quirky building with huge pod-like chairs. It was bright, spacious and airy. Check in (on the 3rd floor) was quick and easy. Our room was 213, which had a balcony, but to be honest it’s not really worth it. It was very narrow with two high stools and nothing else. The room was compact, but had everything you need. A nice touch was a free bottle of kosher Prosecco and a bottle of Ouzo. My only complaint about the room would be lack of hanging space. The wardrobe was wide but full of shelves. There was no where for me to hang any of my dresses. A hook on the back of the door would have been helpful. The bed was really comfortable with lovely plump pillows. As our room was opposite son bars and restaurants there was some noise, but it really didn’t disturb us, normally because we were in said bars until they shut! The rooftop bar and swimming pool were lovely, all the bar tenders were very friendly. There was free tea and coffee until 1pm daily and free iced water available all day, with fresh lemon and oranges to add to it. Most days the it was easy to get a lounger round the pool, until it came to Shabbat. I am not convinced all the people around the pool were staying at the hotel. There were large groups of people taking over all the cabanas bringing in their own drinks, smoking around the pool and generally being disruptive. The the hotel is centrally located for a great stay in Tel Aviv. 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. And close to Jaffa Old Town. Aside from the two issues, We would certainly come back.
