0.96km from Tourelle-MetroThis is a fantastic apartment-hotel in a great location. While it is a little out of the city centre it is situated between two metro stations on line 1 which will take you to a number of the main areas in Paris including La Defense, Champs Elysee, Louvre, Bastille, Tuileries and Hotel de Ville and also gives access to a number of other lines that intersect line 1. The room was as expected a clean and tidy room with a small kitchenette with a big fridge, microwave, cooktop and all the required utensils. Even though the room was only on the first floor and faced a busy road the room was quiet with the windows closes and the room had air-conditioning which was very welcome during a hot July/August stay. The room was a decent size with a desk, table and a couple of chairs. The bed was very comfortable but was a pull down murphy bed that was a sofa during the day and a bed at night and while it was comfortable it had a hard armrest on the side which was a little uncomfortable when getting out. A nice large bathroom completed the apartment. In the basement they had a laundry room, small gym and a couple of pc’s in a small business centre. The lobby had a small bar that I really didn’t see being used and a breakfast room for anyone wanting breakfast. Being an apartment-hotel the rooms are not necessarily serviced daily and during my 14 night sty the room was cleaned midway during my stay. As I said the location was and a short walk from the hotel was the centre of Vincennes which was a busy little local area with a number of shops and restaurants and a third station this one being for the RER lines which were a different network to the metro lines. All the staff I dealt with here were wonderful and very helpful. Bare in mind that this is an apartment-hotel property and may not offer all the things you would get in a traditional hotel but it is a fantastic property in a fantastic location and I wish I was going back this year but am already looking at dates for 2021.
