Good stay at this hotel, location near a metro station on line 1. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. The only little thing was that the bathroom is very small. I don't know if this is the case in all the rooms, but in my room, which was a single room, I think that for a very overweighted person, it might have been difficult to sit on the toilet bowl as there is not much space between the toilet bowl and the wall in front of it, the shower is very small too. But, as I said, I did stay in a single room, maybe in the double rooms the bathrooms are larger. Except this detail and though I would have appreciated to have more space in the bathroom, I have no reason to complain, my stay was really fine. The breakfast was fine too. The location is fine too, very near the center of Vincennes. The sanitary measures are also very well respected.

This is a fantastic apartment-hotel in a great location. While it is a little out of the city centre it is situated between two metro stations on line 1 which will take you to a number of the main areas in Paris including La Defense, Champs Elysee, Louvre, Bastille, Tuileries and Hotel de Ville and also gives access to a number of other lines that intersect line 1. The room was as expected a clean and tidy room with a small kitchenette with a big fridge, microwave, cooktop and all the required utensils. Even though the room was only on the first floor and faced a busy road the room was quiet with the windows closes and the room had air-conditioning which was very welcome during a hot July/August stay. The room was a decent size with a desk, table and a couple of chairs. The bed was very comfortable but was a pull down murphy bed that was a sofa during the day and a bed at night and while it was comfortable it had a hard armrest on the side which was a little uncomfortable when getting out. A nice large bathroom completed the apartment. In the basement they had a laundry room, small gym and a couple of pc’s in a small business centre. The lobby had a small bar that I really didn’t see being used and a breakfast room for anyone wanting breakfast. Being an apartment-hotel the rooms are not necessarily serviced daily and during my 14 night sty the room was cleaned midway during my stay. As I said the location was and a short walk from the hotel was the centre of Vincennes which was a busy little local area with a number of shops and restaurants and a third station this one being for the RER lines which were a different network to the metro lines. All the staff I dealt with here were wonderful and very helpful. Bare in mind that this is an apartment-hotel property and may not offer all the things you would get in a traditional hotel but it is a fantastic property in a fantastic location and I wish I was going back this year but am already looking at dates for 2021.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week with our whole family--daughters, sons-in-laws, and grandbabies. We were so pleasantly surprised with how much space the condo had! We had a three-bedroom, and we had more than enough room for six adults and two babies (with two cribs and high chairs, and a baby bath--provided by the resort). The kitchen was adequately accommodated and fit all of us. The living/family room was quite spacious, too. Vincennes was a quaint little town with all you could need. The metro ride into Paris was easy as well. The front desk staff varied (some knew every way to help us, and others did not have much knowledge). I ordered breakfast items to be in the room prior to our visit, and that was not done correctly, but the staff quickly handled it, and by the morning, we had what we ordered. Fresh croissants, coffee, baguettes, and more. The only real negative was the wifi was not good at all. We tried to talk to the front desk about this, but they were completely unable to fix it for us. I will definitely stay here again (especially with a larger group). We loved our stay!

I visited Vincennes for the first time in September and stayed at this lovely hotel. Really clean, gorgeous room and friendly staff. Vincennes was beautiful too. I visited free parks and everything you needed was close by. If I wanted to venture into the city, the Metro was handy too. A beautiful part of Paris.

Stayed here for a week during a trade show and have been back subsequently. The hotel is on a very quiet back street a stone's throw from Vincennes RER station. Away from the street are all the great bars and restaurants of this busy suburb. The hotel is 2 star establishment but don't be put off. The owner is a Canadian who has moved to France - he understands customer service, which is often a boon in Paris..... The rooms are compact but my 2 were immaculately clean, air conditioned and quiet. There was just enough wardrobe space to hang a week's worth of shirts and suits and the bathrooms are very small - tricky enough for me alone but it would be pretty tight for a couple's worth of toiletries. I didn't have breakfast but it looked nice and fresh with croissants and bread from the local bakers. My only negative comment was that I'd have liked a kettle in my room, but I am a tea drinking Brit!

The hotel location is superb, in the 12th district, safe and quiet, 2 minutes walk from the subway station, there is a market downstairs, very convenient. The room was clean and hygienic. The bath and toilet were separate. The first breakfast was great. It was very suitable for my Chinese stomach. I had a full meal every day. The restaurant was very stylish. Although I stayed for 4 days, I did n’t see an Asian noodle Kong, full of Europeans and Americans, highly recommended cost-effective, bed and quilt are the standard five-star, very comfortable!
