Overall not bad, very small room. Surrounded by small villas, there is also a beautiful little lake, very clean. Not far from the small train station. The Thai restaurant next to it is not clean, there are flies, and the spoon has not been cleaned.

The hotel is very big, the front desk staff is very friendly, and they don’t speak words and are patient to solve the problem. I live on the fourth floor. There is a straight ladder to take luggage. It feels very clean to enter the room. We are two people I live in a room, the bed is enough, the bathroom is separate and the inside is very clean, there are no slippers, the hotel is not far from the supermarket, there are two supermarkets, probably the street behind is also very lively, you can go to see the street is very busy Long, it’s close to the station, right on the building, right there is the 6A bus, and not far from the M3. very convenient!

We had a family room which suited our needs perfectly. The shared kitchen was well equipped and clean. The drains in the bathroom smelled but I heard this was common in Copenhagen, the floorboards were noisy but wasn’t too much of a problem as we were on the upper floor. Would certainly recommend, seemed like much better value that other options that close to the centre.

It's hard to tell what was best. Perhaps the best was the overall atmosphere in the hotel not only in the room, but especially in the common room and breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious, prepared with kind care and quality ingredients. What was great for breakfast was the zero waste approach - the only waste at breakfast was a small paper wheel that was covered with butter served in a porcelain bowl. But even the very friendly behavior of the staff contributed greatly to the overall well-being. I must not forget the small thing, such as the selection of music that sounded not only at breakfast and not only in the dining room, but also in the evening sitting in the common room. I don't know exactly what hygge is, but if I imagine something under this term, I found it exactly in this hotel. I will be very happy if I can come back to it again.

Last night I had a pleasure to stay at Scandic Eremitage and the level of customer service I have experienced exceeded expectations! Very sweet and helpfull ladies at the reception desk - Shahnaz is definitely an asset to the company! Delicious breakfast served within no time (even tho I appeared unexpected). Spacious, quiet room - just what I needed after long work day. Very convenient parking (right in the parking lot of the shopping mall) is definitely a huge advantage for those travelling by car. Can warmly recommend! See you soon! Warm regards Magdalena

We LOVED our stay at Charlottehaven!! Great LOCATION- only a couple of very short train stops from nearly everything. The actual hotel is quiet and in a neighborhood (which we enjoyed). It is still very much in the city. The trains were very easy to navigate. I loved being able to take a quick ride into the hustle bustle of Tivoli or near Nyhavn without having to stay in the middle of those chaotic areas. We loved being able to return to the comfort of our place at Charlottehaven. THE UNIT - clean and comfortable: we were on the 2nd floor facing the courtyard/park (I echo other reviewers and agree that this was a great option for those who prefer quiet evenings- it was super quiet throughout our stay)! Bed was firm and huge- very comfortable. I loved the space- every detail was highly functional. We opted for a welcome grocery pack and it proved very helpful upon our arrival. AMENITIES- excellent gym and sauna!!! I cannot say enough about these facilities! They were very clean, great/updated equipment, good layout, and flexible hours. Plus, reception provided towels and locker keys on request. STAFF- very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The chef offered a take-away Christmas Menu for Christmas Eve and we are so glad we were able to enjoy it! The menu was absolutely delicious! We are still talking about the meal nearly a week later! It was a thoughtful option for visitors who were spending the holiday traveling. Charlottehaven was a great value and a perfect place for us to stay while in Copenhagen. It’s conveniently located, and offers the perfect blend of apartment living and hotel services. Front desk was always very helpful- provided tea light candles, laundry pods, local recommendations, etc. The gym & sauna are epic! We would definitely return to Charlottehaven!

We were expecting a fairly large room, with enough space for 2 people and 2 single beds. We got the beds, but the room was tiny as hell. Not more than 5-8 metre squared. The bathrooms were filthy, everything felt tight and claustrophobic. Advertised as a villa, this place was nothing of the sort. And for the money we paid, we didn't get what was expected. Would not recommend if you're staying more that 2 nights and not alone. We had to leave immediately.

recommend! Can play 95 points! The check-in is quick and convenient, the location is good overall, the river is opposite, and the discount supermarket and shopping mall are next to it, which is especially convenient. There was a large terrace in our room. Although I lost the selfie stick, it was really good. The scenery was so good that I could see the running public. The breakfast is also very good. I recommend everyone to eat. It is not too luxurious. It is very rich. Every food is very comfortable. The foie gras and meat sauce have a variety of breads. Hygiene is good. We have breakfast. For an hour, it was especially comfortable to eat. The room space is really small, the floor lamp is still broken... I can't keep it off, but everything else is very good, let us fall in love with Denmark, will go next time!

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Doesn’t every hotel like toast obv not Lots of dust under foot poor cleaners don’t think they could keep up with it Had a bath in our first room Only to find the only way to fill it was from the shower ?? Copenhagen hasn’t always been known for great hotels unless you want to spend a fortune. Therefore I decided to book at “ staycation “ with myself and my daughter for one night at the new hotel Villa . Which is conveniently located 50 Meters from central station and located near everything. We walked into a beautiful reception area and were helped right away. Got the keys ( which you will need to get the elevator to go up ) nice touch if you like security. Our room was located on the 3 Ed floor and was easy to find . Our room was not only just clean, it was clean clean. Had a lovely bathroom with a double shower and a bathtub big enough for two . The bedroom had a hot water heater and a coffee makers . A little mini fridge which is big enough for a liter of milk ( in case you drink a lot of coffe n milk like myself ) . After dinner we went to pool which is a single lane however it is 25 Meters long and it was heated . ( don’t know if it is in the summer ) In the morning we went down to collect our breakfast which by the way was free. Due to corona the hotel had to make paper bags with fresh bread, cheese , ham , yougurt and you can order a Latte if you would like. The staff goes over and beyond . They always have a smile on their face and again the hotel is extremely clean all over . I have stayed in many hotels in Las Vegas and Villa is most definitely at the same standard then a hotel room say Encore . The rooms are a bit smaller but that is pretty normal and they have air conditioning and heating in the rooms . So if your planing a business trip or just a vacation you should definitely stay at Villa. You will not be disappointed!

The location is very good, more convenient, the service staff is particularly good, warm and thoughtful. However, every time Ctrip refreshed the trap of rising prices, it was really unacceptable. Originally, hundreds of rooms, and the last order of more than 1,700, I felt that Ctrip was too pit, and could not pit the Chinese people like this. I was very disgusted with this behavior of Ctrip. .

This is the best experience and one of my favorites in the hotel I have stayed in. First of all, the first item of my evaluation criteria for the hotel is the bed. Sleep quality is really important when going out for business or traveling. This bed is enough for a family of three, and it is comfortable without feeling loose. The facilities are also very American. There are ice machines in the corridor and other facilities are complete. The bathrooms are tidy and clean, and there is no old feeling. The buildings in Denmark are not very high. If your room is high-rise, you can overlook the city if you sit in front of the window. See Sweden across the sea in the distance. The second is the location, near the airport, but the transportation is convenient. There are direct subways and trains to the city center and the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport, and the city center is only a few stops away. Remember, there is a shopping mall and supermarket nearby. , Shopping and eating are very convenient. The parking lot is charged. I remember that there are about 100 Danish kroner per night, which is almost equivalent to the RMB. When the price/performance ratio is similar, I really recommend choosing this one. The price is still very high among the Danish price/performance ratio. Sometimes it is more cost-effective in advance or with a discount. I ordered more than 1,000 in two days.

It is near the municipal square, 5 minutes walk to Quvoli Park, 3 minutes to the pedestrian street, 10 minutes to the train station, 5-8 minutes to Jiabo Shi and the National Museum! But the room is average. The room is small after the extra bed, and the bed itself is relatively small. I ca n’t figure out how Europeans can sleep well. The bathtub is high! Breakfast is more average, it ’s exactly the same for three days, but the juice machine is more advanced! It is estimated that domestic Samsung standards will exceed five-star prices in late August!

I booked this room is still relatively large, a bit like a slightly better business hotel in China. There are a lot of hotel rooms, but there are also a little smaller ones. Two friends in the same place booked on the booking, the room is much smaller. I have a kettle in this room. This is a small surprise. There are no shampoos and no toothpaste. Breakfast is more abundant, fruit and lettuce salad. The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station. It is about 500 meters away. It can be reached by three trains and 36 Danish kroner. It can be reached on foot from the Municipal Square and Minhang Street. It is convenient, so there are many passengers. If you arrive before check in time, you can store your luggage in the special luggage room at the front desk. This is very convenient for tourists. Very good breakfast. Very satisfied. Although the hotel is not as rich and luxurious as the average hotel, it is really warm and cozy. It seems that there are paths leading to different functional areas. It is a better experience for Copenhagen, a city with its own unique flavor, to choose to stay in such a hotel with its own temperament. However, the standard room is really small, even if the layout is warm and comfortable, it must be admitted that it is indeed small, like a Japanese hotel. Good but not great. The hotel is located right in the center, very convenient location. Check-in was quick and efficient, not the warmest welcome on arrival but it’s understandable form a business hotel. Despite the fact that I was attending a big event at the hotel when asking for a late checkout until 2 pm instead of the regular checkout time which is 12 I was asked to pay 250 Krona. It’s not a lot but a little flexibility would have been appreciated. Breakfast is decent with some cooked dishes (the same everyday) and the usual petites, breads, cold cuts and so on. Variety could be improved. On a positive note, there are always a few different types of plant based drinks available. Here is where the hotel let me down: the room. While the view was definitely lovely, the amenities are very lacking. No water bottles, no kettle, no coffe, no tee. In the bathroom, no toothbrushes, no cotton buds. This time it's free. You need to be close to the airport. You can take the train downstairs. As long as there are two stations, it is convenient to take the public transportation to the city, about 20 minutes. We have just found our needs ~ double rooms need to save money So I found ~ Breakfast is not included, bunk beds, private bathroom, window, no refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, walk to nearby supermarket for eight minutes, and I saw the lobby is very suitable for business people Check in has a bar. It is convenient to drink, but it is also expensive. A glass of Coke costs 3 Euros! For breakfast, it is recommended to take a walk to the nearby supermarket when you arrive at the hotel. It is open until 10:30. At that time, the light is as bright as the afternoon at 3 or 4 in Taiwan. Because the ice water in the bathroom is very cold, we buy fresh food and put it in a chain bag. It was filled with ice water for one night, and it should be less than six hours of sleep. It was already bright, and the ice water was still slightly iced when we got up. Of course, the emphasis on saving the wind is the only way to go here The rooms are smaller. It is not troublesome to take care of your own meals. We bought cauliflower cheaper than Taiwan, and it was very sweet. Cooked in a kettle, you can dry some pepper or scientific noodles, super delicious! The only thing I felt was that the carpet was n’t OK. I changed my shorts and itchy immediately after I landed on the floor. When I lay down while sleeping, I found that there was a stain on the wooden board next to the bed. I wiped it with warm water and a layer of yellow dirt. For a room change, my daughter said that it cost around NT $ 1300 a night, let's forget it! I had to clean it the next day and help us clean it again and change the sheets to suck the carpet. However, the experience is that the response will be as soon as you enter the room. They say they will change the room immediately. From the kettle, on the table, there is no dust can be noticed. The above, personal experience, you may not feel the same, take what you need, just adjust it slightly!

The location is not bad, the train station is seven or eight minutes away! Going to various attractions also depends on the legs. There seems to be no special supermarket nearby, but there will be a lot of it in ten minutes, so it is convenient! The room is actually very old, the table and the window sill are broken, but the cleaning is very clean. There are a lot of small commodities that are sold, and the video is used for a long time.
