Staff at breakfast very efficient and friendly, when approached, albeit generally somewhat 'unobtrusive'. Good choice of restaurants for the evening, quite a few a bit on the dear side. Le Shack a nice place for a drink in the evening, plus Bullseye worth a try. The gondola up Mont Tremblant is a 'must do'. For the more adventurous, kayaking on Lac Tremblant was very good, but you might get a little wet!. Good washing facilities available for laundry.

Highlights were the gas fireplace, hot tub for après ski, and proximity to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain. You could be at the chair lift in 5 min from stepping out the door. Amenities were fairly sp****, beds just so-so, towels stiff, not enough outlets by the beds, no bar or restaurant at the hotel. But the drawbacks were overshadowed by the value and the location. You could stay at the Fairmont for twice the price, but you spend all your time on the mountain anyway, not in the hotel room. We parked in the heated parking garage under the hotel and didn’t use our car once. You can walk everywhere in the village within 5-10min. The skiing was fantastic, ski school for the kiddos was perfect, and if you order lift tickets ahead of time you can request that they deliver them directly to the hotel. Great trip, we’ll be back!

Delicious pool!we had a bedroom for five and worked very nice for us. The kitchen is full with supplies, nice bed and view. Personally I thought the restaurant a bit pricey for longs stays, but for that, the apt kitchen works very well. Definitely recommend it!

|9.72km from city centerWe stayed here over this past Christmas holiday (2022). The property itself is spread out over several buildings. Each building is 2 stories and contains 6+ units. Each unit has it's own private entrance and some have their own private porch. As such, there are no elevators. And because of the separate buildings, there are no porters or doorman or bellhops or dollies to help with your luggage. If you're assigned a 2nd floor unit (as we were), you'll have to carry your own stuff from the parking lot to the unit. Fortunately the parking lots for each building are close enough to the unit entrances such that even if your unit's entrance is on the side, it's not that far of a walk. Unfortunately, there are no assigned parking spots, so if the spot closest to your unit is occupied, too bad. The main building contains all the amenities - front desk, hot tub, pool, games, etc. And depending on your unit's location, it's either the next building over or a few buildings away. Our unit was in the building farthest away from the main building. We would have to either drive to the main building or take a 10-15 minute walk if we wanted to use the hot tub or other resort amenities. We booked a 2 bedroom unit. It was so worth it. The place was huge and very roomy for a family of 4. There was a gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen, huge living room and an equally large dining table. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The Wifi was strong and we didn't have any issues connecting or streaming videos. The nice touch was a mudroom entrance with a bench so one could take off your snow-covered clothing/shoes without tracking that stuff into the unit. What's missing are coat hangers so that we could leave our snow-covered coats there. The resort runs a shuttle to Mont Tremblant every 20 minutes. Unfortunately it doesn't stop near our unit, so if we wanted to take the shuttle, we would have to walk 10-15 minutes with all our ski gear. We ended up driving there instead. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and the resort staff did a great job clearing the snow from the parking lots as well as the sidewalks, stairs, and unit entrances. We didn't have any issues when we left in the mornings or when we returned in the evenings. The front desk people spoke English and were really friendly and made several excellent dining recommendations in nearby towns. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as well as the close proximity to Mont Tremblant. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing we would do differently is book earlier so that we could stay longer.

In the morning, I also saw a small deer foraging in front of the hotel. The maple leaves around the hotel are red, and the fallen leaves are colorful, which makes people linger. The hotel is not in the small town of Cuihu Villa, it is quiet in the middle of noisy. A three-minute walk across the road is the town of Cuihu Villa. There are food, drink and play. If you live in Cuihu Town for two days, you can live here one day and live in a hotel in the town one day. This kind of lake view and mountain view can be enjoyed. We enjoyed a French meal at the hotel. The oysters were small and not recommended. I asked for steamed salmon, but it was wrong to become other fish. The waiter was sorry and said that he could make a salmon again. We said no. As a result, the waiter gave us a free order for this dish, and we gave him an over-tip, everyone was happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel!

|8.27km from city centerThe room overall is great. The place is a little outdated, but it is clean and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Having said that, they should mention the fact that there is NO AC in any of the rooms! It's the month of August, and of course a heatwave has just descended on the area. I understand that 9-10 months out of the year AC isn't necessary, but when you're booking in July or August, they should mention the lack of AC. The unit is a 2 floor condo, and it's on the second floor, so the bedrooms are in fact on the third floor. When taking into account the fact that heat rises (and factoring in that it's 30 degrees Celsius outside), the bedrooms are at 29 degrees Celsius. Needless to say, it's unbearably hot, and sleep is next to impossible. It's unfortunate that not mentioning this simple fact spoiled what is otherwise a nice place to stay. If the reverse situation were to happen (no heating in winter), it would be considered unacceptable, but severe heat is just as unpleasant and potentially dangerous as extreme cold. They should simply mention the lack of AC at the time of booking and the let the guests decide whether or not they want to stay there.

The room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is open to the tourist town of Mont Tremblant for 15 minutes. Even if you live in a tourist town, the self-driving students can only park in a special parking lot (there are no places to park in the town's hotels), so it is better to stay in a convenient parking hotel outside the town and drive to the town. The dedicated parking lot in the town is free except for the VIP area of P1.

|7.54km from city centerMy family of nine had scheduled to travel to Chateau Beauvallon on Dec 26 through January 2. This was our Christams gift to our family which we confidently booked in July. In the days before our travel date, the COVID-19 public health crisis had escalated at a pace that no reasonable person could have anticipated. The Government requested that all non-essential travel be avoided in Quebec, and mandated that gatherings be limitted to a party of 6 as of Dec 26. Our party size and the non essentail purpose of our travel placed us in direct contravention of the governement restrictions. As it stood, we could not gather, eat together, or access any of the now limitted hotel amenities. This would not be the vacation we had agreed to or paid for. When we reached out to the hotel, to change our travel dates to comply with the Government directives, we were met with a rude and condescending response. The lack of flexibility and the manner in which we were treated by this hotel so disappointing. During what is an incredibly trying time, the Chateau Beauvallon was very unproffesinal and unreasonable adding insult to the injury of having to cancel a much-anticipated family vacation at a high cost. I would not recommend this hotel to any other family.

From the very beginning, the blonde old receptionist sent us to the wrong hotel room with all of our luggage - TWICE. After trying to break into some other poor families room in the middle of the night, we called her and not only did she not even care and made us luggage everything back, but she lectured us about where we parked our car. Which, by the way, doesn't even matter. Considering we paid for a full weekends parking in the hotels garage but the entire garage was full with no parking for us because ”people sneak in on busy weekends and towing says its too busy to enter the village today”- as per ”Remi”, the receptionist. The hotel refused to reimburse us for this because there were parking options on the other side of the village which is not what we paid for. ESPECIALLY with all the ski and snowboarding equipment. While I will say that the room was nice, I dont trust the bed either. I'm not sure if its a reaction to the detergent used for the sheets but I'd really like to believe that the reaction on my arm wasn't from bed bugs.. On check out when we raised all of our concerns to receptionist, ”Remi”, he interrupted us in the middle of our convection to say ”Please to stop talking” because a call was coming in and told us to ”please go to the side because its rude to keep people waiting on the phone”. As it wasn't rude to completely disacknowledge our entire conversation. Which went no where, we were told to just write an email to the hotel when we get home and given no reimbursement for the parking we never received. Worst stay of my life. They have some SERIOUS customer service and staff training issues they need to address.. after investing in a better garage security system and new bedding.

Pros: - fantastic location--close to the top of the Cabriolet (1.5-minute gondola ride to and from top and bottom of pedestrian village) and the bottom of the Telecabine (covered, 10-minute gondola ride to and from the summit of mountain) - our one-bedroom was spacious and had so much storage space, including extra hooks on the wall to hang our parkas and snowpants - fully stocked kitchen for four people - missing amenities were only a phone call away (there were no linens or blankets for the sofa bed when we arrived to the room) - ski-in/ski-out privileges so convenient! Storage lockers are in the basement--we parked our car close to the locker room so we changed into and out of our ski boots from our trunk - locks available for lockers if needed. We brought our own Dudley locks; we easily stored four sets of skis and poles into two lockers - staying on site meant that we could access ski lifts one hour before the general public (7:45 instead of 8:30--but they unofficially start operating the Telecabine at 7:30) Cons: - very expensive and there were no deals during high season - hot tub and gym out of service due to Covid restrictions - there is only one set of elevators (two elevators) for the entire hotel so there could be a wait during busy times - no night skiing - very cold (but we were fine as we dressed in layers) - the Telecabine line can be over 30 minutes long after 11:00 am--take advantage of early access! - as well, the runs are over-crowded after 11:00--I was fearful of skiing into people or having people ski into me at all times. The runs first thing in the morning were absolutely lovely. - The hotel is situated halfway up a hill. The gondolas are at the top of that hill (steps away) and it can be VERY taxing walking up the rest of the hill with ski boots on while carrying all the ski gear to get to the Telecabine line. Instead, ski down the rest of the hill and take the Cabriolet up. The top of the Cabriolet is situated right across (and on flat land!) from the bottom of the Telecabine--we learned the hard way how much less taxing this way is!

|3.71km from city centerWe spent 3 days here, in August 2023. It is the most beautiful B&B we have stayed in! The house is gorgeous, elegant, located in a vast clearing, surrounded by fir trees. The hosts, Kathy and George, very welcoming, generous and discreet, offer you not only a bedroom, but the whole house: lounge, living room, library, kitchen, terrace, courtyard. In the bedroom you have everything you need, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, different every day, cooked and served by Kathy with great grace and style. The location is very good, close to Monte Tremblant Village, where you can easily reach it by car or bicycle. But you can also spend an entire afternoon or evening sitting at home, in the sun or with a book on the terrace. You can use the well-equipped kitchen and prepare a romantic dinner, without wanting to go anywhere. The hosts give you all the necessary information to get to know the region. We felt at home and are very grateful to have been hosted by these wonderful people.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the 4th floor and found the unit to be very spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen was on the smaller size but had all the necessary appliances and kitchen accessories to make your own food and table large enough to eat in the unit (a big plus since new COViD restrictions prevented indoor dining in restaurants during our stay). The only con with the room was the single bathroom which has a bathtub but also a very small and strange shower tucked in one corner that isn’t very functional. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in before our room was ready and drop our bags at the front desk so that we could pick up some groceries nearby. The underground heated parking and ski lockers are very convenient and make unloading the car a breeze and since I forgot to bring a lock the resort provided one for a $25 deposit which I got back upon returning it. The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the ski lifts and lesson area. If you’ve ever had to carry your own equipment plus that of 2 children from parking to the bottom of the main lift you know how difficult it can be. The hotel ski lockers are literally 10 steps from the lesson drop off area and 20 steps from the main gondola line making this the absolute best location from which to start your day without needing to wait for or use the Cabriolet.
