The hotel is located about 300 meters from the U8 boddinstrabe station, which is very convenient for travel. Downstairs is a small supermarket (beer, drink 1.2 euros) but the wine is very cheap, do not have to worry about fake wine, eating a lot around. Hotel environment, facilities are very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has a bathtub, hair dryer. But no slippers (preferably bring it yourself, the supermarket buys 5 euros). There is a bar in the lobby, open until 1:00 am. Breakfast is 18 euros. This depends on personal spending power. Some rooms have WIFI, some do not. It is best to have an overseas roaming package, 20 yuan / tian unlimited.

I'm leaving this beatiful place today. I've stayed for 2 days and I'm absolutely in love with its location, its clean rooms and breakfast service. * Hospitable attitude * Clean sheets and comfortable bed according to a random hostel * Silent and comfortable building * Delicious breakfast service with a great deal of buffet * It takes only 2 minutes to reach out to Hermannplatz U6 Bahn station. Definitely recommend.

Worst place I have stayed in ten years, which isn't saying much given I am a frequent business traveller (book at least 75+ hotel rooms a year). I was asked at the last minute to replace a colleague at meetings in Berlin, only to find out that everything was booked solid in the Neukolln area. My colleague booked this hotel at the last minute for me, with an apology, as nothing else was available near the Estrel Convention Center and I ended up here in a smoky, dirty room. Worst situation was that the staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived in the early afternoon, and took a taxi to the hotel, arriving around 12:15pm. I asked if an early check-in was possible, and they said there were no clean rooms yet. I asked if I could fill out the paperwork and leave luggage, as I had meetings all afternoon and a dinner scheduled in the evening, so I wouldn't be back until after 10pm. When I arrived back at 10:30pm, I was offered a dirty room that reeked of cigarette smoke (blood and some sort of black dirt on the sheets, food on the curtains, dead fly on the ceiling, clumps of someone else's hair in the bed and on the toilet seat). The worst for me was the smoke smell, as I am a non-smoker and several colleagues also attending the same meeting also smelled the room and said it was disgusting. I asked if another room was available and they said no. I asked if there was a manager who could come talk to me, and they said no. I asked why the internet didn't work, and they said they had no idea why the internet didn't work, but I could pay for an ‘upgrade’ if I wanted. I had to go downstairs no less than five times because the room key they gave me didn't work, the internet didn't work, the room stank... the staff were rude and disinterested. The next morning when asked to speak to the manager about the situation, she was also defensive, rude and didn’t even acknowledge a problem when I showed her the room and explained that for someone who doesn’t smoke, a room that smells that strongly of smoke is completely unacceptable. She offered to spray some air freshener and marched out. Please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else! I would not judge this to be a 3 star hotel, unless they can bring the standard up.
Basic but clean hotel in a good location in neukölln. It’s more like a hostel than a hotel, there is never anybody at the reception. So better have a cell phone ready to contact anyone if you need assistance. when I arrived in the evening (you can check in until 10 pm) nobody was at the reception to open the door and I didn’t have a cell phone.

perfect location, perfect service, perfect breakfast, perfect everything the only malus was a disfunctioning WIFI in my room, which was a bit off the router radio Cheers to the serving attitude at this off-mainstreet venue, hard to top!
It is close to the Sonnenallee train station, and it is very convenient, but it is still one or twenty minutes away from the center of Berlin. The rooms are quite large and well equipped with bathtub. The sound insulation is good and the bed is comfortable.

The area around the is going through a rebuild. As there's no air con I slept with a window open. No need for an alarm as the construction work woke me every morning. The rooms are large, clean (some signs of mould in the shower) and the staff are efficient and helpful. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food.
The hotel is okay overall, in the Siemens town, next to the subway. Not too much service, some at the front desk are good, some are not smiling, but also charge extra for breakfast. Later, I will go to the exhibition and change places.
Location is awesome. It's almost like living in a park atmosphere. Lots of walking trails nearby, close to downtown and most of the major tourist attractions, but still in a quiet area. Public transit is readily available (bus stop right across the street, and several trams within short walking distance). Front desk staff were incredible throughout our 5-day stay there -- from check-in to check out. As we were in Germany to assist a family member, ours was more like a working holiday than a relaxing one and although our personal circumstances were seemingly constantly in flux, the staff were EXTREMELY courteous and helpful in adapting our reservations several times. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. There is a nice beer garden in the back where you can get an early start on "the German experience", but don't worry about all-night partying or rowdiness...it closes around 9:00 p.m. so, even though we had a room right above it, the noise was never an issue. Rooms are well-soundproofed so getting a good night's sleep was never a problem either. I would give this place more stars if possible, primary due to the outstanding staff and service provided during our stay. This will definitely be our "go-to" place whenever we are in Berlin.
Ocak (January) was a very pleasant surprise for our 4 days stay in Berlin. My wife’s criteria for choosing it was the bath tube and the private parking. And as we arrived we realized that was a wonderful choice. The rooms are spacious, queen size bed comfortable (much appreciated the extra pillows), more than decent wardrobe, a small kitchenette that we didn’t use, cozy living area and a generous bathroom with a pretty big bath tube. Everything clean & tide. Also a safe is available for your valuables. Parking place was the other surprise. As we were traveling all the way to Finland, our car was loaded with luggages. And Ocak has a perfect safe place in the i underground parking in which the access is done by elevator (the whole process takes about 4-5 minutes). The elegant restaurant was the perfect place for the variated breakfast (delicious and fresh). U fortunately it was not opened for dinner, and same for the bar (that had a good selection of drinks) because of the Covid situation. In less that a km you will find restaurants, a shopping mall and also a train and underground train station which makes the access to the touristic attractions (plenty) l very easy. We were delighted to find out that the hotel is owned by a turkish living in Berlin (and you can see in this in the attentions for details, architecture and guest oriented attitude) and that the employees - extremely helpful, kind & friendly are also turkish (delighted as Turkey is our souls home country, and if Covid kept us away from it, Ocak did a great job to makes us feel a little bit like being there). If there is something more that I would like from this hotel, that would be a balcony (as a smoker) and a minibar. But this won’t keep us away from returning here very soon and to highly recommend this wonderful location. Thank you Ocak for existing and for making us feel like home!
There is a bus stop 7 minutes downstairs, the bus is super punctual, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the Brandenburg Gate~~ Hotel facilities are great! ! More than 600 nights, five stars really live super satisfied ~~~ just breakfast is too expensive ~ to 25 euros, choose to go to the nearby supermarket to buy German bread drink latte solution ~~~
The location is good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, and you can walk or take public transportation. Shopping around is very convenient. Reception front desk and doorman service are very good and very polite. The hotel's decoration style is more ancient, and it doesn't matter if it is different from person to person. It is difficult to comment. What the individual doesn't like is the breakfast mode provided by the hotel. The buffet style on the table is only a small variety of bread, butter, cheese, sliced meat, a little fruit, a little juice and so on. Any omelet or egg, or sausage, or hot vegetables, must be ordered in a variety of language menus provided by a single door. Although the speed of serving after ordering is OK, the taste is average and even disappointing. The taste of the drink is average. The overall feeling of the hotel's breakfast quality is not worth the price it sells. In particular, if you are accustomed to eating a self-service rich breakfast, you may not be able to adapt to this breakfast mode.
The location of the hotel is very good, with a subway/tram station next to it, and convenient transportation.
There are many shopping shops nearby, and it is not far from the Haak Market. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play.
The room is large, there is a hidden induction cooker, and there are kitchen utensils in the cabinet, which is very suitable for friends who want to cook for themselves.
I really like the washing and care products in the room. The soap is black, which is very special.
I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service.
First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here
again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.
We always tend to stay here when in Berlin as the location is perfect for the gay area. Hotel staff are very friendly & accommodating. Room was warm & comfy but some of the furnishings are looking a little outdated now. Cleaner didn’t automatically come every day which was disappointing - no doubt another ridiculous Covid19 rule. The fridges with minibar seem to have been removed from the room which is a little annoying - shall we blame covid19 for that too?! The hotel also expects you to wear face masks which is a bit unnecessary as you can walk round any bar, restaurant, or shopping centre now without the need for a mask. I don’t blame the staff In the hotel for this rule but the company needs to get a grip & realise that most travellers are fully vaccinated now. How else could we have got to Germany in the first place? Having said that, we would stay here again as overall the facilities & location are good.
The twin room of this hotel is equipped with three beds. This situation is rare in China and is more suitable for family and children. The second is that the area that needs improvement is a pot that does not have hot water. But the front desk helped me burn a cup, thank you!
I have seen many hotels in Berlin and this one is by far the cleanest/most hygenic one! Especially now during Corona times, they literally send their cleaning team to sanitize door handles etc. every hour and they have a full no-contact check-in and check-out system that works by a telephone service that is always there for you. The cozy rooms and excellent location at Rosethaler Platz makes the stay just perfect. A secret tip: ask for one of their "signature rooms", created by local Berlin artists (no additional costs charged). Definitely a recommendation for everyone!
Maps.me map is wrong, Google maps are correct. Located on the west side of the main street. It is a little less than 10 minutes on foot from Alexanderplatz. 1 S-Bahn from SXF Airport. Dormitory for 4 people Shower toilet Ensuite. There is a mini locker. There is a locker that can be locked under the bed. Wifi is connected even in the room. The room and the toilet are beautiful. There is also a light outlet and storage at the bedside. If it's hot, fans can borrow a deposit of 20 euros at the front desk. There is a washing machine in the basement. 3 euros for washing dryer 3 euros. Cospa is wonderful in Berlin where the accommodation fee is high.
The hotel is located on the luxury street of Berlin. There are various big-name and traditional German brands, as well as general department stores such as Kadiwei, and also direct stores of Apple and Tesla. Shopping is very good. Go to Charlotten. The Fort Palace is also very close, but the facilities are a bit old.
Ive known Axel Hotels from Barcelona and enjoyed the great atmosphere but this stay was not great. Room was clean enough, small but pleasant, nice features with fancy radio in mirror (didn’t work) and fancy light switches (cool but lit blue all night so not great for people who like dark bedrooms). House keeping didn’t refill shower gel nor shampoo during a 3 day stay and let’s say Covid measures were light hearted… and then the Saturday night 5am party is great for everyone on the corridor. Walls are so thin that we woke up and had to listen to the discussion in front of our door whether they should sleep on this floor or somewhere else - which made me wonder whether it was partying staff or anyone with access cards coming back? No one at reception anyway to handle it. Gym looked impressive- weights, cable machine a couple of cardio machines- but had one disinfectant spray bottle of 250ml from Dm, no wipes, no paper to wipe the spray and also not even the request to guests to make sure people disinfect the equipment used. One gym mat which looked like rice paper it was so worn. Restaurant upstairs with Peruvian kitchen looked nice enough, be sure to brush up on your school Spanish though if trying to order. Checked out this morning and while I noted at check in that this was a business trip, I was still asked to pay tourist tax which I declined. Two hours later, just about to board the plane I see a charge for the tax coming through. Fraudulent.
The location of this hotel is good. There are two Chinese restaurants nearby. Go right and turn left. The first owner of the restaurant called Green Restaurant is more enthusiastic. The front one seems to be Cantonese. KADEWE Shopping The mall is about 10 minutes walk away; it needs to be emphasized: the hotel room is small, Wifi can only connect one device at a time, the speed is normal, the room just entered the moldy smell, originally wanted to change the room, the next day tastes slightly Better; convenient transportation, a few hundred meters in the vicinity is U BUS station or 100/200 station; next time it is estimated that this hotel will not live, because of the taste of the room, wifi, and cost. If there is no special requirement for taste and WiFi, this location hotel is worth considering.
The location is excellent, right next to Berlin's Brandenburger Tor, S Bahn is just off the station and the traffic is very convenient. As the originator of the European hotel industry, Adlon is worth living
If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.
A great hotel in a central location. The breakfast was great, although the atmosphere was pretty noisy taking into account the huge number of people staying at the hotel. The only disadvantage is that for parking I was not able simply to drive into the parking garage, although it says that no prior reservation is needed, so I suppose I had to call the hotel in advance and tell them I'm coming with a car. So I would advise Ctrip to update this part of the information. Nevertheless, if you want to pay 10€ instead of the 22€ a day for parking in the hotel's parking garage, you can consider the parking area at Gleisdreieck, which is around 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
The hotel isn’t cheap but then you get what you pay for We had a suite and a double room for the boys this weekend just gone to celebrate my 50th Everything done very well Stylish decor Smells great Staff very friendly Spacious rooms Superbly equipped Great bar with great service, drinks and snacks Breakfast was included in our room rate and was good Honestly didn’t rate the fine dining restaurant as much (different review) Nice pool Ok fitness room Ok spa Helpful concierge Great setting on the southern side of the Tiergarten overlooking the zoo We used the hotel bikes quite a bit as Berlin is pretty spread out! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Minor criticism was AC wasn’t up to the job in the large suite
The service staff is very enthusiastic. Very clean. The hotel room is small but already prepared. The soundproofing is too bad, the movements in the hallway are clear and clear, and the walls of other rooms will be vibrated. I was scared at night. The mattress didn't seem to breathe, and it was very hot to sleep on, and didn't sleep well at night. Air conditioning is either too cold or too hot to master. I felt that the price was good before I checked in, but I really didn't rest well.
We spent 3 days at Gorki last week, slightly early Valentine’s trip. We love it as it’s just easy here, spacious apartment, clean, modern, great location and in one of the best cities in world! We cooked one day and ate out the rest of the time. With so many bars and restaurants within walking distance, you are spoilt for choice! Regarding the review below, not sure what that’s about, we’ve never had any issues, hence our third visit and not our last. Also, we just loaded the dishwasher ourself, we didn’t need the room attendant to do it! Love the personal service too, when we booked our visit, Constance messaged me the list of rooms to choose from, from the category we had booked. This was great as each apartment is different, no 2 are exactly the same. We are working our away across the different categories :) We asked for a late check out and were told it was €50, we declined that, but we were able to stay in the room until 1pm. We’ll be back in the summer, see you then!
The hotel close to city center and to railway station lies in a perfect location, offers valet service for parking! the personnel is extremely friendly, helpful and professionally working. I got a quiet room with zircon, which is necessary on hot days in German summer. Breakfast was fine!
This place is clearly a Five Star Plus Hotel, and for a comparably low price!
The hotel is generally better, close to the bustling area of West Berlin, and convenient for shopping. Just pay attention to Ctrip's overseas precision killing is very stimulating. It is basically locked up for various price fluctuations, tax calculation, room reservation, etc. There are many traps for orders to be transferred to third-party suppliers. And the order complaint is more difficult, Ctrip overseas service is poor.
Before I comment the hotel, I would really like to mention the Receptionist Mo!! He was at the check in when I got there, and immediately saw his positive energy and vibe and at the same time professionalism, which is very important as it’s the first impression when you step in the hotel. He also speaks couple of foreign languages such as Russian, English, Italian, German... I am working as a GM of Korcula Hill Resort in Croatia, and I have to say that every hotel should have at least one Mo!!! Very smart and polite guy, and really hope he will be soon upgraded to a higher position in the company as I’m sure he’s capable of managing more complexed stuff, situations and business decisions. Amazing guy!! Also, another young receptionist Ane, I loved talking to her on Spanish and we laughed a lot during my stay. Very cool persona and her English, is just brilliant with nice accent! As A Moxy lover, I have to say that this Hotel, again, was very modern, cool, funky, colors and decoration everywhere, the Vespa at the entrance... Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the view not bad at all. Water pressure in the shower was perfect! Breakfast was good too. The location is great, only 300m to the S Bahn/U Bahn lines, very good connection with the city and Tegel Airport. I believe the Gym is great as well, it must be a stunning view at the area around the hotel... If you want a 5 star service and you don’t want to pay the fortune for it, book immediately this hotel!
Great location, good breakfest. The only problem is that there was not any warm dish during breakfest (like scrumbling eggs or simplu sussages). The staff is very helpful and ther was no problem with check-in even when I came at 13.00. And the free late check out on Sunday (for loyality program members) is the great option after Saturday clubbing. I really recomand this hotel.
Overall, this hotel is still more suitable for business travel, because the location is closer to the Brandenburg Gate, originally chose this hotel, the hotel is very good, the service attitude is very friendly, especially for children. Free breakfast for the children, and the breakfast is very rich, there is a paid parking lot, and the Bodhi Tree Down Street is only over 100 meters. It is also very convenient to go to the Brandenburg Gate. Overall, the room is also very large, the bed is The king size bed is very convenient, with a child of seven or eight years old without any problems.
We had a family stay in Berlin one week in this hotel. We got a great deal and that's why we chose this hotel. Pros: great staff, super location, very clean, good breakfast, nice lobby with games, free soft drinks minibar, great bar. Good beds. Cons: air conditioning set to minimum at the lobby, not cooling the the room (5th floor), noisy fire station near (we had room with street view where fire trucks). Why not again if we could choose the room.
The Room was smaller than expected so I would have liked a larger space for walking. Overall the beds were comfortable and I got great sleep. Didn’t hear or see our neighbors although we would hear their door open we never heard them. Overall very central and it was easy to get around in that area.
