The working relationship requires frequent bookings for guests and I chose Ctrip. Now I am extremely dissatisfied with Ctrip. Every time I have a problem, manually finding a customer service can raise a fire in my heart. Although the polite language of customer service has always been useful, it is just Good attitude, one problem can not be solved, what is the use of customer service? And as a Diamond VIP, the reservation price is more expensive than that of ordinary members. I really do n’t understand. I booked so many rooms, I want to write this review, I do n’t want to use Ctrip. There are so many other platforms, do you have the right to do it well? replace.

This property offers apartment-styled accommodations in the heart of Manila’s financial district and is fairly close to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Those looking for hotel staples like swimming pools and fitness centers should not consider the Amorsolo Mansion Hotel, but if you place a high level of importance on things like multiple bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with a full-sized refrigerator, major appliances, and a set of dishes, then this could be your ticket. The location speaks for itself, as the Amorsolo Mansion Hotel is close to all of the action, including the hottest restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in town. The front desk and the uncle and the waiters are very good. They will take the initiative to say hello and help with the luggage. But maybe I am not lucky. I live in a female dormitory. When I come in, the table is very messy. The bathroom is full of hair. There are several Chinese girls. I lived in this night to work, and I started to make up in the evening. I got off work very late every day. I was still mad at one or two. Someone had been coughing, and then I slept until noon the next day. If you get up early, it is not good to turn on the lights. In short, rest is not good. If you check in before, you will be charged 200 pesos. Breakfast has not been eaten, I don't know how, there is a Japanese material downstairs, there is a family convenience store across the road, you can pay Alipay, some shopping malls can also.

Good points are location and service. The location is just a few minutes walk to the green belt. There is no customer abandonment, as is often the case with hotel condos. If you ask the front desk, they will respond immediately. The bad thing was that the building was a bit old and there were about 5 small flies in the room. I killed everything. Overall cost performance is high.

The core area of Makati is conveniently located next to shopping malls and restaurants. There is an Italian restaurant that is super delicious. If you want to go, you can search for Italian restaurants. It seems to be five stars. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. There are only two hotels in the hotel. Elevator, a bit slow during peak hours.

I decided to stay in the Makati area, so I took this hotel, which I had been concerned about for two nights. From check-in, the staff's response is elegant and sophisticated unlike hotels in the Malate area. When you enter the room, you can look down on the green belt from the large window, and the room has a bathtub, sufficient amount of water and water pressure, and sophisticated equipment. It is still new and shiny and comfortable. What is a little strange is that there is no free bottled water, a water purifier is installed, and I will use this. The location and surroundings (I only walked around Greenbelt ...) were so sophisticated that I couldn't imagine the Philippines, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. The check-out date is March 15th, which is just the "Lockdown" start date for Metro Manila. The road to the airport is in a "rattle" state ... It was the first strange sight. It arrived in 10 minutes though! Points for choosing a room: Of course, the higher floors have a better view, but there is nothing to obstruct, so I think there is no oppression even on lower floors.

The Sphere is our go to place when we travel to Manila. Location wise, it is in a convenient location. Outside of the service apartment, you can easily hail a taxi. 5min walk from the hotel are the bus stops to different areas in Metro Manila. And a couple of blocks more is the metro station. Surrounding the area are big malls and restaurants that offers variety of food choices. The staff are always welcoming and happy to assist you with any concern. We'll always come back and stay here! :)

The location is the best right in front of the shopping mall, the location is the best, the room is small for the price, the breakfast was attached, but it seems that it is late anyway and the meal contents are substantial After selecting the pancakes, the eggs were an extra charge, so I felt a little bit more. He / she carried baggage and the staff was kind, but thinks that it is not enough when we think about price.

The hotel outside and the room with nice decaration. WiFi, electric plug, hair dryer all exist. Unfortunately, first night I arrived there have to wait more than 40mins at the lobby to get the room even I have already booked the room. 24hr kitchen available which is good and hot enough , but I think the taste and choice can be improve.

I often use it when I'm on a business trip. The surrounding area is a downtown area and everything is convenient. It's noisy on Mabini Street in front of you, so if you want a quiet room, ask for a room that isn't on the road. It was pretty quiet. The facilities in the room are reasonable for the price. Room service is cheap, tastes good and fast, so I often use it.

Overall it's okay, because the last time I went to live, I feel OK, so this time I set this up again, I was going for breakfast, the memory of the last breakfast is good! But this time breakfast can only be said to be full, which is better than domestic. The hotel is near the archway in Chinatown, there is a place to eat, there is 711, there is a shopping mall within 10 minutes, there is too much traffic there, it is recommended to walk slowly. The hotel pays for the shuttle. They help to book the car. We transferred to another island to t4 the next day, and the airport was a little far away. In about 40 minutes, they received 980p, equivalent to more than 130 yuan, which is very expensive. You can get the next grab in advance. I looked at it only 400p later. Only RMB 50. The waiter was very enthusiastic, and the beauties at the front desk could speak a few Mandarin words. The hotel did not take a picture of the hotel because it was the second time staying. The picture shows the specialty and fruit over there.

Breakfast is free, you go downstairs and tell him the Breakfast, wait a moment, you can also order breakfast and send it to the room. There is a parking space, but it is estimated that an appointment is required. Extra beds and children should also be informed first. The location is a civilian area in Manila that provides insight into the city.

I stayed for 12 hours to do have a rest. You can hear traffic outside and people in the lobby but it is NOT noisy. The staff are warm and accommodating. I suggest having food delievered from fastfood as their kitchen seems to be not in full capacity. Room is comfortable and comfort room is similar to those featured in Japanese airports though I did not like the smell of the toilet in general. Rates are budget-friendly. I stayed here for three days and asked to be cleaned when I went out the next day. However, the front desk told me that they did not provide cleaning service and had not cleaned the room for three days. The pillows in the room were very dirty and yellow, and they were replaced only when they were requested to be replaced. They were still yellow pillows. The experience was very bad. Front desk hotel environment decoration is pretty good. The room I lived was near the street. At night it would be noisy. Suddenly there was the sound of a police car. The air conditioner would not be very noisy.

Excellent price and room despite lack of most complimentary sundries you expect from hotels. For a price of just around 15 US dollars I got a family sized suite with a double bed and a bunk bed. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, however, the property has been having problems providing toiletries. In my first visit last August, there was absolutely no toiletries provided, but in this recent visit this September, a complete set was provided. This was not such a big issue for me though, since I usually carry around my own hygiene kit. But what I keep coming back for in this property is the surprisingly excellent food they provide, which is absolute home-cooked goodness. Overall, despite the shortcomings, the pros of this property far outweighs the cons. Overall

Forgot to shoot the interior of the hotel, the interior is basically the level of domestic hotel chains. Inside the lobby are all Marvel superhero themes, which are still quite cute. Seven days like home. Personally feel quite satisfied. New Year's Day holiday plus tax is only 200 yuan. The picture is the breakfast dinner and view of the hotel rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is 199p and dinner is 300-600p. I eat this 799p, which can eat two or three people. The place is about 900 meters from the subway station. It is also convenient to call a taxi with Grab. The price is really good. Someone sang loudly at the door, but I personally think the problem is not big. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk. There is 24-hour free coffee on the second floor. Spa on the 4th floor, 500p an hour. Free luggage storage at the front desk is also very good. This service is really good

No breakfast, but the bottom 711 has fruit, burger, and heated porridge, which tastes good. I usually double the coffee with chicken nuggets and poached eggs. The broken shop across the street is cheap and tastes good, and less than 14 yuan. I have been undercharged several times. The owner is very nice. Although it feels dirty, it is actually not dirty, that is, the store is low. I hope everyone is okay.

Personal check-in experience: First of all, the hygiene is very clean, there is air conditioning, and the people inside are very enthusiastic. Sooner or later, I will say hello to you, which feels good (being in a foreign country). Toiletries are not provided (towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo ...), paper towels are still available. However, this price is quite good. Did not feel unsafe there, the bunk beds had curtains. You can wash your own clothes, and there are places to dry your clothes. Here's a special mention. The clothes that dry in the evening will rain the next morning. The transportation is very convenient, there is a 7-11 convenience store nearby. I bought a calling card from him, and the clerk was very enthusiastic to help you get it (even if it was very busy), very moved! Recommend this.

We stayed here for my daughter's Visa Appointment. Location wise, the hotel is a great place to stay especially if you have an interview with the US Embassy. St Luke's Clinic is just the other side of the block. I guess my only concern of not giving a perfect 5 for cleanliness is simply because when we asked for Housekeeping, they told us that they're not allowed to change the beddings and we should be the one changing it due to pandemic. I don't understand why we should be the one doing it. Tbh, we don't know how to change the beddings the way it should. We don't have a choice but to accept the bedsheets and change it ourselves. I understand that there's na pandemic going on, but they should be ready for this kind of situation. They should be equipped in addressing this pandemic. They wouldn't be infected if in case we were positive as long as they should follow standard health protocols. That should be part of their SOPs to make sure the rooms are being disinfected on a regular basis regardless if there are guests. They could have asked us probably to wait in the lobby while the room is being cleaned. Anyways, overall I'm happy with the service and it meets our expectations.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The traffic jam in Pasay will be much better than makati, and there is a SM supermarket around the hotel, KFC and Mcdonald, and Japanese food on the first floor (relatively fresh and affordable, R100 per capita) There is also Century Seafood in the hotel. The restaurant can basically meet the needs of travel. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the airport to Skyway. It is also close to Manila's seafood market, with convenience stores and ATMs nearby. Hotel security is also in place. Handbags and luggage need to be checked in before entering the hotel lobby. There are two rows of rooms in the hotel room. You can see the sea view of Manila Bay (the sunset is beautiful). The internal facilities are old, but the maintenance is good. Especially praise the showers, the water pressure is very good, and the massage high pressure spray bath. Feeling comfortable. There is also a good outdoor swimming pool. There is a massage hot tub in the swimming pool. This is better than many hotels with swimming pools. The bathrooms for changing clothes in the swimming pool are also large. The only thing that needs to be talked about is their buffet breakfast, which is definitely not rich, and most of them are basically there. I compare it with GrandCitygarden, and the service consciousness of the breakfast staff is very weak, and the service staff is too old. On the one hand, there are many other times when you wait to find it before you can cooperate. It does not take the initiative to assist and ask about your needs. Overall this hotel is good, business travel is recommended, especially considering the traffic congestion in Manila ...

Affected by the epidemic, most hotels in Manila have stopped checking in for people under 14 days of entry. There is really no way to go to this hotel. The booking at the front desk is more than 4,000 pesos. In general, it can be said that there is basically no, facilities are rudimentary, and it is okay to temporarily stay. The only advantage is that breakfast can be delivered to the room, and it is 24 hours, two hours more than a normal hotel. Not far; but Flying Pig is cheaper than Ctrip, it is recommended to compare the price

This hotel is good, it is from a hotel chain, and it is relatively modern. Very clean. The service attitude is also very friendly. I haven't ordered breakfast. I think there is a place to eat on the first floor of the hotel. I have seen many people bring their children to live here. My friend drove to pick me up to park. Property Location Located on the side of Manila Bay, you can watch the sunset of Manila Bay in the hotel. It is close to various attractions in Wangcheng and Asian Shopping City. Need to check in at 2 o'clock. Close to the slums, our two girls would still be scared when passing by the slums. Do n’t go over the slums. It ’s better to go over the Manila Bay. The hotel is located in the urban area of Loren, and is located near Chinatown. The traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute walk to LRT1, a 10-minute walk to San Sabastian Iron Church, and a 20-minute walk to Chinatown Loren Cathedral. The surrounding environment is relatively noisy. The front door is full of traffic, and the electronics market is downstairs. There is a church, walking street and vegetable market next to LRT1 station. Resting at night will be noisy, but you can experience the life of locals. Supermarket in business district, convenient for eating and shopping. There is security at the entrance of the hotel, there are breakfast packages that can be selected, delivered to the room on time, and called the waiter to take away after eating. The hotel's decoration facilities are relatively refreshing. The room is spacious with a sofa and a window but cannot be opened. I was dissatisfied with the facilities I stayed in. The glue on the washbasin was black and mild, and it looked dirty. There are no toiletries, so forget it, we all have their own. But to vomit, the facility description is seriously inconsistent: 1. No hair dryer. The hotel said that there was a hair dryer, and the result was not in the room. 2. There is no 24-hour front desk service. First there is no front desk, the front desk is the public reception, not the hotel front desk, the hotel has an Office, at 24F, but not 24 hours service, service time is from 10 am to 7 pm, there will be a small list when you stay. The service time indicated above is 10am-7pm! 3, the most opinion is that the swimming pool is the building, not the hotel, the use of charges! The pool is charged! My initial starting point for booking this hotel is to have a swimming pool, but anyone can think that this swimming pool is a building, not a hotel. There is an extra charge for use, Philippine pesos for adults and PHP 150 for children. The only thing that is gratifying is that the responsible manager is a Taiwanese girl, very enthusiastic, has provided a lot of help, and the staff is very enthusiastic. This is the only highlight of this hotel.

This hotel was upgraded for the first time by the use of the tenth time. I have stayed in a room with a kitchen, a room with only a living room, or a room without a living room, but this time it was a room with a living room and an air conditioner in the living room. My friend always rents a fan in the living room for 50 pesos a day, but I don't need it because it's basically cold, but I was very happy to have the upgrade. If you think the living room is hot, please request room 307.
