Hotels Near Turfan In Nur-Sultan
0.7km from TurfanOur group stayed here while we were in Astana for a football match. The hotel is new and rooms are well equipped with everything you would expect of a 4* hotel. There is a nice cafe/bar on the ground floor and the staff are very friendly. Plenty of bars & restaurants within a 10 minutes walk.
0.84km from TurfanHaving stayed at the St. Regis Astana for several times now, it has instantly become our 'home away from home'. From the minute you set foot in the lobby, everything you experience here is not just great but extraordinary. We were very grateful for receiving a room upgrade, and the team even went the extra mile to commemorate my husband's birthday although we did not mention it when we booked. The Sunday brunch is hands down the best in the city! Do not miss it if you can. There are several 'shiny' 5-star hotels in the city, but none of them has measured up to this one. Based on my experience, it is the service that makes an establishment excellent, and the entire team working at St. Regis has internalized how to create the most value for us customers. Among everyone, I would like to accentuate Aida, Azhar and Nurbolat at La Rivière, as well as our butlers Tatyana and Svetlana, and personally thank them for making our stay unforgettable. Until next time!

0.92km from TurfanStayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.
1.2km from TurfanAt first sight the hotel is very good. For sure once this was a relly 5* Hotel in Astana. However, it was at least 10 years ago, since then lot has changed around the city, once this was a centre of Astana, now it is hard to say that the hotel is located in the cntral part but rather in the peripherique part. Now it is a mid range hotel. The furniture is quite old, the toilets also are from th previous century and from time to time it makes you think about the cleaning part of the toilets. If you plan to visit Astana, and look for cheap hotel around the city where you will not spend lots of time, but will only sleep till morning this is probably what you need. However, recently there has opened a number of new and cheap hotels around the city so you can still make a little research and find something better.
1.35km from TurfanI only stayed here for two nights, for a short business trip. The hotel offered a rather good price, as the wrestling world championships raised all toher hotel prices. A lot of the wrestlers also stayed in this hotel. Location is very close to the center on the city. The rooms were spacious, living room area and two bathrooms included... also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Reception staff was fast and efficient, also very helpful. Breakfast was a disaster, all the breakfast area smelled like hot oil... I basically had a cup of tea, everything else I would not dare touch...

Although only managed breakfast one morning this was a typical continental breakfast I requested something not on offer and hotel staff obliged well done and thank you the bar is a well stocked area Vlad the barman had a busy few days and coped really well as did all the waitresses who certainly earned there wages this month . Hotels Near Turfan In Nur-Sultan Review
Hotel good enough. The staff speaks good English and they are very helpful. There is also a gym! The room is big, tidy. Big bed, sofa, tv. There is also an iron and ironing board which is comfy for business stay. The only bad thing is the air-conditioning and heating system: it is normal set on 28 and you can't set it below 24. Still, itself came back to 28 sometimes. You have to open window to cool the room inside. The toilet very clean, with some free stuff like soap or shampoo. Big shower. Very nice. The breakfast: a little bit of cheese, some meat, eggs and pancakes. Some fruits and veggies. Also nuts and flakes. Let's say standard breakfast, but you can get bored after few days eating the same :)
I’m going to do everyone a favour and lay out the important stuff: - For those who haven’t already figured it out, ‘Elite Apart Hotel’ is a misnomer - it’s not a hotel. It’s a couple of service apartments leased out to visitors and tourists, situated within a massive residential complex called HighVill (the developer is Hyundai). - Before you even arrive at the hotel, and preferably 1-2 days before you arrive in Nursultan / check into Elite Apart, add them on WhatsApp and give them a heads-up that you’ll be arriving on which day and when. Better still, ask them to arrange car pick-up for you to ensure that the taxi driver knows *exactly* which block they should be driving you to. This could be an issue for some drivers, especially with ‘Elite Apart’ being housed within a massive service apartment complex. Think Airbnb - would drivers knows which specific block your airbnb is at (unless you were to tell him...)? No! So make sure that you have Elite Apart arrange your pick-up beforehand to play it safe. - Upon arriving at the entrance (you will see a big sign with ‘Elite Apart Hotel’ outside the block, or failing that, just look out for ARTISAN BOULANGER or Coffee BOOM - the building is right next to these two cafes), go straight up to floor ‘D6’, which is where the ‘hotel’ reception desk is at. You’ll need to get through a glass door that requires resident card access, but actually the other way of getting into the building sans card is to press the security guard icon + help button. Of course, I’m telling you all this with the benefit of hindsight, but I was actually only able to get in because I bumped into a resident outside who knew about the ‘hotel’ and took me up to D6 etc. - When I first arrived at D6, there was no one at the reception desk, and I had to wait for a couple of minutes before a resident came along, saw me and offered to call one of the reception ladies. After this slightly nerve-wrecking process, everything was pretty much smooth sailing. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. The only blot is that I found a dirty bath towel in one of the cupboards, but after I raised this with Elite Apart via WhatsApp, they cleaned it up the next day during their housekeeping run. One thing worth mentioning is that there was a washing machine in my room (with washing powder provided), which made things a lot easier for a solo backpacker like me. A definite plus from my perspective. In terms of location, it’s right next to several key attractions, such as the Hazret Sultan Mosque, Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, National Museum of Kazakhstan, Independence Monument etc. Unless you’re an avid walker like me who doesn’t mind 40-60 minute+ strolls, then you’d have to Yandex* to sites like Bayterek Tower and Khan Shatyr. Where food is concerned, there’s a sizeable supermarket called Interfood right behind the Elite Apart block building. It’s got virtually everything you’d need, and t
Large luxury hotel next to the Expo site, university and some government departments which is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. The hotel is busy with many facilities with a large conference facility attached where there seemed to be a different event each day we were there, but there is still plenty of room for all. There is still plenty of space in the public areas, a relaxed bar serving drinks and bar snacks/ small meals and a separate area for breakfast. There is also a roof top cocktail bar/ restaurant with fine views across to the Expo globe - vegetarian options were available and were good. Our room was off the cavernous central space and was large with a good bathroom - and also enjoyed a view over the Expo site which was interesting all day and spectacular at night as it changes colour and displays messages. It is a taxi journey to the centre of town (the hotel will happily order for you although they are a little erratic in timing and you need to check the price first) and you will not want to walk there at any time of the year so whether you stay here or in the city centre will largely depend on why you are in town/ where you are going. It is a few minutes easy stroll to the expo site and also to the Silk Road mall where there is a range of shops and restaurants - there are other options close by as well away from the malls.
The best Ritz Carlton hotel ever stayed, and was surprised that such good facilities and services appeared in Astana, Kazakhstan. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city centre, and all the famous attractions (in fact, the uniquely designed buildings designed by famous designers) are all within walking distance. The service of the hotel is of world-class standard. The English is very good. There are few hotel guests. From the main entrance of the hotel to the elevator, there is a doorman, the front desk and the lobby manager. Restaurant: The restaurant on the third floor of the hotel is elegantly decorated. The breakfast is very rich. There are even cherry, apricot, pineapple and other fruits. The cold dishes and hot meals are very rich, and there are few people eating and the environment is very good. The taste of dinner is also very good. The waiter I will chat very warmly and ask about your taste, because it is often only one table for a single time. Fitness, SPA, swimming pool: state-of-the-art equipment, very clear swimming pool, shower is a scene shower, can imitate what the Costa Rican rainforest is, the key is that there are few people, you can do whatever you want. Room: The room is very spacious and has a separate cloakroom. In short, the hotel is worth the money, there is a feeling of pearl.
The staff we met at the Hotel for our short stay were really excellent. We encountered great service throughout our stay, including very nice touches such as a surprise Birthday cake for my fiancee (I did not ask them, it was a nice surprise for me too!), and a complimentary cocktail with my meal because there was no crushed ice available. These things help you feel valued. The rooms are very comfortable. They are not the largest among Nursultan's main 5 star Hotels, but fine. Very clean and excellent selection of toiletries. The Buffet Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection available. Again, attentive, professional staff. We booked a deal that included an evening meal as part of our package- this was terrific value, with soup, salad, main course and dessert (all really good quality) at a very reasonable extra price. I would recommend this option. Our only minor disappointment was that the swimming pool and spa had lots of children in them, and so this was not relaxing, because the children were not being stopped from running, and dangerous diving etc. But overall, it was a lovely short stay, as a treat in Nursultan.
I really like the location of this hotel, on Dostyq street. It is within a short walking distance to the Khan Shatyr and Asia Park malls. It is also within a reasonable walking distance to the Beyterek Tower and other sites. The hotel is definitely very comfortable and upscale, and the two room suite that I had, was very spacious and nicely appointed. The facilities of this hotel were really good. They have a nice fitness room and indoor pool. The executive lounge had a decent food selection of light bites during the evening hours, and the food served at Aroma restaurant at the lobby level was quite good. The staff at this hotel was definitely top notch. Every need I had, they met and gave extra effort to make sure my needs were taken care of. Whether it was the front desk, executive lounge, fitness room, or housekeeping staff, they were at the top of their game and were warm and hospitable. I especially want to thank Nikita from the front desk. I had a need that weren't related to my stay at the hotel, but required extra effort and time to fulfill, so I could go to the right place in the city to have my specific needs met(finding a money exchange in Nur-Sultan that converted Uzbek Soms to Tenge). He made a lot of phone calls, and arranged for me to take a taxi there. He put in a lot of time and effort to make sure that everything went smoothly for me, and that shows a lot of dedication and devotion on his part. It was because of Nikita that I was able to get what I needed done. It wouldn't have been possible without him. People like him, are what makes a hotel experience great. Please give him the best commendation, acknowledgment, and thanks on my behalf. He deserves it! I had a wonderful stay at the Astana Marriott. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Nur-Sultan.
