We travel across Burma. During our stay in Yangon we got to the opening of a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, because of this festive day we couldn't have had a full lunch, but the hotel staff would have taken care of us so we wouldn't be hungry. We were frequented several times with super snacks free of charge so that we ate to satisfaction . We also received wonderful gifts : hats , towels and shopping bags. We thank the hotel manager and his staff for taking care of us so much. The restaurant is worth the recommendation. It is worth visiting.
My wife and I based ourselves in Yangon and travelled elsewhere almost the whole of February 2019. As we have been at the hotel previously we booked a particular room for our stays. When first arrived in 1 Feb got a nearly similar room but not quite what we were promised. When back from our visit to Mawlamyine we were given totally different but inferior room. Then again when arrive back to Yangon from visits to Ngapali, Pyi Oo Lwin and Taunggyi we were given another inferior room and in addition was moved to a back room where the window look out to the sewage pipes and rubbish filled back bits. Because we were travel fatigue and looking forward to returning home we stayed at the hotel. Perhaps our last visit to the hotel. Positive sides, staff friendly, location central and convenient to some good restaurant. BEWARE: Myanmar now has goods and services consumption tax and as such seek a full price quote for hotels and about 10% surcharge on restaurant fares.

The Pan Pacific Hotel in Yangon is one of the best hotels on the world. Nice and clean rooms, great beds and beddings, outstanding service. Great hotel manager and a wonderful team is making your dreams becoming true. I was there for almost 2 months due to the corona virus and I was feeling warmly welcome. Hope to be able to return again.
I like it very much, the location is good, there are large shopping malls and markets nearby. The hotel is clean, the rooms are chic, and the restaurant downstairs is delicious. The small gifts sold at the front desk are very tasteful, much better than those on the street. I bought a lot of gifts for friends and remembered myself.
The service and location of the hotel were satisfactory. However, I think the hotel is not flexible and user-friendly in dealing with individual problems.
I ordered 4 days first, but then the plan changed and I wanted to change to 3 days and then 1 day. Discussed with the hotel many times. Many friends have suggested that I discuss with the hotel and think it is feasible. It does not harm the hotel's interests and is a win-win result. And I didn't ask again when I lived for 1 day. Had to forget it. A similar situation has happened to me and it is well negotiated.
Two days later I will return to Yangon and change to another hotel.
We booked this hotel using Agoda, and the price was reasonable. The property allowed us to have both a very early check-in as well as a late check out, which was helpful. They have breakfast included in their rooftop area, which was quite nice. That same area is open in the evening as a restaurant and bar. The rooms were a little more marginal, although the beds were comfortable. I am not a fan of wet shower/bathroom rooms, which this facility has, and as a person with balance issues found myself very concerned about a possible fall in the very slippery shower area. The room itself could’ve used upgrading of paint, holes in the wall, better deep cleaning, curtain treatments and other cosmetic issues. The staff was amazingly helpful, and since I was only using the room as a place to sleep, it was acceptable. Wi-Fi speed was quite slow, and sometimes intermittent. As in many areas in Yangon, power failures can happen at any point in time.

the people do not all speak english at front desk. the rooom was small good for night stay. the ac would not go below 19 c . the water was goood and hot . the pillows ok. the room has safty box and ref. the bed was good against wall so could not wake around. you go to 3 floor to check in . you have to have key to go to floors. the breakfast was good. cold cereal and has asia breakfast. fruit good and coffee great strong. tv had only 2 channel with news english.. hotel airport pick up is 20.00 you can take a taxie for 9.00 or care service for 12.00.
I have set two, and it is very convenient to eat at 15th Street. It is eaten in the 20th Street Chinese restaurant. Because the things over there are not used to eat, I want to eat Chinese food. I can go to 20th Street. The room is small, but clean. The service is also thoughtful, Dad, they are the bunk beds. We are big beds, that is, the breakfast is very simple every day. I lived for 3 days. I used to eat the toast every day. I didn’t eat the noodles of their home. Because I don’t like the condiments. China's oil peppers, there is no refrigerator in the room, there are other hotels I live in. This is actually the kind of house that I changed from one to the other, one room at a time, the price is cheap, the price is almost the same.

Hotels Near Tuscany Italian Dining And Bar In Yangon Review
Good and clean hotel in a nice location. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are perfectly clean. Towels and sheets too. Breakfast is very good compared to other hotels that we’ve stayed at for the same price or more. Our first night was in the Premier room on the 7th floor. We didn’t like the shower drain that was completely clogged. Next day, we got a deluxe room on the 6th floor and it was better. My only recommendation would be to train the reception to welcome guests better when they arrive and check in.
Very nice hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. It is very close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel. There are Chinese food and Japanese food. The back environment is very quiet. The hotel is also very clean. breakfast
Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map. The position of the five-pointed star in the uploaded image is the location indicated by the route, while the small blue circle is the actual hotel location.
if you are on holiday and feel like treating yourself, definitely pick Melia. The swimming pool is super nice, the gym facilities are awesome/spacious, and it is a short walk to the mall. The in-house eateries are nice but expensive. just take a cab to Feel or Lucky 7 and get some authentic food.
Good breakfast.large room.large car packing.roof top bar have delicious food and very nice view. good service reasonable price.very good location near myanmar famous shwe da gon pagoda walking 25minute.kan daw gyi lake walking 10 minute. Bogyoke aung san park walking 15 minute.and center of Hotel zone.
If you come to the store and add buffet breakfast, it will be USD18. I would suggest calling room dining. An American breakfast is USD15.
Free late check-out until 2 o'clock
The attitude of the service staff is good, not fussy
There are free coaches to the airport, Shwedagon Pagoda, markets ...
Definitely a 5 star hotel, if you come back, you will want to stay again
There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, there are restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient
Airport taxi to 8000kyat, 40 minutes by car
I alway stay in this hotel b coz of grateful service and good staff. They are very kindly and friendly. Aspecialy thank for HK staff.I have to choice so many hotel but i'm not. I want to say Thank to F/O.. F&B..HK as well.Thank again to GT Teams. See ya.
The child is not yet 13 years old, it should belong to the category of 12 years old and under. You can go to the front desk behind the store to charge an additional $ 20. The room is small, and it is cramped after the extra bed. Fortunately, I only booked one night, and moved to Hotel99 a few hundred meters away the next day. Obviously, the room was large and cheap, because I had to stay a few days and talk about a discount. However, it cannot be denied that its breakfast is the richest since Myanmar, and the room on the 10th floor is relatively quiet, but the attitude of the front desk is too poor to communicate at all

The rooms are very satisfying. Quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good at housekeeping department Especially the reception staffs are very friendly. Waiter and waitress have very excellent services. It's cool to drink at the bar. What I would like to suggest is that the quality of the food should be improved even more. I will come later. This hotel is very good in the downtown area.
I use it on business trips. I think the price is reasonable and the quality service that is not the same as Japan is provided. There is no problem with access because it also corresponds to pickup at the airport. The breakfast is delicious. I hope that various facilities such as training gym will be substantial in the future.
It is convenient to go to the Myanmar plaza, the room is large, but the hygiene is not very good, the quilt is old. It is convenient to go to the Myanmar plaza, the room is large, but the hygiene is not very good, the quilt is old.
This was my 6th visit to Yangon, but my first stay at the Golden Butterfly. The hotel was chosen for its close proximity to the Shwedegon, our only reason for this visit. The hotel is ageing, aren't we all, but it still maintains some of its old grandeur with its beautiful entrance displaying timber craftsmanship of days gone by. The reception was managed professionally in a friendly welcoming manner. The room allocated was airy and clean, with a very large bed, TV and room safe. The bathroom was of normal size, clean and well maintained however the old style shower bath configuration may be difficult for the aged or those with hip and back problems as the bath stands approximately 50 cm high. We were only at the hotel for three days/two nights and as stated earlier our sole purpose this visit was to see the Shwedegon. During OUR stay the staff were friendly and helpful, arranged taxis for us and provided us with guidance as to shopping. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, providing me with a large mug for my breakfast tea rather than the usual 'thimble' size cups. The pool area was clean and a nice place to finish one's evening with a cold beer and a glass of wine. Overall this is a low to medium priced hotel ideally situated for a visit to the Shwedegon. Recommended though older or infirm guests should check out the bathroom configuration before booking.
The breakfast here is quite satisfactory. The hotel has strong Chinese elements. There is a Chinese seafood restaurant in the lobby on the first floor (important because Burmese food is really bad). The hotel is next to the zoo. It is fun to hear lion and tiger howling every morning. The swimming pool in the hotel is relatively high, but the bathroom in the room where I stayed didn't drain well, and it was not repaired after three days.
The room is very clean and the bathroom is ideal, but the TV can only watch the Chinese channel on the Internet, and there is no other international channel, which is not very good. Compared with the four-star hotel, the breakfast is relatively poor. If it is just a general business nature, it is not bad. choose.
The location is particularly good, close to the shopping center, but quiet on its own, and can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The service staff was very friendly. The facilities in the room were average and clean enough. There is a nice pool and children go swimming every day. There is an international 24-hour emergency rescue center downstairs. The friend who is traveling is sick and it is very convenient to see a doctor.
This hotel was booked by the plane on the 10th and was rested for two nights. The location of the hotel is a bit biased, in the alley, but it is also very convenient to navigate. Very clean, the food is good, the facilities are complete, there is a big stupa opposite, the scenery is not bad. The hotel cannot use RMB, remember!
Booked a Superior Twin Room (without window) and was upgraded to Deluxe Twin Room and free of charge for early check-in at 10:00 hrs. The hotel is in a great location which is a 10-minute walking to Chinatown and huge clean rooms. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were very polite, kind and accommodating, especially Mr. Lin Htun Aung on the waiter who was very friendly and always smile. I would definitely book again if something brings me back to Yangon and absolutely recommend.
Breakfast is good, extra bed charges, hotel location is general, lack of shopping malls around, just opposite the park, there is a Rakkai-style seafood shop in the park is good, there is parking, but the access to the parking lot is too narrow Easy to scratch the car.
