0.01km from Tutto BuonoWe recently stayed here and on the whole it was ok. The actual room was nice enough but quite small, each day it was cleaned and the beds made. The small balcony was over the front of the hotel and you could just about see the sea. The bed gave an ok but not amazing nights sleep. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The location was good, not far from the front, just off the main strip. There were many restaurants and bars such as the Rose & Crown closeby. Parking outside the hotel was on the road and not too bad but may be worse in high season. The hotel has free wifi but it is very slow and the connection not very reliable. Breakfast was included but unless you have a very sweet tooth i'd give it a miss. Most of it was various cakes and biscuits. There were a few frankfurters with some rubbery egg but that was it for the hot part of it. There was a lot of items available but it really wasnt good at all. They did however give me a free bottle of of prosecco as it was my birthday whilst there.

0.04km from Tutto BuonoWe choose hotel Vienna Ostende through many ,cause of its position and different opinions of people had visited it.From first steps we vere pleased by desck admin Michel with warm greetings and support to get room asap,as far we had arrived earlier.Later on all 7 days we were happy with staff and service at all range and all levels, the service from room keeper and up to desck was perfect, the warm atmospere of family and help ,or assistance in any matter was utterly complete. We would like to thank Mariano in restoran for his brilliant servise. The staff do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.Room was of good size and daily cleaned perfectly. We liked design of interier also. The sea is shallow with wide and sand beach ,normal in good ,calm weather, especially for small children but not suit for tourists who likes transparent waters of east Adriatic or Medeterranian sea.Price of umbrella and 2 armchairs with discount from hotel was 12 Eu and on beach- from15 Eu in mid and 20 Eu in front near sea We would like to recommend the Administration to change matrasses on bed -instead of two put one for whole bed.Fix some hooks in batheroom for towels and that`s all. 0.11km from Tutto BuonoI stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and was positively surprised regarding the services and hospitality provided. The hotel is very close to the seaside, maximum 3 minutes walk. It has a modern design. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, bright, with balconies. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was highly needed for the summer season. The ladies at the reception were super helpful and friendly. I was also positively surprised about the breakfast: Italian style usually includes simple coffee and some paistries, but this one was more than outstanding. Yogurts, dry fruits, omelets, bacon, fresh fruits, homage cakes!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone having a vacation in Rimini

0.14km from Tutto BuonoI came to Rimini in order to visit a professional exhibition took place in Rimini Fiera. I got a recommendation for this hotel. It's located 5 min walking from the beach. Many Italian restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel including a great Ice Cream place (Gelateria “3 Bis” – 10 min walking). What I like in the hotel is the sincere willingness of the entire hotel's staff to help solving any problem. I stayed in the 4th floor where there's a nice Gym. The hotel has also a roof bar and swimming pool which was closed (May is too early for that). Finally - the breakfast is very rich with a satisfactory assortment of different food including different Italian cakes and biscuits.
0.16km from Tutto BuonoLoved the hotel. Beautiful breakfast presented w elegance and style. nicer than what one sees at even a 5 star. Location was terrific as it was quiet and near restaurants and the beach resorts. However it is not that close to old town. A cab ride is necessary from the train station. Hotel is clean and spotless. The decor is functional and whimsical. Bathrooms are roomy and have stall showers. Rooms are very clean. Great place to stop for a clean room with a very pleasant atmosphere. The nearby restaurants are excellent. I would stay here rather than the seaside resorts a couple of blocks away. First of all because those big tall hotels are not as personable, but also because this hotel is very quiet. The terrace doors are amazingly thick. There is an infinite pool on the roof, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Did I mention - the hotel was very inexpensive. I was afraid at first to book it as the price was so low, even during the fall season - however, I was pleasantly surprised, I have paid double or triple and have gotten much less than this hotel in accommodations. I would definitely stay here again. I did go to San Marino for the day from here. Bus is about 5 EUR each way. Nice bus - a shuttle.

0.17km from Tutto BuonoThis is a perfect hotel, less than 5 mins from the beach. Our room is quite small and compact, but has a fabulous balcony over looking the beach. The staff are welcoming and very attentive. It's a B and B and the continental breakfast has a good selection. The bar is in reception which leads out onto a very comfy terrace. There is no pool, but there's a very large ocean across road. We are planning our next visit and we haven't left yet. Thank you Radar.

0.17km from Tutto BuonoWe wanted a relaxed few days by the beach and last minute booked with the King Hotel. Everything was satisfactory with the room. The employees were very helpful with check-in and parking. On our second night we decided we wanted to stay a third, then by chance ran in to the owner who was exceedingly friendly. He chatted with us and invited us to a dinner party the next night for all of the hotel guests. We don't speak Italian so we never quite got the full story and understood what the party was for, but the next night we showed up to an absolute feast! Seafood, meats, cheeses, dessert, beer, table service, more than you could imagine, and all on the house! We can't thank the owner enough for this hospitality and for caring for his guests so much. We've never been so surprised and pleased with a hotel experience.
0.19km from Tutto BuonoWe stayed here for 7 night in October. We booked the triple room so we would have more space. This was a double and single bed along with a separate living/kitchen area. The best part of the room was the two balconies, one overlooking the sea and one looking onto the church and street below. Staff were all lovely and so friendly despite the language barrier. Rooms clean and tidy with regular cleaning service. We did not eat at the hotel so not sure what this was like. There is a supermarket across the road for anything you might need. Great location to explore Rimini - about a 30 min stroll to Rimini Centro.

0.2km from Tutto Buonovery friendly and serviceable staff attend to your needs asap. very convenient and organized with comfortable settings and accommodations. close to the beach and walking distance of stores for shopping and eating
0.21km from Tutto BuonoWe are family of four who stayed two weeks in July and really felt like at home. Hotel Augustus is really superior. Staff is great. Pleasant professionals who speaking languages and immediately solve all requests. We also liked very much our room with sea view (extra). Also breakfast is extraordinarily with variety of fresh food. Breakfast is served on top floor with amazing view over the sea so our son called it “romantic” breakfast. Rooms are clean and renovated with new furniture and amenities. Location is great as it’s 1 minute from beach and close to downtown. Take in account that beach in Rimini is private so we paid 15 euros per day for 2 sun beds a umbrella. We recommend also excursions to San Marino (local bus) and to Bologna (train). Hope you will enjoy Rimini and hotel Augustus like we did ...
Hotels Near Tutto Buono In Rimini Review
Very nice, clean and well equipped apartments.Calm and relaxing pool area althoudh the water depth is totally adapted for smaller children. Some "wears and tears" in the pool but otherwise everything is great! If you get tired of the pool there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach. Nice and helpful staff also! The only downside is that there is only one restaurant in the close proximity of the hotel and the railroad dividing Rimini makes walking out for dinner a bit harder. With that taken into account and being prepared for, it's a wonderful place for a beach holiday.
The hotel is small and lovely located just near the sea. In the suite is modern well equipped kitchenette but we did not use it because there are plenty good restaurants nearby. The breakfast in hotel is wonderful, cheese, ham, bread, fresh fruit and berries, different croissants, coffee, everything was so good! The stuff is smiling and helpful, gym is ok and spa very relaxing.
I stayed at the Hotel Spiaggia Marconi in Rimini from October 6 to 8. From the outside the hotel is nothing special, but I was pleasantly surprised with the interior. The building is rather small, with a small cosy terrace at the main entrance, and a parking lot behind. It is in the first row of the hotels to the large, long, well organized sandy beach. Only the road – Lungomare – separates it from the brach. I had a rather small, but nice and clean room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the sea. The room has everyhing needed, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is large enough for two (or even three people) to sit and enjoy the sight. The beds are comfortable, I came as a part of a group, and we were delighted by the two dinners we had. There was no choice of dishes for us, but we got soup, pasta, main dish and dessert. The food was excellent. The breakfast was also of good choice and quality. On the other side the hotel is on the main street with lots of caffes, restaurants and shops. It is not far from the marina, but the old city center is not reachable on foot. I would certainly choose this hotel for a shorter sightseeing trip to Rimini. However, as it has no pool, that might b a disadvantege for a longer stay/vacation out of summer season. In all, the Spiaggia Marconi is recommendable!

The hotel service is very intimate and there is a rich happy hour in the afternoon. The environment is also very good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. There is a wide variety of bread for breakfast, satisfying!
In the peak season of the exhibition, it just happened to meet the peak of the reservation. Some problems occurred during the reservation, and it was quickly resolved after communicating with the front desk. The beach can be seen from the balcony. Behind the sea, the scenery is good. Recommended.
Simple and clean hotel (I lived in a single person room). Very good location - near the beach and short walk to airport. Friendly staff. Every day the room was cleaned. Snow-white bed linen and towels.
We only used this hostel to literally sleep in, so we didn't get much from the hostel experience during our stay, but it was very pleasant overall. Beds were clean, the location was very good (close to the train station), and we ate breakfast there before kicking off our days and that was very pleasant as well. The city itself doesn't have that much to do, but we also took a day trip to San Marino which was very enjoyable and the bus for that is also close to the hostel.

very small, but very tidy and well managed hotel in Rimini. It is not settled so close to the beach (300 mt. far), but nor so far. The best is that it is settled in a very quite are and it values such much in Rimini...you can easily get fun just by walking for few dozens of meters, but you can get rest in the night and it is such valuable. Every room has been dedicated to one of Fellini's movie and the staff is very very kind and warm...you can really feel as you were among friends, I liked it. The hotel faces of a street where several slots of parking are available for free. Good point...being not on the sea he prices are very good. Give them a chance, you will be positive impressed.
Modern, looks like it's been completely refurbished lately. Funky decor and perfectly functioning facilities in-room and at the hotel in general. Excellent service: I had booked a room in their residence but was upgraded to a room in their main building on the spot. I also needed some extra time at the hotel as was catching a flight from Bologna in the afternoon: the hotel management offered me a very late check-out (1:30pm) with no additional costs and, above all, without even me asking for it. I will most definitely stay there again when in Rimini. This is how a hotel should present itself and be run - no matter the star rating.
Our sons chose this hotel for us as a surprise 60th Birthday gift for my wife. They made a great choice as this hotel is everything we would like it to be. To begin with the location is ideal for bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. The designated beach areas for this hotel are 12 and 14 and you can obtain a discount at these. There is a pleasure bus that runs from virtually outside the hotel which lasts an hour and will take you on a tour which includes the old town area - 4 Euros return trip, 2.5 Euros one way. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it is from here that you can catch the coach to San Marino - an absolute must if you are in the area. There is also a lovely green park nearby. One word of caution; there are lots of cyclists who don't always stick to the cycle routes so take a quick look over your shoulder before you change direction! As for the hotel itself, I was trying to think of any negatives and the only one I could think of was that there was only one large coffee cup in the room! The rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of storage space, a large comfortable bed, TV, a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, a coffee making machine and a safe for which there is no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily to a very good standard. There is a good sized swimming pool and I particularly liked the gazebos available for those who don't want to be out in the direct sunlight. For the breakfast buffet, there was a good choice of fruit juice, cereals, cold meats, bacon and egg. There was even prosecco available! a late breakfast could also be taken outside. A big thank you to the reception staff Diana and Alice who were so helpful with any request we had and especially for going the extra mile to help us with our lost luggage. I had no problem with the hotel wi-fi throughout my stay. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Rimini.
- excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the bus station, 10 min walk to the railway station; - special discount offered for the facilities at the nearby beach; - very nice and clean apartment; - very welcoming host.
My Family have been staying here since 1981 when the current managers Grand Parents where running the hotel. Over the years we have seen 3 generations of this family, each modernising and adding facilities every year. We have probably stayed here between 25 and 30 times and have never experienced a problem. The kitchen offers food cooked to the highest standards, and if you are not keen on the menu of the day (3 courses and 3 choices of each) the chef always has alternatives available. The location of the hotel makes it a perfect choice. The beach is on one side of the hotel and the shops on the other. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help wherever possible. I m looking forward to our next stay. Thank you everyone at the Aristeo, Kathy, Simone and Victor
Hotel is good location. Staff are excellent from reception through restaurant, bar, cleaners and gardeners! Hotel is very clean in both the room and common areas. We used the bikes a few times. They were good quality and of course being at the seaside cycling itself is flat an undemanding. There are a lot f cycle lanes now and a bridge has been built for cyclists and pedestrians to join both halves of the park making it very easy to get to the Old Town. This was our second stay and would certainly stay here again if we come back to Rimini
Everything about this hotel is wonderful as the Grand has real charm - it is like stepping into a film set and it's easy to see why Fellini fell in love with the Grand and all it has to offer. It is indeed very grand, timeless and has a magical charm that graces every room you wander through. The hotel is classically decorated throughout and is spacious and well, just beautiful. The grounds are beautiful day and night, with lovely patio areas for sitting. The pool looked amazing but was closed when I was there and they have a private beach. It all felt like a F Scott Fitzgerald novel. My room was exceptional: Spacious, two balconies, walk in dressing room, bathroom sea views and fabulous windows bathed in sunlight through the wonderful charming lace curtains. I also loved the fresh oranges in the room. I was not able to use the spa, as I stayed one night only and it was booked up. That said, it looked great and had a good selection of treatments. Reception was very helpful and efficient and as I was early and my room was not quite ready, I had a drink in the charming bar and they arranged my luggage for me to the room. Breakfast was excellent: Great choice of hot and cold food , selection of juices and a wonderful dining space. A big thankyou to Giampaolo for arranging a fantastic room for me and also to Sandro. I would return to this hotel in a heart beat.
Very nice hotel overlooking the beach. We had side view which was nice. Small balcony but there are no seats for sitting out. Room size was reasonable & bed was very comfortable. Lovely restaurant area overlooks beach/sea. Felt breakfast was disappointing both days we were there. Hot food was not kept topped up & fresh. Bread selection was also poor & didn’t appear particularly fresh either.
We have been visiting the Panoramic hotel for quite a few years now, usually in combination with a cultural stay in another region of Italy. The hotel is ideally located by the spiagga that is immaculate thanks to bagnino Bruno and his team. We would particularly recommend it to families with kids as they will find everything they can dream of to enjoy their day (games, playgrounds etc...) The hotel looks great, the rooms are nicely decorated and the meals at the Seabreeze always offer the best of Italian cuisine but the main asset of this hotel is Antonio, the manager and his team. THey will always go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay at the fullest. You REALLY feel welcome in a very unpretentious way... We absolutely love it and will be back as soon as we can.
We stayed here for 4 nights in August as there was a punk rock festival close by and we wanted a hotel with a pool. The room was fairly modern and looked good, we have no complaints there. We could have done with our room getting swept or hoovered every day though, as our floor ended up with sand all over it due to drunken walks home on the beach each night. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard I thought, nothing over the top. The pool area was lovely too, and we enjoyed our time spent around the pool. Location wise, you cant really fault it, the beach is 10 metres away and there are enough restaurants close by so that eating isn't an issue. Ok, the only real negative I can find, the key system. I've stayed in hotels like this before, so its not unusual. They give you an actual key on an overly big or heavy key ring, and you then give the key in before you go out. The problem is......they put these keys where everyone can see them. We were room 410 I think it was, but when we come back to our room, we know room 119, 401, 307 and so on are empty as we can see the keys hanging up. We easily could go back in the afternoon and see what rooms were empty and I guess we could pick a different room key and enter that room without any question. Also our room key was stored at the end of the storage system for the keys. We would come back about 2am, if no-one was on reception we would just lean over and take our key. Which anyone could do really. I dont mind the idea of leaving our keys, but I feel they should be out of site rather than in main view of everyone else. In conclusion, if the music festival has a good line up, I will happily stay here again :D
I travel to Rimini often on business and never would consider staying anywhere other than Hotel Alisei Palace. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel more than one time, but it deserves the recognition and my own personal appreciation. This has become my "home away from home" when I am in Italy. Not only are the rooms large and comfortable, but the manner that the hotel is managed and the friendliness of the entire staff cannot be any better. Breakfast each morning is included in the price and is very good. Each time I visit, I am remembered by name. Anna has been recognized by others reviewing their stays and she is tremendous. She has given me great suggestions of local restaurants and sites to see when I have time. Each evening when I return, she remembers exactly what I like to drink after the long work day and has it ready for me when I come back down from dropping my bags in my room. I then can sit outside near the pool and enjoy some light snacks and my favorite cocktail, a RG Special. We were traveling to Italy with 4 friends that had never been to Italy and I wanted their time to be special when we were in Rimini so naturally I had to bring them here. When you have experienced the best, why stay anywhere else. When your travels bring you to Rimini, take my advice, stay where you are remembered, where the know your name seemingly even if it is your first time staying there, and truly appreciated your business, and this is at the Hotel Alisei. Thanks Anna and all the team at Hotel Alisei for your kindness and attention.

The hotel is opposite the train station, the station is also at the door, it is very convenient to travel, although not luxurious, but very clean, breakfast options are OK, Italian style, the front desk staff is good
Except that wifi is very poor, everything else is fine
My husband, myself and our dog stayed here on our long journey from the UK to Greece. We had booked a one night stay but it was so wonderful that we decided to stay for another night. It's a small, elegant and immaculate hotel. We stayed in room 206 which was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was served in the small restaurant area which was located in the reception area. A good selection of food and drinks were available. The hotel is fronted by brother and sister team Davide and Rosella, who were both so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, plus the hotel is very dog friendly! The hotel is in a great position, not far from the main road but far enough to be away from traffic and noise. A short walk takes you to restaurants and shops, plus there is a park across the road which leads to the old town of Rimini - well worth a visit. There is also a small car park at the front of the hotel which is another bonus. Overall, this was a superb hotel and I would certainly stay there again and strongly recommend it! Fabulous!!
The Aria is quite new and in good condition. It's in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the main street of the beach area (that has plenty of restaurants and some tourist shops). The beach is a further few minutes away. The historical center (which the locals consider to be the city center) is about 20 minutes away by foot in the opposite direction. The closest proper supermarket is quite far, almost 1 km away. The hotel had an underground garage for paid parking. It had high capacity in two floors, but with very tight turns and quite small parking spots for each car. We had a junior suite, which was a single room (but quite large for such). The breakfast had a wide selection and the items were of high quality. Despite of the covid-19 pandemic it was a buffet, but not self-service: a waiter/waitress collected the items you asked for. There was a small pool on the roof, with nice views on the Adriatic sea on the other side and the hills (including Monte Titano with the three towers of San Marino) on the other. There was a good amount of sun chairs at the pool area. There was also a bar and room service served food also in the pool area. Pool towels could be rented for 3 euros (it was possible to use the same towel over multiple days, if you wanted to). The Wi-fi was fast and reliable. There were a few nice surprises: prosecco in the minibar as welcome drink and water bottles to go when checking out. On the other hand I would have expected some extra explanations at check-in because of covid-19 (e.g. explaining the safety regulations for us foreigneirs when checking in), but there was none.
The staff are amazing. They couldn’t help us enough. We always got a good morning / evening or have a great day no matter what time of day it was. They really are faultless. Breakfast wasn’t tantalising, but it’s ok. The rooms are tiny. We always travel light but we felt very claustrophobic in the rooms. If you are asthmatic then maybe don’t stay at this hotel. The carpet is a little dusty and it made my partners asthma flare up. Personally, I would stay at the hotel again. My partner may make a different choice however.
It wasn't many reviews about this hotel, but I must say the hotel is very good!! Location is perfect and if you compare to the closest expensive hotel as Milton Hotel Rimini, which is next to the Biancomano and twice more expensive. Of course, there is better breakfast and dinner, but if you like to try a different type of food and not to be tired of the same food, it's better to choose a cheaper hotel as Biancomano and the rest of the money spend in different restaurants. Hotel in looks little bit tired from outside, but rooms is new and very clean. There is now nothing extra, but you have everything what you need to have good sleep. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach (which cost 15 euro for 2 people and umbrella ).also closest food shop just around the corner, which is very helpful if you like to have a bottle of wine on your balcony in the evening. If you came here for few days probably it will be not enough time for you to discover the city centre as to weather is perfect to get tan, but you can get the tourist train which is going around the city in the evening from the beach and go across the area. Breakfast in the hotel is very limited and simple and if you like to sleep it will be nothing for you when you decide to come down around 10:30 am. The city is small so its very easy to get from the airport to the hotel and back. Trip cost around 20-30 euro one way, so if you are lucky to get cheap plane tickets it's per place to spend one of the weekends in warm place :))
The Hotel is quite striking from outside and the internal decoration is based on Fellini - the film director. I was travelling alone and had opted for an Economy Room. The room was small but with a full double bed, wardrobe, mini-bar fridge and a work surface. The Bathroom was large, spotlessly clean and a good selection of toiletries was available and replenished each day. There were French doors onto a veranda with a small table and 2 chairs and, had the weather been better, I would have used it more. The Hotel is well placed for the centre of Rimini and the beach area. I visited in October, so the number of Tourists was slowing down and I can imagine that parking etc could be more difficult in the Summer months. There is a big Car Park opposite the Hotel - they do not have dedicated parking. The breakfasts were very good, as was the coffee and there was a range of restaurants within easy walking distance for the evenings. The rooms are served by a lift and all the public areas were very clean. The multi-national staff were very helpful.
What a great hotel and what lovely people who own it. We chose the hotel Felix as it was not far from the Autostrada and also as it had plenty of shops bars and restaurants in the surrounding area plus the beach is 2 minutes walk at the end of the road. The Host Simona is just lovely your typical Italian lady, always helpful and smiling we had a great time at the hotel be it a short visit as it was. The place is spotlessly clean and the food excellent so if we return to Rimini we will stay here again and will definitely recommend it to our friends.
