Incompetent worker charged me WAY more than it should have to, the check I received didn't make ANY logical sense whatsoever, to say the least, as he made the bill up randomly and nonchalantly by calculating things in a way that was utterly unfavorable for me as a client, including charging me for things I didn't order or manipulate the order in a way that doubles the price of every ingredient. To add insult to injury, and to his unprofessional behavior, his individual person-to-person attitude was reprehensibly rude, unpleasant, and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he wasted 15 minutes of my time, only to come up with another bill that is MORE expensive!!!! How ridicilous is that? Lying deceitfully and acting arrogantly, this worker is responsible for me never visit again at Frapoli, not with this attitude. Lastly, I would like to emphasize its inability to control his emotions when client tells him the truth, and his unwillingness to bear responsibility for his mistakes, among his inappropriate behaviors I would mention facial expressions exhibiting neglicence and carelessness, rude and impolite tonality, aggressiveness towards clients, playing psycholgical warfare with your mind and let you wait only to give you more a expensive bill. This behavior is unacceptable, and was instantaneously reported to the manager. I hope some justice will be brought and someone will put this worker in its place. Disguating behavior, really. Luckily, his manager was more polite, logical and professional, and provided me with a proper bill after much sweat blood and tears, so to say, of unnecessary negotiation

Imagine that after a 17 hour flight + commute time. Staff was lovely. But it could be a bit cleaner and the location is somewhat convenient. Especially that it’s near food to buy and the metro. You just have to walk a bit and get through the market place & alleyway.

|1.53km from city centerWe really enjoyed this old fashioned hotel. The staff from reception to house keeping are polite and very friendly and efficient to make sure the stay was good. The pool and spa are excellent. Two small niggles with our suite. 1) When children are expected is it sensible to put condoms in the draw? 2) an open display of various chocolates in a “kids mini bar” is not to helpful to parents. Lastly and the reason why we do not give five stars. Every morning in the breakfast room the male staff were walking around and actively preparing food with their Covid masks either below their noses or less. This even by the welcoming breakfast manager. We complained on the first day but nothing changed. When all the house keeping and other staff scrupulously water the masks correctly at all times this open display of customer disregard was a blemish for us and also others we spoke to. We will certainly stay here again and hope that a restaurant manager is appointed that enforces the hotel rules.

|8.23km from city centerOur recent stay at Maristella was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and the facilities were clean and modern. The view was spectacular! A few things not making the grade were: the lift was not functioning - very disappointing as my wife and I have serious knee problems. The A/C was not functioning correctly - it worked but did not cool the room. I think the refrigerator was installed incorrectly - maybe the door was not working properly. Some of this may have been due to the ongoing renovations. For American guests maybe a warning....we had a difficult time with our bank cards. We brought 5 different ones but none worked so we had to go into town to get a lot of cash to pay our bill. The staff was very generous and nice and patient with us though! We would definitely come back if the lift is in proper working condition.

I was met at the door with a warm greeting and then at the desk the receptionist was so sweet. She was patient with my questions and very kind in her answers. Check in was very fast!! and my room was perfect! Clean, neat and in very new condition. House keeping does a very thorough job cleaning. The staff is very good with advice about the city, and can give advice and instruction as to where to go and see the Best attractions. Victoria was so very nice to me, personally asking if everything was alright with my room and check-in. Her Smiling face will forever be etched into my mind. |1.26km from city centerThe Frapolli isn't a great hotel but it's pretty good and for the price it is an excellent value. The hotel was clean, inexpensive, and service personnel were extremely nice and willing to help. I stayed in one of the suites, I think the nicest one, and it was fine. It was large, with a balcony overlooking Deribasovskaya street. Even though it was winter it was fun sitting on the balcony and people watching. The negatives about the room were that furniture was somewhat sp**** and seemingly chosen at random. The bed covering was approaching threadbare status. That said, I would stay again. While not luxurious, the room was clean, the people were nice, and the location of the hotel is ideal. Breakfast and the lobby bar were both enjoyable.

The season is probably noisy here - as the window comes out to the most ”moving” street :) but in the fall and in the quarantine in the evening, the noise if there is any - it is not too late and it is practically uninterrupted. All necessary in pedestrian access. Elevator is not available. Parking is provided at a shopping mall 100m from the hotel. $150 per day (this with a discount for staying with Deribase). Staff is very welcome. There were problems (breaking the door of the shower, breaking the toilet) - all nuances and inconveniences were quickly eliminated. There is a chat with the administration in all messengers - very convenient! About the room (404): - small - comfortable bed and pillows - cozy - 2 yards - perfect when someone wants, for example, to work - and someone to rest - a big window (can look at Deribasovskaya) - sofa - minibar (humble) - The teapot and the tp is not - the cooler with water and the tug with the board on the floor - a small bathroom, not a new plumbing - there is a vent - cleaning every day, but in the bathroom there were hair. It is clear not ours) - it is visible that the number is already a little ”small” (stick on the carpet, paint on the ladder handkerchiefs, etc.), but still cozy - sufficient size of the closet, enough hangers, Breakfast compartment 4 options are available. Although definitely cozy. - Delicious breakfasts. It is definitely not worth taking with you when you leave lunch-box, it is just bosian. The restaurant's kitchen during the day on the amateur of the author's feed and vision of the recipe with a sub-cover. For guys it is easier, like me, more in the like of the neighboring sea restaurant Terrace. - Beautiful lobby with sea view. Direct respect. - The sea itself in October was not interested, but it is definitely not for beach recreation option. Drop from a stone parapet on the stairs into dirty water. In the heat there you can touch intellectually. And the pool is tiny. - Staff - polite pleasant youth, work, are trying, nice to look. - The location is beautiful for walking around the city. Without a taxi you can walk easily to all the central attractions of mines for 15. Output - for less money I would stay happy. The current price for order is overstated.

To the beach 2 minutes walk, it is located in the most ”great” place of Arcadia, at Ibisa beach club, Easy beach club and Aquapark. Our stay included breakfast (typical Swedish table: sausages, sausages, bakes, chips, tortoise, Sweet, toasts and a mass of salads and baked vegetables). Breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m., to take food out of the dining room is forbidden! But you can eat on the territory of the ”Marine” bar which goes straight to the ”health track.” The dinner was required to order in advance at the reception and to speak the time you plan to eat it. The dinner was on the territory of the ”Marine” bar. The servings are large enough, the food is delicious. A small cassis occurred last night, but the Administrator apologized and offered a sweet ”compliment” as a bonus. The staff is young, social and attentive. We traveled with a small child (10m), there is a child chair, at request provided boiler (for the child), provided additional garbage packs and a baby bed-management. Cleaning rooms for 4. At the time of settlement I found a lot of tips on the floor and even a coin behind the furniture. But! The bath was clean, fungus or raid was not found! From big downsides the lack of elevator and pandus. The wheelchair was pulled up the steps to the first floor. But I understand there is nothing to do, the building is old, Soviet times. The hearing is terrible. Our room was right next to the stairs and the lobby has a passage space up to the second floor, so you hear ”joyful” guests who were late returning to the rooms. No security. The hotel has a protected parking, But in the lobby itself there is no familiar ”bugaya” that would cool the pores of hot beaches and a pour of ”gentlemen.” Plus there were two rooms in that room, the bedroom was removed from the entrance by another door, it saved. Arcadia place noisy, NO! Because of the location of the room and the EXCELLANT windows, there was almost nothing from the street. The pool Wonderful in the blooming sea just perfectly have such a pool in the hotel that the patrons can visit for free. It is a pity just from 9 to 21. The pool is clean, the chlorine does not smell, meaning the chemistry is not sorry and qualified, the water line is cleaned regularly. The pool goes deep up to 2.5 meters. The water temperature was 27-28 degrees. In the pool area, a separate shower, a toilet, and a closet for storage of things. It is possible to smoke only on the terrace on the third floor or on the street (in rooms with the terrace of the class of Lux I so understand it too can smoke, but we did not live there, it is necessary to clarify on the recipes). The room also has a minibar, two tables, two TVs, a closet with hangers, a safe, a double bed, a layout sofa, a top and local light. Bath, toilet, a shelf, a bunch of shelves and glasses for toothing.

BTW the place is functioning on high powered generators,so no worries about electric outages- there they have electricity and wifi 24/7 👌

Not the season, also quarantine - number 702 half-luxe with jacuzzi we got at a very pleasant price less than UAH 1,300. - clean, light, non-involving interior, comfortable two-bedroom bed, not as often found - 2 singles, combined. I was pleased with climate control - you can regulate yourself how much you want to be warm in the room - it is important to me, I love when heat. Good noise isolation, the view from the window is beautiful. Near the hotel is a beautiful park with a small lake and a shopping center. The room was a twig and a smooth board - very convenient. On the zero floor there was a good clean gym. Worked only Hamam - the sauna was closed. From the downsides - in the indoor pool water is ice - so I didn't use it and the pressure of hydromassage in the jacuzzi is weak, but it is not critical. Very liked the Bulgarian kitchen, especially the pigeons in the grape leaves, the restaurant service is good. Breakfast was not included - we ordered ourselves in the morning what we wanted. They were satisfied - took chiscake, coffee, cappuccino and omlet - it came out 180grn. And for the romantic weekends and for business command - it is just a fabulous place - we and my husband liked it very much!

Wide comfortable bed. Windows went out on the road, but noise didn't bother us. The cost of the minibar products is in the folder with hotel information. There is a children's room near the restaurant that has very much benefited us. Breakfasts are delicious and varied in the cost of accommodation, lunches are also here. They issue towels for the beach and for the swimming pool. The beach ”Chaika” is 5 minutes walk.
