|2.73km from city centerThe moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the staff, I knew it was going to be an incredible trip. To start, the location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What made the trip extra special was the head concierge, Alexsander. It was my first time in Canada and he told me so much about the history of some buildings and recommended all the places to go. He even took the extra step to walk my friend and me to Palate Kitchen around the corner to make sure we didn’t get lost and introduced us to the hostess. It was such an incredible level of customer service that I haven’t ever experienced , even when staying at other 5 star hotels. All the recommendations of sites to see made our trip absolutely perfect . The overnight front desk agent even offered me water and offered to call a cab when my Uber cancelled for my 5am flight. The other employee working that shift even carried my luggages to the car in the rain and waited with me outside until they were there. The room was spotless and so beautiful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We were also given a handwritten card with Rosé upon arrival as well as breakfast vouchers and early check in. Thank you so much to the staff for making my vacation so magical. I can’t wait to refer my friends vacationing to stay at this hotel. What a special experience! Also, the breakfast and restaurant staff was phenomenal !

|2.68km from city centerThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the attitude of the staff is very good. My English is not very good. I met a very good Chinese-speaking lady who helped me print documents and book a car. She also told me what software can be used for Chinese food delivery, fast food around, and daily As expected, there are Chinese supermarkets and Italian restaurants, which are very convenient. If you are willing to walk, it is also close to the Chinese district. There are many Chinese restaurants, and it is also very close to the airport. It is a good recommendation for transiting from Vancouver. Five-star recommendation!

|3.65km from city centerWe were in town to attend a family birthday which did not include dinner so I chose this hotel because i wanted to go to the iconic Tiki Bar. Upon checking in we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room with mostly original decor still being used that gave it the iconic vibe. When we decided it was time to eat we found out from the desk girl that all the eating establishments at the hotel were closed for renovation. This should have been divulged at the time I booked; it is important information as there is no places close by to eat & the price of the room was not discounted to reflect the lack of facilities. We were also concerned about the safety of our vehicle but everything was fine & we were surprised how quiet it’s was (we were facing the rear parking area). The bed was comfy & we slept well.

|6.39km from city centerI chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF:
(1) airport shuttle is more punctual
(2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection)
(3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining
(4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter
(5) The lift works smarter..
What I like:
(1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area
(2) The staff are nice

|2.55km from city centerThe hotel is located in the old city center, relatively old, and there are many homeless people nearby at night. The hotel room is relatively large, it is a small suite. The breakfast is basically Western-style, not self-service, you need to order, English is difficult to order, and the service staff will ask for tips. Check-in is only possible at three or four in the afternoon.

|0.78km from city centerWhen I came to this hotel, we had daily breakfast and the hotel provided snacks and red wine once a day. On the first day I entered the hotel, I went to the lobby to eat at 7:00 pm. There was a Hong Kong man named JOE at the front desk of the bar. He could speak Chinese because I do not speak English. Well, I use a translator to translate the menu. The restaurant is dimly lit and the translator is small, so I can't see it clearly, so I asked him what kind of dish it is. , I said I understand, but you can't ask me? My eyes kept staring at me, I said my eyes were a little flowery, he kept laughing and said it had nothing to do with him, so he laughed out loud at the bar, very insulting, mad at me, and then said, what you just ordered is Noodles You Chinese can't eat spaghetti noodles. After talking for a long time, I ordered red wine and he asked me if you can drink red wine? He also questioned my order, I said it was free, he immediately asked another waiter to confirm in front of me if I was eating for free, and after confirming loudly, he said that you can go to eat and then you will have to pay, he said I always discriminated against Chinese people, and I kept saying Chinese Chinese..., but when I turned back to talking to foreigners, my face was full of smiles, so I went out to the duty manager to complain, and the solution was to upgrade me to a room, I asked him to apologize, He didn't apologize, saying that they have human rights here, so I wrote another complaint letter to the general manager. I didn't want much, I just needed an apology. Is this too much? It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a reply. I was going to stay for 13 days and I checked out early after 3 days. Because of racial discrimination and not being taken seriously, I will continue to go to their headquarters to file a complaint. (Hong Kong has returned, I know some People in Hong Kong can't accept it, I really can't think of such a thing in a five-star hotel), I won't stay at the Sheraton Hotel, the hotel restaurant service is so racially discriminatory
In addition: there is no problem with the work at the front desk and the service of the bellman. The air conditioner in the room is very loud. If the air conditioner is not turned on, the room will be quieter. I forgot a new hair dryer in the drawer, and the hotel didn't call me to say that I had forgotten it. This time in Canada, this hotel was really unhappy, especially unhappy, and I won't come to stay in the future.

|2.24km from city centerWe were fortunate to find this property after the original hotel we booked gave away our handicap room. The staff was accommodating, understanding and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a safe, clean place to stay. The staff ALL deserve kudos from the front desk, to the maids and the lovely ladies making breakfast. Top notch property.

|2.5km from city centerThis hotel is SUPERB in every way. Their location is within walking distance to one of the train stops (we didn't use, but its 5 minutes away), a short 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals/seawall. We stayed 2 days prior to an Alaskan cruise and everything was amazing. The level of service was genuine and fantastic. So often these days you can feel like someone is ”going through the motions”. That is not at all the case here. The front desk greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and was so personable. The hotel is beautiful! A historical building restored beautifully both inside and out. The lobby area is amazing with dark beautiful woods. We were upgraded from a standard room to one of the largest standard rooms, overlooking the museum directly across the street. Upgrades are amazing, but just know they aren't always possible! Food - We at breakfast both mornings in the lobby lounge. Which saying sounds odd... but it is such a cozy spot. Food and service, again were fantastic. Room Service was also delicious! Concierge was so genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed out time in Vancouver! I look forward to a return trip where we will likely include some time back at the Hotel Georgia and some time in Whistler as well. Thanks to all at the Hotel Georgia for making our two days such an incredible experience!

|2.07km from city centerThis hotel could be so much better, especially for the price. On the positive side, the staff, including the concierge, Lisa, and the whole crew on the G floor are outstanding - the most friendly and helpful people. My suite was comfortable and quiet. The king size bed was firm. The air conditioner works well. The bathroom is big. The hotel location is good, near museums and Yaletown, with restaurants and boutiques nearby. The gym and the pool area are also good and, not many hotels in the city have an outdoor pool. The negatives are the extreme neglect regarding renovation and cleaning. For example, with COVID still an issue, after I checked in and stayed the first night in the hotel, I found an empty bottle of water behind the sofa and an used and dirty shirt near the bed. I did not noticed it immediately, because I arrived at 2 am and went straight to bed. To get my room cleaned daily was an ordeal. The hotel apologizes for being understaffed, but the prices were high, around CAD $5.500 for a week’s stay. If you cannot deliver the service, you should not be charging for it, The carpets and the curtains look old, dirty and shabby in the room and common areas. But by far the worse things about the Hilton Vancouver are the elevators. It is not unusual to wait 15 minutes, I am not exaggerating, to go from your floor to the lobby. I understand there is a shortage of workers in Vancouver, but some of the disappointing features of the Hilton could, in my opinion, be addressed by management that cares and is committed to providing guests with what they deserve based on their rates.

|2.42km from city centerThis time at Ctrip.com, this hotel first encountered the problem of Ctrip's promotion of Chinese services and found that there was no Chinese service at all. After communicating with Ctrip, it helped to provide a temporary solution. I did not expect that there was another unpleasant episode during the check-out at the hotel. After the check-in, the front desk did not take the initiative to give me an accommodation bill. To be honest, I did n’t remember to ask, or another guest found that his bill was wrong. It was there that I remembered that I should also take a look at my bill. As a result, there was an error in printing, and I charged 44.47 more for parking. I felt wrong even though my English was not good. They immediately took back the bill and tore it off. They recalculated and printed it out, and then came back. They only returned me 35 yuan and asked why it was not returned in full. Then the front desk tore the bill back again. Then recalculate and print it out correctly. I was very unhappy with their inattentive service. The end result was that they wrote this small note to me, and apologized and explained it. To be honest, I apologize for their apology. I really regret it. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. Ctrip introduced that there is Chinese service. In fact, they did not provide any Chinese service at all. The latter mistake led me to this so-called five-star Wedgewood leisure hotel with ancient European tradition
Wedgewood Hotel feels very bad, this is the only regret in my Canadian trip [naughty]

|2.49km from city centerBecause the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

|8.23km from city centerThis room was booked back in February for us coming from Ontario to BC for our daughter’s wedding. Air Canada canceled our flight last minute and we up having to drive out. After three days of driving we arrived at this hotel only to find out they had cancelled our reservation. They claimed we were a no-show the day before even though I had confirmation that I had messaged and had also called them to change the arrival date to one day later. They couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience and just blamed Expedia, which it wasn’t there fault. I spoke directly with the hotel but they said I did not even when I showed them the message on my phone. They are rude, uncaring and awful. We will never ever attempt to stay at their hotel when we come to visit our daughter. I won’t ever give them a dime of my money after that nonsense.

|2.69km from city centerVery unpleasant stay experience, arbitrarily charged too much deposit and no refund. Has repeatedly urged Ctrip to coordinate. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service staff is very dedicated. After 20 days, the deposit was refunded. Also in Vancouver, the Four Points by Sheraton, also booked through Ctrip, collects a deposit upon check-in, and returns the deposit on the third day after check-out. Would love to know why.

|3.63km from city centerThe location is great, located right next to Stanley Park!
I paid an additional amount and upgraded to harbor view.
If the weather is nice, be sure to choose a room with a view!
It’s worth the extra money!
The default is wall view.
But is it because I expected too much from the service?
I requested a repayment from the restaurant due to the use of a coupon.
He said he couldn't do it because the bill had already been closed and that it was the manager's decision.
In this regard, guidance was very insufficient.
Other than that, I am satisfied!

|2.43km from city centerThe St. Regis is one of my favorite hotels. It is centrally located so that walking to venues, shopping and restaurants is easy and convenient. Our suite was clean, tidy, comfortable, and elegant. Even though our room looked out on Dunsmuir Street there was very little street noise. The hotel is quaint, elegant, yet comfortable and not fussy. The lobby is small, yet efficient. A small library is located between the business center and the lobby. The library chairs are comfortable, the room is light and bright thanks to the tall street-facing windows. Our room service experience was top notch - the food was hot and delicious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hearty - servers were all pleasant and friendly. One of the most wonderful aspects of the St. Regis Hotel is the people who work there - Juan, Eduardo, Matt, Miguel, the housekeeping staff, breakfast waitstaff - all were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and approachable. I don't know when we will visit Vancouver again, but when that happens, I will stay at the St. Regis.

|2.08km from city centerI stayed here for two nights recently for my trip to Vancouver. This was a last-minute booking and my first time here. I chose this hotel over the other I had previously stayed in just for the location. The location is a roughly 5-10min walk to Granville street Skytrain. The location also offers a lot of restaurants nearby and 7-11 and McDonald's which are 24hr if you are hungry in the middle of the night. When I arrived it was just at 11 am and they had my room ready and let me check in early which was nice. The room itself was really small but okay just for one person. The only things I didn't like were the pillows heart my neck being so big and the small shower with a rain head, very inconvenient when you don't want to get your hair wet.....right ladies!!! For sleep quality it was okay, my room faced the Staples right on Seymour it was quite a noisy street to be on so just beware. To note I had only booked for the night but ended up having to stay another the hotel offered me a better rate than what I had originally booked on Expedia for roughly $10 or something less and then also offered me a late check-out.
