A very good homestay, it should be located in the city center, the city is very small, and the airport is not very far past. This is a private villa remodeled. There are only four rooms in total. The business is very good. I grabbed the last one. I went quite late, and the big iron door was locked. The boss came out and opened the door, checked in for me, and then took me to the room. The room is quite big and cozy, with a kitchen, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very clean. Breakfast on the first floor the next day, the set meal is also very good.

And opposite the hotel there is a famous satellite noodle shop from Udon Thani. - Affordable rooms In the morning, the hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the hotel lobby. - Double room, booked in the Trip app, price approximately 820 baht per night. - Family room for 3 people, booked in the Trip app, price approximately 950 baht per night. - The room is very new, the bed is soft, the bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is very cool. But the room doesn't keep much sound. People walking and talking in the corridor in front of the room could hear the sound very clearly. - Bathroom has good water flow and has a water heater. You can take a shower easily.

What struck me was the cleanliness of the hotel with the exterior looking a bit aged inside was shiny and new - Woke too late for breakfast but the breakfast room was nicely arranged, clean and new looking. Rooms cost around 1000 baht per night depending on the season i guess but the rooms was spacious. What i loved was the shower was in it's own part and the bathroom/toilet was in another! I opened the door to find the toilet and the sink and no shower! I thought the other door was to a balcony but it wasn't, it was a nice shower space with windows - I like the ventilation i feel sometimes hotel rooms without proper windows in bathroom can smell moldy or icky it's just a personal preference. Staff was hospitable and nice I like that in hotels sometimes when you travel out of Bangkok and not at a major city Service minded staff sometimes isn't there. They also have free drinking water, nicely sealed and amenities - Soaps, Shampoo and show cap. Location is great as well - There's a coffee shop in front will review shortly and a convenience store in front which is definitely convenience and it's smack in the middle of Udorn so everything is nearby. For the price and service will definitely come again.

Convenient and simple stay. We stayed here for a 2nd times. Easy to get here and just a walking distance to Nong Prajak park and we just walk from the hostel to get a street foods and nearby convenience store. This time we book two nights and they have only twin beds left which is good for us. Small simple and clean . We recommend.

The first thing I noticed about the hostel was its good energy. I met the owner-couple who are young and vibrant - and they nurture that culture. Art deco is everywhere from wall murals of The Beatles, musicians, and radical-thinking revolutionaries. Wifi is everywhere, the staff is helpful and friendly, egg on toast breakfast, and they also serve the best burger in Udon Thani (check out their MUG BURGER)! Great place to meet travelers too. Highly recommended !!!

This is at least my third visit. I returned because it is a quiet, simple, and inexpensive stopover in UT for 1 night on my way to Laos. The communal part of the hotel is tidy, well maintained and clean but unexceptional. However, I only want a good comfortable room rather than paying for frills I do not use. The rooms themselves are very clean, in a good state of repair and exceptionally well and thoughtfully decorated. Tea-making facilities, hair dryer, toiletries, safe, fridge, It almost seems like a 4+ star hotel once inside the room. I have no need to look anywhere else in UT now I have found this hotel. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Nice hotel, bit out of the way in Udon Thani and therefore secluded. Went with my Thai wife for a romantic getaway for a couple of nights. The photos makes it look better than it actually is in the external grounds and is much smaller and more compact than the photos make it look. It's definitely chic and vintage with some really cool vintage pieces throughout the hotel grounds. I'm not sure about the caravan parked in the carpark.. But Hey.. Thailand. Stand out is the evening entertainment at the ”hidden” rooftop bar. Entertainment was top notch, starting with a casual classically trained pianist (really good but didn't crowd interface too much), followed by an acoustic guitar/piano duo who was absolutely fantastic and took requests (these guys were amazing) An absolutely amazingly voiced guitarist. The final act will leave you amazed and I would consider one of Udon Thani must see entertainment icons. I'd call him the Thai ”Elton John” to be honest. He's entertaining. Vocal range is massive. Engaged the crowd and is funny and very polite and nice guy. Must see entrainment. My only complaint was the intermission music where the tended to play loud EDM in the breaks between acts, which kind of ruined the vibe. Some light jazz would have sat better with the vibe and energy of the nights entertainment to be honest. The rooms are new. Quite large and spacious bathroom is good quality and the showers are excellent. We did have a slight issue with our air conditioning leaking water all over the floor but apart from that. Well worth the stay. I found it a little boring during the day. Breakfast was good.

when visiting family in udonthani ,i always stay at top mansion.its within half a mile to central shopping center and the night markets.where you can get anything you want there food drink entertainment .there are a lot of bars close by .one is called night and day .looks like a big hanger about 100 metres from top mansion .the soi ( street) has lots of different bars so you will expect noise from them . the hotel has clean decent rooms and reasonably priced about £12 .there isnt a lift so expect plenty of walking up stairs there are 4 floors i always get a room on floor 2 easy with lots of luggage .note for the disabled .rooms are cleaned daily .and there is no breakfast option .only snacks from reception,where you will find friendly staff.however there are plenty of cafes/bars serving good breakfasts for about £3 +. in the street .taxis are plenty if you need to get about or go the airport .

Close to the bus station and city center. If you’re looking for a nice and cozy place to stay before catching a bus to Vientiane or just exploring the city, this place is highly recommended. Central Plaza Shopping mall is just right in front. The hostel itself also has a cafe downstairs where you can enjoy many delicious coffee menus , being customized just how you’d like! Love love love the hostel decoration as you can see from the photos. The dorm is now close because of covid but they also have private rooms available. They also have outdoors area with plants where you can enjoy chatting or sipping coffee in the mini garden 😃😃

Four of us shared a family room just for one night and we were really impressed. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but once you step inside it’s a different scene. Our room was really large with a magnificent king bed and two king singles. The bed was among the most comfortable I have enjoyed over the years. There was a large lounge to relax on as well as a big flat screen tv. Also tea and coffee facilities. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two showers and two basins as well as one toilet. Well you wouldn’t want to go to the toilet as a couple would you? Our booking included free breakfast (no doubt added into the room price) but it was very good. A nice variety of dishes, Thai of course plus some western items. It is served near the outdoor pool in a nice relaxing environment. We also had a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport, about 10 minutes away, and we had no trouble finding our driver, who was extremely courteous and delivered all of our luggage direct to our room. The desk staff were also very friendly and obliging. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will certainly stay here again.

Stayed in a new room across the road while in Uson Thani for a Hospital visit. Really friendly staff and couldn’t have been more helpful with excellent English. I selected to stay at this hotel again after my last time to stay here was a great experience. Unfortunately, today is not a good experience and I think I won’t come back and I do not recommend this hotel to my friend too. I was checked in at 1.00 pm. The front staff informed me that normal they allow to check in at 2.00 pm but today she will allow me to check in early. Unfortunately, after a few minutes she informed me that she has to change to room due to the room that gave to me has a problem about the toilet. Fortunately, that I did not unpack my bag yet. The excited and bad experience happened after I slept since 21.00 pm. I had to woke up since 23.00 pm due to the guest at room 310 making a loud noise al the time. I tried my best to be patient with it. Then at 00.10 am. I had to work up again from the noise from room 310. Then I made a call to night front office staff to inform 310 for decreasing their voice. However, till 00.25 am the room 310 still made a loud noise thus I called to the front staff again, but the noise was not decrease. That means the night staff did not know how to manage the guest who disturb other and did not know how to solve the problem. This is very bad that the staff allow another guest to disturb the resting time of other guests. Then the staff did not know how to solve the problem for me. I have to manage the loud noise by myself which turn on TV with the maximum noise at 100 due to I already work up and can’t not sleep anymore. I have to work up at night and can’t not sleep any more due to the poor training and unprofessional staff that don’t know how to manage the situation with noisy customers. I could not imagine in case it has an incident happen at this hotel how could the staff help and assist the customers. If you would like to stay in a nice hotel and proper professional handling of customer service, I think Brown House Hotel is not the right place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend and this will be my last time to stay her.

I think is very good for it's price! I stayed many days, little old but is good, near Centralplaza and near UD town, in front of Nutty park. Great location good service and is quite cheap for being near CentralPlaza.
