Hotels Near Ulu Cafe In Kapolei
0.1km from Ulu CafeThe service confirmation was warm and positive, but I was unhappy. On the first night of the stay, the bathtub was broken and the water could not be blocked. The water was not hot and the water flow was very small. This is how people bathe. I asked for a parallel room change. The hotel said there was a room. After repeated communication, the hotel insisted that the repairman come up to confirm whether it was bad, but my child was sleeping. It was more than 10pm! After the repairman came up and confirmed, he gave a temporary room to take a bath, but it was n’t a room change. After taking me to a temporary room where I could take a shower, he even made me change the room. There would be a room again. Understand that this is not the standard of the four seasons at all! It's a very simple matter, changing rooms in parallel, tossing for 2 hours. Everything after this is still possible. The pool is relatively small, just two, and the sand on the beach is not fine enough. There is a gap between the four seasons of Maui and Waldorf.

5.22km from Ulu CafeOverall okay, just no kettle. Although the hotel is not in the city center, there are a few places to eat and a foodland big supermarket in the vicinity. The supermarket is mainly like takumi, which is based on food. I feel that the experience of Ctrip is very good. In my itinerary, I can find the food around this hotel, transportation and shopping, etc. There are outlets near the hotel, discount stores at Wal-Mart Supermarket, Hawaii Water Park, even if you take a 30-40 minute taxi ride from downtown Waikiki. It is very convenient to use Uber.
5.42km from Ulu CafeA quick one night staycay with my family, and we are already planning our next visit. It is brand new, very clean with awesome staff (shout out Tiffany, Cliff & Angie). Great location, next to a drive through Starbucks & 711 so you can grab some snacks for the stay. We also had happy hour/ dinner at the restaurant. Our server Angie was great and very personable, I think we tried one of everything :P the Spinach dip & burgers with garlic fries were our favorite. They also had live music! The breakfast selection was really delicious, a waffle maker and nutella can win any kids heart. Thank you again for everything!
7.43km from Ulu CafeWe visited Oahu for 2 days while island hopping and selected this hotel since the price was great. The hotel had a wonderful location with a shopping center, and is also close to the interstate, if you are electing to travel around the island. The hotel staff were fantastic and truly focused on customer service. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had several options. We would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting the area.

I have been struggling between Fairmont and Hilton before booking. Hilton has lived before, but the details are not refined enough, just the small trains and ferry boats are the highlights. The final decision to try Fairmont is absolutely correct. The hotel is awesome from the facilities to the service, very popular, but not crowded. Booked Partial Ocean View, the view is beyond imagination, the balcony looks out is a combination of sea view, mountain view and golf course, relaxed and happy. Dinner at the hotel's Brown’s House, with the sunset, is beautiful.
This time the hotel was a bit oolong. It was very late. I took a 7-hour flight. Both adults and children were very tired. I ordered four sea views. When I checked in, I found that Ctrip made a mistake and ordered two less rooms. Another friend hasn't arrived yet, the hotel manager is also the axis person, and the two rooms are not allowed to check in. People come and go to toss for more than an hour, and only entered the room at midnight. The heart is extremely collapsed, and the child is very hard! Fortunately, Ctrip did not shirk its responsibility later, and has been actively helping to communicate, and has compensated part of the cost for upgrading the room. In the end, I was quite satisfied, but I hope that my work can be more detailed in the future, so that such errors do not occur again. Let's talk about the hotel. The hotel facilities are average. Only the ocean view room is still very good. The scenery makes people ignore other problems. The hotel is too big and it takes a little time to do anything, so be prepared in advance.
One of the hotels in the Big Island is about Marriott, and there is Hilton. The location of Marriott is quieter. There are two business districts nearby, but it is more than three hours to drive to the volcano park. tired. The hotel is more like a resort and does not meet the 4 star standard. It is OK to have fun with family and children. There are many swimming pools, the whole hotel is very large and there are many buildings. Breakfast: buffet style, you can go to an omlete, what to add and the master said, he will do it for you, then some bread and fruit, milk and yogurt, the type is not bad, the waiter will give you For coffee, you have a bill and a tip. Room: The beachfront room was booked one month in advance. Under my understanding, the beachfront room is better than the ordinary sea view room. You can go straight to the beach, but the fact is not. The location is really good. In the main building pool, I gave the room on the 2nd floor. Some trees are covered. The high floor should have a better view. There is a small balcony, but it is still necessary to go down the stairs to get to the pool. The ps American hotel is very annoying. The room type is very special. At that time, I chose a slightly more expensive beach house. Because I couldn’t choose a bed, I specially made a big bed room. When I arrived at the hotel reception, I was told that there was no big bed room. The time for our check-in was very early, but I was told that there was no big bed room. I really felt so speechless. Fortunately, this time Ctrip gave force. At that time, I responded to this problem in the background and quickly solved it. I gave it to the big bed room. In an instant, it will add extra points to the ability of Ctrip's overseas hotels. Service: It was very general. At that time, I had not been sleeping for more than 20 hours from the domestic flight. I was very tired after arriving at the hotel. I also got a long time because of the problem of the room. At that time, a fat black female manager of the hotel also accused. We are really very angry, have no sense of service at all, and must complain to her when we come back. Then there is no welcome drink on the Internet. Anyway, there is no service. Everything is moved back to the room. There is no service staff to introduce the hotel facilities. It is entirely up to you to live and play by yourself. Pps. If you have any conditions, it is recommended that you live in the four seasons on the Big Island. It is said that the service and the hotel will be much better and many more. Fortunately, the hotel front desk service is also available, check in and check out are ok, and finally will receive a fee of 30 knives a day, and then bye bye ~ should not consider this hotel again.
First time to this nostalgic hotel for my wife and I (and first time for the wife to Hawaii). Interesting about this hotel: there almost seems to be a cult following. While there are residences and "club" members visiting the property- one of the most unique/odd sights was a LARGE proportion of people at and around the hotel wearing Mauna Kea / MKB swag (hats, shirts, bathing suits, swim shirts, sweatshirts, golf shirts etc etc). We have traveled extensively and never seen anything quite like this. Over our 5 night stay- we came to meet an interesting assortment of people...but one consistent theme kept popping up: either people had been coming here for ____ years (IE 10-15 every year) OR even crazier- more than a few people mentioned they came here as kids and have been coming for 30-40+ years! We didn't initially grasp what made this place so special or why this property was so unique to have such a following. By day 6 we had begun to understand. The hotel is currently a Marriot Autograph Property that actually has some very nice perks for elite members (they do not shy away from this). While its owned by the Prince hotels group (similar to the recently renovated Westin Hapuna next-door) the Marriot Bonvoy system seems to intermesh pretty well here unlike some other Autograph properties we have visited. We stayed on a 5-night points reservation which got us our 5th night free. Being Titanium elite- I immediately put in for Suite Night awards hoping to score a major upgrade to a Deluxe Ocean View room. Unfortunately we were there during high-season and the hotel was nearly sold out. Although many suites looked to be available leading into the month before out stay- unsure if they have a lot of last minute reservations... or more likely they treat their loyal customers well who return year after year (Loyalty referring to the hotel itself- NOT marriot). Anyway- the staff leading up to the stay were great. We were upgraded from a standard garden view room to a deluxe garden view room on floor 7 (out of 8 floors). The room was extremely spacious, moderately updated and tastefully designed. Everything was clean and pretty well kept. The room has 2 balconies- one main balcony off the main room with 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and a table...the other just off the bathroom with a chaise lounger. Both provided comfortable spaces to relax. Bathroom was well equipped and the products supplied were solid. After our 2nd night, we were told (after a couple inquiries with Management) that they were able to secure a Deluxe Ocean view room for us for our remaining 3 nights. How great! I don't think management typically likes to do this but I think they could tell we were disappointed not getting an ocean view. Marguerite, the front office manager was great in helping to secure this. New room was the exact same...albeit with a new SPECTACULAR view of the bay and fantastic sunsets every night. We had rented a Wrangler and were charged the $30 valet parking
Wonderful property, recently renovated and enhanced. Welcoming and friendly staff, everywhere, from checking in to the towel staff. At check in, they provided something all resorts should have: a one-sheeter with list of all dining and recreational facilities, what they serve and the hours. A reference we kept handy for checking before we ventured out. The rooms are clean, modern, and nicely furnished, with all the best amenities. We enjoyed relaxing on our balcony with expansive views and watching sunsets, which were even more awesome at beach level and while enjoying happy hour music and beverages on the lawn outside the surf shack some 50 yards from the ocean. The resort has a relaxing, serene vibe to it. The Halani outdoor restaurant and Ha Bar are great for casual dining. Canoe House is the signature restaurant on the property and highly rated. Golfers will enjoy the manicured and scenic North and South Courses, the latter with signature holes along the ocean. Bottom line: Mauna Lani has come out of the pandemic in spectacular fashion, with superior facilities, a relaxing vibe, challenging golf and a staff dedicated to making every part of our stay memorable.
Probably the biggest hotel I stayed in
Big living room
Balcony with dining table
Very close to the black beach
After we checked in at night, it was past 6 o'clock when we arrived
Found that the office is off at five o'clock
Late checkin needs to go to the office and call a customer service to tell you a password to get the room card
Anyway, it was resolved in the end
But there is still a little inconvenience for late checkin
The frangipani in the yard is very fragrant
My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom one bath room for 5 nights. We have stayed at many Marriott timeshares over the years and own weeks and points. This resort is a little different than others because it is connected to a Marriott hotel and so all the facilities are shared. That said, the pools and hot tubs were never crowded and the beach wasn't either. Plus, there were fewer kids running around than at other Marriott timeshare resorts. Not sure if they even have a kids club. The did have outdoor gas grills, a nice outside fire pit, and our unit had 2 small balconies. We also had a large kitchen, but no oven or stovetop. That's because this used to be a hotel, and when Marriott turned it into condo units they couldn't get permission to put in ovens and stoves. At least, that is what we were told. But there is a large 'fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. And you can cook on the grills if you want to eat in. We had a car, so we drove all over and ate at places that were not close by. I can highly recommend the weekly luau. Best one I have ever been to. Open bar helps, haha! Entertainment was classy, food was good and we had a great time. Well worth the money.
What a treat! A midweek get away turned into such a lovely experience. Theresa and Randy are such lovely hosts and their property is breathtakingly gorgeous. Room was spotless and well appointed, with even a spot of milk for my tea. Far off the beaten path is this slice of paradise, quiet, contemplative, and serene. The animals are lovely and add a quaintness to the experience. We loved every minute of our visit. Thank you so so much!
I was an intern at Hawaiian Sanctuary this summer and really enjoyed this unique experience. Even though I was interning in the Media and Marketing department my schedule allowed a lot of flexibility, letting me work in the garden and farm-to-table kitchen. Through doing so I learned how to make bagels, cacao, granola, fresh fruit smoothies, and dehydrated fruits. I can also say that I had the best sleep here for a long time. Because the sanctuary is so secluded there was not an ounce of light pollution to block the beautiful starry skies and soft rains during the night would put me right to sleep. While here I got to take so many amazing, yoga, hula, and Pono (Hawaiian) Wisdom classes, all for free as part of my internship. Although the job requires interns to pay rent, I got deductions in cost by working extra hours in the Elixir Bar on site and doing other tasks outside of my job description. Also, I was able to manage my hours so that I was able to get my weekends free. In the area there are so many super fun things to do like go to the Palace Theatre in Hilo, Nicoco’s Vegan Ice Cream in Pahoa and Hilo, Two Steps Beach in Captain Cook, Kehena Beach, Uncle Robert’s on Wednesday nights, and the vibrant farmers markets found all over the area most days of the week. This raw and beautiful experience brings about a tight-knit community among the interns and staff that I really appreciated during my time here. Biweekly meetings and other mandatory classes ensured that everyone was always on the same page and ready for the week. I so appreciate my time at the Hawaiian Sanctuary because it was so unlike anything else I had ever come across. I highly recommend interning here for a well-rounded Hawaiian permaculture experience.
The most satisfying hotel in this trip, the environment, architecture and service are first-class, all kinds of small details are also considered comprehensive, value for money, everyone is reluctant to leave, I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future!
The open kitchen is superb, the bedroom is not big, it is 14-15 square meters, the bathroom is at best 6-7 square meters, the living room is nearly 15 square meters, the best thing is that there is an open kitchen, there are 10 square meters, and the cooking utensils are also Everything is available, including refrigerators, microwave ovens, induction cookers, coffee makers, kettles, wine utensils, pots, knives and forks. If you are on vacation for a long time, you can buy and cook by yourself.
1. Resort fee: USD 20 per room / day
2. Parking fee: USD 9 / car / day
3. Credit card settlement when checking out the above fees.
The hotel belongs to a low-density residential area by the sea. Except for a high-rise building, the rest are all 1-story and 2-story small western-style buildings with a large wooded grass garden in the middle. The hotel has 2 swimming pools facing the sea, and a small hot tub. There is a kitchen in the room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, pots and pans. You can cook your own meals, but there is no oven or microwave. Feel satisfied
This hotel in Maui is really wonderful. Except for a little later. There are too many advantages: the hotel upgraded my two-bedroom room. Surprise! The hotel is equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge. Just go buy some spices. You can make Wellington steaks. The hotel pool is large and has its own beach. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Lahaina. One hour a day! There is a barbecue outside the hotel and you can prepare your own ingredients for a barbecue. The air conditioning in the hotel aisle is super cold, super cold, super cold! Disadvantages: It may be because the room is on the first floor, and all the mosquitoes in my room! Super, more, more, more, more! ! ! However, the air conditioner is lower, and basically does not bite. It is very cautious to look at. Let's talk about Lahine's Ole, the discount is the same as Ouhu, but there is no superposition of UnionPay. If you need to buy something, go to Ouhu. It’s much cheaper. I lost 100 knives because I didn’t hold back. Finally, the resort fee is 25/night, parking by yourself, 15/night plus tax, valet parking 20/night plus tax. The report is completed.
There are folding sofas for up to four people. There are microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators, plates and bowls. No toothbrush or slippers. The living room ants found the living ants, very small, dead ants found on the sheets and pillows, and began to think it was a small black thread. The scenery is still very beautiful.
The room design facilities are very similar to the domestic Samsung to four-star restaurant. The taste of the restaurant is also good. There is no entertainment. The standard white resort hotel is flipping around the swimming pool. From the morning to the evening, the pool will be used every once in a while. There is a service brother to send free ice cream. The standard check-in time for this hotel is 4:00 pm. Later, after learning about the local land price with the agent, I probably understand why the hotel is so expensive.
Good place for snorkeling
I want to write as honest of a review as possible, for all the questions that may be out there, ones maybe I didn't know! So, I will do my best! I called ahead and asked for Ocean view, we were staying at peak time so obviously we didn't get that request but...building g 4 room 431 3 bedroom we still got to see some of the ocean in the main part so that was a plus!! The back small bedroom with a king bed faced the parking lot, at night cars and people could be very loud, being there is no AC it's even worse with the windows open, the breeze was too nice to have the windows closed. The back bedroom was cooler then the Master bedroom. As I mentioned if you are traveling as couples the back room is very small and kind of disappointing at first, we grew to like it as this is a very large unit! Plenty of space for 6 people could do 8 but....bathroom space is limited!! These have 2 bathrooms, 1 shared in the main master which is very accessible to others but right next to the master, have to have a good plan if you share. They needed 3 bathrooms, there would have been plenty of space! Oh well!! The other bathroom shares out in the open too which is nice and shareable! It's great that all the toilets and showers are separate of the sinks so if you want to get ready someone can shower while others get ready at the mirror!! Double sinks too! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms nice size, plenty of closet dresser space. The room with 2 double beds was huge, with a Lanai which was so nice! The main master had a lanai also! The living/dining room had lots of space, pictures show it! Kitchen awesome, everything you need! Ice maker in refrigerator. Plenty of Linens, Beach towels everything you need for the week!! Laundry soap, no need to bring any. You will want to buy coffee, water is very chlorinated so you may want to buy water too. Lacks nothing really!! Plenty of garbage bags! Trash room on each level to get rid of garbage. The entry is huge if you have lawn chairs etc to bring in. We rented chairs from the resort, not many reviews mentioned you can rent any snorkel gear, lifejackets, chairs, coolers, paddleboards, boogie boards etc. right from the resort the guy working is very friendly and will work with you on package deals for the week! It was great to get the chairs!! Took them everywhere!! We did not grill at the resort but man they keep those grills clean!! The grounds are clean and nice too! The beach is not far from any unit, which is so nice, smaller resort but not busy feeling at all we loved that! Pools were busy but we never used them we like the beaches! The beach is small but nice. Warning there are some sharp rocks out there cut my toe pretty bad! Not busy at all on the beach at SOK!! Back to the AC. The 11 days we were there it was high 70's to low 80's we never went to bed feeling clammy or too hot! It was a little warm but it cooled quickly, kind of enjoyed no AC! Like I mentioned the noise outside some
Seaside, few people, good place for vacation.
This is a gorgeous property. I loved the grounds and the amenities. The rooms have full kitchen; bedroom and spacious bathroom. There is a nice little marketplace on property that has delicious pizza. We enjoyed the swimming pools. There is a courtesy van that takes guests to the Princeville resort where you can enjoy the beach, ocean, chairs and restaurants. It will also take guests to a little shopping place that has restaurants, shops and a very nice grocery store. If you want to, you can walk to the shopping center as it is a very short, pretty walk along a trail. This hotel is located in the beautiful Princeville area. It is away from the busiest parts of the island and has a view of the lush mountains and waterfalls. There is a pristine golf course nearby. This is a place I didn't want to leave!
Breakfast: capsule coffee, whole wheat slices and white bread slices (with toaster), apple (whole skin), 1% low fat milk (ice, microwave oven next to capsule coffee machine), orange juice (concentrated orange juice with water) That kind, it is pure, but not nfc craft), grape sauce, butter, a dozen kinds of cereal. The hotel is very environmentally friendly and the tableware is degradable and disposable, so pack it yourself. No extra beds, children, parking, morning yoga classes from 6:30 to 7:30, yoga mats available in the room. The toiletries provided by the hotel are all lemongrass-like. There is no air conditioning. They are big fans, but the lovely island does not need air conditioning. It is very cool. It will be lit by the pool from 6pm to 10pm. There is a bull shed steakhouse in the hotel worth trying. There is a food land, safeway supermarket, there is a gas station at McDonald's, the traffic is simply not too convenient. The kenji burger at the intersection is a patties made with Hawaiian grass-fed beef. It is a family business. Can you eat the boss's mood?
This place was amazing! We had to book this location last minute and it is by far the cheapest place to stay on the island! Super fairly priced and rite on the ocean and if you get an upstairs condo you get an ocean view. We loved this place it was super roomy for us also, our room had a bed room with 2 twin beds and a living room with full kitchenette and a pullout sofa mattress. We had friends that stayed in Poipu beach and our room was way nicer, Bigger and about $1500 cheaper. We paid under $1000 for 7 days. I Will be coming back to this location.
