Stayed here as a stopover for 1 night before a flight and was extremely impressed with the staff! We arrived early in the day and were able to check into our room early and also order pizza directly to the room! The receptionist was very helpful in providing us with choices for food nearby. We were also given detailed instructions on how to get to local attractions at a good price. The area seemed nice but when it got dark many of the locals yelled out to us making us a bit uncomfortable. We were both very impressed with the shower facility! It was the first hot shower I’d had since being in the Philippines! The only downfall was the room was stinking hot! So we went downstairs for our free water refill multiple times throughout our stay.

ADDRESS A. C. Cortes Avenue, Cambaro (Near University Of Cebu Lapu Lapu And Across Shell Gasoline Station), Mandaue City, Philippines. ACCESSIBILITY My daughter booked me in this hotel because it is geographically near the venue which I attended a training on. Location of this hotel is quite far from the big malls but it has high accessibility because it is just along the highway. My room was at the 3rd floor. For senior citizens, I suggest not to choose to be in this level because there is no elevator. But this is great for those seniors who wish to make it to this floor as a physical exercise. During heavy rain downpour, there is minimal flooding along the main road leading to the hotel. You may have to wait a little until the water subsides. Traffic is also relatively heavy during peak hours. AMENITIES Overall room perception is good. The room is adequate for a relaxing stay (max 2 pax per hotel advisory). It has a queen-size bed, mini-refrigerator, medium-size television set (but with few channels to select from), thermos water heater, microwave oven, study table, working table, 2 lampshades, 2 bottled waters/day and well functioning airconditioner. The comfort room is rather relatively small in size, just enough to move around as may be necessary. Shower water heater is available but water is not effectively heated during bath. There is a canteen facility just outside the hotel building but still within hotel premises. I have not tried their canteen though due to time constraints. Car parking is available for a fee. CUSTOMER SERVICE Highly satisfactory. The hotel staff are quick to respond to customer needs within hotel premises. They help in bringing customer bags into and from the room. OVERALL PERCEPTION I like best the customer service. Also, its location is strategic due to its short distance from/to airport, takes only fifteen (15) min travel by taxi. Least is lack of good food entities nearby in the hotel vicinity.

Lovely, clean and comfortable single room! Very friendly staff! This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff in the world! The girl at the reception desk after get off work went to help me get a SIM card because I was the first in this country and didn't know where to go and who to contact.. I was flattered by my attention to myself! In addition, the staff is the custodian of my luggage twice 💗

the location isn't really ideal. It's a bit far from a decent sized mall but the service is good. You have to ask for room cleaning rather than them doing it daily which sucks if you're a shy person because you feel bad for bothering the staff.Amenties are only replaced IF you ask but the staff is polite

never did they clean my room for the 5 nights i stayed there. both the heater and shower are not working. the bathroom door has seen better days... they are filthy, along with the bathroom walls. this place needs major overhaul asap. saving grace is the kindness of the staff and the strong wifi connection. hot water for your tea (i brought my own tea & cup) is available upon request. breakfast at the third floor is yummy but a bit pricey.

Suitable for families with children. Wide bed. Simple breakfast. The breakfast at the key hotels also provides chicken soup, and soups such as curry miso are very intimate. The hotel is convenient for transportation next to mall. The front desk of the hotel is on the 6th floor.

The room is large, opposite the Parkmall small and medium-sized shopping mall, next to Time Square, a lot of Chinese restaurants, very convenient to eat.     There are many shortcomings, the hotel is facing the street but the sound insulation effect is very poor, the door, wall and window have good sound transmission effect!     Although it is a new hotel, the equipment is quite new but very simple.     The most unbearable thing is the network, it is terrible! Hotel Wi-Fi is very slow and slow, and the mobile phone network is intermittent in the room. It is recommended that friends who are tempered and have a bad heart should not try!     In conclusion, considering the location of the hotel, the surrounding facilities, and the price of the room, it can be used as an alternative. I wish you all a happy and happy!

At a T-junction, the security is very good. The traffic police at the door will open your arms for you to stop other vehicles to let you pass. The service staff is okay. The room is clean and soundproof, but there are no disposable slippers and the water flow is not great. It ’s not very hot either. It ’s all window-type air conditioners. If you get close to each other, it ’s hard to sleep all night, but I ca n’t stand the heat-resistant ones without the air conditioner. Parking, the restaurant is not expensive, very clean, the hardest thing is that there are fried vegetables! You should know that in Cebu, you can rarely eat vegetables, almost all of them are fried chicken, and the fried noodles taste good, breakfast is ok, and the main snacks of bread and snacks are very good for this price, overall, satisfied!

This was a good value for money place to stay. It was clean and the rooms were quite large, with simple amenities and provided toiletries. I did not try the older style TV but assumed it worked. The reception was ok, albeit quite small and the young lady on duty in the morning had no clue about anything. There is a coffee and cake shop downstairs which was open quite early (I was there at 5.30 am) serving a nice cuppa. Limited car parking was also available at the front of the building. There are a few restaurant choices across the road although no bar if you just want a drink. 7-11 was your one option. My only real criticism was the traffic noise but I still slept ok.

This is a new hotel. We had a room on the first floor with a king sized bed. The room is made out of a shipping container but it is spacious. Comfortable bed however there is no chair or small table to sit at. This would be perfect in the far corner of the room. They only provide 2 end tables and a tiny table next to TV. TV only has Filipino channels. The parking is limited and narrow spaces in front but finding parking in general is always an added bonus when staying in Cebu City. Bathroom is small and no counter or shelves, just sink but hot shower. I like how they reduce plastic usage by providing large refillable containers for shampoo and soap. 5 gallon water cooler provided next to lobby for refilling water pitcher provided in room. Very eco friendly. They only clean the room and change towels once every 3 days. They charge for extra towels and pillows. They provide a hot water kettle. Convenient location, Matias BBQ is across the street (arguably the best BBQ in Cebu). McDonald’s across street. 15 minute walk to J Centre Mall. 10 minute walk to Oakridge Business Park. Metro supermarket across the street. 7/11 and Chowking next door. For the price paid, I have no complaints. It was great location, large comfortable bed and provided everything I needed.

The location is relatively biased, but it is convenient to rent a car in the past. It is a motel type, with a separate yard and a security guard with a gun at night. The car can be parked downstairs, the room has a separate kitchen, and the downstairs is the swimming pool. The price can be set to be a Peugeot.

There is a cabinet in the room that has not been closed, and the big night is so scary. The room is still quite large, I feel very simple, set a hotel's horse to kill chicken 500 pesos, late to get back early massage techniques are not good attitude. I have tried the worst horse killing chicken in the Philippines. Don’t miss it. I have stayed in so many hotels in the Philippines for ten days, and this price is not high. There is a hotel nearby that is good value for money.

The hotels are quiet enough for everyone to relax and have a dip in the pool. They have singers during our stay. The hotel staffs are accomodating. With regards to internet connection, it keeps on disconnecting. We have to change rooms to get a stronger signal and get closer to wifi source. Also, there's alot of mosquitoes in the room eventhough it is very clean. The AC is great and the shower have shampoo and bath gel dispensers. Overall, we are happy in this hotel.

This time I went to Bohol Island and stayed in Cebu for a day. The location of the hotel is not so good. There is nothing in the surrounding area. Besides, the facilities are also very old and there are many places that are not repaired.
