The property itself if quite nice with spacious rooms, a refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave and a smallish but working TV. Outside, there's a common lounging area with nice sofas and you get free parking. The corridors are spacious and the decor is tasteful. There's no elevator, though, and the 3rd floor is actually four flights up. Unfortunately, I asked for a room clean on the 3rd day of my stay but it didn't happen. The worst really had to do with their online booking and payment system. I charged my room to my BPI account, which was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't acknowledged by Copenhagen Residences. They said that I had to deal with their online payment gateway - Asiapay. I asked for the phone or email but the person from Copenhagen didn't have it. Like, wow. My hard earned money down the drain. I tried looking for Asiapay's contact details but the website only had the HK email address. I tried calling the number but didn't get an answer. What a way to ruin what would have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

The hotel is cozy, clean and the staffs are all very accommodating especially Denev and Rona of Front Desk! They are really kind and provided satisfactory service to the guest. Kudos to Rona who helped me to take photos, she so kind and helpful and always smiling which can lighter the ambiance and contribute a positive vibes.. A mentioned to Deneb as well who made my heart flatter with his accommodating voice and gesture especially during breakfast. I will definitely comeback on my next business trip next month!

A new hotel with well-trained staff, I am very pleased with the competence of the employees and the level of service, the advice of the hotel managers was very useful to me. On the sixth floor there was a small but comfortable outdoor swimming pool and also a gym. Breakfast was quite decent. Near the corner there was ”Nestia”: pharmacy and minimarket, which helped me out a lot. Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel and the level of service. However, you need to keep in mind that if you need beaches, they are located only on Mactan Island, which is 30-40 minutes away by car. The nearest large supermarket to the hotel is Pacific Mall, about 10 minutes away by car. If you have several people in the room, then the location of the toilet (just behind the partition from the bed) may seem inconvenient.

The place was ok but the water quality is terrible. Room i got which is 319 is terrible, it has no aircon remote to regulate the temperature, one of the window is a bit open and couldnt even close because it doesnt have a handle. Shower tubes are rusty. If you shower the whole bathroom floor will be wet. They even demand to leave my ID with them! When i argue that i never leave my ID they asked me for a 500php safety deposit which later end up them photocopying my ID.

Im quite disappointed with this hotel, even thinking on how did they cater last year's Binibinis here. Staffs are quite busy and won't cater to your needs eventhough it looks like we are less than 30 staying at this hotel the time I went here. Rooms arent clean i got rashes when i lay down the bed, I have to literally shake off the blanket and dust flew all over my nose. I was so thirsty upon my arrival and there were no free bottled water you have to go down and ask the receptionist for water and they will hand you a pitcher so you can bring it in your room. I poured the water onto their glass in my room and tasted dust immediately, thought it was clean and haven't rinsed it beforehand. Curtains were full of dust too. They serve breakfast for Php200, the next day i didn't order the breakfast and decided to eat outside I only ordered for a coffee and they handed me a Nescafé 3in1 sachet and charged me for Php50! Wow, So overpriced! funny is that you paid for Php50 but you heat your own water as they provide electric kettle in the lobby and mix that by yourself. Amazing isn't it. Only pros is that it is near 7 11 and Jollibee and has a spacious parking space. Aside from that will not recommend this to anyone. Hotel looks old and creepy.

I booked on the day a Standard Single Room but got the Twin Room. PROs It’s affordable compared to other hotels in the area. One ride to Pacific Mall, where the Department of Foreign Affairs is located. Taxis can be found in the area. It has a small TV, but it’s still quite cozy and does not feel creepy or scary. Water is available for PHP 1 per bottle. Towels are also provided. There is an affordable eatery opposite the pension house. Water is available for PHP 1 per bottle. Wi-Fi is unbelievably fast. CONS You’ll need to walk for a few minutes to get on the highway, I usually rode a taxi and a motorcycle taxi. It may be hard to find, but you can say near Jehovas Witness in F Cabahug - Mandaue. Since it’s near a church, expect prayers during midnight, morning, and afternoon - they are on speaker. The place and my room are quite old, and the bathroom is also old and a little bit smelly and dirty. I couldn’t find a grocery store by walking distance

First of all, this hotel has a sandy beach. There are many seaweed and stones near the sea, which is not suitable for swimming. This noodle is delicious. In addition, the hotel does not have a quilt, only a thin layer of cover, there will be mosquitoes without air conditioning, it will be very cold if you turn on the air conditioner, and I ca n’t sleep. This is a new hotel. We had a room on the first floor with a king sized bed. The room is made out of a shipping container but it is spacious. Comfortable bed however there is no chair or small table to sit at. This would be perfect in the far corner of the room. They only provide 2 end tables and a tiny table next to TV. TV only has Filipino channels. The parking is limited and narrow spaces in front but finding parking in general is always an added bonus when staying in Cebu City. Bathroom is small and no counter or shelves, just sink but hot shower. I like how they reduce plastic usage by providing large refillable containers for shampoo and soap. 5 gallon water cooler provided next to lobby for refilling water pitcher provided in room. Very eco friendly. They only clean the room and change towels once every 3 days. They charge for extra towels and pillows. They provide a hot water kettle. Convenient location, Matias BBQ is across the street (arguably the best BBQ in Cebu). McDonald’s across street. 15 minute walk to J Centre Mall. 10 minute walk to Oakridge Business Park. Metro supermarket across the street. 7/11 and Chowking next door. For the price paid, I have no complaints. It was great location, large comfortable bed and provided everything I needed.

The hotel room I've booked seems quite different from what I saw online. However, they were very accommodating and easy to approach. My big concern is that the vicinity is quite old and somehow a bit outdated. Nevertheless, the entire facility was solemn and restful when we (My Mom, my Aunt, and I) stayed there. We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

I'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have been a good customer of this hotel for many years. The service, food, rooms and rates used to be a 5 out of 5 experience everytime. Unfortunately this has dramatically changed, the food is awful now and the room service arrives in a take out box with plastic utensils, yet they still charge an additional fee! The TV and channel selections are never working properly, the rooms have not seen a lick of paint ... ever. Water pressure is no good, towels are old and close to their end of life, no toiletries or bottled water in the room oh and they give you 1 pillow, if you request more than 1, they will charge you. As I said it's sad to see. The one saving grace is the service in the bar and restaurant from the staff that have known us for many years. The new hires simply don't care or are not being managed properly. Also they fill the place with OJT to save money, though I understand this, you can't completely staff a hotel with inexperienced staff just to save a few pisos. Disappointed.

Stayed here for 6 night holiday. Location is good for restaurants and shops, other ares of Cebu easily reached by taxi. Good service from friendly staff, especially restaurant staff at breakfast. Breakfast was OK, food was regularly replenished. Choice could have been better. Hotel and room were clean. The shower was poor with not much power so not much water. The towels were old and they did not provide hand towels. The air conditioner was noisy which was a problem at night. It is and average hotel but could be improved.
