|23.85km from city centerWe had family visiting us from the US and BM Acacia Hotel was a wise choice. The facilities are adequate, the one bedroom unit was the right size, the Korean Restaurant outlet served near authentic Seoul food, and housekeeping and hotel staff were always quick to respond to each of our requests, even during the wee hours of the morning. Monamar who was our bell hop coming in and as we left was very jovial and helpful with our belongings. Their Sales Department who accommodated and gave us the best 1-month rate one can offer also responded with immediate results. Will definitely get my family to stay here again.

After learning that management was already aware of this before checkin, we raised a complaint. Many apologies later and we were upgraded to the 2 bed beach villa with private pool. That room was Devine and would actually consider booking that next time. Breakfast was very decent with a big choice. All halal except one clearly marked section. Plenty of pools to chose from. Only downside might be that the villa itself is quite far from the main building so hold carts are always required but they’re not that long a wait. Overall great stay

|27.52km from city centerA bit secluded, far from everything. A good place if you want to relax. We booked the spanish room so we had the sea view. No activities in the place, so if you are looking for fun and entertainment, this isn’t the place for you. The furnitures in the room are dated, but more concern is, the room needs a serious cleaning . Everything is dusty and greasy especially in the kitchenette, and the freezer is full of ice! The sink is also leaking when you wash. Same goes for the carpet and the curtains that needs some washing. The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the smallest noise from the other rooms. And during our stay, one of the residents was maybe fixing something and was hammering until 11PM! So for me, the only positive thing is the nice view of the sea. Other than that, its not worth the money.

Cleaning every day The beds are very soft, large, comfortable The room has everything to make it comfortable to live there Air conditioning, safe, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water. Every day everything is updated during cleaning! A mini-bus goes to the sea and back, but unfortunately, only twice a day, I would like more often and a bigger bus, since all the people do not fit at a time. The staff is friendly, but it would be nice if Russian-speaking employees appeared at the reception) I liked the rest, the hotel is good! Thank you very much 🙏

|2.3km from city centerWe were on a business meeting in Ras Al Khaimah, got free late and decided to stay overnight there. Had a last minute search and found this hotel! When we came, the big room we paid online for was still busy. The hotel staff was very helpful, they found us another room and offered a breakfast as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast as we were too tired but I appreciate a lot the professionalism of the staff who knew how to solve the situation with no hassle! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new. they have teapots in the room which is a great +. the bathrooms are big and clean. There is a cafeteria and nearby too if you want to have some bites or fresh juices anytime. A big mall with carrefoure is just in front of the hotel. we did not have a chance to explore more neighbourhood as it was a quick stop over.

|11.26km from city centerThe resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly.
As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick.
The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!!
Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!!
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

|8.39km from city centerThis hotel is 3stars but I rate them as 4stars.. First of all the beach and the sand are absolutely amazing!! The sand is very soft and beach has an infinite view... I love the ambiance.. its very relaxing.. The staffs are very attentive and helpful.. except the lady from the restaurant.. I am not sure with her name, i think its Lyda, she seems to be the f&b captain..but her attitude was kinda OFF... First was when she got mad with one of the server staff and she was kind of slamming the fork and spoon in our table.. next was the way she asked us to move my Son's chair in the side because it was blocking the way.. she was rude and looking her POKER face during breakfast, lunch and dinner is exhausting. Her attitude is inappropriate in customer service field.. Regarding the room, unfortunately we got the outdated one.. the hotel is running renovations but what we got was an old room.. The carpet was ripped off, the lower portion of the cabinet is damaged (looks dirty( and the AC was dripping.. but yeah, these do not stop us to enjoy the place though.. I still love this resort and I hope to get a better room next time.. So we have the all inclusive package so we could get the beverages, but then the alcoholic ones are those lower category which we did not like much.. so it was kind of useless for us.. but their food tastes really good and we enjoyed it during the 2 nights and 3 days stay.. and the most amazing part was the Gala Dinner for New Year which was held in Longbeach Campground..There were lots of food and amazing entertainment.. Overall, this was one of our great hotel staycation!! Will definitely go back!

|0.9km from city centerFor us the hotel was perfect. Large, quiet corner room with two beds, large bathroom, mountain and harbor views. Nice pool area on the roof. There is sufficient parking space. Happy hour from 7pm to 9pm, also applies to drinks at dinner. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner very much: offer, selection, taste. We found the Indian dishes the best! The staff in the dining room is absolutely top notch: the 5 waitresses Monika, Rhena, Habiba, Loveth and Sayu made every meal special for us with their extraordinarily attentive and friendly service. We have never experienced such great service in any other hotel. But the front manager Bilal (”the man who knows everything”) has always surprised us how much he cares about the well-being of the guests. Many people may not realize that the hotel is a city hotel. There is a free shuttle to the Double Tree Hilton Marjan Island twice a day. We have been there once. Compared to our hotel, there were too many guests there. We were glad we could enjoy the more personalized service at DTH in RAK. Little things we didn't like so much: - only a few hangers in the closet (on request we got more delivered) - our bathroom only had a bathtub, no walk-in shower - only 2 elevators, i.e. sometimes you had to wait longer So nothing why you shouldn't give the hotel 5 stars!

|26.5km from city centerThis place is a gem for families. Wish we booked for longer but due to our schedule we only spent 2 nights here. The location is beautiful the staff are friendly. We stayed with bed & breakfast which was lovely. The other guest were also very nice. My daughter where’s the burquini and felt very comfortable in the environment. I on the other hand do not but also felt comfortable. We were at the hotel in early July so it was super hot.
The only critical thing was when on the balcony you cannot keep your room door open due to the moisture of the sea. Otherwise excellent I would definitely recommend

|5.14km from city centerWe went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not ”home” and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to ”upgrade ”your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).

|27.26km from city centerThe hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

|27.87km from city centerWe chose the Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, to celebrate my wife's birthday. One night in the desert to relax, in-between the beautiful but hectic environment that is Dubai. I have to mention Mr Anup Kumar, who was continuously in touch with me from the moment I made the reservation until after we left. When I asked him about any special arrangements that could be made for my wife's birthday, he proposed several ideas over the span of multiple days, which were gladly accepted. We enjoyed a luxurious limousine transfer from Dubai to the resort and a special BBQ dinner way out in the desert with private chefs. Everything was so personalised, with extreme attention to detail -- no corners were cut, which is very commendable! I told my wife during the golf cart ride that Mr Kumar made all the arrangements and he was so kind to say it was all my idea ;-) On our day of departure we were told this was the first time they had organised something like this, which certainly made us feel special, but it is amazing what they were able to put together with limited time and experience. And then I didn't even mention the villa we stayed in yet, which by itself was so spacious and luxurious, anything one could ever need. They even told us we could keep the hats provided :-) In the morning we enjoyed a floating breakfast in the pool with the BEST eggs benedict ever! We had many highlights during our holiday in Dubai, but staying at this resort is surely one we'd like to repeat!
